Burger King in Lehre

The worst place in the world! You stand at the drive-thru for 15 minutes and no one answers. They don't even honk. After you pull up to the window, you're ignored, and then suddenly the window closes. I haven't experienced anything so incompetent in a long time!

I wanted a chocolate shake. I got a watery milk with a cardboard flavor. When I asked the waitress about it, they said it was always like that. Never again, for me.

Just because of the kids. The same applies to the big competitor.

The McDrive was okay. We're not fans of Burger King, though. We just wanted to try the Garlic King.

A large restaurant within a gas station. Fast and friendly service. The interior is clean and pleasant.

Food is cold and we forgot half of it and working at a snail's pace not recommended

The burgers are almost always fresh and usually come quickly, but you should double-check your order because sometimes something gets mixed up or is missing.

Restrooms cost money, but they're clean. Food arrives quickly.

I really can't recommend it. The food tasted way too salty, the burger was dripping with fat, the fries were partly raw and partly barely cooked but wobbly and almost cold, and the salad didn't look very appetizing either. I had to wait a long time for my food even though it wasn't busy. The staff were barely engaging. For the price, I really got too much for nothing. Never again.

I ordered something to eat and there was a 🪰 FLY in the vegetables!! Watch out! It's disgusting! The chef tried to excuse himself, but the friendly waitress told him it couldn't be true!! Not recommended!!!

I've been there twice, before and after my vacation, and unfortunately, the situation was confirmed. Long waits for food, and then you get cold burgers and carbon-free drinks. Disappointing. And the worst part is the pay-toilet, with toilets that aren't even clean, let alone paper. It's a disgrace; I refused to pay for the toilet.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit dated. Some of the seats are torn and unsightly. We arrived around 9:00 p.m., and the restrooms weren't in the best condition. Toilet paper was a bit scarce in places. The food was as usual, and the staff were cheerful and very friendly to each other and the customers.

Good Burger King. The dining area is clean. Average traffic at the moment, and the food is fast. The burgers are as good as ever. I recommend it.

The food was very good and freshly prepared. The cupboard for used tablets was overflowing.

Extremely bad food! The ice cream melted before it was served. Overpriced compared to the big M. Even the toilet is a 50-cent charge per person. I can't recommend it.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Burger King at the truck stop. The burger was nice and warm and the toppings were good—they were on top of the burger, not next to it. The fries were also very good. The wait time was perfect.

It's unbelievable that in a restaurant where you're already paying for food, you also have to pay 50 cents for the restroom! And then a woman sits there with a plate and demands your money. That's absolutely outrageous. At a fast-food chain like Burger King, using the restroom should be free for guests. Pure outrage!

Restroom: Restroom 50 cents. Kids too. Employee actively collects the money - seems to be more than just a recommendation. For food: Ordered a Whopper cheese tortilla. Received chili cheese. After complaining to the employee, he said it was the correct product - I had to specify when ordering if I wanted it without chili. Employee behind the counter just laughed, giving the impression of making fun of customers. Napkins upon request.

I was very disappointed with this Burger King. The burgers were cold and the fries were soggy. You have to pay to use the restroom. The tables were dirty and were wiped with a dirty rag. The decor was covered in grease stains, and the floors were dirty. I don't recommend this Burger King.

Burger Kong at the truck stop, normal standard

We had to wait a good half hour for our turn, then got small fries instead of large ones. No exchange possible because I was driving around. They said I'd exchanged them. Nonsense. Never again. So, I tried again. Fries are medium at McDonald's. Cheeseburgers are better at McDonald's too, which is a shame.

Okay – nothing special My visit to Burger King was okay. The food tasted as expected, but nothing particularly outstanding. Service was friendly, but not particularly fast. It's enough for a quick burger, but I don't expect anything more.

I was disappointed to find out I had to pay to use the restroom at Burger King. It's incomprehensible why a restaurant would charge extra for such a basic necessity as using the restroom. I understand that in some cases it may be necessary, but as a customer, I expect such a service element to be provided at no extra cost, especially if, like any other customer, you want to wash your hands before eating. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future, as it seriously impacts customer satisfaction. Otherwise, the food was fine, but this practice seriously tarnished my overall impression.

A truly fantastic experience! The staff were super friendly, especially Ms. Höller, who was in a great mood. The lady at the entrance was also very welcoming and cheerful. The food was well prepared, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We'd be happy to come back again!🍔👑❤️

A typical Burger King. Unfortunately, there are no power outlets at the seats. Should be standard these days.

Coupons were accepted, the food was fresh and warm, and they charged €0.50 to use the restroom, which I find a bit unreasonable as a guest. The premises were clean, and parking was available on-site as usual. Interactions with the service staff were minimal, as you order via tablet. For a Burger King on the highway, I recommend it because of the coupons!

Large parking lot for very large vehicles. I just can't stand this food, and for that price, I can get two and a half doner kebabs 😉 The staff was friendly despite the demanding customers.

Unfortunately, the service carts were overcrowded and so the guests left everything next to the tables.

Unfortunately, the order was not complete but the staff immediately corrected it, as it should be. It was also delicious, fresh and hot too.

Completely incompetent You're being talked into something stupid. Half of the food is missing and the other half is wrong!

Drive in. In addition to the Whopper, it was cold and large fries were ordered. There were leftovers of curly fries in between, either because there were still leftovers in the fryer basket or there was still something in the bowl when my fries came in there. Unclean, careless work

Was understaffed when i visited (long wait time) but very good food

Terrible is no longer an expression for this juice shop!! So often our orders were wrong or something was missing! Today, however, was the highlight! I haven't eaten meat since I was a kid and I actually had a blant-based burger with meat! There are health reasons why I don't eat meat and that went too far! We've given the store a chance often enough, but the professionals there just don't have it! Absolutely sad!

There is almost always something missing when ordering, be sure to check every order.

Burger was a bit over grilled. We got a new one immediately and without any problems. And it was excellent. A great, calm team. Recommended without reservations.

Full but tasty. Burger tasted better than ours, fries were crispy, which is a rarity in such restaurants. Unfortunately, coffee is far too thin for me. Staff very friendly!

Update from April 6th, 2025: Today the Drive variant was used. Super nice service, who came across as absolutely nice from the first second until the “bye”, put together the coffee with a lot of love and stirred it with the same care!!! Normal branch of the well-known chain. I would like to mention that the complained about burgers were exchanged without any problems.

They arrived late, but if I order 9 plant based nuggets I expect 9 plant based nuggets and not 1 plant based nugget and 8 chilli cheese nuggets...

Always check the order, it's already been here 3 times that something was missing...

The fries were oily and the cola was non-carbonated

Visited late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised. Everything about the food was not lukewarm but almost really hot! Really rare! Pleasant service and top clean toilet!!!

The two of us were there on a Friday around 8 p.m. It was super crowded. There was trash everywhere inside, leftover food, packaging on tablets stacked high on tablet carts, on the floor, on the heater shelf. Staff didn't come after to put it away. We were insulted at one of the ordering terminals where we were waiting by a group of 20 year olds asking why we were pushing forward, which wasn't true because they came after us. Annoying mood from these customers, even though I stayed calm and cool. Don't know what's wrong with some people...?! Staff is ok apart from clearing up rubbish. Food was good :-) So total 3 stars.

I can recommend it for quick meals.

Yesterday we had a big mishap at Burger King. My wife left her cell phone on the toilet. Unfortunately, we only noticed it after about 2 hours. We called them straight away and were lucky a nice female voice told us, “… yes, we found a cell phone…”. The relief was very great and we drove back straight away. After confirmation of facial recognition, we received the mobile back. We were happy to donate a small amount to the coffee fund. However, the acceptance was strictly rejected by the employee. But what we felt from the entire staff was that they were all visibly happy and wished us good luck. In our eyes, this was all a praiseworthy gesture and not a given. A big thank you to all the employees of the Burger King in Lehr-Wendhausen.

Classic Burger King. Sometimes they have punctures. Sometimes the burgers are tasty and well made, and sometimes they seem to have been assembled with the feet. Classic Burger King. Our children were welcomed with a Burger King crown, a nice idea! Our children were also able to play outside on the train. The desire to have children was very extensive! The mystery burger was mediocre, little meat. But a nice stop with children :).

After a football game, Burger King was exceptionally good and there were easily 100 people who had ordered something at the same time, the employees did a great job and the waiting time really wasn't long. Respect!

Rarely have I had such a GOOD Burger King. The whole staff was great and the food and drinks were there straight away 👍👍👍 And it's clean too. We are used to different things when stopping on motorways. Aral's e-charging station is also right next to it.

In contrast to many other BK branches at truck stops, fast food was actually served here. Short waiting time, nothing forgotten and clean tables. Bravo. The operator needs to know whether it is absolutely necessary for a toilet attendant to scold the guests. We found it inappropriate that if you eat there for 15 euros then you "have to" pay for the toilet. Otherwise we were satisfied.

It's a fast food restaurant, of course. So the food is just as expected. At least better than a few days before in McDonalds. But what stood out was the big one friendliness of the employees. We had a menu for a child and were asked whether we would like the ice cream that came with it later so that it wouldn't melt in the meantime. Very nice.

Even one star is too much for me... Tables are sometimes very unclean, toilet costs money, which is not possible as a customer, for 2 burgers, 2x fries, 2 drinks / 25 euros (costs the same everywhere, but still absolutely overpriced, no matter where, one employee is rude...., I am served again for the next few years....

The food was good. The fries were not oversalted like some other providers. Parking spaces are sufficient. The staff should only speak a little louder, as all the background noise makes it difficult to understand them.

Clean decent fast food restaurant

So the food took forever... Because of fast food... There was nothing going on... Burgers were cold, Pomeranians too!!! Salad on the burger was limp!! Served smelled like mold!!!!! The. But the boss and employees didn't see any of this!!! He just said they don't smell like mold... And the napkins would be distributed further. There were three of us and we were all disappointed... I won't eat there again!!!! And the floor was also totally dirty. Staff was rude too!!

I have to pay for the toilet even though I'm a guest at the restaurant?! €14.90 for a king menu is probably not enough. Had to argue with the lady at the toilet that I didn't have any change. Incredible
