The food really left a lot to be desired. But the lady at the counter was very nice.

Yesterday, between 7:00 and 7:45 p.m., I was at the KFC Milaneo branch and ordered the "Big Deal" meal for €4.99. After I ordered the food and paid by card, the employee suddenly told me that there was no Coke or any other beverage available from the machine because it was broken—even though he hadn't informed me of this before ordering. He offered me some kind of "Capri Sun" juice instead. I declined this offer because that wasn't what I had ordered. I told him to give me a Coke or another carbonated drink. He then spoke to his colleague in a foreign language, which I won't mention here so as not to be labeled as racist against a particular ethnic group. They laughed, and then he cheekily said to me in German: "I won't give you anything, sorry." I then asked him to cancel the order. He returned €5 to me in cash, even though I had paid with a card. He didn't apologize for the incident. I haven't eaten at this branch in a long time because I know they treat customers poorly, the food is always served cold, and the employees barely speak German. Nevertheless, I wanted to give them another chance. But I deeply regret it. I really can't recommend anyone have this bad experience. There are plenty of other restaurants right next door that treat customers with respect and provide good service.

Unfriendly service, no option to pay for parking in cash. Price per day is 20 Euro including 10 for the restaurant where the food is terrible. First and last time.

It's not normal that I get diarrhea 4 hours after eating. The food wasn't really warm or crispy either. Please be careful

Delivery almost 1 hour late... instead of 4 burgers we got 4 fries delivered and if that wasn't bad enough, the entire meal was cold. Nobody responds to calls. Absolute no-go.

I thought it would be KFC again for a long time, because it always tastes good... the young cockroach was quite quick 🤢, but not the preparation. I had never waited over 20 minutes for a few wings, a coleslaw and a drink from KFC.

Unfortunately, KFC in Waiblingen has also switched to this nonsensical "number-pulling" system, which has already reduced the term "fast food" to absurdity in other fast food chains. That's why nothing works at Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore, completely as expected. 2 people in "service": One person puts orders in at the checkout and collects them and the other, who is still somewhat motivated but still hopelessly overwhelmed, tries to somehow process the huge number of orders. Ergo: absolute chaos and the 20 people who were there with me agreed: You definitely can't go there anymore! Oh yes: and to make matters worse, a burger was missing from my order. When it was delivered, it was the wrong one...

The food was ready quickly (within about 10 minutes). In general the food was very tasty and I really enjoyed it.

The food is great and the location too. I find the sounds of the kitchen appliances terribly annoying because they are terribly loud. These tones can be heard penetratingly despite the music in the guest room. You may be able to reduce the volume.

Better to control food to go. Unfortunately, I can't explain how you can forget the main ingredient on a burger? That would be like ordering a cheeseburger from the big M and there was no burger batty on it. There was also no extra sauce that was ordered. There was a bad mood in the team today, and you couldn't ignore it. We won't get anything more there

Not recommended. A terrible 47-minute wait. Only one service staff member for everything, including the drive-thru.

Super delicious, we were happy to be here. We were all full.
