They ask for money in the toilets for cleaning, there was some in there but the toilet was disgusting. Yellowish reddish dots on the edge of the toilet seat, there are probably no corners there, the sink has soap residue and the mirror isn't really clean either. You don't give any money for that, just to force money down people's throats for nothing and nothing. The food was nice and warm, but slapped down carelessly, the sauce oozed out into every corner, and the roll was very dry. Almost all of the tables were empty, but not clean so you had to wipe the dirt away yourself. Would I eat there again, no thanks once and never again. If I were to recommend it, I wouldn't have any enemies otherwise.

The order was taken incorrectly by the staff and then discussed. The subsequent delivery of the right food was then forgotten. But the burgers were all rather cold anyway. Never this branch again

Burger King on the continent (Germany) is so much better than the stuff we get in the UK Here in England there seems to be a potato famine at burger King . small portions and bland food . In Wolfsburg we stopped and had burger. King, I had the loaded fries cola and the cheesy bacon lover burger it was delicious and surprisingly looked exactly like it was advertised. UK Burger King could learn a lot from these in Germany. On the whole a good place to go so if your on the continent worth it

It's so incredibly sad that one of my favorite fast food restaurants has now become a long food restaurant. Maybe 7 employees shouldn't be smoking outside when a line from the payment counter to the order counter takes 30 minutes to process... The worst part is that you can't even process orders properly. Sorry, but I don't open each burger individually to check if everything is correct. Simply listen and implement. Calculate extra mayo and then pack it in too! New Year New luck. I am very disappointed.

A bit of an arrogant service. The personnel were more interested in themselves and was quite loud, and when asked for something in English, the guy behind the counter just replied clearly annoyed in German "I don't know what you are saying".

I don't know how they manage it here, but even though they (probably) use the same ingredients, the burgers don't taste like Burgerking burgers. No recommendation! Better to drive to the next one or eat somewhere else.

This is the second Burger King this year that I've been to that had a cleaning lady begging for money at the toilets. It's ridiculous to ask 11 euros for a small burger and a mediocre coffee and not even having the compassion to hire a cleaner for a liveable wage. Shameful megacorp penny pinching.

There are 3 people sitting in the restaurant and every now and then a car rolls into the restaurant, but the 3 young people still can't get the food out correctly. Our predecessor lacked the milkshake, while ours lacked ice cream and a drink as well as ketchup. Our successor was missing a fries. Sad, but the main thing is to chat and say cool things.

Burger King at a truck stop near Braunschweig with slightly overwhelmed staff. When we order a chili burger, the answer comes - slightly annoyed - that we don't have it. The customer then remembers in time that the burger is only called extra long internally and orders two of them. The joy about the low price only lasts for a short time and the question arises as to whether the fast food employee has really booked two menus... The fact that the employees at Burgerking are sometimes difficult to understand is old news and that German customers are hardly understood anymore , is new and should give the owner something to think about when distributing tasks.

Usually only a maximum of ZERO or minus stars. There was nothing going on tonight at the King. There was only one table next to us occupied. The floor sticks. And if you look closely, you can see how thoroughly corners and hard-to-reach areas are not cleaned. The absolute no-go, however, is the young, dark-haired employee with glasses who obviously doesn't want to work. Not only does she only want to deliver half of the order, she is very cheeky towards the customers. When asked about the missing items, she not only argues, she also brazenly lies to the customer's face. Stupid questions about what was supposedly missing was just the beginning. Apparently the missing items were not listed. It's just stupid that the enclosed tablet receipt, which she just has to process, has all the items listed. The customer in front of us also discussed that the burger, which she claimed was cold, was unchecked but in her opinion was warm. Only after several back and forths did she reluctantly swap the burger for a warm one.

После длиной поездки заехали с семьёй поужинать, на удивление было очень мало народу, нам показалось это подозрительно, но всё же решили остаться и попробовать. Было всё свежее, горячее и очень вкусно. Ждали тоже не долго. Туалеты тоже чистые. Персонал дружелюбный. Советуем посетить.

Sauberes Lokal, schnelle Bedienung

Nicht das bestellte Essen erhalten. Auch die Portionen waren falsch. Große Pommes wurden bestellt und gezahlt, erhalten eine kleine Portion ohne Soßen. Wegen der anderen Bewertungen: Bei der Toilette steht an der Tür die „Empfehlung“ Geld zu zahlen.

Eine wie ich finde gute und saubere BK Filiale unweit der Autobahn. Die Lokalität ist sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Bestellung ging zügig und war gut warm. Der Parkplatz ist soweit großzügig angelegt, es gibt für Kinder einen Außenspielplatz sowie einen abgezäunten Außenbereich. Ein ebenerdiger Zugang auch für Rollstuhlfahrer vom Parkplatz aus.

Gut besucht um 22.30 am Samstag Abend. Kann man von ausgehen das hier alles passt.

Diese Filiale ist okay. Saubere Toiletten, etwas freundliche Bedienung und das Bestellte kam auch exakt so.
