Delicious pizzas in a huge size at absolutely fair prices! All this in a lovely atmosphere with very attentive staff. I was also very pleased to find extra-sharp knives provided with the pizza, so cutting it was no effort at all. Absolutely a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. We'll definitely be back.

The two of us went out to eat... we reserved a table (definitely should have). Service was prompt, friendly, and funny. The food came quickly... the mixed vegetable pizza was very poorly topped, and some of the vegetable pieces were very large... the shrimp and arugula pizza was excellent. But that was unfortunately it. After the meal, despite the waiter being present, we weren't asked for any further requests... no drinks, no dessert, no espresso... nothing. We left quickly and won't be coming back. The fact that the couple at the next table had a dog with them may have been fine with the house... I personally don't like having animals around at meals... especially since the water bowl the dog had been given was left on the table afterward...

The pizzas are delicious. Payment is only possible in cash, just like in the last millennium, which is a shame and unfriendly to customers.

Today, after arriving at our vacation home, we were able to dine in a beautiful setting at this very cozy and tasteful restaurant. We had the salmon tagiatelle and the chicken with mushrooms and rösti. It was absolutely delicious and left nothing to be desired. The staff was also friendly, open, and entertaining. The price and service are simply unbeatable. We would love to come back.

A family celebration was planned for March 30, 2025 to mark the 35th wedding anniversary. A year earlier we had celebrated a 60th birthday at Derada. The table for the party was reserved in January. When we arrived on the day in question, there were 15 people standing in front of closed doors. There was then a note on the door. We hadn't even been called to let us know that the restaurant would be closed! That was really a big disappointment! We then spontaneously went to the Sparta restaurant. Really unbelievable how that turned out!

We were there on Good Friday and often missed the service. Maybe they were short-staffed that day. The food was good and the ambience was okay.

We were there on 4/26/25. Drinks ordered and received, my wife had to wait. Food ordered and received, my wife had to wait. My tortellini (mini portion) was eaten before my wife got her food. Then: paying with EC card is not possible. It should be at the door. Looked and saw that it was on the door. But not visible when open. When we came in the door was open. So money from my invited guests was collected and paid in cash. I couldn't describe the staff as friendly either. Conclusion: they'll never see me again...I'll go where I like...

We have eaten here several times. It was always not good. The Rukola pizza had too little tomato sauce. The lettuce was wilted. Cheese slices on top. The pasta with scampi tasted like fish. The scampi was out of date.

I am very surprised by the good reviews. We didn't find any good food or service today. We went there because of the good reviews, but the atmosphere couldn't have been more dismal. Not a single flower on the table, the women's toilet was dirty, the tables were already disintegrating, the windows in the winter garden were loose without being anchored, the food was oversalted, sometimes tasteless or decorated with ingredients that, in our opinion, didn't really suit the dish. We were served the wrong food and had a rude response to comments. We weren't even asked if we wanted something more to drink. The service staff had no idea about the drinks or food. The bill should be separated; mental arithmetic was a little too much for the innkeeper. All in all, the restaurant will definitely never see us again.

The food, especially the pizzas, is very good. However, the service has deteriorated significantly. Even though it's not always that busy, the staff doesn't keep an eye on everything. Orders or the bill sometimes take too long. Update 2024: The rating hasn't changed. The service has actually gotten worse. Update 2025: Derada has asked Google to delete my honest review. Reason: defamation. It's a shame. Why doesn't Derada respond to honest criticism in the review? If Google continues to delete bad reviews, the purpose of the rating system is obviously no longer valid, and you might as well just give up.

Bestellungen oder die Rechnung dauern teilweise zu lange. Update 2024: an der Bewertung hat sich nichts geändert. Der Service ist sogar noch schlechter geworden. Update 2025: das Derada hat Google veranlasst meine ehrliche Meinung zu löschen. Grund: Diffamierung. Sehr schade. Weshalb antwortet das Derada nicht auf ehrlich gemeinte Kritik in der Bewertung? Falls Google weiterhin schlechte Bewertungen löscht, ist der Sinn des Bewertungssystems natürlich nicht mehr gegeben und man kann es auch gleich sein lassen. Aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Bewertungssysteme wie Tripadvisor

Went there for the first time today and reserved a table at short notice! That was TOP! Then you were greeted nicely and served TOP! And then delicious pizza, squid rings and pasta with mushrooms and parmesan sauce as well as bruscetta! The pizza is super tasty and the toppings taste high quality. The rolls and digestives, which are served free of charge, are evidence of great service. The dips that are served with the rolls are worth mentioning. However, one of the dips contained tuna, which is not suitable for vegetarians. Of course it wouldn't be a problem if the dips hadn't just been served without comment. So you eat fish without knowing it. The service is polite, but a bit too hectic and impersonal.

We were there for Christmas dinner with 20 people. We were asked at the beginning if we would like an appetizer platter. We naively said yes without asking about the price. In the end this plate cost €53.60 for 6 people!!!! Pizza large, but with sparse toppings, taste just ok. Meat dish good. We were charged €0.50 for the packaging to take the remaining pizza with us... something we've never experienced before. Bills were paid individually. b After the last payer it was claimed that we hadn't paid! But it later turned out to be a mistake on the part of the staff...excuse me? None! Probably not an isolated case if you look at the last recessions here. It is better to ALWAYS insist on a written invoice in the future. We won't be going there again

Nachtrag Okt 21. : Es gelten die 3 bzw 2 G Regel und es gibt die Lucaapp. Von Außen ist jedenfalls davon nichts zu sehen und doch weiss ich vom Eigentümer dass Luca und Impfpass auch dann Pflicht ist wenn es die Politik gerade mal nicht vorschreibt. Ich jedenfalls will nicht neben Coronaleugnern sitzen und das nicht wissen. Danke denn jetzt komme ich gerne wieder essen

We went to the restaurant for Christmas dinner because we were really happy there last year. I have no idea what happened in the meantime, but unfortunately this time it was a sentence with an X... Only the Lambrusco was delicious. I know bruschetta with nice, crispy toasted bread and deliciously seasoned "tomato salad" - here there were small, unroasted pieces of ciabatta or something similar with a pile of tomato pieces that were so garlic-heavy that I chewed on pieces of garlic and the amount of tomatoes did that Bread quite soggy. Until then I thought, maybe it's just me that I don't like bruschetta... it can happen sometimes. Then came my rump steak... The fries were super salty (even for me - and I like salt...), the steak was unfortunately very tasteless and even the mushrooms and onions had pretty much no taste. Very unfortunate. I could have let it go back, but I wasn't quite sure whether I couldn't taste it properly until the others noticed that the food wasn't as usual... And I didn't feel like trying a new one either Waiting to eat... Then I let half go back. All of our plates stood in front of us for far too long after dinner and were not cleared away, even though the staff walked past our table very often. Drinks were only asked for at the other end of the table, so unfortunately I only had the Lambrusco and a Marsala that I ordered upon request, which unfortunately didn't taste good at all... (Stale or something - at least not tasty at all ). When I asked what the food was like, I was able to get rid of it briefly, but I had the feeling that the nice gentleman was in a hurry to get away. Overall I had the impression that the staff was very disorganized. Overall, the impression was unfortunately not as great as last year. Too bad. Oh yes, and at the end, as a little compensation, we gave 7 people three plates of panna cotta with 2 spoons each without asking.... By the way, the mixed drinks were also more alcoholic than anything else - I tried them all briefly - that's how I know it. I myself I didn't feel like ordering anything else - I wasn't asked anyway. We ordered 4 pizzas, a pasta dish and a mixed salad to take away. Although we were home within 5 minutes of receiving the dishes, they had already cooled down quite a bit. Too bad. Pizza and pasta were nothing special. Unfortunately, some people at home were disappointed and didn't eat much. Unfortunately, card payment on site is not possible - this was only communicated when paying. Overall, the restaurant was dark, so we used our cell phone flashlight to look at the menu at the counter. The staff was nice.

First of all I have to praise this service! Everyone who works there is so incredibly nice! Especially when you are there with children, you have the feeling that they are particularly nice! Unfortunately, it happens all too often that you get the feeling that children are disturbing, but definitely NOT here! The pizzas are about the size of a wagon wheel 😂 huge, nice and thin and delicious! In fact, I've only ever eaten pizza there, so I can't say anything about the other dishes! But that's also a matter of taste! It's definitely worth a visit... and you don't have to book weeks in advance to get a table... it usually works spontaneously... and don't worry, the shop won't be empty!

We were there with 4 people (2 adults, 1 pensioner, 1 child). The waitress came immediately with the card. The white, crumpled shirts are already bothering us, which is not possible at all as a service. We have Pizza Frutti di Mare €12.90, grill plate €25.90, 2x schnitzel with fries for the little guests 2x7.90€ and drinks 1 ordered a large non-alcoholic wheat, 1 small still water, 1 Vitamalz, 1 large cola. The pizza was delicious as always. The grill plate (meat) wasn't enough for the price and the fries were salty. The two schnitzels with fries didn't work at all. The fries were salty, the schnitzel had a breading that was way too thick, so you couldn't taste the meat. The bill was €91.10. The waitress asked whether EC or cash. We paid with EC. We didn't even see the receipt and he typed the amount into the debit machine and didn't even show it to me. I had to enter my PIN number and then I saw the amount. As we sat in the car, we recalculated the dishes. We were deducted €21.50 too much. I then went in again and requested the correct receipt with a list. We were billed for the two dishes for the little ones as turkey schnitzel with fries for €33.80 instead of €15.80. When we placed the order, we specifically pointed out that the pensioner couldn't eat that much. We think it's a huge impudence to take money out of people's pockets like that. They won't see us again.

We were there on an early Sunday evening. For me it was the first visit. The restaurant was not very busy, but it still took a long time until an unfriendly and grumpy waiter served us. I ordered gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce and my companion ordered a pizza. The pizza was huge. The gnocchi was rather manageable. The portion wasn't even the size of a cake plate. When we signaled that we wanted to pay, it took quite a while. The restaurant was highly recommended to me - the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the rest - and also the price-performance ratio - leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice place. We sat in the bright winter garden. Nice tables. Free delicious small rolls with 3 sauces beforehand and 2 small glasses to say goodbye. Huge pizza was brought smaller upon request. Pasta dish with porcini mushrooms and beef strips very tasty. Friendly, clean and quick.

My pizza was actually quite okay. My wife's noodles almost all stuck together and were therefore not cooked through. The waitress was soaked in sweat, with a sticky t-shirt. When I paid, I had several meals and drinks on the bill that we hadn't even consumed. Paid €38 too much. I then had to go back to get my money back, but this went smoothly. The first and last time

Confirmation buffet: A 6 in all points A buffet was ordered for the confirmation ceremony for 20 people (vegetarians and "no pork eaters" were pointed out) for 12:00 noon The reservation was made in the summer of 2023, but when asked in February it became apparent that it had not been transferred to the new business book and would have been lost without the request. The warm food was already placed on the warming plates in canteen-like containers at 11:15 (two of us were there earlier to decorate the tables). At around 11:45 the guests all came in together. There should first be a mixed appetizer platter, which should only be brought after the drinks after repeated requests. When the drinks had already been there for about 10 minutes, Keller, who was leaning boredly against the door frame, probably remembered that. There was a bland tasting mix of starters, including... There was caprese (tomato mozzarella) on the plate. Instead of a leaf of basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, there was a mini dollop of pesto (I think ready-made pesto from a jar) on top. The ham on the honeydew melon was cut far too thick and was definitely not Parma ham, more like Black Forest ham or something similar. The grilled vegetables were completely fat-free and therefore tasteless, and the eggplants were almost raw and therefore inedible. The pickled mushrooms came from a can and were tasteless. There was nothing on the plate that even came close to the price range of the restaurant. The lids of the 6 warming containers, which had been simmering on the low flame for almost 1.5 hours, were then removed. Among them were 1. Huge, watery potato quarters that suggested they were supposed to be baked potatoes, with thyme (instead of rosemary) 2. Rice that seemed unsalted at first, but then some “salt pockets” could be seen in it. Inedible! 3. Pasta, tainted with pieces of ham or bacon and canned peas, not even the little ones ate it. 4. Pork medallions, fried completely dry and in a cream sauce that is extremely salty. Inedible! 5. Salmon with broccoli stalks in curry cream sauce, completely overcooked, most of the broccoli florets had already fallen off and were no longer recognizable in the sauce. Also oversalted, but still just edible 6. A white fish, possibly pangasius? Everyone who tried it left it behind. Inedible! There were 4 pieces of cutlery for the 6 pots, although the grill tongs proved to be very unsuitable for the overcooked fish. The picture shows the "buffet" after 20 people, including 3 children, had finished eating. The host family first put frozen pizza in the oven at home because everyone was still hungry; none of us had ever eaten so badly

After half an hour of waiting, we wanted to ask whether we should go to another restaurant because they might not want to serve us. Admittedly, there was a lot going on. The menu initially sounds promising, but not everything that was offered was always adhered to. The service kept walking past our table without registering that our glasses were empty. The next time - there won't be here.

We had nothing to complain about the pizza, but the service and general ambience don't make you want to linger. Then go 100 meters further to Sparta.

I really enjoy going to Derada. You will receive a very friendly welcome there. You will be politely accompanied to the table. You can choose your dish from the menu, or you can look at the current dishes of the day on a handwritten board. Of course, extra requests are no problem. We are happy to accommodate any request. The cuisine is delicious Italian with little refinements. In summer there is a sunny terrace, which also invites you to linger longer with a wine. I can only recommend Derade. You have a well-kept atmosphere, friendly staff and everyone gets fed.

Bestellt wurde ein Buffet für die Konfirmationsfeier mit 20 Personen (es wurde auf Vegetarier und "Kein-Scheinefleisch-Esser" hingewiesen) für 12:00 Mittags Die Reservierung erfolgte bereits im Sommer 2023, auf Nachfrage im Februar fiel auf, dass diese nicht in das neue Geschäftsbuch übertragen worden war und ohne Nachfrage verloren gegangen wäre. Das warme Essen wurde bereits um 11:15 (zwei von uns waren früher da um die Tische zu dekorieren) in kantinenartigen Behälten auf die Warmhalteplatten gestellt. Um ca. 11:45 kamen die Gäste alle zusammen rein. Es sollte erst eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte geben, die auf mehrfache Nachfrage aber erst nach den Getränken gebracht werden sollte. Als die Getränke schon ca. 10 min da waren, fiel dem gelangweilt im Türrahmen lehnenden Keller das wohl auch wieder ein. Es kam eine fad schmeckende Mischung aus Vorspeisen, u. a. war auf der Platte Caprese (Tomate-Mozarella). Statt einem Blatt Basilikum, Balsamicoessig und Olivenöl war ein Mini-Klecks Pesto (ich denke, Fertigpesto aus dem Glas) darauf. Der Schinken auf der Honigmelone war viel zu dick geschnitten und war definitiv kein Parmaschinken, eher Schwarzwälder Schinken o.ä.. Das Grillgemüse war durchgängig fettfrei und damit geschmacklos, außerdem waren die Auberginen fast roh und somit ungenießbar. Die eingelegten Champignons kamen aus der Dose und waren geschmacksneutral. Es war nichts auf der Platte, was der Preisklasse des Restaurants auch nur annähernd gerecht geworden wäre. Anschließend wurden die Deckel der 6 Warmhaltebehälter, die inzwischen fast 1,5 Stunden auf der kleinen Flamme vor sich hin geköchelt haben, abgenommen. Darunter waren 1. Riesige, wässrige Kartoffelviertel, die vermuten ließen, dass es mal Folienkartoffeln werden sollten, mit Thymian (statt Rosmarin) 2. Reis, der erst ungesalzen schien, in dem sich dann aber einige "Salznester" ausmachen ließen. Ungenießbar! 3. Nudeln, verschandelt mit Schinken- oder Speckstückchen und Dosenerbsen, nicht mal die Kleinen haben das gegessen. 4. Schweinemedallions, völlig trocken gebraten und in einer maximal versalzenen Sahnesauce. Ungenießbar! 5. Lachs mit Brokkolistielen in Curry-Sahne-Sauce, völlig verkocht, die meisten Brokkoliröschen hatten sich bereits abgelöst und waren in der Sauce nicht mehr erkennbar. Ebenfalls versalzen, aber noch so gerade genießbar 6. Ein weißer Fisch, evtl. Pangasius? Jede(r), der den probiert hat, hat ihn liegenlassen. Ungenießbar! Für die 6 Pötte gab es 4 mal Anlegebesteck, wobei sich die Grillzange für den zerkochten Fisch als sehr ungeeignet erwiesen. Das Bild zeigt das "Buffet" nachdem 20 Personen, davon 3 Kinder, fertig gegessen hatten. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat sich zuhause erstmal TK-Pizza in den Ofen geschoben, da alle noch hungrig waren, so schlecht hatten wir alle noch nie gegessen.

Habe heute einen Gutschein von dort besorgen lassen. Sollte für 30 Euro sein. Man sagte geht nur mit 35 Euro. Außerdem wurde dann ein Gutschein mit Datum vom 19.12.2022 ausgegeben und man meinte, dass es so ok wäre. Das ist nicht akzeptabel und auch nicht kundenfreundlich.
