I got a cold burger yesterday with unfried cheese and bacon on it. I gave this one back and asked for a fresh and warm one. After two minutes a service person came and gave me my burger back. It had been heated up in the microwave, unfortunately far too hot to touch or eat. I then brought the burger back and asked for a new one. The service person then told me that I had to wait 7 minutes. No problem. After ten minutes she gave me the burger. My burger, taken apart, fried and put back together. The cheese and bacon were fried around the chicken. Unfortunately you couldn't eat it. I left. Unfortunately, the service cannot be recommended. Tables and chairs were all dirty. It was around 9 p.m. and the staff would have had a chance to clean up. Too bad, I'd rather go eat somewhere else.

The food is ok but the service is terrible they ignore the customer and especially women. Most of the staff are Turkish and that's probably why they ignore women but it shouldn't be like that.

We were here around 8pm and waited 30 minutes for the food. The chicken pieces were totally dry and cold. The fries sat under the lamp for half an hour because they were being made when we came to the store. I've never had such a bad meal at KFC. The staff was nice, but it was nice to be completely overwhelmed.

So I really don't expect a posh restaurant when I go to KFC, but the woman at the counter who yells at her work colleagues when they do something wrong is definitely on the borderline. It is also rather unsavory if you can see the woman's lack of hygiene at first glance. In addition, the food distribution area was extremely dirty and all the tables were full of leftovers and garbage. We left without eating anything.

As sorry as you are, this branch is just cruel. On average, you wait at least 20 minutes for your order at lunchtime. I've been here at about the same time for 3 years in a row and am taking a break from driving. Every time the same experience. You can't complain about the food, only the toilets are absolutely unhygienic and in my case always dirty and sometimes there is water on the floor.

Of course, KFC's food is always overpriced and the portions have become smaller. The toilets around this branch have an access code. Unfortunately, not so great when all the employees are busy and you are traveling with a pregnant woman.

Someone in Wolfsburg had the right nose and built a super chill, uncomplicated location. Relatively clean, food is OK, but the service is horrible. Yes the people work hard and it goes fast, but they are absolutely not friendly. Act like they have been frustrated for the last 5 years and hate every customer. Not cool. But at least the chicken strips were OK.

Disaster, waited 50 minutes for coffee, cappuccino and chicken burger, when they were finally handed out or wanted, they said that unfortunately the burger would take at least another 10 minutes because of extra cheese... I'm at a loss for words. .. In any case, after I wanted to have the burger canceled, they gave us any other remaining burgers in exchange for two pieces 😁

Back to KFC after a few years. Ordering via terminal is practically standard. The food I received was only vaguely reminiscent of what I remembered. The sauces were bland, the fries were briefly fried and the chicken was very fatty. The tables and trays were greasy. It's a shame that fast food is pushed into such a slightly dingy niche. In most cases I stop by I end up having a meal in nearby Burger King, because they are either closed or drive thru is closed. In remaining cases you get adequate meal with inadequate waiting times, 20-30 mins is ordinary here.

We weren't there at rush hour, so many tables were empty and we still waited an incredibly long time for the fast food. It's been 30 minutes now and we're still waiting. Without exception, all of the tables were dirty, the floor was slippery and also dirty and some of the employees were just standing around. The food and service were okay for a fast food restaurant but the cleanliness in the restaurant and especially in the toilets was terrible! The floor in the toilet area was completely sticky and the furnishings were run down.

We ordered directly at the checkout, although it was also possible to order via the service points. The cashier was very friendly. The meal was booked as takeaway; all items were present, fresh and hot. There is a big minus point for the sanitary facilities. One of the two women's toilets had no paper left and was left very unclean. The trash can at the sink was overflowing and the room generally seemed rather unclean.

After waiting 30 minutes for a takeaway order, I basically got unfried fries and a drink that only tasted like water! A colleague from the kitchen found it more exciting to watch those waiting instead of working. Absolutely chaotic!!!

Ok for in between, but not a highlight. In terms of taste, I prefer it by far to the big M, for example. Waited about 7...8... minutes for the food. There were about six or seven other guests on site who were already sitting at the table. Despite the low customer volume, the staff seemed extremely stressed. The quantity is a bit disappointing...I now paid €11.99 because there was no menu. Fries, a drink and a really small burger that was portrayed like a car in the Geis advertising...

Today, August 3rd, 24, I was at KFC in Lehr to get food to take away, the drive was blocked by a KFC car, so I had to go in to order. Wanted to order the drive deal but they said 1:Must order in Drive 2: the promotion has been discontinued since July 17, 2024. I answer that the drive is blocked and doesn't work and the shift manager, a woman with glasses between 40-50 years old said, -it is not my problem! During the campaign I showed you that it says on the internet that the campaign will last until September 30th, 2024. She answered me, We don't always look on the internet...and yet the action is no longer there. She talked, talked without interruption and very loudly even though I was standing right next to her. Very unfriendly, I left very dissatisfied and it wasn't cheap, I paid over €50. It would be nice if you showed a little consideration for the guests and that you also heard the guests' opinions. Hope to see changes at the next meeting.

Trays with dirty food were lying everywhere, the environment was already very neglected at first glance. There was only one staff member for the entire branch and service and food delivery was extremely slow. The chicken pieces I got were very small and still half cold.

I never really write a bad review, but this was very bad. Waited 40 minutes for dramatic food.

It is simply unappetizing to eat or buy anything there. Unfortunately I had no alternative at night. But I won't do it again.

Because I've read it many times: Yes, most of the staff isn't from Germany, BUT the service today (and it was so busy that 20 numbers had to wait) was awesome! Very competent, the tables were always wiped and spoken to beforehand, numbers were called out loud, super nice, great team! And the orders were processed within 10 minutes... But the burger didn't taste like anything, as did the fries, which is why I find it audacious to have to pay extra for mayo... Honestly, for THAT money, I'd rather go to Donalds... And the sink in the toilets is super disgusting, it needs to be cleaned more often.

Food was tasty and fresh. A bit too tight. The ordering tablets are positioned awkwardly so that you stand in the way and may have difficulty accessing the toilet. When you're waiting for your food, you're forced to stand in front of the drinks counter and get in the way, especially when there's a lot going on. A separate waiting area would make sense, or replace the drinks counter with a waiting area and find another location for the counter.

Unfortunately, it has happened several times now that a sauce has been forgotten and I can ignore it. But today my Zingerburger was just missing so please check your orders!😅

The service was very quick, the atmosphere was similar to the atmosphere in KFC, but I only noticed a gap in the food. I ordered 18 Hot Wings and when I received them they were warm, but I noticed that some were significantly different in size from the others. Apart from that, a very good restaurant.

I want to open this with saying that this is a genuinely good KFC. Clean Tables and the waiting times are relatively fast. Unlike some KFC at a train station (which are by the way absolutely horrible), this is a Good restaurant, even though it is fast food. I can’t really say that much about the service, since ordering is done on a screen, and you just collect your food at the counter. As I already mentioned above though, the waiting times are pretty alright. Overall, I would say that this is one of the best KFCs I have eaten at, and I would recommend.

Disappointing fast food chain KFC was our favorite fast food restaurant until recently. Very disappointing to see something like that. KFC has now received really exorbitant prices that are disproportionate to the performance. The staff takes so long that it is no longer fast food but slow food. At the ordering machines from This Kfc I was shown payment options and they weren't options as written, but only one option (card). The device's display reacts very poorly and you sometimes have to wait 5 seconds until it does what I clicked on. I wasn't given what I ordered and something was missing and when I told them they tried to explain to me that nothing was missing, I then said: "But I'm missing 5 pieces of chicken". The KFC employee then wanted to tell me that I had eaten 5 “large” chicken pieces in less than 1 minute and therefore didn’t want to give me the “missing” chicken pieces, and there were also 2 sauces and bacon missing from the wrap. It's sad to see that such a big chain has really expensive prices. KFC would not be recommended!!!

Worst service had to wait about 18 minutes for the food, I feel that the staff only heard it specially, some customers who come after us got the food much faster than we did.

My first kfc visit was overall very pleasant, the food was okay (one or two things were forgotten when ordering), the place was very clean (even the toilet was a surprise) and the staff on site were very good with one exception nice and accommodating. One criticism that is very important to me is that there is no cash payment on site, which is a shame.

It was OK... I had to wait a relatively long time, almost 30 minutes, because part of my order ran out and had to be re-prepared/defrosted. But the staff was nice and I got a cookie. :) Otherwise it's just a KFC... there's nothing more to say.

That was my first ever visit to a KFC (transit). The food was ready quickly and was very tasty and filled me up well. The restaurant was very clean. What I also thought was great is that you only ordered/paid for a drink once and could always refill it yourself at the pump without having to go to the checkout again.

So order first then you can use the toilet. Peeing whether you're a man, woman, child or pensioner is simply not customer service. If I sit in the car for 3-4 hours and want to eat in a relaxed manner, I first go to the toilet, then wash my hands and then order. Such a cheap excuse that people only come to pee and not eat is outrageous.

That was the last time at KFC, I was hungry again after an hour and that wasn't the case 3 years ago, the fillet bites were a little knicker, the fries weren't great either and there were tons of flies in the restaurant, man man man ....instead of leaving the menus as they always were instead I would have paid 3-4 more, no why the price was increased and the portion was also reduced.

Our second visit to a KFC. We were impressed by this branch while we were passing through. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the wet slide was wiped dry for us. The food was ready quickly, fresh, hot and the chicken pieces were very juicy. We sat outside, it was too warm for us inside. It was clean and tidy everywhere, and the toilets also seemed neat and tidy. Thank you for this pleasant stopover and the nice service!

I am extremely disappointed. We waited 45 minutes for our food. In the car we discovered that several products were missing and incorrect. Since we were already on the highway, it was really stupid. What a bad KFC experience this was. Due to (I think)...short staff, I had to wait longer than 70 minutes for my food. The ice cube machine was also broken, no straws, no napkins...nothing Staff worked their butts off, it was really normal...so much stress. The place was full to the door. For almost 50 euros worth of food, I would expect better service from KFC, and again staff couldn't do anything about this.

Could hardly understand the employees. It also smelled very much like sweat. Toilets endlessly dirty. The employees do not know their own menus and offers. Ice cream machine broken. The refill station is dirty and anything but hygienic.

Wait 25 minutes for this joke about food... Fries cold and dry, chicken bites cold and dry, burgers drowned in "chili-cheese" chemical mush, but only with half a piece of meat on them... It was probably my first and last KFC encounter.

The food was good as usual. Anyone who likes poultry will get their money's worth here. Unfortunately the shop is far too small for a lunchtime business. It feels like there are only 15 tables to sit on, which of course fill up very quickly. The corridors are very narrow. Unfortunately the entire floor in the restaurant was sticky. Toilet use was particularly negative. - First you had to get an access code for the toilet - for this you stand at the checkout for 5-10 minutes - Children would not be able to use the toilet on their own because there is a handle very high up, both outside and inside (fire safety regulations?) Conclusion: Food, yes, everything else still needs a lot of improvement.

Drive in. The employee didn't speak German and took everything the wrong way. Ordered chicken parts. Were so dry and hard. You couldn't eat. Of course I would have had them returned to the restaurant but unfortunately we had the food to go. Niiiiie again!!!!!!

I was at this KFC at 10:20 p.m. and was told by the shift manager Vanessa that they had already cleaned the fryers and it was not possible to get Hortwings. Normally you should only clean the deep fryers after 11 p.m. Just sad. But an email to the board will definitely follow.
