Very tasty but I was really shocked at how small the pizza turned out 😟

I've been an ordering customer for a long time and I'm happy with the food except for a few things. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Although I always order well in advance, no delivery is on time (I'm not talking about 10 minutes). Despite multiple notices to the drivers and multiple calls to the Frattoria, nothing changes. Just today I had to wait another hour. I don't feel like I'm being taken seriously, so today was my last order.

Ordered around 6:15 p.m. delivered at 8:40 p.m....and that on a Monday... But the taste is quite good.

Very tasty casseroles. Delivery takes time but it's worth it. Leferants are very friendly. Casseroles always arrive very warm. Finally a shop with delicious casseroles. Large selection. Can only recommend. Very tasty

We had lasagne that was way too salty. Way too much flavor enhancer!! Hardly any meat in the sauce. I don't need it again! The portions were OK. The price is also okay, I found it pretty cheap. Now i know why. The staff were very friendly and tried hard. My food was ready within 15 minutes and it was good.

I haven't said anything so far, but now it's over!!! I always order the number 90 turkey schnitzel with fries, last time there were par fries and croquettes in it. Today I ordered a normal pizza when I opened it and realized it couldn't be a normal pizza (26 cm), so I took a ruler and lo and behold the pizza is 22 cm so it's a small one for me!!! When I wanted to complain they came with it most absurd excuses 🤬🤬🤬 I don't order there anymore so I don't recommend this pizza.

Very poor service/delivery I have often ordered there and often had the experience that the order arrived slightly late. At the weekend I can understand that too, only this time we had to wait a total of 1 hour for our food. The food was supposed to arrive at 5:25 p.m. I called for the first time at 6 p.m. and was told that it was on the way. After another half hour of waiting, I called one last time and was classically told that the driver was on the way. In the end I didn't want the food anymore because the service wasn't carried out properly and I wanted my money back. Nothing was said and they hung up on me. Poor performance!

Good day, This pizzeria is a complete rip off!!!! The information is that you will receive a 26 pizza, which, after measuring with a ruler, clearly does not correspond to the information. Demanding €1.50 per topping for what is actually a 23 pizza is a disgrace. The delivery service also arrives extremely late. VG Karl Heiko

Very good pizza. The food is above average and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. The drivers are all very accommodating! 5 stars from me.

My pizza was significantly smaller than 26 cm, was cold, seemed like it had been warmed up (very dry) and that after 2 hours of waiting. This pizza is simply not worth the money. Every frozen pizza tastes fresher. Unfortunately for me it's now a total failure - it used to be my favorite delivery service.

Selbst bestätigte Liefertermine werden nicht eingehalten und das nicht nur ein paar Minuten. Geht gar nicht, wenn man glaubt heute ohne Service verkaufen zu können.

So ordered today on November 26th at 6 p.m. Was told it would take about 60 minutes. I agreed with that. But had to call at 7:25 p.m. and ask if we had been forgotten. Has already happened 3 times. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes. wait. My food was lukewarm. My husband's fries were hard. We're really disappointed, especially because we've been ordering there for a long time and the last few times it was really not good.

Preferably zero stars, delivered almost an hour late, food forgotten, ingredients missing from the food (you should already know your own menu) and then still insist on the right that you did everything right. NEVER THIS STORE AGAIN

The absolute worst "restaurant" I have ever seen. (if you can even call this shed that. We ordered through Lieferando. The specified 63 minutes were exceeded. After 10 minutes we called them. They said the driver was on the way and almost there, it wasn't even answered Sorry for the delay. After another 20 minutes (when we just wanted to call again and cancel the order) the driver was there and delivered the food. The only positive thing was that the food was hot. The fries looked and tasted like that They were thawed in the air and just warmed up in the microwave. The gyros in the gyros plate were some frozen package from the supermarket. However, you have eaten better ones. The sauerkraut with it was also a finished product from the supermarket. Price-performance ratio Absolutely bad, you could have used the money instead to fry it and eat it.

Standard food. The delivery times are underground. Two hours or longer are not uncommon.

Lasagna was great, but the pizza didn't work at all. The floor was just black. Really burned. 🙄 You don't give something like that out!!! I took a photo of it, but unfortunately I can't upload it. That's outrageous!

Dirt. Forgot half when ordering. We waited 65 minutes for the food. Our gyro was tough and poorly seasoned. Not recommended to order food there. My girlfriend almost died miserably because the fries were so dry and there was no tzaziki (which was what was ordered).

After 1.5 hours a 22cm pizza arrived which was actually supposed to be 26cm. I asked twice by phone. Order was via Lieferando. Unfortunately I paid via Paypal otherwise I would have canceled. Order was at 2.30pm arrived at 4pm.

Super lecker. Sehr vielseitige Speisekarte. Eignet sich nicht, wenn man vor Ort essen will. Leider wurden die Öffnungszeiten geändert. Wollten Samstag mittags bestellen, aber leider samstags erst um 15:30 Uhr geöffnet.

Einfach Lecker Und immer Freundlich

Schnelle Lieferung, 40min nach Bestellung war das Essen da, zugleich schmeckt es super, empfehlenswert 77b auf der Speisekarte 😊 werde öfters bestellen, weiter so 👍

Gutes Essen, freundliche Fahrer aber leider nicht gut strukturiert. Wenn eine Bestellung 1.5 Stunden vorher mit Lieferzeit angegeben wird, die Bestellung jedoch 1.5 Stunden nach vereinbarter Lieferzeit nicht ankommt (mittlerweile über 3 Stunden nach Bestellung), helfen auch keine freundliche Worte am Telefon, die zudem nicht eingehalten werden.

Schnell, günstig, und die besten Pizzabrötchen in ganz GMHütte, vorallem mit dem knobidip. Nur zu empfehlen. Ps. Mit der fattoria app gibts bei bestellungen 15% rabatt....

Ich finde die Pizza schmeckt. Es ist eine Durchschnittliche Pizza mit der man eigentlich nichts falsch machen kann.

Positiv: - Schnelle Lieferung - Nette Mitarbeiter - Günstiger Preis - Extrawünsche werden nicht vergessen - Alles sauber - Parkplatz vor der Tür // Hinter der Pizzeria (100 Meter Fußweg) Negativ: - Keine Möglichkeit in der Pizzeria mit mehr als 3 Personen zu essen. Alles in allem hat diese Pizzeria die 5 Sterne verdient. Noch zu sagen wäre, dass bei einem Trinkgeld immer nett "Danke" gesagt wird, dies ist auch nicht bei jeder Pizzeria der Fall

Schnell, freundlich, megaaaa lecker!!!

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker! Nur die Aussage über die Lieferzeit ist in keinster Weise zutreffend . Wir haben jetzt das dritte mal in Folge die Aussage bekommen das es max 30min dauern wird und haben trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage über eine Stunde warten müssen. Natürlich kann so was mal passieren, aber dreimal in folge? Sorry aber ich werde jetzt mal andere Pizzadienste ausprobieren.

Gute Pizza. Selbst der Rand ist knusprig und mit käse bestreut. Aber auch etwas teuer. Nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung.

Schnelle Lieferung, leider war der Rand etwas pappig. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.
