Small restaurant right on the Reeperbahn. Very good food (as good as my favorite Italian restaurant in Tuscany) and the service was very friendly.
We will definitely come back on our next trip to Hamburg.
Die Speisen, insbesondere die Pizzen sind sehr gut. Allerdings hat der Service stark nachgelassen. Obwohl es manchmal nicht so voll ist, hat das Personal nicht alles im Blick. Bestellungen oder die Rechnung dauern teilweise zu lange.
Update 2024: an der Bewertung hat sich nichts geändert. Der Service ist sogar noch schlechter geworden.
Update 2025: das Derada hat Google veranlasst meine ehrliche Meinung zu löschen. Grund: Diffamierung. Sehr schade. Weshalb antwortet das Derada nicht auf ehrlich gemeinte Kritik in der Bewertung?
Falls Google weiterhin schlechte Bewertungen löscht, ist der Sinn des Bewertungssystems natürlich nicht mehr gegeben und man kann es auch gleich sein lassen. Aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Bewertungssysteme wie Tripadvisor
Unterirdischer Service, Essen durchschnittlich. Ich hatte ein langes Haar in meinem Essen. Nach Hinweis auf den Mangel keine Entschuldigung. Das Gericht musste sogar komplett gezahlt werden. War für mich der erste und letzte Besuch
Every vacation we take in the Harz, we eat there at least once. The restaurant is small and nice. That's why it's best to reserve in advance. The boss is just so welcoming! She always has a funny saying and is always in a good mood. The food is super tasty and you don't have to wait long. I think we've already ordered up and down the entire menu.
The atmosphere is super cozy. Some people think it's a bit thrown together, but that's a matter of taste, I think it's nice.
As I said, we'll keep coming back.

Have been there for dinner several times now. No chance of getting a table without a reservation! And why? Because everything went perfectly with the fine food. Will definitely come back soon.
First surprise: a large parking lot right next to the restaurant!
We had lunch here on a Wednesday and absolutely loved it. Starting with the delicious "greetings from the kitchen" (a thin slice of baguette with two pesti and parmesan) through the very good wine to the best pizza or salmon fillet we have ever eaten, there was absolute satisfaction at our table. The service staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn't wait too long for our food. The individual components of the dishes were characterized by their freshness. We didn't waste a single dollop of this great olive oil, instead we licked everything up with the delicious baguette. We attach great importance to wholesome, good quality food at home and were not disappointed here. If we didn't live so far away (368 km), we would have found our new favorite restaurant.
It's all about the pizza. Most expensive standard pizza in recent times... €12.90 for a more than average Margherita pizza to take away. You can get a pizza like this somewhere else for €5.90 (in a good location), it didn't taste particularly good, just so-so. Far too thin, therefore far too little pizza for the money. I would have preferred to go to L'Osteria... Well, next time. 🤷🏻♂️ All well and good, I understand that location etc. costs everything, but then you should also have a product that is impressive - for €12.90. As a takeaway pick-up, I don't have anything from the location anyway. If you take away the location, you can get a pizza like this at an Indian restaurant for €4.50 - but my expectations are quite low there. So I feel ripped off as the quality doesn't come close to justifying the high price. It's a shame, I paid attention to the good reviews. As a comparison, here's a picture of a real Italian pizza for €5.50... I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.😏

Schon ein Holzofen im Restaurant macht eine angenehme Stimmung. Wenn dann aus diesem auch noch perfekte Pizzen rauskommen, dann ist es einfach wunderbar.
Mein Saltimbocca a la Romana war ein zarter Traum. Da beginnt einfach traditionelle italienische Küche. Aufmerksamer Service vom Chef persönlich-- so soll es sein. Ich komme gerne wieder, dann aber mit Freunden.
I visited the Italian restaurant “Fratelli” again for lunch after a long time. As a starter I had mixed bruschetta, which was very good and tasty. The main course from the daily menu was gnocchi with liver and sage. Also good, but a bit potato-heavy. The atmosphere is pleasant and so is the service.
