McDonald's in Glinde

One of my favorite McDonald's nearby. Super friendly employees! Very accommodating, even during sales. I called ahead to see if they still had the socks, and they set one aside for me, who was coming in late from work. Thanks, Hassan!

Standard McDonald's, fries and fresh burgers

The food was not warm and not fresh

Breakfast has now become very bad. You can't talk to the employees because they either don't understand anything or hide behind the counter. After the renovation, the restaurant at least looks friendlier

Actually tasty but tables, benches, floors are often dirty... Toilets are not clean at all. Eat mostly lukewarm/cold, salads on the citizens only "a shred" of lettuce, often smeared in the packaging. In my opinion, drinks mixed way too much with ice water. Unfortunately, something is often forgotten when driving in or taking something with you. Employees (apart from 2 who are always very friendly) seem dissatisfied, no smiles. All points are a shame, because things were different here.

The "Fanta" isn't really a Fanta! No money to offer customers a decent drink? It was some completely over-sweetened syrup. Disgusting!

Ich habe ein Happy Meal bestellt und das Buch gewählt. Es gab das Happy Meal ohne Buch (passiert) Mitarbeiterin sagte es wäre ein Spielzeug drinnen. Ich bat darum zu tauschen. Sie holte das Buch und ich öffnete das Meal und stellte fest es ist kein Spielzeug drinnen. Ich sagte nur das da keins drinne wäre worauf gleich eine Kollegin mich anflaumpte was mein Problem sei, da ich doch das Buch nun hätte. Ich versuchte ihr es zu erklären. Aber die Dame war anscheinend nicht besonders Intelligent und Verstand nicht, dass ich nur sagen wollte, dass ich nichts tauschen kann, was nicht wie eben gesagt drinnen ist. Sie wurde lauter. Sorry aber was ist das denn für ein Kundenservice. Ich wollte es nur erklären und man darf nicht aussprechen. Ich wollte nur nicht den Anschein machen, dass wir beides wollen und wollte nur das Spielzeug was ja lt Aussage drinnen sein sollte zurück geben. Die Auwahl der der dort vorhandenen Mitarbeiter sollte wirklich überdacht werden. Wir kommen sicher nicht nochmal in diese Filale.

Since the renovation, I don't like going here anymore. The food is still okay, it's just that it has become uncomfortable.

A bit atypical McD as it is located inside a centre. Very long and narrow restaurant. The playground is not screened, so the children make a lot of noise.

Since the renovation we don't like it so much anymore. The slide for the kids outside is great, but the children's area inside is positioned in a totally careless manner. Small corner right next to a table. This means that either the child doesn't dare to play because there are strangers sitting there, or they spread themselves so wide that the child can't reach them at all. And when you sit there yourself, you occupy a table with at least 8 chairs... or stools, because backrests were also saved there... good thing you rarely eat there. But because of the children's area, I wouldn't recommend going there specifically for that reason

Cold fries, cold burgers, dirty tables, not possible at all, before the store was remodeled it wasn't that bad, really sad for MC Donalds 😡😢😢👎

Absolutely. Well located and easily accessible. The outside area is well designed.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. With 3x fries, one portion was cold, and one of 3 Big Mags was also cold. When we handed over the tray with the rubbish, we didn't know where to put it, it was so full of rubbish. Overall it was quite dirty, there was leftover food under the tables and the tables hadn't been wiped down. Dear people, that was Saturday! We wanted to grab a quick burger after swimming, but that was disappointing.

Since the renovation, toys have almost always been missing from the Happy Meal. The burgers are more or less thrown together with less and less care.

Gluten free is not possible. No consideration is given to people who depend on it. The vegan trend is more important in Germany.

Well, the renovation makes it seem less open (pick-up counter) otherwise it's always worth a sin.

After the renovation, the store looks more inviting. But it feels like there are fewer seating options than before. The biggest point of criticism is the air conditioning. Which in December make you feel colder because of the cold air...👎🏼

The ambience has deteriorated after the renovation and is not nice at all. The bun on the burger was tasty and the topping was only lukewarm. The fries were almost cold and we had them returned. The new 🍟 were hot but without salt. First of all, I'm fed up with McDonalds.

They try to be nice, which doesn't necessarily work. Things in the drive-thru are mixed up or forgotten. Staff extremely unfriendly, sauce was forgotten and after complaining about it they claimed it wasn't the case and we didn't get any.

Sauces were forgotten. When I went back to the store to ask about the sauces, I was assured that the sauces were there because the employee put them in the bag himself. After I assured him that the sauces weren't included because otherwise I wouldn't have to come back to the store unnecessarily, I was told I could buy the sauces at an additional cost. Absolute impudence. Of course I got angry because my grandiose plan to sell a sweet and sour sauce and a packet of mayo for €1000 on eBay unfortunately failed. Many thanks to the sauce sheriff for keeping your store under control. It's a shame that the service is terrible because the burger was quite okay for MC's quality.

Fast service, greasy floor, walk carefully

The terminals for ordering are slow, so much so that it takes 10 minutes for a McSmart menu. We don't give ourselves that anymore.

An der Kasse, eine sehr unverschämte Dame, die die Bestellung selber vergisst und dann den Kunden dafür anmacht sehr unverschämt würde da nicht noch mal hingehen!! vergessen auch bei jeder Bestellung immer die Saucen oder sonstiges ein Chaos dort

Absolutely inflexible...9am 27° warm.....no there is no ice cream...no there are no ice cream frappes..... Why?! Better to sell breakfast at 27°...

The branch stands out positively compared to others

I was with you again... I left a lot of money there and was really disappointed 😕. Burger slapped there.... Burger meatball is thinner and smaller....you can't find lettuce at all.....onion laughable... Sauce mhhhh in the wrong place.... Just dry 😜. So honestly, almost €40 and then that. Never again....sorry but I'd rather go to Jim Block....that's where I get fresh..... decent burgers...or to Bamboo in Wentorf before Mongolia....Everything is really very fresh 25.90 € but All can you Eat.... A normal McDonalds if you like it!

Today's visit shocked me in front of the branch. Apparently an employee was ordered to do a detention next to the drive-in. At around 30c°, an employee was asked to remove weeds with a joint scraper (on Sunday). The best food is then no longer worth anything.

Very nice. The flies were just really annoying...

When you order takeaway you have to check that everything is there because they forgot to put something in for the second time. It's annoying when you pay and get nothing.

Bought takeaway food. Unfortunately the pancakes were a disaster. Rock hard and dry.

Despite numerous guests on a Sunday, the team had everything under control. Rarely have we seen such competent and friendly employees in stressful situations. Top!!! Good location on the way to the A24. Nice ambience.

Once again we didn't get everything that was paid for!

Being cheeky to someone, I asked if I would get a straw, I was laughed at and asked afterwards: Well, I already have the straw in my hand! Then I didn't order and was laughed at. Load the biggest dirt.

2 visits, the first time I got the wrong citizen and the fries were rancid. On the second visit the same game again. The fries were rancid again and the nuggets felt half an hour old..unfortunately both times I was in the drive-in on the way home. (after a 3/4 minute drive approx .started eating) Very disappointing.

One of the best branches. Food was freshly prepared again today. Waiting time was very short. While we were there, free time was used to clean all the free tables. And the staff is the friendliest and most polite of all the branches. Keep it up.

Isn't that sad, you can get gluten-free burgers in almost all neighboring countries, except in Germany. So McDonald's has gluten free products, but only in other countries. Therefore, eating burgers here is not possible for my family.

McDonald's. Fast food with no special features

For the third time in the drive and always something is missing. Complaint processing unfriendly, subsequent delivery to home despite a 5 minute journey 45 minutes. No apology, no nothing. Just really bad.

Insane selection of burgers and everything...

I've never seen such a clean McDonald's branch. Top. Tables are cleaned immediately after leaving. Food was also brought quickly and was good. Balloons were also on site for the little one.

A fish mac was missing from the Mc Drive, only discovered at home. The Nuggets were missing one. Somehow it doesn't get any better, I guess you can't expect much.

Food was ok. We ordered drinks and, among other things, a Sprite 0.5l. We were brought water with 0.4l. We noted this and this time we were brought the correct one but with the wrong content.

The service in this branch in particular is really poor. So far, no delivery has been error-free. Here you often have the feeling that you are a nuisance as a guest. Often the food is really not even lukewarm and occasionally looks very carelessly prepared, to put it politely. It's definitely better in other branches.

McDonald's is normally fine and has been unchanged for years.

I was there yesterday and had to go to the toilet first, actually I should have gone straight back, the toilet was dirty, disgusting and just disgusting!!!! I've never seen anything like that, there were urine splashes and pubic hair everywhere, the floor didn't look any better!!!! I really don't bother, but that's not possible.

Today I was not satisfied with the service at the Dive Inn counter. The hot fries made up for it.

Basically ok, but here and there it's getting old. Staff very friendly, that's a positive thing, but unfortunately it's not like that everywhere anymore. We only had coffee and ice cream. The ice cream was extremely sweet, but it definitely always was. Unfortunately, the portion was completely disappointing. It would be better to take 2 small ones. But in fairness it should be mentioned that I rarely and don't like going to McDonalds.

Very nice McDonalds branch Staff friendly, clean and enough terminals available to order yourself. The order goes quickly.

Friendliness isn't the strong point here, people don't look at you, let alone hear a please or something like that when you accept it.

Citizens clapped together carelessly, cheese in the cardboard or on the paper but not on the citizen. Fries wobbly, chicken nuggets, same thing. The only citizen that still tastes good is the MC Rib.

They can't even fry chicken nuggets properly, here you get acrylamide for free!

Delivery service not professional. Called twice and waited 2 hours for our delivery. Are 10 minutes away by car. Even if there is a lot to do on Sundays, you shouldn't have to call after ordering. A pity.

When one bus after the other doesn't run and you then take a bus from another line to escape the cold and not get stranded in the Glinder Pampa, on the edge of the commercial area, then the McD branch appears like that a bright, warm oasis to which one likes to pay appropriate tribute for "salvation", the short-term stay. In contrast to the actually pleasant room temperature, the McRösti menu suggested by the in-house app and widely advertised did not do it justice. Neither was the portioning designed for a healthy Central European who had not killed his last mammoth three weeks ago, caught his last chamois from the summit or escaped the saber-toothed tiger by running a marathon. Any nutritionist would have to cry or scream at this "Supersize Me"-esque "normal portion" (?). Neither were the curly fries "curly" - they were mostly crumbs and normal, straight, light yellow and unusually greasy fries with a single potato curl, which had a bright green, unappetizing end - nor was the (?) Rösti (-Patty?!) even remotely warmed through or crispy. So freezing would have been the better option... And better in terms of nutrition. In any case, we can only hope that it will be a while until the next mammoth fillet - or that the climate will warm up a bit by then!

So for us this chain is over. We were here late in the evening, our two burgers were cold and the chicken box with cheese balls wasn't warm either. The burgers have become very small compared to before but the price has gone up. Over €20 for 2 burgers and a box

Die Pommes waren wabbelig und kaum gesalzen, der Chilli-Cheese-Burger war nicht scharf und das Mc Flurry war nur halb gefüllt. Eine tolle Enttäuschung.

Gaaaanz vorne im Vergleich zu anderen mcd.. Weiter so, nur eteas wärmere Burger wären toll und hey- den Zugang zum Aussenbereich auch an kalten Tagen zu öffnen halten Raucher nicht für das Dümmste...

Wie immer.. BigMäc Menü und für die Kids Happy Meal und alle sind zufrieden....

Wer zu McD geht, weiß was er zu erwarten hat. Jedoch war hier das Personal nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich und alles ging schnell.

Wenn denn die Burger mal aussehen würden wie auf den Plakaten. Stattdessen ein labriger Burgerbun, zusammengefallener Salat und ein lauwarmer Pattie. Die Cola sowie die Curlie-Fries waren hingegen in Ordnung. Dann doch lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und in einem Burger-Bistro essen. Was man leider an einer Autobahn eher selten findet.
