Pizzeria Francesco in Hersbruck

Angerufen und schon nach 15 Minuten konnte ich meine Pizza abholen – und ich muss sagen: Diese Pizza wäre auch eine Stunde Wartezeit wert gewesen. Frisch aus dem Holzofen, unglaublich lecker und perfekt gebacken. Ich kann mich ehrlich nicht erinnern, wann ich zuletzt so eine gute Pizza gegessen habe. Die Vier-Käse-Pizza war ein absoluter Traum, geschmacklich top abgestimmt. Kein Wunder, dass das komplette Lokal voll war. Ich bin nur zufällig auf der Durchreise hier gelandet, aber kann den Laden wirklich nur empfehlen. Großartig! Ich glaube, das ist hier eine ganz tolle Adresse – wenn ich in der Gegend leben würde, wäre ich mit Sicherheit Stammgast.

Sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta können hier absolut bestechen, und das Ganze gibt es zu einem wirklich guten Preis. Was den Aufenthalt aber besonders macht, ist die herzliche Art der Gastronomen – hier wird wirklich jeder extrem freundlich angesprochen. Dass diese Kombination ankommt, sieht man auch daran, dass der Laden immer rappelvoll ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Herrliche Pizzeria, es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Essen ist gut, der Rotwein ok. Ansonsten ergeben sich immer wieder herrliche Gespräche mit den Gästen oder den Besitzern. Ich bin immer wieder sehr gerne dort, wenn ich mal wieder in Hersbruck bin!!!

Hier gibt es überragende Pizza. Der Service ist sehr freundlich,sehr schnell, sowie aufmerksam. Hier ist der Gast König. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Voranmeldung mit mehreren Personen ist empfehlenswert.

Kleines, recht gemütliches Lokal. Wir bestellten nur Desserts und Getränke. Die Süßspeisen waren lecker, der Kaffee hingegen nicht. Die Bedienung war höflich und freundlich.

Ich war jetzt schon zweimal innerhalb einer Woche in dieser Pizzeria – und das sagt eigentlich schon alles, denn es ist einfach unglaublich lecker. Das Bruschetta ist mit Abstand das beste, das ich je gegessen habe: frisch, perfekt abgeschmeckt und einfach ein Traum ❤️ Auch die Pizza ist super lecker, richtig gut belegt und geschmacklich absolut top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Die Kellner sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Dazu kommt noch ein gemütlicher Gastraum. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen🥰

Durchweg richtig gute Pizza ever, Alfonso ist aber die beste, unerreicht.......superfreundlich der Service und alles noch zu milden Preisen. Kein Wunder, ist immer schwer ein Platz zu finden.

We went there for pizza this afternoon with our little son (1.5 years old). We happened to be in the area and were completely satisfied. The food was delicious, of course, but the service was even better, especially with my son. The staff was very child-friendly and super sweet to my son. Unfortunately, my son was a bit whiny, but the staff didn't seem annoyed and tried to calm him down. Thank you for the great entertainment/play opportunity for my little one :) The pasta for my son was also delicious :) As the staff assumed, the young man had fallen asleep on the car ride ;)

The chef was hectic, the outdoor area was only about 60% full. 45-minute wait for pasta (as advertised) The food was mixed up at other tables. Only after repeated reminders did I get the spoon for the spaghetti. Taste-wise: Pizza bread was OK, spaghetti carbonara with cream – not at all.

I highly recommend Pizzeria Francesco. Good food, good service, and reasonable prices. Even without a reservation, you can always find a spot. Drinks and food always arrive very quickly.

Highly recommended. Pleasantly rustic ambiance. The senior chef, Francesco, and his son Pietro are excellent hosts, always with a friendly and humorous word for their guests. The food is always of impeccable quality, and the wait times are pleasantly short. Reservations are recommended, but can usually be arranged at short notice.

Service was very good to begin with, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was really bad, and since no one asked for it, there was no quick opportunity to complain. The pizza dough was quite tasteless; the calzone was noticeably undercooked and had about 0.5 cm of raw dough on the inside/bottom. The salad was swimming in dressing. The carbonara was practically unseasoned; it floated in lightly simmered cream. At least we didn't have to pay for the carbonara, as it was inedible.

We've ordered pizza here several times, but never as bad a pizza as we ordered at the weekend. With every pizza the dough was hard and burnt. For the special 2 slices of ham and for the salami pizza only 3 slices of salami. Me and my guests were very disappointed and we are thinking about ordering something here again. It's a shame they are actually very nice people, but you can't bring something like that. We ordered 8 pizzas and none of them were good. We could have eaten frozen pizza and at least been full.

Pietro and his sister are always very nice and friendly. We would be happy to be your guests. The drinks are well poured in glasses. The pizza is crispy from the dough. The salads are fresh and crunchy. We like coming here. You can sit quietly and eat in the next room. In the guest room it is a bit old-fashioned but also okay.

The menu came quickly and so did the drink. The pizza was good and came after about 7 minutes of waiting. Considering there were only two of them, everything went smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately, the bottom of the pizza was slightly burnt, which wasn't that bad since there were only two of them. Pizza was cheap-medium priced and very good. Price of the pizza is 7-10€, but I would budget more because the drink also costs 3-5€. Everything was great and at the end there was a handful of sweets for the children. Definitely come back. Anyone who reads this far must react with a flame.

We visited this pizzeria, the service was really fantastic - super friendly, attentive and with a great sense of humor. You could tell that the team was passionate about it, which made the visit very pleasant. Unfortunately the food couldn't quite keep up. The pizza was too al dente for my taste, the dough was quite tasteless and it lacked a bit of seasoning. The tiramisu also seemed rather bland, almost as if it had been prepared quickly, which meant it lacked freshness and sophistication. The pasta, on the other hand, was much tastier, although nothing special. Overall, it's a shame because the service was really outstanding, but unfortunately the food wasn't convincing

We ate pizza and cannelloni. Both menus were very well done and very tasty. The place is very nice and cozy. The waiters are the best. They are very sociable, kind and funny. I would love to come here again and can only recommend it.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such good pizza 🍕. The boss and the employee were extremely friendly, courteous and warm. Price performance is simply top. And what particularly surprised me was that when we ordered we were asked whether my granddaughter would like a children's pizza. Unfortunately, this is often no longer possible at other pizzerias. I had a pizza and I was really full afterwards. I ordered spicy, but unfortunately that wasn't taken into account. Why only one star? I was there with someone. We decided to pay separately. The waitress gave a loud “WOW!” of himself. I am of the opinion that the waitress should not interfere in the guests' financial affairs. I've never experienced anything like that before today. That's impossible. That's why I will avoid this pizzeria in the future. There are enough alternatives in Hersbruck.

I've been coming here for 25 years. The dishes are always delicious and freshly prepared. This time I picked up my food and that has also worked perfectly for years. Always friendly staff even when the restaurant is full. Clear recommendation and one of the few restaurants in Hersbruck where the price/performance ratio still fits.

Despite the high number of guests, we got a seat straight away. Very fast and very friendly service. The pizzas were very tasty.

Rustikal und schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit guter Küche, guten Preisen und netten Service. Am Plärrer geparkt und nach kurzem Fußweg erreicht man die Pizzeria gut und bequem. Der Service war sehr nett und schnell da. Auf die Getränke und Essen musste ich nicht lange warten. Die Pizzas haben eine normale Größe, sind gut belegt und mit einer würzigen Note erinnert man sich gerne, wie lecker es geschmeckt hat. Die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Zur Hauptzeit am Abend würde ich vorab Reservieren. Das Essen kann auch abgeholt werden. Wer gut und zu guten Preisen Essen gehen möchte, den kann ich dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlen.
