Where is my food? Been waiting half an hour! What does this have to do with fast food?

The food was good .I ordered a fish meal. The toilet were not properly clean.

We ordered a Café Crema to go and had to wait 20 minutes for it. The employees were busy with "more important" things and were very rude. An Indian-looking employee looked at me extremely arrogantly and deliberately bumped into me twice as she approached me while carrying other customers' orders. As she was walking back, she suddenly managed to give me a wide berth. The same employee also said that you couldn't order the café in the Mc Café, but only at the front. Another employee then interrupted her after the third repetition and said that that wasn't true and that we could order in the Mc Café too, and took our order. No hello, no goodbye or goodbye, just arrogant looks and disrespect and absolutely terrible service.

If you know one McDonald's, you know all of them, as they say. This is now also staffed by staff who unfortunately understand little or almost no German. But I've now learned that Google Translate helps a lot. The food was, well, I wouldn't call it good. I would have gotten an F for it at school. But those aren't stars. The service was, as the saying goes, tried hard. Nobody needs to talk about the atmosphere at McDonald's anymore, cozy is different.

The food is very good and the waiting time is not long. The atmosphere is relaxing.🌞

Haben heute Abend nach langer Zeit mal wieder MC Donalds Wedel probiert und es war ein Riesenfehler im Nachhinein gesehen. Ich habe einen M Burger über die App bestellt und im MC-Drive abgeholt. Zuerst mussten wir ewig am Fenster warten (Schnellrestaurant geht anders), zuhause angekommen (5min Fahrweg) war zum ersten der Burger kalt, der grüne Salat vom Burger lag nicht auf dem Burger, sondern im Karton. Die zwei Beef Scheiben waren lieblos draufgeklatscht und lagen auch nicht wirklich aufeinander. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme für die Beschwerde kann man sich schenken. Bei drei Versuchen ging keiner ans Telefon dort. Die wissen wohl schon warum. Auf jeden Fall nie wieder MC Donalds in Wedel.

I sat down to the side and waited for a moment. A short time later, when I went back to the counter, nothing happened, and somehow my order wasn't taken either. When other customers were served, I had enough and left the store. It's a shame I drove here with my daughter specifically to order the delicious plant-based kids' menu with the cheeseburger. I'll never forget this experience in my life. Almost a year later, my friends and I are still laughing about this place... So my group and I had just arrived and were about to nibble on some delicious food, when someone said, "Hey, let's go to the grilled food place," and everyone agreed: We wanted to go to the grilled food place... Now we had to repeat our order several times and then sizzle in the sun in front of the store... Arriving back at our apartment, covered in food and sunburn, we started nibbling and realized that nowhere, far and wide, could anyone successfully conjure up such rancid ketchup, such soggy fries, and such shriveled sausages as the grilled food place... After devouring the small, rancid portions, we thought the hole in our stomachs was still there, so we ordered somewhere else, but we were wrong... We realized that the hole was in our hearts, not in our stomachs, and filled it with gleeful laughter. Small, rancid shop... The Grillkiste will never cease to be an insider's favorite, and we have these wonderful owners to thank for that! WARNING by far... The BEST and freshest BIG MACs and curly fries I've ever had at McDonald's. Great, friendly service and very clean. And NO, this isn't a fake review. Please keep it up. Greetings from Swabia.

I think it's more of a shame that Burger King Wedel is closing. This is absolutely incomprehensible. I've never had a bad experience there. The food was always fresh and tasty, the staff was always nice and friendly and the shop was always clean and tidy. Wedel needs Burger King. Not everyone likes McDonald's. Please don't close the store. My friends and colleagues were always regular customers there. It's also not nice for the employees to simply be transferred somewhere else. Please think again.

I don't know where to start... The good gentleman behind the counter, who likes to show off his gold watch and ring, no longer seems to need it. I stood behind a lady who was just placing her order and he was already there imposing on me with his unfriendly, snappy and snotty manner. After watching him prepare the 3 hot dogs that I had pre-ordered, I asked myself whether I wouldn't be able to get my fries quicker if I got in the car straight away and drove to Amsterdam... I've never seen anything so doleful and unmotivated in the service area! Since I was on the phone shortly before queuing, I still had the time in mind and after waiting exactly 13 minutes/not being noticed/not being able to place an order, I decided to throw my precious money into the cash register at another snack bar. When I read the reviews here, I think a change of operator would make sense. Too bad about the situation

The first order was ok. And also really tasty. We had croque. The baguette was crispy. We just haven't experienced this type of covering the part anywhere. Everything shredded small. Salad, cucumber...just everything. When I unpacked everything fell apart. Eating clean is impossible. Ordered again yesterday. Same game. It was a mess to eat, except this time everything was tough as leather. The baguette burnt. Totally rubbery. The chicken was fried to death and extremely dry. You couldn't bite through it at all. It was probably already cold and put through the pan again. Half of it ended up in the trash...it's a shame. Next time I'll prefer Croque from a Croque shop
