Unfortunately, the nuggets were never complete with the last orders. Intention? Unfortunately, cleanliness is often non-existent. Toilets are rarely clean. Children's play area, if you can call it that, is totally broken and not functional. It's a shame, it used to be a good McDonald's

They try to be nice, which doesn't necessarily work. Things in the drive-thru are mixed up or forgotten. Ordered online, picked up the mcdrive, saw at home that the goods were not the ones ordered, when asked by phone the employee was verbally more than rude (not to say insulting) and then he simply hung up. 25€ wasted and not even an apology!👎

The branch stands out positively compared to others

I was with you again... I left a lot of money there and was really disappointed 😕. Burger slapped there.... Burger meatball is thinner and smaller....you can't find lettuce at all.....onion laughable... Sauce mhhhh in the wrong place.... Just dry 😜. So honestly, almost €40 and then that. Never again....sorry but I'd rather go to Jim Block....that's where I get fresh..... decent burgers...or to Bamboo in Wentorf before Mongolia....Everything is really very fresh 25.90 € but All can you Eat.... Today's visit shocked me in front of the branch. Apparently an employee was ordered to do a detention next to the drive-in. At around 30c°, an employee was asked to remove weeds with a joint scraper (on Sunday). The best food is then no longer worth anything.

When you order takeaway you have to check that everything is there because they forgot to put something in for the second time. It's annoying when you pay and get nothing.

Bought takeaway food. Unfortunately the pancakes were a disaster. Rock hard and dry.

Despite numerous guests on a Sunday, the team had everything under control. Rarely have we seen such competent and friendly employees in stressful situations. Top!!! Good location on the way to the A24. Nice ambience.

Once again we didn't get everything that was paid for!

Being cheeky to someone, I asked if I would get a straw, I was laughed at and asked afterwards: Well, I already have the straw in my hand! Then I didn't order and was laughed at. Load the biggest dirt.

2 visits, the first time I got the wrong citizen and the fries were rancid. On the second visit the same game again. The fries were rancid again and the nuggets felt half an hour old..unfortunately both times I was in the drive-in on the way home. (after a 3/4 minute drive approx .started eating) Very disappointing.

One of the best branches. Food was freshly prepared again today. Waiting time was very short. While we were there, free time was used to clean all the free tables. And the staff is the friendliest and most polite of all the branches. Keep it up.

Isn't that sad, you can get gluten-free burgers in almost all neighboring countries, except in Germany. So McDonald's has gluten free products, but only in other countries. Therefore, eating burgers here is not possible for my family.

McDonald's. Fast food with no special features

For the third time in the drive and always something is missing. Complaint processing unfriendly, subsequent delivery to home despite a 5 minute journey 45 minutes. No apology, no nothing. Just really bad.

Insane selection of burgers and everything...

I've never seen such a clean McDonald's branch. Top. Tables are cleaned immediately after leaving. Food was also brought quickly and was good. Balloons were also on site for the little one.

A fish mac was missing from the Mc Drive, only discovered at home. The Nuggets were missing one. Somehow it doesn't get any better, I guess you can't expect much.

Food was ok. We ordered drinks and, among other things, a Sprite 0.5l. We were brought water with 0.4l. We noted this and this time we were brought the correct one but with the wrong content.

The service in this branch in particular is really poor. So far, no delivery has been error-free. Here you often have the feeling that you are a nuisance as a guest. Often the food is really not even lukewarm and occasionally looks very carelessly prepared, to put it politely. It's definitely better in other branches.

McDonald's is normally fine and has been unchanged for years.

I was there yesterday and had to go to the toilet first, actually I should have gone straight back, the toilet was dirty, disgusting and just disgusting!!!! I've never seen anything like that, there were urine splashes and pubic hair everywhere, the floor didn't look any better!!!! I really don't bother, but that's not possible.

Today I was not satisfied with the service at the Dive Inn counter. The hot fries made up for it.

Unfortunately the burgers were almost cold.

Basically ok, but here and there it's getting old. Staff very friendly, that's a positive thing, but unfortunately it's not like that everywhere anymore. We only had coffee and ice cream. The ice cream was extremely sweet, but it definitely always was. Unfortunately, the portion was completely disappointing. It would be better to take 2 small ones. But in fairness it should be mentioned that I rarely and don't like going to McDonalds.

Another old McDonald's light sign, you can hardly see it! I ordered via the app and didn't have to wait 5 minutes in the store. That's how it should be!

Very nice McDonalds branch Staff friendly, clean and enough terminals available to order yourself. The order goes quickly.

Friendliness isn't the strong point here, people don't look at you, let alone hear a please or something like that when you accept it.

Citizens clapped together carelessly, cheese in the cardboard or on the paper but not on the citizen. Fries wobbly, chicken nuggets, same thing. The only citizen that still tastes good is the MC Rib.

They can't even fry chicken nuggets properly, here you get acrylamide for free!

Delivery service not professional. Called twice and waited 2 hours for our delivery. Are 10 minutes away by car. Even if there is a lot to do on Sundays, you shouldn't have to call after ordering. A pity.

When one bus after the other doesn't run and you then take a bus from another line to escape the cold and not get stranded in the Glinder Pampa, on the edge of the commercial area, then the McD branch appears like that a bright, warm oasis to which one likes to pay appropriate tribute for "salvation", the short-term stay. In contrast to the actually pleasant room temperature, the McRösti menu suggested by the in-house app and widely advertised did not do it justice. Neither was the portioning designed for a healthy Central European who had not killed his last mammoth three weeks ago, caught his last chamois from the summit or escaped the saber-toothed tiger by running a marathon. Any nutritionist would have to cry or scream at this "Supersize Me"-esque "normal portion" (?). Neither were the curly fries "curly" - they were mostly crumbs and normal, straight, light yellow and unusually greasy fries with a single potato curl, which had a bright green, unappetizing end - nor was the (?) Rösti (-Patty?!) even remotely warmed through or crispy. So freezing would have been the better option... And better in terms of nutrition. In any case, we can only hope that it will be a while until the next mammoth fillet - or that the climate will warm up a bit by then!

So for us this chain is over. We were here late in the evening, our two burgers were cold and the chicken box with cheese balls wasn't warm either. The burgers have become very small compared to before but the price has gone up. Over €20 for 2 burgers and a box

Die Pommes waren wabbelig und kaum gesalzen, der Chilli-Cheese-Burger war nicht scharf und das Mc Flurry war nur halb gefüllt. Eine tolle Enttäuschung.

Everything as it should be in such a system gastronomy. I think the delivery to the table is great.

Wie immer.. BigMäc Menü und für die Kids Happy Meal und alle sind zufrieden....

Gaaaanz vorne im Vergleich zu anderen mcd.. Weiter so, nur eteas wärmere Burger wären toll und hey- den Zugang zum Aussenbereich auch an kalten Tagen zu öffnen halten Raucher nicht für das Dümmste...

Wer zu McD geht, weiß was er zu erwarten hat. Jedoch war hier das Personal nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich und alles ging schnell.

Wenn denn die Burger mal aussehen würden wie auf den Plakaten. Stattdessen ein labriger Burgerbun, zusammengefallener Salat und ein lauwarmer Pattie. Die Cola sowie die Curlie-Fries waren hingegen in Ordnung. Dann doch lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und in einem Burger-Bistro essen. Was man leider an einer Autobahn eher selten findet.

Eigentlich immer ganz nett bei dem McDonald's. Mittlerweile ist es nichtmehr mein Geschmack das Essen, aber auf ein Eis und zusätzliches schnacken lädt der McDonald's definitiv ein.

Nach längerer Abstinenz mal wieder einen BigMac. Er schmeckt wider gut. Sonst ist alles beim Alte.

Wir waren zu 5, zwei Erwachsene und drei Kids, den ganzen Tag auf Tour, abends den Kindern MC Donalds versprochen. Es war sauber, gemütlich und vor allem spaßig, keiner beschwert sich über das aufgeregte geplapper von glücklichen Kindern, das Essen wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht, es wurde gegrüßt, es wurde sich nett verabschiedet , Toiletten sauber.... Rund um super Laden 😁😄

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und frisches Essen

Perfekt um sich das dritte Kinn anzutrainieren. Komme hier immer gerne hin, wenn ich mal Lust habe dem Diabetes ein wenig näher zu kommen. Nette Mitarbeiter und gutes Essen.

Pommes viel zu weich. Alles andere wirkt lieblos. Tische, Stühle Fussboden dreckig. Wir kommen jedenfalls nicht wieder.

Ich hatte es nun öfter, dass Teile der Bestellung gefehlt haben, 2x waren die Salatblätter im Beilagensalat braun und auch die Tomaten darin offensichtlich alt. Nach dem letzten Besuch lagen sowohl mein Partner als auch ich mit Magenkrämpfen flach.... Sehr schade, der MC Donalds war vor Corona immer super und hat auf einmal stark nachgelassen. Wir kommen nicht mehr

Essen = wie bei McDonalds gewohnt. Wer gerne bei McDonalds isst, ist hier richtig. McDrive ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Service = Das Essen wird selbstständig über ein Terminal bestellt und bezahlt. Das Essen kam schnell und warm. Ambiente = McDonalds typisch. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt. Parken dürfte kein Problem sein, da reichlich Plätze vorhanden sind. Ein Parkplatz für Parken mit Schwerbehindertenausweis, befindet sich direkt vorm Eingang. Also für Freunde des Fastfood, alles im grünen Bereich.

Sehr sauberes MC Donalds Restaurante. Auch das Essen ist immer schnell fertig. Wir gegen regelmäßige da hin.

Wie immer schnelles Essen, diesmal über App im Drive In.

Diese Filiale ist mir ein Rätsel. Von 20 Bestellungen 17 zu vermasseln ist eine Kunst. Es fehlte öfters Bürger,pommes,happy meal Überraschung komplett. Ketchup,mayo usw wird gerne mal unterschlagen obwohl extra welche bestellt und zahlen tut. Sonderwünsche wie kein Käse,Zwiebeln wurde ignoriert und die Bestellungen dauert öfters so lange das das essen schon kalt geworden ist als ich es bekommen habe.cola schmeckt oft auch verwässert(2 mal schmeckte es auch nur nach Wasser das gefärbt war. Könnte an der unkordinierheit liegen,ich mein 3-5 Leute wuseln an deiner Bestellung....Das kann nicht gut gehen....man sagt nicht umsonst,viele Köche verderben den Brei! Schade mc donalds bin/war ich gerne aber bei so einem Service..... konkurenz vergeigt das nicht so schlimm (ausser mal mayo vergessen)

Ordnung und die Sauberkeit lässt hier immer mehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Team und die Führung ist sehr nachlässig. Absolut ärgerlich.

Sehr gut gelegen für einen kurzen Stop. Sauber mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Chai Latte war sehr lecker, beim nächsten Halt bekam die Maschine leider einen WMFService, uncool gegen 13:30 Uhr. Burger waren OK, Fastfood bleibt Fastfood.

Da ich im McDrive gekauft habe, kann ich nichts über das Ambiente sagen. Der Service ist immer sehr gut und schnell.

Kompetente und nette Bedienung, Wartezeit minimal, und es wurde nichts vergessen.

War gespannt auf den neuen BicMac. Da Glinde der nächste McD ist, mal flott hingefahren. Schade McDonald (Konzern - nicht die Filiale - ihr könnt nichts dazu), da habt ihr einen Klassiker "versaut". Der BM ist nicht mehr essbar. Somit war das heute mein letzter BicMac, ever.

War ganz in Ordnung. Alles wie erwartet.

Schlimmster McDonalds ever. Pure Verarschung. Wir waren dort mit 13 Kinder, haben über das ganz tolle Bestellsystem alles ausgesucht und am Ende hat das System nichts mehr gesagt. Wir waren bei 110€ und das System wollte uns nicht bezahlen lassen. Am Ende mussten wir ab der Kasse alles nochmal machen und kamen auf 170€. Pure Verarschung. Geht da bloß nicht hin. Verbrecher.

Seit dem es bei MC Donalds die Bestellung nur noch über die Terminals gibt hat der Laden ganz schön abgebaut es dauert alles einfach zu lange das bestellen ist zu kompliziert und das Essen ist einfach kalt persönliche Bestellungen beim Menschen ist einfach besser

Betrifft Bestellung vom Samstag den 02.04.22 am Mc Drive. Bestellung war ein Happy Meal und 2 Mc Rip Menue mit Gitter Kartoffeln. Wir haben bekommen 4 Mc Rips einmal Pommes und einmal Gitter Kartoffeln. Es Happy Meal war ok. Aber dafür bezahlt man dann 29,45€ das ist keine korrekte Abwicklung einer Bestellung. Man sollte dort nur Mitarbeiter einstellen die Bestellungen vernünftig aufnehmen und gut zuhören können. Und das ist nicht das erste mal das so was passiert ist.
