Great place to eat in, the food is always fresh. The manager ali is always there to help.

I ordered something online and wanted to pay for it on site. The employees have really good skills at ignoring customers at the checkout. Just because the store manager is American doesn't mean he can do business like he does in the USA. Customers should be noticed.

Incredibly dirty and totally unfriendly staff. Employees sit and drink coffee instead of cleaning something. Sad 😞

Autohof 20 euros. 10 euros for food. The 6 euro small iron and the 12 euro large iron work, there is a clothes dryer. The car park is small for 50 cars. Asphalt. There are only 2 free seats left for lunch on Saturday. Shower 3.5 euros

Delivery almost 1 hour late... instead of 4 burgers we got 4 fries delivered and if that wasn't bad enough, the entire meal was cold. Nobody responds to calls. Absolute no-go.

Honestly I miss kfc for a long time and THEN! Try to have a kfc in Karlsruhe but I wish I didn't. The food was terrible oily fall apart chicken with no taste. Disaster!

Biggest juice shop! I ordered via Lieferando worth over €70 and some of the order was wrong/was forgotten! How mentally limited can you actually be to put “warm” food over butter? Left a disgusting mess!!!! Of course, when I tried to call, no one answered! How about training your employees? Might puke! Delivery was delayed forever and the food was cold and inedible when it arrived!!!

Were here again today after a long time and what can I say.... It was a big mistake to leave money here again and... Service very unfriendly... Food was cold... Zero insight, because if you order warm food you would like it to be warm!! AND simply put cold dishes in a microwave for a moment - people!! This doesn't make the fries crispy... the way you want them, they can just be soggy. And you pay really good money for that 😕 (for 2 over 30 euros) Our last visit... No wonder there was so little going on... Very disappointing

So the service here is bad, starting with the fact that they hardly speak German and then they forget sauces. For the price to get the way it works, thank you

The food was ready quickly (within about 10 minutes). In general the food was very tasty and I really enjoyed it.

I would ideally never order there again, items that were missing and it took an extremely long time and everyone was incredibly rude

Bacon Cheese Fries without cheese, been there several times. The staff is nice, but it's a real shame that mistakes are made so often. Burgers have been forgotten twice, and today I felt like giving them one last chance. Unfortunately I'll never go there again. The food is good, you just have to be very careful to make sure you order correctly. However, I don't like the unreliability of this store.

I like KFC, it's almost always the same taste and same quality, no matter where. For this one in Karlsruhe, I would say : The place is clean and friendly , maybe a bit more crispy could make it much better. 😉

Chicken box was weird... As if they had been warmed up again... They were also more lukewarm than hot. Not recommended...

Getting food poisoning... Thanks for that, it is well known that this food can be hard on the stomach. 6 Original Bites Menu ordered on 12/10/24 That was probably the last time I ate there. I'm gagging just thinking about it.
