Camilli da Moretti in Villingen-Schwenningen

A very nice Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food was fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious, especially the pasta. The service was friendly and attentive.

We were guests here for a wedding reception. There was a rich selection of antipasti beforehand: vitello tonnato, grilled peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, pickled shrimp, and a fried mixed fish platter. Everything was impeccable and very tasty. There were four main courses to choose from (see pictures): saltimbocca, sea bream, salmon steak, and Schlutzkrapfen (a kind of fried doughnut). Here, too, everything was of very good quality, well presented, and delicious. The desserts were good, but nothing exceptional. I also think it's worth mentioning that the beer was always very well poured. That's not always the case when you come with a large group. The service was also impeccable and friendly. Conclusion: A fantastic Italian restaurant that I'll definitely go back to!

The ambiance is very beautiful and stylish. The welcome is very friendly, and the service is very attentive and prompt. The selection of drinks and food is extensive and extremely varied, with many small, subtle touches. Everything is very fresh and tastes outstanding. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite finish the main course because the starter was already quite large. We'll definitely be back! See you soon!

Dinner at this restaurant was a highlight after a successful company outing. From the outside, I would describe the restaurant as cozy and inviting. And the interior of the place – yes, I've arrived here and feel comfortable, like I'm at home. A piano, the pleasant atmosphere, and the unusual pictures on the wall, all tastefully decorated – you don't see that every day. There's also a feel-good factor in the restroom. And the nice picture on the wall, matching the wall color... I love this modern Black Forest art... For dinner, we had an appetizer consisting of antipasti, cold-marinated and deep-fried seafood, fish, and Italian ham. The main course was salmon on leaf spinach and mashed potatoes, as if homemade. Fabulously delicious. As I said, the appetizer was generously presented, and so was the main course – I was glad I managed to eat everything. Excellent. Conclusion: I was completely thrilled and would love to come back. And of course, I recommend everyone to experience the high quality of the cuisine and the special ambiance for themselves. We recently stayed at Camilli da Moretti in Villingen-Schwenningen and had a very pleasant evening. The restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine using traditional recipes known as "La Cucina Povera". The dishes were freshly prepared and tasted excellent. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, the service is attentive and friendly. Particularly recommended for lovers of Italian cuisine.​

The food is simply outstanding. I took lasagne and tiramisu and they were delicious. I can recommend the restaurant without hesitation. We will definitely return there.

We were there for lunch and had reserved in advance. When making the reservation we stated that we would have a person in a wheelchair with us. The question as to whether the restaurant is wheelchair accessible was answered in the affirmative. Unfortunately we cannot confirm this. The entrance via the terrace is too narrow and was completely parked. Even when asked, the cars were not reparked. We then stood at a loss in front of the restaurant. After careful consideration we chose the stairs and a very nice man helped us here. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. There is a door that is designated as a disabled toilet. The path there was blocked with children's chairs and an armchair (they could have been moved to the side). When I opened the door to the toilet, I was very shocked: I looked into a hallway that was blocked with a few things (including a ladder). I didn't look at the toilet because getting there was already impossible. Conclusion: The food is great, but the restaurant is not recommended for people with disabilities.

A very nice upscale restaurant. The food is high quality and is presented that way. The staff is polite and courteous. All in all a tip if you want to enjoy your meal in Villingen Schwenningen in a good atmosphere. Reservations are definitely an advantage. Parking spaces can be found in front of the restaurant and also in the surrounding area.

The best Italian far and wide. I have never eaten such delicious Piccata Milanese. Mega friendly staff. Great ambience.

I had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday September 28th. I ordered the antipasti. After consuming it, I had severe stomach problems two hours later. This was very annoying, especially in my condition (early pregnancy). My husband also struggled with stomach problems. We ate there for the first and last time.

Very good and high quality food. The plates are well prepared and you get very good quality. The portions are almost a bit too big. 😁 I'd love to come back. We had food from the lunch menu. The pinsa was great. Pizza is only available in the evenings.

Das Essen ist so fein und die Portionen sind riesig (manchmal so groß, dass man sich mit den Vorspeisen nicht überschätzen sollte) der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und allgemein ein schönes Ambiente. Wir haben uns auf Fisch und frutta di mare konzentriert und dazu einen wunderbaren Vermentino aus Sizilien getrunken. Die italienische Bedienung war äußerst nett, zuvorkommend und kompetent, dass ich sie für den padrone hielt, war er aber nicht - wäre eine Zier - und konnte im übrigen perfekt deutsch. Wir haben festgestellt, dass reihum die Leute vor Zufriedenheit strahlten, aber alle rechte Portionen übrig ließen - es wird einfach viel zu reichlich serviert

Zuverlässig gleichbleibend in Küche und Service, jedesmal eine Freude Gast zu sein.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, allerdings sehr große Portionen auf sehr großen Tellern. Man kann von der Bar aus zu sehen, wie in der Küche gearbeitet wird, von den 2 Köchinnen und 4 Köchen. Eine Reservierung zum Essen ist unbedingt erforderlich und muss rechtzeitig gemacht werden, da man sonst für ein spontanes Abendessen drinnen keinen Platz mehr bekommt, höchstens noch auf der Terrasse, wenn es die Temperaturen zulassen. Schon vor 18 Uhr ist der Parkplatz voll und man muss sich irgendwo anders einen Platz suchen in der Wohngebiet mit den verengten Straßen und den vielen Autos, die von den Anwohnern schon auf der Straße stehen.

Wie immer tolles Essen, toller Service und tolles Ambiente. Für mich mittlerweile eines der besten Restaurants in Villingen.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Frische Produkte. Waren zur Mittagszeit dort und obwohl es gut besucht war, mussten wir nicht lange auf das Essen warten. Freundlicher Service. Moderne Einrichtung. Waren zum ersten mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit einem prima Service. Wir haben noch nie so leckeren Thunfisch gegessen - und auch der Pulpo-Salat war sehr fein - wer nicht gerne Knoblauch hat, müsste dies beim bestellen mitteilen. Die Pasta waren prima al dente und die Weinkarte lädt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Service. Essen wirklich gute Qualität. Leider war auf der Mittagskarte kein Hinweis auf eventuelle Zusatzstoffe im Essen oder Getränken. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit herrlicher Terasse, wenn es das Wetter zulässt. Reservierung scheint hier angebracht, an einem Montag Mittag war es dort brechend voll.

Das Camilli ist ein gehobenes Restaurant in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken. Das Essen ist ziemlich gut und seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert.

Essen wie immer: Mega, mega, mega! Einzig schade ist das es aktuell kein Moretti vom Fass gibt, da müsste man glatt ein Stern abziehen 😄 Service hätte bissle aufmerksamer sein können aber ansonsten: top!
