Unfortunately an absolute disaster. How are you supposed to believe all of this... At lunchtime there were only two servers for the entire restaurant inside and the entire outside terrace. As a result, the tables could not be cleared away properly and entire tables were full of old place settings. The service staff also admit that they are absolutely overloaded and can't do it. Plates even fell several times while being carried away. This also meant that we got the wrong tea and barely saw the waitress. The menus were falling apart or were sticky and worn. The Bitburger we ordered was simply put there without any comment that it was alcohol-free as ordered, so we had to ask. We had to take the cutlery and the food from our neighbor's table - unpleasant! Unfortunately the food was a disaster. It looks good in the pictures, but that's it. A lot of things are pre-cooked. When we entered the restaurant, we walked past the kitchen. There I saw a lady holding a heat lamp over a tarte flambée. Later I saw my baked potato with shredded chicken underneath. The chicken consisted of strips like those you find in ready-made salads in discount stores. It was pale and undercooked. The potato wasn't steaming and wasn't cooked through, but rather hard. After a few minutes the food was cold again. I firmly believe that my food was simply prepped and then cooked under that lamp for 10 minutes. This has nothing to do with cooking and simply doesn't meet the requirements. The salad was okay, even though the dressing wasn't homemade. Management is expressly to blame here. The service staff only fights fires. We've really never experienced anything like this before. The store has so much potential.

Very nice service, the food and cocktails are simply delicious and the atmosphere is just great! It is only recommended.

I was a little surprised when I stood in front of it this week. There is no longer a sign on the facade, nor a display in front of the door. At first we thought the restaurant was permanently closed. Something has to happen here, dear Pizza Hut. There was also no pizza for sale in the display, even though the restaurant had already been open for half an hour. Otherwise you can't complain. Everything was delicious as always, the service was good, quick and nice!

Absolute junk shop I stood there for ten minutes with five people in front of me, and in those ten minutes, not a single item passed the counter! Can't recommend it to anyone.

Cruel 2 drinks for 9 euros, give 10 euros, the good waiter, very young with red hair, disappeared... after a while we ask for our 1 euro, hey presto the "system has an error" yes no, it's clear, wanted to collect the 10 euros. Didn't even get a receipt.

Went there for dinner with 3 people 2 months ago. Never had such a bad meal, to be honest! Portions small, only lukewarm, little taste. The waitress didn't ask, as usual, whether we liked it... I don't know why!!!

I'm sure I've already written a review about the hotel. The tavern impresses with regional culinary delicacies. Having had the snack, I can confirm this. Regional products were presented attractively at the table, and the staff explained each one. A wonderful evening at the tavern and the hotel itself. Thank you for that.

Has new owner since 2024. Delicious thick Aviko fries. Please indicate how much salt you want on it, otherwise a bit too generous. Unfortunately not in a bag like on the billboard but in a container. Mayonnaise was great! Lots of sauce choices. Had a nice meal at the square further away.

Bad service, dirty toilet, wrong information in the menu, very unfortunate

I have no idea what you did with the sauce on the McBread, or is that what they intended? In recent years, you've been searching for the sauce on the McBread—it's incredibly dry for a McBread that normally requires 10 wipes to clean your mouth. It's like that in every McDonald's in Trier.

The food was okay, but I felt the fried potatoes were lacking seasoning, and the portion of fried potatoes was too small for me. The location is great, and the service was very friendly.

I just ordered through lieferando, I was a little worried when I saw the Google note but ultimately I was delivered in less than 15 minutes. The delivery was careful and the sushi was fresh, accompanied by several small boxes. I would recommend!
