The food was absolutely not tasty; the little I ate gave me a stomach ache, nausea, and bloating. The only thing that was friendly and accommodating was the staff. Never again KFC

KFC, like any roadside one. If you're looking for UK promotions and prices, don't go there. The chicken tastes the same as anywhere else. I think it's expensive (more than I'm used to paying in the UK), but overall, it's okay.

My five-star rating is specifically based on comparisons with other fast-food restaurants. I should note that we were the last customers of the evening and entered the store just two minutes before closing time. Nevertheless, all the employees were very friendly and accommodating – something you unfortunately don't experience everywhere, even during the day at the start of a shift. Furthermore, we even received a little more food than we originally ordered. It was also particularly positive that we were able to enjoy our meal inside, even though the store was already officially closed and the employees had already started cleaning.

A KFC at a truck stop on the A2. Since we needed to fill up anyway, we stopped here for a quick bite. The food we ordered was tasty and plentiful, and you can choose your own drinks (and refill them). One of the better KFCs we've been to on the Autobahn so far.

They skimp on chicken here! Most of the chicken pieces are less than a quarter the size of those in other restaurants. Many were even smaller than a little finger. While tasty, the portions were far too small. Absolutely not a recommended restaurant!

Hello KFC team. I'm really impressed with this KFC. Compared to Braunschweig, you're really valued here. We went to eat with my wife and child and were served personally because we don't like ordering on a tablet. The little man in the shirt is really nice; he even brought us the food to the table himself because he must have seen that I couldn't carry anything with my broken leg and splint. You rarely see such service and kindness. Big praise to the young man, he does everything correctly as it should be done. Many people should work with such an attitude. I always like coming back here, even if the journey is 15 minutes longer. The restrooms and the restaurant itself are super clean. You can see from the reviews that it wasn't every now and then, but during my visit I can't complain about anything; everything was great and the food was very fresh.

Hot Wings are 90% breading, the remaining 10% meat. This is probably the worst KFC I've ever eaten at. I do not recommend it.

If you like food from the previous diners you are in good hands here if you take a seat at the table (chips and mayo crumbs were lovingly left behind as decoration). Cleanliness is not taken so seriously here, or it is the lack of staff. Tray clearers are just not the best job, so no one does it, so the tray tower had to be treated with care, but Jenga helped us clear away our leftovers.

The hut is burning, and the service is so slow you could resole his shoes while walking. Is there air conditioning there? If so, why isn't it on? The air was so unbearable, unbearable.

Terrible Service and food even worse

What an unpleasant place. After seeing the restrooms (one without a seat, the other with a seat on top, so you couldn't lock the door), I left. I didn't want to imagine what the kitchen looked like. Anyone who offers this kind of "service" doesn't deserve my money.

It's unbelievable how long you have to wait for your food. The product combinations and selections are far too complicated; the staff seem completely disorganized. A disaster.

NOW AGAIN. A TOTAL RIP-OFF... 25 euros for 3 tiny pieces of chicken. The staff uses tongs to dig through the tray to make sure the smallest pieces end up in the box. We're done with the store. Especially since this isn't the first time the staff has reduced the portion size. Probably for their own consumption. No Coke, no salad, and no more fries for sale... The new delivery isn't coming for another day. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. Especially not in a fast food joint. The only thing missing is for them to run out of chicken...

Ordering on the screen seems more complicated to me than at other comparable establishments, as they offer so many options and variations. However, this was also my first visit. The printed receipt for six meals was very long and difficult to navigate. The food itself has too much breading for my taste, but others like it. The staff is friendly, and the free refills on drinks are a positive.

Very satisfied! The KFC in Leer pleasantly surprised me. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The food was fresh, hot, and just as delicious as expected – the crispy chicken was especially great! The branch was clean and well-organized, even during peak times. I'll be happy to come back when I'm in the area.

Restroom: The faucet in the women's restroom didn't work, the toilet paper was empty, the tiles were broken, the sink was very dirty, and the toilet seat was stuck at 7:30. What about the kitchen? Something was missing from the order, cutlery only available upon request. The seats were covered in crumbs, the wallpaper was torn and dirty. The chicken pieces tasted more like grease, the wrap was very sparsely filled, the burger was mediocre, and the fries still tasted half-raw. Not recommended!

We went to KFC today just before closing time, but they refused to serve us food, even though there were six minutes left. Luckily, they served us immediately at Burger King, even though there was only a minute left until closing time. Don't go there again!

This morning, shortly after 10 a.m., we stopped here to charge our car. We were probably the first customers of the day. Accordingly, everything was clean and fresh. It's just KFC to KFC quality, but unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to get to from the gas station or the charging stations; you have to sprint across the country through the driveway of the inn without being hit by a truck or Hilti Passat.

A huge rip-off. I went there with my family and ordered food for €51. It was a huge disappointment. A few burgers, and a bucket for €20 looks full of breaded chicken on the KFC website, but what did we get???? A teacher's bucket with only a few thin, small chicken pieces in it. Really disappointing... Never going back ☹️☹️☹️☹️

We have always received good service here, even at times of high capacity. We particularly liked the offer of 10 crispies for 10 euros.

The choice of drinks is poor, no forfeits. One of the self-service checkouts is so laggy that it is impossible to order and there is no information about it. The order took 20 minutes, although there was a standard menu and nothing special. After 10 minutes, it appeared on the screen that my order was ready, although when I approached, it had not yet been prepared.

The chicken and fries had a strange aftertaste, perhaps from the fat. The serving staff was friendly.

The toilets took a lot of getting used to. Unfortunately it wasn't clean at all. That's really putting it kindly. Things should look different for a restaurant where you eat. Even if it is “just” a fast food restaurant.

The prices are quite high for the little that comes on the tray and there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness but the taste is very good, at least compared to the other fast food chains! Unfortunately, I've had very salty fries there several times and I won't be eating them again in the future!! Anyone could add salt, but once it's over salted you can't do anything!! They are going back from now on!!

The food was very tasty, but these children were so loud. You could move this play area into a separate room, but it's so open it's just incredibly disturbing.

I, and probably many other customers, have never had to wait such an incredibly long time for their “fast food”. From ordering to serving the food, without an actually comprehensible system, we had to wait 50 MINUTES, i.e. almost an hour, in the crowd in front of the serving area. I can only advise against a visit here. The employees here are understandably absolutely jaded. Very unfortunate.

Not recommended, I complained about my food instead of exchanging it and started a discussion. The only thing I wanted was food not working at all.

Unfortunately it was very busy today and the team was probably a bit overloaded. Waiting more than 40 minutes with a small child is really difficult to survive when the “hunger” is already very present. The order wasn't complete either. The quality of the food was still good as usual.

For ethical reasons, I don't eat meat, so order a specifically advertised veggie voucher at the terminal (in the belief that everything will be vegetarian). On the “Customize” tab on the terminal there was no option to specify whether everything would be vegetarian. So after half an eternity I get my order and discover that part of the order is not veggie (at first it's not that crazy, it can happen). But now comes the point that is incomprehensible: I go to the checkout, notice the problem and ask if I can get the vegetarian version instead, a nice employee immediately says yes and orders the vegetarian version in the kitchen, his colleague goes to the back. When she comes back to the front, she tells me she can't exchange my order and that it's my fault, I had to set it at the terminal (let's remember, there was NO such setting etc. for the explicitly VEGGIE menu). So I'm sent away again, I have no idea whether they didn't understand my problem or just didn't want it. So all in all I paid more and got less. Thank you for that. 100m further there is 10,000x better service and more understanding. I don't know what else to say about that either. I won't eat here anymore! I feel sorry for the people at the checkout who only take the “orders” from the boss or the shift manager. But honestly, converting 2 tenders into vegetarian wouldn't hurt a multi-million dollar company, but well that's how it is.

On the way home (still about a two hour drive) we made a quick stop for a snack. My wife and I chose the economy menu with a chili cheese chicken burger, three stripes and fries. The shop wasn't full, so we got our food quickly - unfortunately that turned out to be a disadvantage in retrospect. The entire meal seemed anything but fresh: the fries were lukewarm and soft, only the burnt pieces still had a hint of crunch. The rest of the menu was also not convincing in terms of taste. All in all, we will save ourselves this stop in the future and prefer to stop somewhere else.

I'll try to describe it neutrally from my point of view because I personally don't like it. Phew, where do I start? The look could have a bit more flair, it looks like any run-of-the-mill chip shop. Service was not available because it was ordered via tablet. Taste . A huge difference between the United States, Great Britain and Germany. The American one is over the top. Great quality such quantity. In the Empire it tastes a bit weaker but still OK. I was surprised that the buckets were so small until I saw them in Germany and thought the price/performance ratio was terrible. The bucket is about 1/3 of the American model but 3 times as expensive. And the taste has a lot of spice but something was missing. If you've never tried it, you're missing out. Like I said, just my opinion. I recommend everyone to try this experience for themselves.

KFC visit with ups and downs - toilets spoil the experience I recently visited the KFC restaurant and was overall satisfied, although there were some noticeable flaws. What should be highlighted positively is that the restaurant was well organized despite the high number of people. The ordering machines worked perfectly, which made the ordering process pleasantly easy. The staff also seemed committed and tried to do justice to the customers. However, we had to wait a little longer for our food, which was understandable given the number of visitors. The chili cheeseburger that I ordered didn't impress me in terms of taste. Unfortunately it tasted very artificial, which didn't meet my expectations. The biggest point of criticism, however, concerns the toilets. Of the three existing toilets, two were completely blocked and the general condition was anything but clean. There is definitely an urgent need for action here. Unfortunately, due to the lack of hygiene in the toilets, I can only give it three out of five stars. I suspect that the problems were due to the high volume of visitors, but I will check this more closely on my next visit. I hope the restaurant gets the toilet situation under control as this will tarnish an otherwise positive impression.

The drive-in was closed again. I don't know what it was about. But it's more likely a lack of staff than a technical defect. Then crowds stood in front of the 4 ordering terminals...that's exactly 2 terminals too few.
