I was told very harshly that only card payments were accepted, which I found acceptable in principle. After the card payment was made, I was given a cold wrap. My request for a warm wrap was also harshly rejected. Very unfriendly staff. The wrap would have tasted fine warm.

Despite saying “to eat here”, food was provided to take away. Not bad in itself, but the fact that the food was handed out to other people is an absolute disgrace. And when I asked for the boss (for a complaint), they always said that he had work to do... Avoid at all costs (unless you don't care who gets the food you ordered or whose you get)

Rather quiet McDonalds on two floors. Food is brought (also to the first floor). Toilets very clean. Nice staff.

Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a burger, fries and nuggets. When I got home I opened the Happy Meal and there was only one burger! Inattention of the staff!

Mega delicious kebab. Very nice service. Eat there at least twice a month.

The fries were fried way too short. They had no color at all, were still half raw and very greasy. I've rarely eaten such bad fries. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be.

Fries didn't taste fresh. I think it's just overpriced for a handful of old fries. The cashier didn't even speak German. Extremely tight but still OK!!!

Worst burger i ever had . Very dry, chewy, burnt, extra tomato means 1 slice. MC Donalds 10 times better!

Little seating and a bit hidden in the basement. Otherwise typical McDonalds.

Service staff very friendly and competent at the drive in. Very rarely have I been served so well. Thank you!

I loved the attention too much, especially from one of the workers who speaks Italian who was super friendly and very nice at all times 🥰✨✨✨ I highly recommend the place ✨

Seriously. I ordered Double Hamburger Royal Cheese. I took one bite, noticed something weird that definitely did NOT look like sesame and realised it was a human fingernail. FINGERNAIL. I was absolutely disgusted by it and never EVER going to order from this place again.

I was only here at the drive in at 3 a.m. and everything worked perfectly. Food was ready within 3 minutes, fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly.
