Friendly service and the food was excellent! The pho bo tasted authentic, just like in Saigon, and the rice and tofu were also delicious. Good prices. I recommend it. :-) Addendum: I came back and tried the crispy duck with peanut sauce. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you.

Very disappointing! I waited over 90 minutes. Food was cold - there was a piece of plastic packaging in the burger?!?! Nice supplier but the rest is just miserable!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disastrous experience at this KFC - rather go hungry! What a complete mockery. I thought KFC was known for chicken, but what I got was more like a dried out piece of cardboard with a crust. When I kindly asked for a warm and juicy piece of chicken, the employee literally held it in his hands for three minutes and handed it back to my container without batting an eyelid. Scandalous. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was stared at by a robot throughout my entire meal. No, not figuratively – literally a KFC robot watching me like I was going to break out at any moment. Felt more watched than a criminal in a high-security prison. And then the chicken sandwiches… or should I say cheese sandwiches with a trace of chicken? You would think that at a fast food chain specializing in chicken, the chicken would be the highlight, but this was a dismal, dry failure. If I had the choice between never eating again for the rest of my life or going back to this horrible KFC just once, I would choose starvation without a doubt. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere – even cardboard with ketchup is a better meal than this.

Unfortunately, it was a disastrous experience! I waited 45 minutes for my order, even though there were hardly any customers there. When I finally got my food, several items were missing. Additionally, the accessibility of the branch is a disgrace – I tried to reach someone by phone for 30 minutes, but no one answered. Very poor service! I absolutely cannot recommend this branch.

Sweet little Burger King with nice service

Today I was made a cocoa. A pot was taken from the night before and it was so dirty. There was still milk in there and the milk residue was still stuck to the wall. Something hygienic from below. Now also completely abbreviated. What's wrong with people these days. Not only that you have to wait forever. Then it's finally your turn. You get asked “totally disgusted” and now!” I would like 2 royal cheese menus. He turns around and says “but then they have to wait a long time. “I” is ok. Can I have the fries already? He then said must that be it? I thought it would be very nice. He slurped away annoyed. Then he threw the fries, which were old and no longer warm, onto the tray. He didn't remember which Coke Zero it was. I will never eat there again.

Ordered food, nothing there after 2 hours. Called, woman there only speaks English and screams something incomprehensible. Hung up in shock. 30 minutes later Volt arrives with half (!) of the paid order, the rest inedible. Complained, no response, no refund, no apology. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. This is a really disgusting, disgusting shop. Totally horrified!!
