The lunch special is highly recommended. Excellent value for money. The small bouillabaisse, however, is very small. The courtyard has become a bit more cozy, but unfortunately, it's still busy. All in all, it's worth a visit.

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant yesterday. Since it looked like a thunderstorm was approaching, we were advised to move inside so we could enjoy the main course in peace. We had our Labrador with us, who, after being given water, felt very comfortable and relaxed. The food was fantastic; allergies were taken into consideration, so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. Highly recommended and thanks to the friendly team☺️

2023 rating, 4 stars: Excellent, both the lobster bisque and the pike-perch were top-notch! Service was also very friendly, although it could have been a bit quicker and more attentive at times. Still top-notch! 2025 rating, revised to 5 stars: Excellent! An experience that doesn't just satisfy or "just" taste good – it delights. The pike-perch: fried until translucent, crispy on the outside, with a flawless texture on the inside. The pearl barley risotto: creamy, hearty, with perfectly integrated, firm asparagus pieces – and a wonderfully harmonious acidic component in the foam. Every spoonful is a delight – which shows how great presentation, texture, flavor, and temperature can be when true craftsmanship is delivered. The dessert: a coconut panna cotta with a delicate vanilla note – perfectly integrated sensorially without being overpowering. Accompanied by a strawberry and rhubarb compote, fine chocolate shavings, and finely crumbled pistachio pieces – rich in texture, aromatic, and simply mouth-watering! To accompany the meal: a 2024 Pinot Blanc from Weingut Wolf (Palatinate) – precisely tempered, wonderfully mineral, with clear fruit, a delicate melt, and an elegant structure. Selected by the excellent in-house sommelier, Tommy Hergenhan, as I learned – and whose expertise I had already had the pleasure of experiencing at Landhaus Eggert. In addition to Hendrik Eggert's incomparably personal, individual, and highly professional hospitality, the incredibly knowledgeable and perfect wine service particularly stood out there – compliments to both: Tommy Hergenhan for his outstanding expertise and passion, and Hendrik Eggert for the fact that a precisely calculating Westphalian entrepreneur can still afford such a top-class sommelier these days. This truly deserves applause and should be highlighted. We've had the privilege of enjoying this exquisite wine waiter's art several times at employee events or with Slow Food at Eggert – a true highlight, even by national and international standards! And then came a greeting from the cellar: a glass of 2024 Riesling from the red sandstone – on the house, served with poise and sensory finesse. Phenomenal. And the service in general? Extremely friendly, attentive to the guest, nimble, and unobtrusively present. Excellent service from an extremely charming, young, blond man, whose name I unfortunately didn't ask for. And all this not in a stiff atmosphere, but outdoors – in the courtyard, in the sunshine, with a touch of Mediterranean lightness. Truly a wonderful lunchtime treat. And at an absolutely reasonable price, which includes water and dessert. I say: Come on in!

The Sylt am Bült restaurant is a truly fantastic place with truly high-quality food. The fish was super fresh and absolutely delicious—you can tell they place great value on high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was also very pleasant; we felt completely at home. The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. The only minor complaint: the portions could have been a bit larger for our personal taste. But we'd rather have them than huge plates of mediocre food. The quality here is simply top-notch. All in all, a very enjoyable evening, and we'll definitely be back!

A nice little restaurant in the middle of the city

We had lunch today and were very excited. For little money you can get a delicious main course plus dessert. Very delicious. The service is also outstanding, Mr Ruthemeyer persuaded us to have a small bouillabaisse, which was absolutely amazing. We'd love to come back!

We “just” sat right next to the chefs. We were “forced” to keep an eye on them. I love fish: especially when it's well done! And that's him here. God that was wonderful. Yummy! Had dinner yesterday for four. Two things stood out particularly positively: 1) The large portion of soup is really big! Just like you would pour these at home. And very fine at that. 2) Very attentive, very friendly, courteous and at the same time discreet service. Would love to come back!

The ambience gave hope for a nice evening, the lobster soup was good, but the term "with accompaniment" was a bit exaggerated... then nothing happened for an hour while guests who arrived later had their food on the table earlier. After asking about this, we had our food within a minute, the fish was hot, the side dishes had probably been there for a long time and could be described with a lot of benevolence as lukewarm... when we asked whether everything was good, we passed on our criticism to the kitchen, which was given by the waitress with a It was acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders... the next waitress gave us a "sorry" from the kitchen and explained to us "next time it will be better"... this situation could have been solved "gastronomically" with 2 schnapps or espressos on the house... WELL, WASTED CHANCE...! In terms of price-performance, there are many places in Münster that are better!

I like good food and when the service is right, I enjoy it even more. The restaurant is small, fine and appropriately located on the fish market. The oysters are fresh, the lobster soup is delicious and the bread is warm when it comes to the table. The boss is not above anything. As he passes by, he brings salt and pepper or takes photos of a family sitting at the table grinning. And not even me, as an entrepreneur, sitting in a quiet corner with a laptop and iPhone working, seems disturbing. Very nice!

Einem Geschäftsfreund aus Neuengland wollten wir zeigen wie man in Deutschland Fisch serviert: wir schlitterten in eine Katastrophe: Die Austern zerhackt aber geschmacklich frisch und gut. Die Boullionbase bestand aus einer geschmacklosen Brühe mit 2 harten Fischstücken mit halbkrosser Haut. Dazu 3 kleine Kleckse Aioli mit trockenem Weißbrot das in einem Körbchen auf den Tisch gestellt wurde. Unser USA Gast stocherte auch im Essen herum und lies mehr als die Hälfte stehen. Der Wein war gut. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll.

The Sylt am Bült restaurant in Münster is a classic restaurant with market-fresh fish dishes, matching wine and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The food is simply incredibly delicious. I've eaten here twice and loved it each time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were there for lunch on Saturday. The very young service employee was very friendly and accommodating... we immediately felt welcome. We ordered 3 courses (starter: salmon tartare, main course: fried monkfish with Brussels sprouts and potato gratin, dessert: plum cake with pear sorbet) Unfortunately, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right. The portions are "just about" okay, but with main courses all around 25 - 30 euros (starters around 15 - 20 euros) you can expect first-class preparation. The monkfish was fried tough (for too long) and totally (!) oversalted. The young service employee offered a coffee on the house as compensation, so complaint management was undoubtedly "very good", which is why we gave it 3 stars instead of just 2. The plum cake in the dessert tasted like plum cake that you had been keeping in the fridge for 3 days (you probably had that too...)... you could have quickly remedied this, especially with plum cake, by simply putting the piece back for a few minutes “crunched” in the oven. It was clear that there were no "experts" at work during the preparation, but rather someone who put the dishes together according to a recipe and modular system instead of cooking with specialist knowledge. Very unfortunate. A special highlight are the toilets, which give the feeling of going to the guest toilet with friends. Spacious, well-kept with various products for the guests (disinfectant products, hand cream...)...all in all our visit there was "o.k."...but a little unsatisfactory considering the high prices.

My friends and I, they come from Oelde and I from Billerbeck, meet twice a year in Münster, we spontaneously went to their nice restaurant, the three of us worked on Sylt in the 90s and felt really comfortable, despite the high temperatures When guests arrived, her three employees gave their all. The three of us sat outside for lunch. A lunch meal including mineral water and dessert was offered for EUR 18 (July 2024). The service was quick and attentive, the food was extremely tasty. Green halibut cooked to perfection with parsnip puree and pointed cabbage vegetables. Everything is fresh and really really tasty. That was a great experience, thank you very much.

Have a dream on the terrace when the weather is nice. Selection of fish dishes okay. The creations presented for starters, main course and dessert are really good. We started with fish soup. Then classic panfish. Ended with a three-way variation with sorbet. However, that comes to around 70 with beer and cappuccino. Wine list looked really good. But then it quickly becomes three digits.

A fish restaurant to visit in Münster, all was perfect the prices ( affordable meet the quality of the meal) the team is very sympathetic and provide nice advise, the cook is present, the atmosphere is very cosy and the meals are just very tasty. Fish is perfectly cooked, pastas also, I was surprised by the quality of the desert ( homemade) I highly recommend the after work menu that cannot be beaten in quality price … to sum up it is a very good address a very good fish restaurant we will be back when we will settle in Münster.

Fantastic evening with first-class food and service. We were able to sit directly at the counter in the open kitchen, a special experience! It's also very nice to be able to taste many small portions as a variation. The white halibut (special that evening) was a poem! as well as the very tasty side dishes. Quality of fish (and other ingredients) is excellent. The lobster bisque is also highly recommended with a very generous amount of lobster, unfortunately the oysters were already sold out that evening, maybe reserve in advance? Wir waren an einem Samstag zum einkaufen in Münster, über unser Hotel wurde uns Sylt am Bült empfohlen, die Fischgerichte und auch die Bouillabaisse waren absolut hervorragend, man kam sich vor wie auf Sylt! Der hauseigene Sekt ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen! Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, würde ich eine Reservierung empfehlen!

Wir haben zu zweit am Samstag ein Mittagessen gesucht und wurden bei Sylt am Bült freundlich begrüßt. Die Gericht Pannfisch Hamburger Art und eine Bouillabaisse waren auskömmlich und lecker.

Wer gerne einmal außerhalb direkter Küstennähe gut Fisch essen möchte ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Bouillabaisse und der Heilbutt. Aber auch die Hummersuppe und der Pannfisch waren sehr in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Goede wijn uitverkocht, alternatief mager. Keuze in vis beperkt, kweek en goedkoop. Noedels geen kraak of smaak. Stinkende honden worden toegelaten. Mooie inrichting en foto's. Eigenaar rijdt vast Porsche die de klanten betalen. Hoge prijzen, slechts het fijne vooruitzicht dat ik morgen zelf weer kook en we onze eigen wijn weer drinken vrolijken me op.

Anlässlich eines Tagesbesuches in Münster (Stadt und die sehenswerte Tapies-Miro-Austellung im Picasso-Museum) stießen wir auf das „Sylt am Bült.“ Wir entschieden uns für den günstigen Mittagstisch … und waren begeistert. Die Meeräsche mit Ingwer-Möhren und Kartoffelstampf war hervorragend und das Vanille-Eis auf Roter Grütze bewies, dass man auch mit einfachen Zutaten ein sehr gutes Dessert zaubern kann. Der Service war aufmerksam, flott und super freundlich. Leider ist Münster ein wenig entfernt von unseren Wohnorten, doch wir kommen bestimmt wieder, in die Stadt und auch ins Sylt am Bült. Vielleicht auch im nächsten Frühling, um im schönen Innehof des Restaurants speisen zu können.

Das Restaurant befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Münster in einem sehr schönen Innenhof. Wir besuchten das Restaurant an einem schönen Sommerabend Mitte Juli, da das Wetter einladend war, nahmen wir gerne das Angebot an, draußen zu essen. Das Essen begann mit einem schmackhaften Brot und zwei Aperitifs. Davon ist leider einer beim Servieren zu Bruch gegangen. Dies kann passieren und war kein Problem, da vom Service umgehend ersetzt. Auch die beiden eigentlichen Vorspeisen schmeckten sehr gut. Das Timing war ebenfalls perfekt. Bis auf das zu Bruch gegangen Glas war bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt alles sehr gut. Weshalb meine Begleitung und ich uns sehr auf den Hauptgang freuten. Allerdings kam und kam dieser nicht. Zwischenzeitlich wurde uns, fälschlicherweise, auch noch die Vorspeise des Nebentisches serviert. Auch dies kann mal passieren und ist eigentlich kein Problem. Da das Restaurant zu der, nun mehr fortgeschrittenen Zeit, jedoch nur noch mäßig besucht war und wir uns kurz zuvor noch nach unserem Hauptgang erkundigten, sollte dies nicht passieren. Da merklich auch deutlich nach uns gekommene Gäste ihre Speisen bekamen, teilweise sogar schon abgerechnet wurden, fragten wir erneut nach unserem Hauptgang. Uns wurde versichert, dass dieser gleich fertig sei. Spätestens zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätte der Service selbst bemerken müssen, dass der Ablauf nicht korrekt ist. Da das Restaurant zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur noch ca. zur Hälfte belegt war. Der Kellnerin selbst ist es leider nicht aufgefallen. Der Hauptgang kam leider erst ca. 1,5 h nach der Vorspeise und der Anmerkung meinerseits das Restaurant zu verlassen sollte das Essen nicht in den nächsten 10 min. fertig sein. Die Wartezeit war enttäuschenderweise völlig inakzeptabel. Wir gehen sehr oft Essen, aber das war definitiv ein negativ Ausreißer. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen, dass sämtliche Speisen sehr gut waren. Die Weine waren ebenfalls gut und passend temperiert. Die Kellnerin war zwar nett, die angebotenen Espresso wurden unsererseits allerdings abgelehnt. Daraufhin wurden die zwei letzten Getränke von der Rechnung genommen, dies kompensierte den ruinierten Abend allerdings nicht. Zumal man sagen muss, dass die Preise, dem Essen angemessen, nicht günstig sind. In dem Fall sollte allerdings auch der Service auf dem Niveau sein. Was er an diesem Abend bedauerlicherweise nicht war.

Sehr schönes Indoor-Outdoor-Fischrestaurant mit schneller und leckerer Küche und aufmerksamem und freundlichem Service: Empfehlenswert für eine Pause beim Shoppen in Münster oder nach Feierabend. Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, Mittagsmenue und leckere Weine!

Auf jeden Fall reservieren, auch zum Lunchl. Köstliches Tagesgericht mit Nachtisch. Aufmerksame Kellner und schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre abseits der Stadt und trotzdem zentral.

Warum so schlecht? Wir waren länger nicht mehr hier und waren enttäuscht von zwei von drei Gerichten: Hamburger Pannfisch - zigmal gegessen über die Jahre und immer gut und reichhaltig - bestand aus guten Bratkartoffeln und einem ca. 70 Gramm großen Stück Seelachsfilet, das sich fast auf dem Teller verlor. Nach Reklamation wurde freundlich nachgebessert- nochmal zwei Stücke a 70 Gramm - alles okay aber warum werden solche Miniportionen überhaupt rausgegeben? Unser Onkel hatte die große Portion Bouillabaisse, die immer aus einer intensiven Suppe mit großzügiger Einlage aus Fisch, Muscheln und Gemüse wie Fenchel usw. bestand, abgeschmeckt mit einem Schuß Pernod. Diesmal: Suppe wie gehabt und lecker aber außer zwei kleinen Stückchen Fisch keinerlei Einlage; eine provenzialische Fischsuppe sollte gehaltvoller sein. Die Preise anzuheben ist legitim und nötig, wir wissen alle warum und zahlen gerne etwas mehr. Aber: Preise hoch und Qualität runter beides zusammen geht so nicht.

Sehr leckeres Essen, hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch ohne Zwiebel und Knobloch war kein Problem (Rücksicht auf Allergie). Wein war super, Betreuung auch!

Schnuckeliges kleines Restaurant mit Außenplätzen. Nette Bedienung und gute Qualität. Schwerpunkt Fisch.

Wir (Gruppe von 8 Personen) sind eher zufällig auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und haben für den Abend reserviert. Das hat sich gelohnt! Der Service ist aufmerksam und super freundlich. Das Kochteam arbeitet konzentriert und mit viel Spaß an der Kochkunst und das Ergebnis hat uns alle voll überzeugt. Natürlich haben wir in erster Linie aus dem Fischangebot bestellt und waren begeistert. Auch das Steak war kein Lückenfüller sondern hatte beste Qualität. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend und bedauern, dass Münster für uns nicht um die Ecke liegt. Aber klar ist, wir werden wiederkommen!

Tolles Restaurant für Fischliebhaber, gelegen in einem sehr schön angelegten Innenhof im Herzen von Münster. Wir haben uns für die "Kulinarische Reise für 2 Personen" entschieden, quasi eine "kleine Reise" quer durch die Speisekarte. Diese "Reise" besteht aus 3 Gängen mit jeweils 4 verschiedenen Leckereien. Es war der reine Genuss. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt vollkommen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal und natürlich an die Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind seit über 4 Jahren (2019 habe ich dort meinen 60. gefeiert) sehr zufriedene Gäste des Restaurants. Immer wieder lassen wir uns gerne u.a. mit auf die Schiffsreise nehmen. Diese bietet eine Vielzahl von Köstlichkeiten. Nach einem Rosesekt zum Auftakt und einer schönen Flasche Milch (Weisswein) sowie einem Espresso zum Dessert auch gestern Abend wieder ein rundum gelungener Abend. Sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal mit viel Spaß am Job. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder..

Das perfekte Erlebnis. Super Weine, tolles Essen und absolut erstklassiges Personal. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Münster und Umgebung. Alle Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt und das Essen war perfekt zubereitet. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, es ist nicht zu laut und man sitzt sehr bequem.

Ein schönes kleines Restaurant mit toller Atmosphäre. Sehr guter, aufmerksamer Service. Besonders positiv sind die wechselnden Tagesempfehlungen. Die Speisen waren super lecker und die Portionen waren groß. Das perfekte Restaurant für alle die Fisch und Meeresfrüchte lieben.

Sehr gutes Fisch Restaurant. Das "after work" Menu für knapp 33 Euro kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Garnelen der Vorspeise, wie auch das Fischfilet des Hauptgangs waren auf den Punkt gegart, Innen leicht glasig, Garnelen knackig. so soll es sein. Garnitur und Beilage waren ebenfalls passend und nicht 0815, das Dessert überraschte auch noch. Dazu noch ein Glas Sekt, perfekt für den früheren Abend.

Auch heute wieder erstklassig , Top -Service von dem großen jungen Mann , sehr sehr freundlich! Preise auch super für das tolle Ambiente und Speisenangebot

Zur Zeit ist das Sylt am Bült unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Münster. In der letzten Zeit waren wir oft dort. Alle Gerichte äußerst lecker, frisch und kreativ gekocht, sehr kundenorientierte, aufmerksame und perfekt geschulte Mitarbeiter. So macht Gastronomie richtig Spaß. Danke an Herrn Eggert und das gesamte Team.

Sylt am Bult was our destination since we both like fish and we were told this was a good restaurant for this. We utterly enjoyed the service, food and the restaurant. It looked small, but it was cozy and I would consider this very fine seafood dining. The prices are fair, since the freshness of the (fish) food was apparent. Our server was fun and always smiling while ensuring our visit was a good one. We will come back.

Sehr schöner Abend mit gutem Essen und tollem Service. Wir waren mit Freunden im Sylt am Bült essen. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Tolles Essen, frisch zubereitet und lecker. Wir waren vor längerer Zeit schon mal hier und es ist immer noch super. Das Lokal war voll besetzt, dadurch war es etwas lauter, aber zu viert konnten wir uns gut unterhalten. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier :-).

Het eten is uitstekend. Onthaal zeer gast vrij en de bediening zeer goed. Een echte aanrader. Je kunt hier echt heen met familie of vrienden.

One of my favorites in town. Cute little place, specialized on seafood. They offer course menus, a platter to share or the regular menu. The food was we presented and it was very tasty. Great service as well. We'll be back.
