We were in transit. Service was very good and quick. Food was freshly prepared for us because we were lucky and there was almost no one there at the time. Food was even brought to the table. We are satisfied and would like to come back on our next trip. We had the Royal Cheese Maxi Menu and the Hamburger Royal TS Maxi Menu.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando. Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando. The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent. I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available. I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago... I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know. I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior. The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly. Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing! I will never donate just one cent to this club again! This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!

We came here for takeout. Overall the experience was good and the food arrived quickly and was hot. The space was okay. Not particularly clean or not particularly dirty. The lady serving didn’t have any Oreo shake left, which we ordered.

So this shop is really ruining the good reputation of churros! I have never eaten such bad churros. I was really looking forward to it but they were so bad. You should concentrate on these Turkish balls and not sell them as churros or advertise them just because churros are better known than Turkish balls.

Ordered without bacon, and what's in it? Bacon! Perhaps the employees should stand less at the front and take care of special guests and offer them free drinks! Ms. Albrecht will get an email and know what's going on in her shop!

By midnight, half of the menu items were gone. And by 5:00 a.m., only cheeseburgers were available.

4 out of 5 times Mc Drive is missing something! Sometimes the burger, sometimes the fries, sometimes the sauces. You rarely receive the complete paid order here!

After years of trouble, countless arguments, inconveniences, faulty management & incompetent staff - ...you have to admit, things have improved! Service is friendly, fast & the employees can now count, listen & implement... & collect..., even EC works... Why the (A)911 was printed on my receipt is a coincidence?! 🤣 If the worst comes to the worst, there can be a speed dial to Munich... - in this case everything went to your complete satisfaction!

All good and quick service. We mostly take orders through drive in, so not sure about internal atmosphere.

Beware of rip-offs! Anyone planning a longer stay with friends, i.e. longer than 90 minutes, will experience a blue miracle. If you come by car, you can expect parking fees of 30-40 EURO! Never again!
