The Kochlöffel fast-food restaurant in Aurich offers a solid selection of classic fast-food dishes, with a focus on chicken products, burgers, and fries. The food is freshly prepared, and the portions are generous, ensuring a quick and satisfying meal.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, although it can get a bit hectic during peak hours. Wait times are generally short, and orders are reliably executed. Of particular note is the option to choose vegetarian options, providing a wider selection for different tastes.
The restaurant's atmosphere is functional, but not particularly cozy. The interior is modern, but more geared toward quick visits. Those looking for a quick meal of pleasant quality will find it here; however, those expecting an extended dining experience should look elsewhere.
One minor criticism is that the dishes can occasionally vary somewhat—sometimes they are excellent, other times they could be a bit more seasoned or fresher. Nevertheless, Kochlöffel Aurich remains a reliable choice for solid fast-food dishes.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Good fast-food restaurant with tasty food and friendly service, although the quality sometimes fluctuates slightly.
After 8 years I wanted to eat a baguette from FC again... unfortunately I did... since then I've been lying on the sofa with stomach cramps for 2 days.
Regardless, I should have thrown the baguette away as soon as I opened the package... based on how it looked.
We ordered at lunchtime because no one else delivers at lunchtime and wanted to try it out. I was very disappointed. We had a kebab and a kebab plate and a large hamburger
The kebab plate and the kebab were totally greasy, the oil from the pan was probably dripping everywhere, the salad was just coleslaw. In the kebab there were very thick pieces of kebab meat, the large hamburger was very small for the price, it's positive that they deliver nothing more for free
Dear McDonald's team,
A little story. Some time ago I worked as a crew trainer at Eckstein. That's why I know how long things take and, above all, what's important. I also know that sometimes you make mistakes and things can get stressful.
In the RDZ Restaurant, as it is called, there is no control anymore and all orders are processed one after the other.
I've really been patient. I have eaten at your place several times in the last 9-12 months.
I only received the correct, warm order once. Otherwise I get either wrong, incomplete or cold. How can you fail like that? I talk to the employees and shift managers, sometimes more sometimes less interested, but now they feel very ripped off. My personal favorite is that late at night when the store is empty you can't manage to finish 2 cheeseburgers WITHOUT pickles. And constantly. And those are just the highlights.
I think someone I met there could understand me at all.
If I had worked like that in our branch, I would legitimately not have survived the probationary period.
Again: every now and then a mistake when the stick is fully loaded is okay, but every goddamn time is sad.
There is an urgent need to either train or replace staff.
I still have a folder somewhere at home with the crew books, and sometimes I think about training the staff myself out of pity. I haven't done this in 6 years and I still think I can do it better.
You are not greeted, no hello when you go to the checkout, no thank you, no please, just stupid empty looks of listlessness and the tables are dirty, disgusting!! Great load
I don't really like giving bad reviews, but it has to be done here: maybe it's personal bad luck, but in my last 4 visits the currently advertised promotional product was “sold out” 3 times. It's stupid if you go there specifically for that. The on-site employees tend to appear absent-minded. Service is hardly available at Burger King anyway, but the app and the self-service terminals are far too complicated for so few products. And the prices are sometimes outrageous (70 or 75 cents for a mini dip? €5.20 for a milkshake?). During my last visit the floor was sticky, something was constantly beeping somewhere in the kitchen and I'm actually always happy when I'm out of there. Why am I actually going there?
