Simply amazing! We had a fantastic evening at this pizzeria! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were perfectly looked after by the entire team – friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. The food was a real highlight: fresh ingredients, great quality, and simply unbelievably delicious. We were particularly impressed by the pizza! Added to that, the cozy, inviting atmosphere perfectly rounded off the evening. We felt completely at home and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Too loud, food quality was adequate, service was average to poor. The food was delivered 5-10 minutes apart, and there were 3 of us. The prices were exorbitant, not in line with the service.

We spontaneously stopped by on Sunday evening on our way back from vacation. The kids preferred to eat ramen a few meters away, so we split up, which they later regretted. The ambiance and the welcome were impressive. A table in the attractively decorated interior was available despite no reservation. The service by the lady of the house was friendly, uncomplicated, personal, and courteous. Very pleasant and with a high feel-good factor! Two fresh Augustiner beer, a Pizza Diavola, and a Spaghetti Carbonara later, we were completely happy and full. We also had a nice chat with the chef. A truly perfect end to the vacation. Conclusion: A highly recommended gem of down-to-earth Italian cuisine in Munich.

We spontaneously reserved a table, and everything went smoothly. The pizza was huge and delicious, but nothing particularly special. I know a few better places. Still, it was totally okay. 👌🏻 Unfortunately, I found the corner where we sat a bit cramped; there were two other people sitting right next to us, so it felt like one big table. 😂

Everything was just as it should be. The spaghetti was incredibly delicious, so no points deducted for the card payment not working.

A wonderful restaurant. Very tasty food. The pizzas were truly delicious. The dough was crispy and soft. I recommend this restaurant if you want pizza. The pizzas are definitely generous, measuring 40 cm. And it's not that expensive. We paid around €20 per person. A good pizza restaurant in central Munich.

A Magherita is the best value for money, as you'll easily pay double for such a small topping. Still delicious, and I'd happily order again. The pizza was very good, the special was lukewarm, and the service was not very warm and rather unfriendly. The owner's family and friends were greeted and served in a friendly manner, while the regular guests were more or less tolerated.

The huge pizzas are simply incredibly delicious. You don't necessarily have to make a reservation, the staff will always find a place and you can stay as long as you want.

I ordered margherita, the dough was incredibly crispy. The garlic (quite intense!) and spicy sauce was quite good. Personal dislike comes from the unnecessary thinness in the middle of the pizza, but some people like it, this is personal preference

Kind of weird shop: table was sticky, not really clean. The candle was left out, the service was rather poor / taciturn and in the end there was only an "intermediate bill" (when paying by card) and no proper receipt - a no-go for me. The table next door paid in cash and got a grappa & espresso on the house (with a lower bill). Well. Pizza was OK, but not amazing. The store won't see me again...

Recommend if you have a good appetite for Pizza or Pasta. I've been surprised by the giant delicious Pizza Diavolo. My friend got a yummy meal Spaghetti Frutti di Mare. Warm and clean location with attentive staff. Also the atmosphere and design is outstanding and calm. Always again when I'm in town.

I can only partially understand the good reviews. Table right by the door that doesn't close and there's a constant draft. Constant opening and closing included. Waitress who is rude and doesn't even know the numbers on the menu? Then a lukewarm beer came, even when I asked, I got a lukewarm beer. The restaurant is located very centrally. It is a very nice and cozy place to eat. I liked that it has a wide variety of Pizzas and drinks and is open every day. I had the Diavolo Pizza, which is my favorite. The food is very good and the pizzas are huge, but I was not satisfied with the service. The restaurant has a rule: if you don't order a drink, they don't serve you food. It's still good, but the waiters answered very rudely when we asked them something.

Went to the restaurant for the first time yesterday with 5 people. All 5 loved the pizza. Topping and dough taste very good. The dough is very thin and baked until crispy. All had a diameter of around 40cm. Unfortunately the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible (toilets in the basement). The service could be more attentive with the drinks. Otherwise definitely a recommendation.

They did a bit strange treatment.. like telling me not to eat there if I won't buy water or stared moving tables for no reason when I seat down behind one Pizza wasn't cut trough properly on slices ... it felt a bit tense Server did asked owners permission to not allow me eat there if I won't buy water.

Pizzas as big as wagon wheels. Nice and hot, they come straight from the stone oven to the plate and have a lot of overhang. The base is crispy, with an edge so nice and fluffy that you definitely have to eat it too. Garlic and chilli oil are served with it. The salad with chicken strips was also very tasty: mixed leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a great fried meat that was still super juicy on the inside. Friendly, quick service. Clean sanitary rooms. The ambience is okay, the tables are a bit narrow. Parking is rather difficult, but subway Theresienstrasse is nearby. If you're really into pizza, you're in the right place here.

My neighbor for over a year, and I've been coming here almost every week at times. The family that runs the restaurant, as well as the employees, are very nice people. The stone oven pizza is A1, and the rest of the dishes are also very tasty and comparatively inexpensive, especially for this location. Otherwise, a very pleasant atmosphere, and a great outdoor area located very centrally in the city, next to the restaurant. I can definitely recommend Mentor's to anyone who wants to go out for a nice evening meal in Maxvorstadt with their partner, family or friends.

A delicious stone oven pizza with a delicious dough and a crispy, thin base. The pizzas all have a generous diameter of 40cm. The staff was also very friendly.

We were very disappointed… A rude waitress served us and we waited more than 30 minutes for the pizza… The dough was very tasty but the filling was not good. We had the prosciutto pizza and it wasn't what we expected. The pizza was dry with little cheese. You should also keep in mind that you won't get a seat without ordering a drink. Paying by card is also not possible. We remained dissatisfied.

Because of the good reviews, we decided to visit Mentor's wood-fired pizza this evening. We were happy that we got a place on Sunday evening at very short notice. We ordered tomato soup, Rigatoni Quattro Formaggi and Pizza Buffalo as well as red wine. The food came extremely quickly, which is generally a very positive thing - unfortunately we didn't have any cutlery and the soup came at the same time as the noodles for my companion. The logical consequence was that she had to inhale the soup so that the noodles didn't get cold. The wine was clearly too warm for that. You also don't drink red wine at 25°C. Both the soup and pizza tasted excellent, the pasta was rather mediocre. In addition, it's not great if the waiter takes a smoke break every now and then and then brings a nasty waft of cigarettes to the table. When the faux pas was pointed out, we apologized several times, the soup was taken off the bill and grappa was given on the house at the end. Because of the good food, we only get four stars for being so accommodating - otherwise it would have been a maximum of three.

Stopped here for a late lunch on a Tuesday and ordered salads. Both were very tasty and of ample proportions. I had the Antipasti Misto and got, besides the expected items, a scoop of a seafood mix (mussels, squid, shrimp, octopus) that took the plate to a whole other level. Since it was after the main lunch period things were relaxed with a couple of children in the back to liven up the atmosphere. A few blocks W of the museum district and worth seeking out. A few tables outside and about a dozen inside. Very cozy.

Incredibly horrible service. We were rudely informed that we had to order a drink by being presented with the menu with the corresponding note without saying a word. Confused, we then ordered a drink, but large drinks were brought to us instead of small ones. If the waitress had explained the requirements to us in a friendly manner, no problem, we would have understood. The sound simply makes the music. Pizzas are expensive, but large with a lot of fluffy edges. But it doesn't matter, the waitress made sure we wouldn't come back.
