Pizzeria Bella Italia in Bad Lauterberg im Harz

A truly beautiful shop! The owner was extremely friendly and approachable – we were very pleasantly surprised. The food we ordered was delicious and arrived very quickly. The only minor drawback: We would have liked to have had the opportunity to quickly change our little one's diaper. Otherwise, absolutely recommended – we'd love to come back!

The food is delicious; everything tastes great here. The staff is super friendly. The lady who served us twice was especially lovely. It was a great experience for us all. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

We were here for two consecutive days. The food is delicious, a big compliment to the kitchen. But the biggest praise goes to the service. Very warm, always a smile, a kind word to every guest. We've missed that for a very, very long time in other restaurants.

We were craving Italian food and ended up at this cozy Italian restaurant. I had called ahead to make a reservation and was greeted warmly in Italian on the phone. The good atmosphere began right from the call. A beautiful table was prepared for us, and we received a very friendly welcome. They even made some charming little jokes, like, "The grape juice for adults is coming soon," because I had ordered wine. ;) For starters, we had bruschetta, which was truly delicious, and our daughter enjoyed a tomato cream soup. My husband had a calzone, I had lasagna, and our daughter had spaghetti Bolognese. Everything was delicious. Our daughter found the spaghetti Bolognese a little less tasty, but that's because she prefers my Bolognese, a recipe from Il Cucchiaio d'Argento (The Silver Spoons). The waitress then said, friendly and with true Italian charm, "Mom's food is always the best!" ❤️ We were too full for dessert. The tiramisu would definitely be recommended, as it's freshly prepared and takes its time. The espresso and cappuccino we finished with were excellent. A truly lovely evening with great service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere.

The pizzeria is quite small, but you immediately feel welcome, and the two waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. The prices are perfectly reasonable; I would have liked a bit more cheese on the pizza. But I 100% recommend eating there.

I ordered a tuna pizza, the topping was very good, only the pizza 🍕 base was a bit burnt and the edge was baked too hard,

We're from Braunschweig and are already convinced we'll be coming here once a month to eat! 110% recommended... If you're hungry, go to Bella Italia. If you like pizza, go to Bella Italia. If you're bored, go to Bella Italia. It's worth it!!!!!!

Yesterday, we spontaneously checked in with six adults and four children without a reservation and were treated with more than friendly service! The food was delicious; the short wait was well worth it! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely go back here for Italian cuisine!

Hello Two weeks ago there was a recession from a Pawel. All I can say is how he was able to eat there two weeks ago when it was closed due to renovation work??? 🤨🤨🤨 All I can say is that this is just bad work and you shouldn't claim afterwards (in advance) that the assessment was written later! Many people asked me when Bella Italia would open again because they had to go without for so long and didn't want to wait any longer for the great food, ambience and hospitality 😍. Toi toi and when we reopen, great response 🌹

Very nice staff, unfortunately the pizza was one of the worst we've ever eaten (even those from supermarkets). The dough has nothing to do with the real pizza you get in Italian restaurants. We agree with the poor reviews about the food that can be found below. The staff is friendly and puts you in a good mood. We expected a pleasant surprise after the first contact, but unfortunately we were disappointed.

Every vacation we take in the Harz, we eat there at least once. The restaurant is small and nice. That's why it's best to reserve in advance. The boss is just so welcoming! She always has a funny saying and is always in a good mood. The food is super tasty and you don't have to wait long. I think we've already ordered up and down the entire menu. The atmosphere is super cozy. Some people think it's a bit thrown together, but that's a matter of taste, I think it's nice. As I said, we'll keep coming back. Many greetings from the Berliners

I've been there a few times with friends and their family and I've rarely been served so well. And the food was super fresh, yes everyone had to wait a little for the food, but I really like waiting for fresh food... I'll definitely come back and can only recommend it. If you want to do yourself a favor then you should make a reservation... It's a shame that I can't give more stars.

We had to ask for cutlery twice then my son went to her to ask for cutlery again. The lady came to our table and checked whether cutlery was really missing

Seriously disappointed. We ate here a few days ago and to this day I still wonder how the restaurant got 4.7 stars. My pasta sauce tasted like an opened can of tomatoes with no seasoning. Drinking Barilla from the glass is a taste experience. The pizza was okay but not a highlight either. As a final disappointment, every little thing (extra parmesan, etc.) was charged at horrendous prices. The only positive thing in my opinion was the very warm, polite service!!

If you don't accept payment by card, I don't think you're worth more than 1 star. You lost several guests the other day just because of this. Very sad as we would have otherwise liked to try this restaurant!

5 stars for the service are basically not enough!! I can't remember ever receiving such a friendly and warm welcome in a restaurant. And certainly not that I was greeted with a handshake after dinner. During my visit I felt more like I was at a family celebration where everything revolved around me than "just" a guest in the restaurant. I had the “Pizza Chef” and can only recommend it! All in all, it was a very, very pleasant visit to the restaurant. If I'm in the Bad Lauterberg region again, I'll definitely come back there!! If there's anything to complain about in my opinion, it's that the restaurant would benefit from a little more Italian ambience. But that's really complaining at a high level.

Nice restaurant with delicious food and super friendly service

Finally a really good Italian restaurant. Great, delicious food and exceptionally nice service. The “small salad” was so big that I couldn’t finish the main course. But it was worth it. It's a shame that we don't live nearby, Bella Italia would be our regular restaurant. We would love to come back on our next vacation

An incomparable restaurant. I have never eaten as well at any other Italian restaurant as I did at this one. The waitress was incredibly warm and friendly, you immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Even my partner, who doesn't usually care much for Italian cuisine, was enthusiastic about the food. The bruschetta was so delicious that we ordered it again on our second visit the following day. An absolute recommendation for everyone, even for people who don't usually care much for pizza, pasta and the like. have left.

Thursday, public holiday, Day of German Unity. My husband and I, looking for dinner, chose an Italian restaurant and were seated. Cozy furnishings in a simple 90s style. Ordered pizza and baked vegetables and lo and behold, a culinary delight, tasty ingredients on the pizza lead to a never-ending dream, wonderful. The vegetables in tomato sauce were also well seasoned. The waitress, perhaps also the owner and probably from Italy, has her own charm and always has a good word for her guests, relaxed with humor and personal contact, she shook hands with everyone individually. Thanks again and see you next time.

Friendly service. Food only at a moderate level. Tomatoes with onions were served already dressed with moderate vinegar and oil. Quite weak for €8. Pizza definitely on a frozen level. Too much oil, and pizza base of simple industrial quality.

Unfortunately, the pizza was very greasy and the dough seemed like it was fried. In terms of taste, we found it to be rather average. The food was very heavy on our stomachs. The service was friendly, but this comedy show "4 liters of beer, 4 liters of cola etc." and that at every table is quite exaggerated.

Absolutely perfect, easily available for consumption. Pizza never wants to have the same pizza! My pizzeria is in the same place as in Morza, but my pizzeria is in the same place. These pizzas never tasted good. You can say something about it and the onion is still there. These pizzas look like they weren't made with love! not worth recommending!!!!!

We went to the Pizzeria Bella Italia during our short vacation in Bad Lauterberg. A small, fine and clean restaurant. We had made a reservation and were warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. The drinks and food didn't take long to arrive and it was plentiful and very tasty. The boss served us herself and always had a quick saying on her lips. You had the feeling that you had known each other for years and that contributed to the absolutely good atmosphere that evening. We felt very comfortable and welcome here. At the end we were greeted by the boss with a handshake. We will definitely come here again on our next visit to Bad Lauterberg, can only recommend this restaurant and would like to thank you again for the lovely and pleasant evening.

Went there for dinner with the whole family including grandma, grandpa and children. The waitress Ilona is very friendly, especially to the children. I had a pizza frutti di mare which was very tasty. A Funghi al Tonno (mushroom on tap) was also good

It was our first time eating there and we can immediately say that this restaurant is simply great. The service is simply friendly, attentive and super cool. The food also comes really quickly and is of very high quality. The pizza is definitely recommended. The dough is so airy and crispy at the same time and full of flavor. We have eaten at many Italian restaurants and this one exceeded all expectations. We will be back definitely.
