I was there on Friday, March 21st, around the afternoon of 2025. I have to say something about the service that was completely unacceptable. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and one without bacon, and one of the servers forgot again that I wanted bacon on the burger. I then pointed out to her that I had ordered one with bacon. I pointed this out to her, and she said, "Show me, and yes, well, then I'll put bacon on it." That was a tone of voice from her that was completely unacceptable. Normally, you apologize to the guests.
The second thing is that one of the younger employees was being harassed with headphones, and I thought, "What have we ended up like this?"
If I had done that at work! I would have gotten a real dressing down, but well, you won't see me in the store again for a while because the service, with the tone of voice they spoke to me and with their attitude, that's completely unacceptable. One of them is rude, and the other doesn't want to work.
Ordered this evening with an approximate delivery time of 45 minutes. After waiting a little over an hour, we wanted to call to find out what the status of our order was. Unfortunately no one answered. We tried to reach someone by phone several times, unfortunately in vain.
Two hours later the order still hadn't arrived, we couldn't reach anyone by phone and didn't receive any response by email.

Ambience/Food:
The ambience has become good, you can't complain here.
But it was extremely drafty through the door, all the heaters were turned off.
The armchairs are very stained, which is very uncomfortable for the guest.
The shawarma plate with chicken tasted excellent, but as Germans, my companion and I were completely ignored in the restaurant. 😳 After a long wait I had to ask for a menu myself. Other places are much more attentive.
Air:
There is very bad air in the restaurant; there are no professional air purifiers on the ceiling.
After each visit I became ill (respiratory infection). My friends too, by the way. This can't be a coincidence.
Service:
Too few menus in circulation and they urgently need to be revised. Not just in Arabic, please also in German. And attractive photos of the dishes would be great. 😊
After 2.5 months nothing has happened...
The drinks didn't come to the table before the meal as requested and the waiting time for the food was also far too long.
On the second visit a few days ago, serving took over 2 hours. 😳
In my opinion, there is no counter outside like at Rialto, where customers are served for take-away orders. This needs to be separated or more people need to be hired in the kitchen.
As it is now, it's an imposition.
Feel-good factor:
I felt very uncomfortable.
The mixer is extremely loud and bothered me a lot. The music was generally too loud and conversations were hardly possible. The open kitchen is disadvantageous because of the smells. Everything smells like frying oil and the smoke wafts from the smoking area when the door is constantly open. You can hardly breathe.
Conclusion:
Bad service (I've never experienced anything like that before), there's quite a bit of chaos in many areas. Even after 2.5 months.
Something urgently (!!) needs to be improved.
I rarely write reviews, but this is more of a warning.
Very unfriendly and slow employees. The store wasn't particularly full around 6 p.m. and there was still trash on the tables everywhere. They also haven't seen a rag for a long time.
We don't even want to talk about the sticky floor.
If that's what the store looks like, I don't even want to see the kitchen.
Then we only ordered one fries... You can't go wrong. Was ok.
I'm seriously wondering what the health department is there for?
Attention: Parking costs €30!
First you wait a long time for your food, and then you pay €30 for parking.
The food there isn't exactly cheap anymore, and as a thank you for spending a lot of money there, you're charged €30 for parking afterwards.
Nice Burger King. It's lovely to sit outside in the summer.
However, be careful when driving in/through, card payment almost never works within the last 6 months. There have been 15 times in the evenings and no card payment is possible directly as information when ordering as if this was a scam in this regard. 0 stars! Overall 4 because everything else is correct.
