CAUTION! We were visiting family in East Frisia. The four of us “ate” there. Everyone had fish except me. I had a Hawaiian turkey steak. So far so good. The service was nice. So I got my turkey steak. It was NOT through! It was pink. It can happen... You tell the waitress, she takes the food away and puts it through a bit more, saying: "Actually, we always do it like that! You're the first to complain. Fry it first We fry it briefly in the pan and then put it in the oven because of the cheese. If the meat is cooked too well, it is too dry. Now what can I say about that? Frying a turkey steak is probably the most normal thing in the world. Above all, I wonder how something can be too dry if there is pineapple on it and it gets wet. The next day I had stomach cramps because of the food and I just sat on the porcelain. Thanks for nothing. Never again!

The restaurant has been closed for a long time, but you can book appointments for events, according to the website. However, when you ask by email what happens to vouchers that have been issued and cannot be redeemed, you receive no answer. I think that's a shame, because the shop isn't bankrupt, but offers to accept appointments for private events. This is not customer friendly! I would have loved to eat here.

Geht man rein, wird man mit einem Imbisähnlichen Konzept überrascht. Es wird hier kassiert und gekocht. Kunde arbeitet mit. Die knappe Karte auf einem DIN A4 Blatt bietet eine überschaubare Vielfalt. Stellt man eine Frage, so springt der Koch aus der Küche und erklärt leidenschaftlich das Gericht. Preise sind mit anderen Restaurants vergleichbar, Qualität spielt bei den oberen Rängen mit. Eine tolle Erfahrung.

I reserved a table for my girls yesterday for 6 p.m. Great ambience. Sensational service. Great menu. The table by the window with a side view of the harbor. The plaice, the crabs, the bacon, the fried potatoes and the potato salad were just perfect. Awesome. Thanks to the whole team who made the evening unforgettable for my wife.

The food at Liman is very tasty, fish is really fresh and very well prepared. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy! The service is very courteous and nice, especially Michi, a Hamburg boy, who we always found particularly sweet and in a really good mood. We hope that the water damage will be repaired quickly and that we can eat delicious fish with you again.
