Simply a luxury McDonald's, divided into 2 buildings. I have never seen such a large, but also clean condition. The staff is never unfriendly, there is often a lot going on here, which is why you can expect longer waiting times. But it's still relatively quick. - for the number of guests.

There is no more incompetent staff than this. Never seen so little competence in one place.

Unfortunately, a total disgrace... the supposed cola was warm and had no taste. Instead of normal nuggets, get the strange plan alternative.

As a foodie, I rarely write reviews on Google, but I just can’t keep quiet this time. I felt both angry and humiliated 😭 This is now the second time I’ve ordered here, and once again, they completely messed it up. The first time, I paid nearly 20€ for a double currywurst and extra chili cheese fries. And what did I get? Just a normal currywurst (which costs less!) with a tiny bit of chili cheese on top. And where were my extra fries? Hello? But I let it go, thinking it was just a size issue 🙃 But today? I ordered TWO loaded currywursts, and this time I checked carefully before I left (lesson learned!). When I opened the boxes (because one felt way too light) and sure enough… it was just loaded fries (which I DID NOT ORDER). So, I went back and asked for the order I actually paid for. They gave me one sausage, BUT instead of apologizing, the staff laughed and started talking in their language, like they were mocking me. Why? Just because I don’t speak German? Is this appropriate, or am I overreacting? 😌 But here’s the real kicker. When I got home, I had a bad feeling about that other box, and guess what? It was also just LOADED FRIES, NOT loaded currywurst 😭😭😭. So basically I PAID for 2 LOADED CURRY WURST BUT WHAT I GOT? 2 LOADED FRIES. I almost cried from frustration, especially since it was made by the SAME person who got my last order wrong!! 😭😭 And I wasn’t the only ONE—another customer even came back because his order was wrong, too. Oh, and get this: other customers got a RECEIPT for their order, but NOT me. Was this on purpose? Hoping I wouldn’t double-check my order? GOSH thus would be illegal😭 Long story short, what frustrated me the most was that two people were working, yet they somehow got ALMOST EVERY order wrong and acted completely unprofessionally. I used to like Pommes Freunde, but this experience was just AWFUL. All I wanted was my correct order, but instead of a simple “sorry,” I got laughed at. Unbelievable 👏🏻 @Owner, please take a close look at your staff and invest in employee training. I’m literally begging you.

Standard McDonalds, the quality feels like it has decreased slightly

Everything is great. Lots of kiosk and responsible employees. The food came to the table very quickly and tasted as I expected. Unfortunately it's not that big but it's really nice if it's the first McDonalds in Germany. Again and again.

Ordered: 2x DoubleCheeseBurgers with only 1x slice of cheese each Receive: 2x burgers with a total of 4 slices of cheese, without anything. No tomatoes, no lettuce, nothing. It would be advisable to hire people who at least understand something of what is being said to you.

The shop was very dingy. Both of our fries were cold. The currywurst sauce was too salty. The cheeseburger was really great.

One thing in advance...if you stop at McDonald's, you've generally taken a wrong turn somewhere. But what is “served” here is really the very last thing. Greasy burgers or not...if the shit is pouring out of your burger when you look at it, the package is completely soaked and you're getting sick with every bite, there's a lot going wrong here. 1 star for the cashier, after three attempts I didn't have the feeling that she really understood me, but at least she seemed to have tried. I can't say the same about the guys in the kitchen. A shame this store, in this prominent location.

We like going here. Tesla Supercharger is nearby. Every now and then a change from other fast food chains. The atmosphere is clean and not too crowded. Service one star because it is self-service.

They don't except official KFC coupons, staff runs around like headless chicken :) and they always mess up the order. Not too clean, food tastes ok.

I come here to eat often and every time I unfortunately have to experience very, very unfriendly service, especially from a blonde employee

In the cashier, where she has black hair and glasses, she speaks a language other than German. We are not doing their job properly and they are making me wait a long time for my order where we ordered. She behaves meanly and not sociable

It was late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. Open until 1 a.m., little to no other customers in the store. Listless employee, don't need a hug or anything, but a little "friendly" communication would be ok. Ordered food via the app, so the employee didn't even have to take the order. Fries were cold, whoopers were cold, the only “fresh” and warm burger was the crispy chicken. I think it's a real shame that so little emphasis is placed on good food.
