The location of the visavi is really great - the view of the Porta Nigra is impressive and worth a visit for that alone. Unfortunately, the service couldn't keep up during our stay. Even though the house was only half full, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table - and only after several waves. The employees seemed visibly overwhelmed and there was a lack of coordination and responsibility. It's a real shame, because with a little more attention and structure, the visavi could be a real highlight.

I've been here for an hour and haven't been able to place an order. Even after others pointed it out, I was ignored. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service.

Today we were at the Glass House. It was quite hidden... But luckily we found it. The menu offered everything from Indian and Italian to steak. Indian cuisine for lunch during the week for an apple and an egg 😁 Tonight we opted for a rump steak. It was the right choice. A 300-320g steak for a fair price. The cooking was perfect, the sauce was divine. The dishes served to other tables were also visually appealing. The staff were super friendly and extremely attentive. The price/performance ratio was unbeatable for Trier. Keep up the good work.

The blob of tzarziki sauce was floating in the gravy of the shawarma strips. (Meat was diced.) This could have been put in a separate bowl. The waiter walked outside at least 20 times during our meal to text on his phone. Inside, it looks nice, but the food is completely unremarkable.

We went there three times within one week with a group of 14. Making a reservation on the same day was no problem, even though there was a major event taking place at the SWT Arena all week. It's a large restaurant. The staff was very attentive and friendly. All the dishes were consistently delicious. We ordered pizzas, pasta, and meat dishes. The selection of drinks is also good.
