I was just at the branch and I'm really wondering what the employees are thinking about, or if they're even thinking about anything at all... There was no mayo on the fries, maybe there was just ketchup... but the fries were missing once, too, which must have been the ones that would have had the mayo! But there was no dressing for the salad either, whatever... and let's not even talk about the 6-pack nuggets that were missing, along with the sauces...
Guys, check your orders when you order takeout!!!
If I weren't so lazy, I'd go right back and give the lady a pair of glasses to read her orders.

The staff is doing their best to meet the high demand, but the place was quite crowded. The toilets are vandalized with graffiti, which takes away from the overall experience. As for the food, it’s the usual McDonald’s quality—nothing special but as expected.
Conclusion: the friendliest DriveIn employee (on the microphone) ever!
Experiences: made a short pit stop because the kids were hungry. The employee at counter 1 was super, super friendly.
Unfortunately, the employee at counter 2 was very incompetent. We had to complain about our order twice because something was missing. Sad with exactly five articles.
I was at Burger King last night and had a beer bottle with me, unaware that it was a problem. An employee (presumably of Indian origin) approached me very rudely and silently slammed a cup on my table. He didn't respond at all to my request to be more polite.
Luckily, another employee (presumably of Arab origin) came along, remained calm, brought me a new cup with a straw, and calmed the situation down.
I also recognize the rude employee from the Christmas market there; he sold me a water bottle for €5, which, in retrospect, seems like a rip-off to me.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If nothing changes, I won't recommend the branch to anyone else and won't visit it again.
****I only mention the origin here so that the employees in question can be better identified on site, not for any negative reason. I myself have a different origin and mean this in an entirely neutral way.
Fried cheeseburger ordered, waited for 15 minutes. Fried fries were not adhered to. Totally unfriendly staff and if you said something then you would be insulted by the staff, never again
I have to change my review again. I was there for the first time shortly after it opened, before the coronavirus pandemic, and I was really impressed. Now I'm back after a long time and I'm disappointed. The restaurant no longer feels inviting; it's overstuffed and dirty. The fries are dripping with grease and have no flavor. The burger is dry. The owner is very friendly and took plenty of time to chat with each guest (it wasn't busy), but that doesn't make up for the poor food.
The confusing menu (a huge selection, like a bad delivery service) should have given that away.
