The Bitburger Wirtshaus is highly recommended! We sat on the large outdoor terrace. Although the terrace was full, we were served quickly. The meal was excellent. And the service was friendly. We would love to come back here again.

A correct offer for brunch. But for the same price you can have a higher quality breakfast in a café not far away.

It was warm inside, but the waiter allowed us to open the windows. So kudos to the staff served.

As a rule, prompt and friendly service. After the first order, you can order food and drinks yourself using a barcode. If you are busy, you can also use the system to pay your bill via PayPal or credit card if you need to move on. Cocktails are also very tasty, recommend ZOMBIE. Have fun!

We sat outside to have a drink. It took a while for the service to arrive, but it was full. The Bitburger beer was delicious, but was probably picked up in Bitburg as it took forever to get the drinks. The cola tasted stale. When the waitress wanted to wipe our table, he handed my friend the cards without asking and gave me the cutlery cup and the ashtray with the statement “It’s much easier this way”. We find it absurd and absolutely inappropriate!

We were in the inn with a group of 18 people on Thursday evening, a table was reserved. The food was great, even the vegetarians found something. We had a very attentive waiter, Dennis Collins, who accompanied us perfectly throughout the evening. Thank you very much for this great evening.

The breakfast buffet with the dishes on offer was good, it's a shame that the juice offered is limited to one glass per person.

The restaurant has really rustic food and delicious beer. But the food needs to be better. It's ok, but just underwhelming. I had the chicken schnitzel and my wife had the tarte flambée. Both were simply loveless and relatively tasteless. It's a shame for such a top location in the city and actually a nice inn. We'll come back and see the improvement again ;-)

Service and ambience really good. It was very busy, but the waiting time was still okay. Food (grilled plates and Kösespätzle) lukewarm, almost without spices and far too expensive. That was much better! Too bad

Were here with 10 people. Out of 10 drinks, 6 were wrong, out of 10 meals, 7 were wrong, the others were unfortunately cold and tasted below average.

We went to the inn for the breakfast buffet and were very happy with the selection of food (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs... much more) and the service. We had pre-booked (Thursday), which in my opinion wasn't necessary. According to the service staff, it also happens during the week that all tables are occupied. We'd love to come back. A cafe (green logo) in Bitburg could take an example of how to offer a breakfast buffet!

We were at the Bitburger Wirtshaus Trier on Friday, July 26, 2024 and were very satisfied. The drinks were brought immediately. The food was very tasty (Berlin currywurst with fries and Viennese style schnitzel). The employees were all friendly and in a good mood. We can only recommend this inn.

We were there with 16 people as part of our company outing. The service was top and quick. We were there quite early, around 4:00 p.m. The inn is very large. The food is not the highlight. Given the circumstances, a company outing, the food was OK. I wouldn't just go there to eat.

We registered with 12 people and were very thirsty and hungry. We managed to get a wheat delivered in 1 hour. Not recommended for making a fire on Saturday lunchtime Food came after 1.5 hours and the drinks after we had finished eating

The Bitburger Wirtshaus in Trier is centrally located and has an indoor and outdoor area. Various types of beer are on tap (not just Bitburger) and home cooking is served until late into the night. We particularly recommend the happy hour for cocktails (until 10 p.m. all cocktails are half price, from 10 p.m. the jumbos are at the price of the normal ones). Unfortunately, I don't find the food that tasty; the slices, for example, are extremely "crispy" (hard). The restaurant has a self-tap system for larger gatherings. I've eaten and drank here several times and haven't regretted it once. There is also supposed to be a breakfast buffet, but I haven't tried it yet.

Nice place, nice terrace and nice restaurant. Unfortunately, the beer, both the Bit and the weisse, was poorly poured into glasses that had not been rinsed. Was immediately broken without foam rings in the glass. Expected a bit better from a Bitburger. The ordered flammkuchen took a long time to arrive. This one was otherwise fine.

We ordered the schnitzel jäger art and they let us substitute the fries with spätzel. The food was excellent and our server was very friendly.

Beer garden with fast service and good food. Nobody gets annoyed with extra orders, always keep a close eye on empty glasses and refill them. Nice evening assured. Thanks!!

So… price-performance ratio for breakfast is ABSOLUTELY TOP❗️ Service is always friendly and quick, of course it takes a little longer when things are busy 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you have something to complain about here, you should stay at home or simply dig deeper into your pockets and go have breakfast somewhere else. I've been here several times, with my daughter or friends and... somehow we haven't found an alternative to my first sentence. Guests who have the highest demands for little money should ask themselves how a restaurant is supposed to achieve this —> I experience this every day at my workplace in a hotel 😖

Delicious Jagerschnitzel, tasty, good draft beer with it. Friendly young lady who helped me. And last but not least, good music that wasn't too loud. In short, a good tent.

Cozy spot on the terrace. Staff chaotic. Ordered 3 drinks: beer, homemade ice tea and table water. First came the beer. Fifteen minutes later I received a message that the homemade ice tea I had ordered had run out (it can happen), so I ordered another one. Another fifteen minutes later the ice tea and table water arrived. Had to ask twice for 3 extra glasses that were eventually brought 10 minutes later. In the meantime, still waiting for 2 salads and a currywurst with fries. After an hour we were asked where the food was (since people who came after us got their food before us), they said in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later still nothing. Finally, when asked for the bill, the food was just delivered. We politely said that we wanted the bill and they could keep the food. Bad service. Maybe you can't handle the crowds due to a shortage of staff, but let us know. Unfortunately for them, we weren't the only ones asking for their food. Furthermore, it all looks nice and neat. Drink was tasty! Especially the ice tea. Food looked good and must have tasted pretty good too. Unfortunately for us a bad experience. Could have used my time more efficiently

We were here for breakfast brunch and we have to say, assembly line processing on a grand scale! Our table was in the outside tent, it was really fresh here and the tables and benches were still dirty from the night before! The buffet consisted of 90% ready-made products (baked rolls, croissants the same, donuts and donuts that were simply thawed, scrambled eggs from the tetra pack, etc.) “Special” or “tasty” is different! The service was overwhelmed, tables and drinks were swapped... A no-go for us that there are dogs at every third table.

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, op zoek naar een leuke plek om te eten, kwamen we hier uit. Snitzel en de curryworst. Wat was het lekker. En ook de kaisersmarren waren heerlijk. (Wel machtig, was even vergeten hoe machtig dit was ) ook de cocktails zijn een aanrader.

Locale non bellissimo in cui ho assaggiato una Schnitzel mediocre con sopra troppo bacon e un uovo, accompagnata da delle patatine surgelate. Niente di emozionante per cui raccomandarlo insomma.
