Pizza Hut Trier in Trier

Food was good, service, well... All the tables on the ground floor were occupied, so we walked past a waitress up the stairs to the upper floor. After a few minutes in which no one came, we were surprised and asked. With a shrug we were told that upstairs was closed. We were a bit annoyed because a) it wasn't locked and b) we were seen going up. A hint would have been nice!

I won't add anything else, pizzas that aren't pizzas and moreover very expensive.

The food, staff and also the restaurant are great. We are always satisfied and have eaten there often. However, the card now only consists of a third of what was otherwise offered. We were there on Thursday and were very disappointed.

The manager URGENTLY needs a crash course in customer relations and service. Ordered food via official Pizza Hut website. All branches in Germany are participating there except Trier apparently. Although confirmation received. I didn't think that was a bad thing, but rather the way this problem was dealt with. Write a complaint email... Here it is.

Very nice and friendly staff. As always at Pizza Hut, the pizza was delicious and very fresh and hot. Definitely worth a visit and something for everyone. You can also put together your own pizza and choose the type of crust with or without cheese filling.

I'm pregnant, we came in as a family, the table offered was in the corner and it was very stuffy... I asked the waiters if there was room to move. They said there are no more places. And later when I went to the toilet, there were many places where people were sitting on the second floor and it was not so hot. Ordered 2 juices, and brought three. The children were not brought pencils, they took them themselves. The food is delicious Du verstehst das Problem nicht! Ich bin schwanger, und wenn ich verstopft bin, wird mir schlecht. Und ich fühle mich den ganzen Tag über schlecht und schlafe nachts kaum. Warum hat mir niemand angeboten, an einen anderen Tisch zu gehen, als es noch freie Tische gab, warum hat mir niemand gesagt, dass es im Stockwerk darberer noch viele freie Tische gibt, und sie haben mich in eine Ecke gestellt, wo ich nichts zu atmen hatte? Für Ukrainians ist es wichtig, nicht nur gutes Essen, sondern auch die Qualität des Service, die das Personal fehlt, Kundenorientierung bei Null!

Sehr lange Wartezeit und zu wenig soße die Pizza schmeckt nur nach käse und Teig außerdem ein bisschen angebrannt teilweise ist der Teig noch roh

Unfortunately I was very disappointed today. The pizza wasn't baked properly. And the Bolognese simply didn't taste good, it wasn't fresh, it just had a strange aftertaste. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the children's chair was smeared with grease everywhere the map...which unfortunately no longer exists...then you might want to change the maps.

Pizza Hut has a relaxed atmosphere. You can't see much down below. But from the upper floor, you can watch people walking through the streets from the seats in front of the windows. At night 🌃 it is particularly beautiful to look at. As a pizza, I can particularly recommend the Cheese-Lovers.

It's just Pizza Hut. You get what you expect. The service was good and the food came quickly. It was hot and tasty, everything as it should be.

Ordered the economy menu 3 twice at the window during the lunch break. First they asked which pieces they could have, then they asked which drink. After the first one in the small cup was tapped, the very annoyed and unfriendly young lady told me that there were no longer any large cups, but there were 6 small ones. Sorry, but transporting it seemed difficult to me, I said no and said one cup would be enough. Annoyed, she continued to tap, paid and then shouted that she had paid less because we didn't have a large drink. THANKS! Being friendly is different.

Taste OK. Pizzas have a lot of dough and everything is relatively greasy. The high price is not entirely appropriate. Nice location in the pedestrian zone with the possibility of sitting outside. Friendly service.

Once delivery service and never again. I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:50 p.m. yesterday and didn't receive them until 10 p.m. Plus the taste was bottom drawer, the cheese was extremely burnt and the pizza tasted like wood. I paid 23 euros for 2 Margherita pizzas - any frozen pizza from the discount stores is tastier and for 3.99 euros. SHAME and wasted money…….

Went there again today after a long time. It was actually a disappointment. The tables were NOT cleaned after they were cleared! Coke spills on the floor in the aisle area were not wiped away. There was chewing gum on the floor, some of the chairs and benches were extremely worn and the artificial leather was torn. But the highlight: the cutlery!!! The plastic on the handle came off of THE knives and some of it ended up in the food! Such worn cutlery may no longer be handed out. And you don't necessarily have to be served by staff in sweatpants.

Tried to order pizza over the phone. I have a voucher book that said I had to order online, which wasn't true, then he just hung up on me. I know it's hard to find good staff, but that's just not possible. Then I went to the restaurant to order something and asked her about it and no one said it was her.

Very poor service. The young lady in charge of the service seemed to dislike what she does so much, that with her behavior (almost insulting) is discouraging the client from choosing this famous brand name again. Other than that, food and atmosphere are of high quality as usual of Pizza Hut. Especially in a pleasant sunny afternoon.

I've been to Pizza Hut many times, I think the pizza is really tasty, perfect for a lunch break or just because. The staff has always been super friendly to me and my friends. I know a lot of people who don't like the dough, but I personally love the dough. The salami pizza is and remains my favorite. So I can recommend Pizza Hut to everyone!

We have been there several times as a family. The service is friendly, but it has already happened twice that the pizza we wanted to pack was ultimately thrown away. It was only on the second occasion that we were offered a replacement

We regularly order food to go here via Lieferando. The pizzas are a little more expensive, but they always taste really good. Extras are always taken into account. We are satisfied with the quality and service. The service is always very friendly and if it takes a while, you get a free bottle of Coke. So we can recommend it without hesitation.

Waited a long time for the mediocre food, very bad atmosphere between employees, you can hear them arguing even while eating, very questionable atmosphere. Restaurant generally not clean, very shocking in some places & the prices are scary high for the quality. There's plenty better in Trier.

We waited about an hour for 3 pieces of pizza! Dirty tables and very dirty floor! The staff is nice, but the service is very poor! However, the pizza is excellent! First and last time at Pizza Hut in Trier!

It's been a long time since I've been to a Pizza Hut. The Cheese Crust Pizza is simply one of the best pizzas. The service was very friendly and attentive. The only negative thing I noticed was the overpriced drinks. But the food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and the old town of Trier is also worth a visit. I would love to come here again.

I've been to Pizza Hut Neunkirchen and Saarbrücken several times, but I've never eaten as bad as in Trier. Firstly, there were no offerings for vegans, then despite it being very busy we had to wait 15 minutes for drinks and 40 minutes for the food, which came when I asked but was unfortunately lukewarm. The waitress seemed very bored. It was my first and last visit to this branch.

The bench was broken. A child ripped off the seat five times. I wanted with a cheese crust, but the waitress didn't ask me about it. And just entered Standard Rand into the computer. Cutlery was only available upon request. I saw a waitress repeatedly look at her jacket and take it off to go smoke. I heard a conversation between the waitress and the chef where words like *clock son* and *is-birth* were used. I had a discount coupon in the app that wasn't accepted in Trier. Waitresses act like they do at McDonald's. Drink prices are way too expensive. 0.5l cola for €4.90?? Seriously??

Today we drove from Dudeldorf to Trier specifically to eat the pizza buffet. Waited until they opened... And then suddenly comes a bad surprise: the buffet hasn't been available for two days. Why hasn't the owner changed the information on either Google or Facebook? Waste of time and fuel costs...

Der Service und das Essen waren gut (also auf Pizza Hut Niveau). Das Ambiente war nicht so zufriedenstellend, da es viel zu warm war und auf den Toiletten war kein Toilettenpapier sowie keine Handtücher vorhanden.

Der Thunfisch auf der Pizza war total trocken. Auf Beschwerden wurde jedoch reagiert und ein angemessener Lösungsvorschlag gemacht. Die Sauberkeit sowie der Service in der Filiale sind jedoch ausbaufähig.

Essen top, Service könnte etwas besser sein, Parkplatzsituation…. Der pizzahut ist in Trier. Das sagt alles 😉

Essen war gut, aber es war echt dreckig überall. Toiletten waren richtig ekelhaft und unter den Tisch hätten wir besser auch nicht geschaut.

Mein Besuch im Pizza Hut war eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Restaurant war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Auswahl an Pizzasorten war vielfältig, und meine Pizza wurde schnell serviert. Geschmacklich war die Pizza solide, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Kruste und der Belag war großzügig und schmackhaft. Die Preise waren vernünftig, und insgesamt hatte ich eine zufriedenstellende Mahlzeit. Es ist eine gute Option für eine ungezwungene Pizza Mahlzeit.

Total überteuert! Für die Rechnungssumme kann man bei einem gutem Restaurant essen.

Hatte mir eine BBQ Pizza bestellt. Die Pizza hatte einen, meines Erachtens, zu breiten Rand (zwischen 3 und 5 cm). Auch fand ich, dass sie nicht 1 Minute im Backofen hätte bleiben können. Der Service war super.

Eigentlich wie in jedem Pizza Hut wirklich leckeres Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und half uns bei einsetzendem Regen sogar alles an einen Tisch nach drinnen zu räumen.

First, The location is BEAUTIFUL. Second is the actual restaurant. Friendly staff; Excellent atmosphere. My Wife and I stopped here for a pizza. First off, In USA, Not good pizza, It is not a regular Sit down type of restaurant, but on a recommendation from a friend we stopped here.....This was like sitting at at a Michelin 3 star. Great Beer, Great wine selection. Cloth Napkins real silverware (Not plastic) ANd the Menu is OUTSTANDING! THe pizza came out hot; and delicious. THe toppings are out of this world. And the taste? Ya......... USA needs to follow suit. But sadly Pizza Huts here are drab; no flavor and not a good atmosphere. THe pizza is NOT good. But yes, STOP here if you want a good bite to eat. Stay a while and enjoy the atmosphere. We did this on the outside patio. Best pizza I have had in a long time. If you want better you have to go to Italy. But you already knew that. Yes this is a chian. But it is AWESOME for a pizza chain in Trier; Can't wait to come back.

Wir waren gestern Abend zu dritt im Pizza Hut Trier. Uns wurde ein Tisch zugewiesen direkt neben der Wendeltreppe mit Blick auf die Küche und den dort arbeitenden Koch. Das erste was mir aufgefallen ist, und für mich in der Gastronomie NICHTS zu suchen hat, war ein sehr großes Hundekissen (welches sehr verdreckt und voll Hundehaare ist). Aber eigentlich störte mich der dort arbeitende Koch. Sehr lange Haare (kein Haarnetz oder sonstiges), unrasiert und sah sehr ungepflegt aus. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen anscheinend Bekannte des Koches und des Personals vorbei. Der Koch kam aus seiner Küche hervor, und jeder wurde umarmt und begrüßt (ohne Maske, wir haben doch Corona). Er ging zurück in die Küche und arbeitete sofort weiter OHNE Hände zu desinfizieren oder zu reinigen. Aber das beste kommt noch. Es kamen wieder Bekannte und diese wurden auch begrüßt durch den Koch durch Umarmung und weiteres. Aber bei dieser Begrüßung hatte der Koch noch Lebensmittel (glaube Rucola) in der Hand, welche nach der Umarmung und Begrüßung OHNE Desinfizierung der Hände auch gleich auf den Pizzen verteilt wurde. Das ist ein TOTALES NO GO, in einer Zeit wo wir eine CORONA-PANDEMIE auf der Welt haben. Und es wurde sich auch OHNE Mundschutz über die Anrichte (es lagen Speisen dort) begrüßt und umarmt OHNE Mundschutz. Ekliger geht es wohl nicht.
