McDonald's in Georgsmarienhütte

I bought something to take away in Georgsmarienhütte. When I got home, I wanted to drink the Coke, but to my surprise, it was just colored water. This isn't the first time this has happened. The staff barely speak German and don't understand me. I often get the wrong orders.

Sometimes it's not so good, but most of the time everything is nice and warm and tastes good.

This McDonald's used to be one of my favorites. The food there isn't as tasty anymore. You can't see into the kitchen, and the atmosphere isn't really worth talking about anymore.

I ordered a chocolate McFlurry and just got an original McFlurry. Nobody told me anything. If I hadn't asked myself, I would never have known that chocolate wasn't available. No information, no apology—just rude and disrespectful!

Friendly to very friendly staff. Usually, there are no long waits. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Very clean. The food tastes and looks great, and is also served at the right temperature (hot or warm). Plenty of parking and a charging station for electric cars. I don't understand the many negative reviews lately (fake/competition?). I've been going there about every two weeks for years and can't remember ever having cause for criticism. Maybe a slightly longer line once or twice during rush hour, but other than that, I really can't think of anything else. Outside, there are even blankets and electric heaters that can be activated at the touch of a button.

I go there often. For a quick snack.

Things have improved a lot, even if things are often forgotten. Just point it out politely and you'll get help.

I ordered through Lieferando, and after my order didn't arrive, I drove to the branch. They said no order had been received. I had to argue with the shift manager on site for half an hour before I finally got my food. Unbelievable! I didn't get the service or delivery fee refunded either! This is how customers get ripped off and ripped off!!!

I've never seen a McDonald's like this before. The employees were rude and disrespectful, as was the manager. I was repeatedly told that the coupon code didn't work, even though I showed it to them. They didn't want to understand and thought they were being rude. Never again!!!

Dear McDonald's team, A little story. Some time ago I worked as a crew trainer at Eckstein. That's why I know how long things take and, above all, what's important. I also know that sometimes you make mistakes and things can get stressful. In the RDZ Restaurant, as it is called, there is no control anymore and all orders are processed one after the other. I've really been patient. I have eaten at your place several times in the last 9-12 months. I only received the correct, warm order once. Otherwise I get either wrong, incomplete or cold. How can you fail like that? I talk to the employees and shift managers, sometimes more sometimes less interested, but now they feel very ripped off. My personal favorite is that late at night when the store is empty you can't manage to finish 2 cheeseburgers WITHOUT pickles. And constantly. And those are just the highlights. I think someone I met there could understand me at all. If I had worked like that in our branch, I would legitimately not have survived the probationary period. Again: every now and then a mistake when the stick is fully loaded is okay, but every goddamn time is sad. There is an urgent need to either train or replace staff. I still have a folder somewhere at home with the crew books, and sometimes I think about training the staff myself out of pity. I haven't done this in 6 years and I still think I can do it better.

My food came on time but my best friend's didn't. It was simply forgotten. We complained twice and after over half an hour still nothing. Not recommended.

I tried to order from Lieferando several times, 3 (!!!) within a very short time my order was canceled after about 1 1/2 (!!!) hours. 1. After 1 1/2 hours I'm really hungry and my mood is bad. 2. Another order that takes about 30-50 minutes doesn't make your mood better. 3. If this happens often, you question the competence of the employees. >4.< If you know that you want to order the next day, order from McDonalds on the same day and wait until the order is canceled, then there will be a 10% coupon as an apology from Lieferando. Went to the McDrive today shortly before 6 p.m., first my BigMac was forgotten and then "kindly" handed over to us, then when we got home we discovered that the 9-piece Chicken McNuggets didn't contain 9 nuggets but only 6. In other words, 3 nuggets were missing, but we paid for 9. We'll never go to this McDonald's again, it's always something and I don't feel like counting the nuggets in the parking lot to see if they're all in them.

Some employees are apparently too incompetent to carry out their jobs there. The burgers are topped incorrectly (missing patties) and there is no sauce for the side dishes.

Actually, one star is still one too many. In this branch you are forced to always remember to check whether the order is complete. Every time we order there (whether in a restaurant or drive-thru), parts of the order are missing, be it side dishes or burgers... It can't be due to the stress because the store is full, because up until now there has been little to nothing going on. It seems as if the employees cannot or do not want to process the order properly. This was the last time for us in this branch.

McDonald's GMHütte has recently started delivering via Lieferando (supposedly). I ordered 3 days ago, the order was canceled after about 30 minutes without comment. Next attempt today. 50 minutes delivery time was stated. After I called 1 hour later I was told no order had been received. I had a confirmation and had already paid. 15 minutes later I received a cancellation here too. Really annoying!

I was at the McDonald's in Oesede today and I have to say I'm PISSED... I ordered take away and when I got home I realized how carelessly the burgers were PUNCHED into the packaging. It was such a mess to eat the burgers properly.

Actually, I'm here almost every day with my friends and was happy, but lately that's not possible here anymore! The last time I was here was on Friday and then we ordered food here. We waited the whole time for our food then suddenly we see our food at the front of the checkout where you can take it away. All my ice cream was melted because of it. The Bigmac tasted like it had been sitting there for a month. The salad tasted really disgusting and the burger was really soggy. Today I got a milkshake with caramel, first they bring me in a cola cup and without caramel!!! I want my money back !! Will be back like before, I'm very disappointed!
