Parken kostet 20 €, inklusive 7 € für Essen. Die Toilette kostet 0,70 €, wenn man bar zahlt; mit Karte sind es 1 €. Provision gibt es natürlich nicht … Tja, so ist das eben. Duschen kosten 3,50 € bar und 4 € mit Karte. Wasser ist kostenpflichtig. Ein gefangener Autohof!

Der LKW-Parkplatz ist groß und bietet viele freie Stellplätze, da das Parken 20 € für 24 Stunden kostet. Sie erhalten einen 7 €-Gutschein, der ausschließlich im Restaurant eingelöst werden kann. DKV-Karten werden beim Parken nicht akzeptiert. Duschen kosten 3,50 €, Toiletten 0,70 € und Leitungswasser 0,50 € pro 5 Liter. Alle Zahlungen erfolgen bar.

Normalerweise gibt es dazu meinen kalten Karamellkaffee.

Man kann weder DKV noch UTA bezahlen, obwohl am Eingang der Tankstelle Schilder mit diesen Bezeichnungen angebracht sind. Die Dusche kostet vier Euro, obwohl an der Duschkabinentür 3,50 Euro steht.

Es dauert sehr lange, bis der Tank voll ist...

Wir waren dort nur an der Ladestation. Dort gibt es viele verschiedene Ladeanbieter und der Platz ist sehr sauber

Der schlimmste Autobahnhof in ganz Deutschland. Unfreundlich und überteuert.

Besonders ist dort zu erwähnen, dass dort SEHR saubere Toiletten sind. Dank an das nette Personal. Den € habe ich gerne bezahlt.

Früher war es noch erträglich, als der Preis bei 15 und die Entschädigung bei 7 lag, aber jetzt sind 20 und die Entschädigung bei 7 Wucher. Sie sind zu gierig geworden.

Da tankt man bei so einer großen Tankstelle für 165€ und dann haben die keine eigene Toiletten. Nutzung der Restaurant Toilette kostet extra.

Das Mädchen im Restaurant ist super, sie versteht kaum Russisch, und der Parkplatz ist um 19:30 Uhr schon voll.

10. Mai 2026, einen schönen Tag euch allen! Avtokhov ist ausgezeichnet, groß, bietet immer Platz, ist ruhig und sauber. Die Rechnung wird an der Windschutzscheibe bezahlt. Es gibt vier Duschkabinen, die Waschbecken befinden sich in einem Gemeinschaftsbereich, sind aber nicht unpraktisch. Barzahlung kostet 3,50 €, Kartenzahlung 4 €. Die Toilettenbenutzung kostet 0,70 € bar oder 1 € mit Karte. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings kostet Wasser (5 Liter) 0,50 €. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Geldautomaten, ein Café sowie ein KFC und ein Burger King. Busreisende können kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz des Burger King parken. Ich kann diesen Parkplatz nur empfehlen. Gute Fahrt!

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg äußerst nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Egal ob bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen. So ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hebt diese Tankstelle deutlich von anderen ab.

Ich rate vom Parken hier ab. Suchen Sie sich einen anderen Parkplatz. Es kostet 20 Euro und es gibt nur einen 7-Euro-Gutschein. Hinweis: Dieser gilt nur für das Restaurant, das meines Wissens von 7 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist. Sie können also morgens am Bahnhof nichts kaufen. Es ist sinnlos.

Das Essen ist gut. Mit einem 7-€-Gutschein sollten Sie etwa 15 € einplanen, wenn Sie etwas trinken möchten. Die Portionen sind sehr groß. Alles ist im deutschen Stil zubereitet. Parken kostet 20 €, Flottenkarten werden nicht akzeptiert. Für das Restaurant erhalten Sie 7 € Pfand zurück, es ist jedoch morgens geschlossen. WC und Duschen sind vorhanden. Es gibt mehrere Duschen ohne Wartezeiten. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Wochentags ab 19:00 Uhr ist es schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Nachdem ich für 600 Euro getankt hatte, musste ich 1 Euro für die Toilette bezahlen. Ich hatte 299,99 Liter Diesel getankt, und weil ich nicht 300 Euro hatte, wollten sie mir den Gratis-Kaffee nicht geben. 👎

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllt ansonsten alle Anforderungen.

Riesiges Gelände. Extrem viele Ladesäulen , was sehr erfreulich ist. Eigene Tesla Ladesäulen. KFC und Burger King angrenzend. Somit ist auch bei einer längeren Pause für das leibliche wohl gesorgt

Der Service hat sich über die Jahre nicht geändert, es macht immer Spaß hier auf dem Autohof anzuhalten und lecker im Restaurant Speisen zu gehen. Der Wermutstropfen sind die Parkgebüren von mittlerweile 20 Euro, bei denen 7 Euro fürs Restaurant inklusive sind. Möchte man sich hier die Parkplätze vergolden lassen? Ich bin der Meinung das so die Parkplatzsituation auf der BAB ausgenutzt wird. Es werden garantiert nicht alle Kollegen die Parkgebühren von ihren Firmen wiederbekommen. Da ist es doch günstiger zeitig hier anzuhalten, zu duschen und zu essen und dann auf Parkplatzsuche zu gehen. Ich persönlich bin nicht der Dukatenesel für den Tankstellenbetreiber. Danke für nichts. Der Parkplatz war voll; ich habe um 21:00 Uhr geparkt. Ich durfte in der Nähe der Zapfsäulen parken. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Parkgebühr betrug 20 € plus ein Restaurantgutschein im Wert von 7 €.

Parken kostet 20 Euro, Essen 7 Euro. Die UTA DKV-Karte funktioniert nicht! Das Essen ist gut, aber meiner Meinung nach sollte es mindestens 15 Euro kosten, selbst wenn das Parken 25 Euro kostet. Solche Preise gibt es nirgendwo sonst!

Ihr Auto könnte aufgebrochen werden, und dem Parkplatz ist das völlig egal. Seien Sie wachsam; mitten im Zentrum wurde ein Raubüberfall am helllichten Tag verübt.

Es ist zwar sauber, aber Vorsicht vor Diebstahl! Jemand hat in mein Auto eingebrochen, und die Shell-Tankstelle war überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit; sie haben lediglich die Polizei gerufen. Der Parkplatz ist gefährlich.

Liebe Shell-Redaktion! Warum ist der Parkplatz nicht geräumt? Viele von uns konnten nicht rechtzeitig losfahren, weil wir im Schnee auf dem Parkplatz erfroren sind!

Es lag viel Schnee, aber es wurde nichts gestohlen. Der Preis betrug 20 Euro pro Tag, wir zahlten 16 Euro. Sie gaben 7 Euro für Essen, 3,50 Euro fürs Duschen und 70 Cent für die Toilette zurück. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Die Toilettenbenutzung hätte man kostenlos anbieten können.

Zum Essen muss man zusätzlich 12-13 € bezahlen.

Hier ein kurzer Stopp zum Aufladen des Autos. Die Toilettenbenutzung kostet 1 Euro, kann aber mit Karte bezahlt werden. Der Grund für meine 5 Sterne: Die Dame, die sich um die Toiletten kümmert (und vielleicht gibt es auch Duschräume, da ich deren Türen gesehen habe), ist sichtlich stolz auf ihren Job. Die Toiletten sind nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch schön begrünt – hübsche Pflanzen im Raum und um die Waschbecken herum. Diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit hat mir sehr gefallen – besonders an einem verschneiten Wintertag, wenn man stundenlang im Auto sitzt und nur die dunkle, graue Autobahn sieht. Wenn Sie vorbeikommen, richten Sie der Dame bitte aus, dass manche Leute das wirklich zu schätzen wissen. ☺️

Ich habe noch nie so einen unfreundlichen Toilettenmann erlebt. Behauptet ich hätte den 1€ nicht per Google pay bezahlt, hat auf mein Handy geschaut wo Zahlung angegeben war als freigegeben und immer noch behauptet, es sei nicht bezahlt. Zahlende Kunden so zu behandeln geht gar nicht.. Kassierin meinte nur da können wir nichts machen ist eine andere Firma.

Habt ihr es noch ein bisschen unfreundlicher für die Kunden? Erstmal lasst ihr einen, quer durch die Tankstelle laufen, weil die Zapfsäule von alleine nicht angeht dann muss man noch seine EC Karte hinterlegen, obwohl man das Geld bar hinterlegen möchte. Wenn das noch nicht reicht, seid ihr noch 0,20 € pro Liter teurer als die nächste kleinere Tankstelle. Da kann ja auch gleich auf der Autobahn tanken, wenn ich mich so beschubsen lassen möchte.

I stopped with my son. We wanted to use the restroom, but the man demanded money. I told him I had a card. He said I couldn't get in. I asked the cashier if I could use my PIN, but she refused and told me to leave. The service was terrible, the atmosphere dirty, and the staff unfriendly.

Good parking, a 7-euro restaurant voucher. The parking lot was full, so they let us park in front of the pumps. But as I understand it, they might not have allowed it. The restaurant is nice. The girl there is so beautiful, friendly, and speaks many languages.))😇

The most expensive gas station. Shell vouchers are not accepted, and you don't get coffee for purchases over 200 liters of diesel.

Two waitresses were engaged in private conversation and, after finishing their chat, served the last customers who lined up from the side. Clearly, with so much private chatter, it's easy to lose sight of the necessary professional tasks. Unfortunately, awarding zero stars isn't possible.

The service is simply outstanding – the staff is always friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Everything is superbly organized, especially the restrooms: always clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to use. We are a small group of people with disabilities and travel frequently. At this Shell station, we always feel welcome and respected – thank you so much! Other gas stations could really take a leaf out of their book. One small suggestion: It would be great if the accessible restroom could be opened with a Euro key. That would give us even more independence and dignity. A really nice rest stop, always worth a stop when traveling on the A2. I highly recommend the food, both in the restaurant next door and the bratwurst in the gas station shop. And an extra star for the staff; you really feel well taken care of and comfortable here.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a wheelchair user and a frequent visitor to your gas station. I particularly enjoy eating in your restaurant – everything is always delicious, and the entire team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable at your station. However, there is one problem: Whenever I use the accessible restroom, one of the staff members has to open the door for me. Of course, they always do so immediately and very kindly – ​​that's not the issue. But I have a special Euro key for the restroom, which I paid for, and I don't understand why your restroom – unlike many other gas stations – doesn't have a corresponding lock. The restroom is very clean, and I am grateful for the service. I am never asked for payment. But I wonder: Why isn't there a Euro key? Today at 7:15, I filled up the 290-liter diesel. I paid for it, and asked for coffee. They said we'll give you 300 liters, and 400 liters will also cost me a sandwich. She held back on the coffee; maybe she'll get rich on three beans. Live and multiply!

Excellent car rental, 16 euros - 7 euros for the restaurant. Shower 3.50, but you have to pay in cash. Around 8 p.m. there were places in the parking lot. Everything was good.

September 27. I was at the gas station to use the restroom. I didn't have any change. On my way out, a cleaning lady from the East started grabbing my bags and my hand. I could feel his accent, and I happened to speak their language. I told him in his language not to attack me and slowly walked away while he cursed me. An hour later, a cleaning lady from the East also approached me in the parking lot (I was standing because I was waiting for roadside service) and threatened me, saying I could die here. I laughed, got in the car, took a picture of the car, and drove away. It was a sad situation, the woman with the rolling eyes.

A very pleasant atmosphere at this Shell gas station. Everything is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere—you just feel at home. A good place to take a short break, have a coffee, or just take a breather. I'd be happy to come back, even without filling up.

Need to use the bathroom quickly? No problem at the Lehrte truck stop. So you enter the restroom, and when you come out, a resolute woman is standing there demanding 70 cents. The content isn't a problem, but the mafia-like demeanor is. You don't have any cash on you, or the woman doesn't want to come with you to your car? No problem. In no time at all, she pulls a SumUp payment terminal out of her lab coat pocket. But when you look at your bill later, your toilet visit has miraculously increased in price by a good 42%, to 1 euro. Fraud at its finest. The gas station operator, by the way, excuses himself by saying that the restroom has a different tenant. We'll see what Shell Germany and the public prosecutor's office have to say about this.

Affordable gas prices not far from the highway. There's a restroom attendant at the restrooms: they're clean! All the staff here are friendly.

Autohof for trucks payable only by card or cash. No possibility of payment by DKV card. Cost 16€, in return we receive a voucher for 7€ to use in a restaurant.

A place run by people with racial hatred

Good autohov, arrived at 18.00 packed specifically. The team is pleasant to talk to. The toilet and shower cabins are very clean. Shower 3.5€, toilet 70 kopecks. The order was monitored by a man and a woman speaking Russian. In the cafe I paid an extra 3 euros for dinner, fries and two grilled sausages.

Is the UTA card accepted for fuel and parking payments?

Showering there is not recommended. The showers are totally dirty. Hair on the floor and dirt everywhere. Even if they are getting old, they could be cleaned. €3.50 is clearly too much, especially since using the toilet costs another €0.70 extra. However, these were cleaner. There was no receipt either.

When paying, the employee asked me why I was wearing sunglasses in the building (it was very sunny and I filled up outside and left my prescription sunglasses on). Confused, I replied to the MA that it was very bright outside and I could see very well. He asked me if I was in the Bundeswehr, I said no and asked why he wanted to know. Then the MA: you were taught respect and decency. And that you take off your caps and hats and sunglasses when you talk to someone else. I asked if he had a problem with me wearing sunglasses because I wouldn't be able to see without them. The glasses are not mirrored and he can see my eyes very well. Then the MA said: I could have exchanged them for my normal glasses, I would definitely have them with me.... I paid and wished the gentleman a nice day, he wished the same and a good trip. Sarcasm to: I would like to thank the MA very much for the instruction, even if I didn't ask for it...

The Shell station with plants in the toilet area offers everything you need for a charging stop in the bistro and restaurant - and this is not only possible at the Tesla Supercharger, but also at charging stations from EnBW, Shell and Allego.

I spent the night here on April 10, 2025, the container was opened. The police arrived and said that yesterday in the same parking lot they tried to steal cargo and attacked the driver with pepper spray. Here you have Autokhof for 16 euros.

WC 70 cents or then deduct 1€ by card and doesn't issue a receipt, but runs straight after it. Tax evasion takes place here with a plan.

A short review, BUT USEFUL. Wednesday 23:00 packed to capacity!

One star for this station is too many. The station employee had a problem because I paid for Red Bull with small money. After his comments, I said that it was also money and he continued to make unpleasant comments to me. After I asked if he was a racist and had a problem because I was from Poland, he called me an idiot. It is a scandal that someone who is a racist works at a station where drivers from all over Europe park. He still pretended to speak English. However, after 9 years spent in England, I did not understand his "English". The case was reported to the appropriate services.

I arrived at this station at midnight to take a short break and take a quick shower, of course, which was paid only in cash, a typical harvest shower, I managed to take a bath, but it was worse after the bath when the man with scars on his head who operates the cash register saw that I was standing at the gas stations because there was no more space anywhere to park, so he came and chased me out and said that he didn't care whether I stood there for a short or long time, he was very rude. And I wasn't standing at the gas pump or at the crossing and I wasn't bothering anyone, somehow the gentlemen with German registration plates were standing there and he didn't bother with them, typical German rudeness towards foreigners.

Today I went to this gas station to fill up with my mother. At the checkout, my mother showed her Shell card on her phone to have it scanned, then placed the phone on the counter. To prevent her from accidentally leaving it behind, I took the phone and put it in my jacket. The employee then pointed out to my mother that a signed consent form was required to use the Shell card. At first we didn't understand what he was getting at. He then explained that my mother had allegedly used my Shell card with my cell phone - an assumption that is not true since I don't have a Shell card. I tried to clarify the misunderstanding straight away and explained that I had only plugged in my mother's cell phone. However, the employee replied that he didn't believe me because my mother was smiling. Her smile, however, came from her confusion at the unexpected situation. In order to invalidate his doubts, I showed him the background image on my mother's cell phone and jokingly noticed that she had set me as a background image - something that I would not do on my own cell phone. The employee reacted with skepticism and accused me of changing the background image at short notice. In addition, he said that he already knows “tricks” as from me and that I could perhaps use them at boys my age, but not in men his age. I reassured him again that I was telling the truth and that he should please believe me, to which he replied that he didn't have to believe me. Because I was caught off guard by the situation, I decided to present my mother's ID card to show that her name matched the name on the Shell card. But even after that, the employee stuck to his stance and just said goodbye to us with the words that he wouldn't believe me anymore anyway and wished us a nice evening. I find it very unfortunate that a customer is directly accused of lying even though the situation has been explained several times. It was particularly unpleasant because there was another customer in the queue behind us. Despite several attempts to clear up the misunderstanding, I was not believed, which I found very unpleasant. It was a small matter that isn't really worth mentioning, but I just don't like the way it was handled.

Even one star is too much. The station is a disaster, you pay for parking and there is a problem with refueling, you want to take a shower, you can't pay by card, you have to go to the toilet attendant who yells at you because you don't have the amount calculated hahah. He's forcing you to choose money, it's a tragedy, I don't recommend you stand or even fill up the tank. !!!!!!!!

Very good selection of stations. It's worth leaving the highway for cheaper fuel and eating something if necessary. There is a nice restaurant with a large selection of dishes.
