We always went to McDonald’s for the Big Tasty. It's a shame it doesn't exist anymore. 2 customers less!

Friendly employees, especially the African and Indian employees!

My experiences recently have been subterranean... for example, two of them - the last two visits. Experience #1: At the beginning of August, on vacation, got there early (drive-in). No problem, breakfast is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.... Apparently not here. 7:22 a.m.: was at the ordering point (all menu boards were out, staff were clearly walking around inside. Parking lot was empty) 7:34 a.m.: I honk the horn a few times, think, that can't be right, are they playing dead or what? At 7:38 a.m. after still no one had answered, I drove to the first counter. Nothing. At the second counter I found what I was looking for: There was a young woman stacking cups with the headset on, behind her I could see three employees standing together casually and talking. I ordered from her, the fast food wasn't really "almost", at 7:51 a.m. I finally left there. 29 minutes for a scrambled egg wrap and a coffee... that's a record, unfortunately not in a positive sense. People I knew had told me something similar, but I didn't want to believe it until that day. Apparently "the mice dance on the table when the cat is out of the house" at McDonald's in Rheinfelden. Experience #2 and the reason why I have now put Experience #1 into a review. Today, September 4th, 2024: DriveIn: Stood in one spot for 12 minutes (4 cars in the parking lot, hardly anything going on, only one car in the DriveIn in front of us). Then it continued. After another 2 minutes of waiting, a voice came from the loudspeaker. I placed the order. Although my pronunciation is clear, loud and dialect-free, I had to repeat it three times and then checked the screen to see if everything was correct - it wasn't much, a few wraps, two drinks and an "M". Switch closed again once. So everything on switch two. There was a rushed employee who forgot (I hadn't noticed it either, but it's not my job!) to give me the card payment receipt and the invoice. The food, however, came pretty quickly. At home then the disillusionment: the 7.49 EUR burger, the "M" was not in the bag and the wraps were so stuck to the packaging that one was tattered... Thanks to the employee I don't have a receipt, the M was forgotten, I paid it - extremely annoying! Maybe rethink the service... Employees should be able to count to three, then the "M" would probably have made it into the bag. This reinforces the impression that McDonald's Rheinfelden isn't getting much regulation at the moment: The employees obviously do whatever they want early in the morning, just not their job with the customer, the quality is so-so and counting doesn't work anymore - what else is there?

I'm pissed! 1x “M” Burger and 1x “McRib” for €13.28 at the car counter. Both burgers completely squished, completely fallen apart, not edible!!! That was the most disgusting and disgusting thing I have ever experienced. You should be ashamed of yourself for offering something like that to the customer!!! Unfortunately 0 stars are not possible. A huge mess! 80% of burgers thrown away

The owner of this restaurant is welcome to contact me, I was just treated disrespectfully for no reason & my order was 100% cashed out (I had a voucher & was not credited as points. I can add employees, time etc.

So the McDonald's is actually quite ok The restaurant area was clean, but in my opinion the guests left the tables really bad The toilets were clean There are special fries to shake with paprika spice and cola with popcorn flavor.exjt mega. You should have tried it

Three visits = three disappointments!!! Minus 5 stars (if more minus is possible - open scale please) 😡 _Fall 2017_ The last time we went there was at the drive-thru, but unfortunately we discovered when we got home that one of the items we ordered was missing. Do you really have to check your order at the counter in a long line of cars? Apparently you are forced to do this, even if there are 10 cars waiting behind you, because afterwards it is difficult to prove that something was missing. No, I'll save myself this trouble in the future. Edit September 11, 2018 Is that supposed to be a McRib? Without sauce and a few onions? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! and the last time I visited this store. 😡😠 Edit October 7, 2019 I'm ashamed of it, but after a visit to the vet and a lack of time, we decided to give Mc Donalds in Rheinfelden another chance. The cheeseburgers for €1 were billed at €1.49 each and when we bought two McRibs with fries the cheaper menu wasn't offered, which unfortunately we only noticed when we got home. I'm still looking for the sauce and onions on the McRibs. Well, you can see it very minimally if you look very closely. That was different too, which is why I actually liked the ribs. That was definitely the last visit - rest of life

At the drive in at 9:30 p.m. you get the message that the drive in is closed and then you can queue up to drive out again without getting anything. The floor inside is often greasy. There are truly better McDonalds out there.

Point one food: It's just McDonald's, neither negative nor positive. Point two service: Difficult to say. You order on a large tablet. Let's say the "waiter" found us very quickly. Point three, ambience: Sorry but when I go to McDonald's I don't care about the decor I know why I'm there. Get full quickly and leave again.

At 11:10 on Saturday, slippery and sticky floor... The gentleman in the kitchen is NOT wearing gloves.. the salesman at the front of the desk has his cell phone in his hand and writes twice, puts it in the back of his pants pocket and gives out food.

The order was not delivered because apparently too few were ordered for delivery. takes forever (20min)

Bicmac was too dry and had almost no sauce in it But chicken nuggets are very tasty

Mediocre service. Forgot toys. When asked where the toy had gone, the employee could barely understand German. Communication impossible. It's also not that clean there and all the tables are occupied despite Covid. Update: We went there again and the service is even worse. After a long wait for a sundae and McFlurry, we got a not even half-full McFlurry (see photos). After I complained to the boss, he said that this was normal and according to McDonald's guidelines.

Free McDrive and still 1 minute until I could place my order and then another 2 minutes until I got my ONE cheeseburger. The colleagues inside just had a relaxed chat and after they were finished I got my ONE cheeseburger. At least the burger was still warm.

That's I don't know how many times I order at the Mc Drive, drive home and half of it is missing. It's a system, the assistants pocket the money. The sad thing is that I'm so stupid and I keep going back. And no one cares. That's it, never eat the dirt again

The shift manager SCREAMED at her employee in front of customers because he apparently made a mistake the second time. This lady needs to be fired! Poor staff is led by an incompetent person.

So I've never waited so long in my life at the mcdrive in Rheinfelden. There were only 4 cars in front of me and I had only been there in 30 minutes. People who came after me and ordered inside were already served and were able to leave the restaurant with their orders. Just fucked up.

Rooms are too loud. Food - fries always cold! Staff is unfriendly. Burger King isn't far away if circumstances don't change. The customer is no longer king, you used to get a free apple turnover if you had to wait a long time. Am very disappointed!

It's a McDonald's like any other but they are really bad at preparing a take-out menu. Sometimes there are mistakes and when you order at home they manage to deliver cold menus after more than 1 hour. I would prefer to wait even longer but to be able to eat a hot or warm menu that still makes me want it…

The veggie nuggets had real nuggets in them with meat from a box of 20 veggie nuggets, there were 3 meat nuggets in them and I have an allergy to meat. I have pictures as proof. Unfortunately it won't upload the post with pictures

I ordered 6 menus but they didn't give me the glasses with the excuse that they don't have any. This is the last time I will eat with them. They make fun of people, especially employees, who have no respect for customers

Extreme how the prices have increased. Switzerland is now just as expensive. 2 menus almost 30 euros

Just the usual food. So far OK. It's nice to sit upstairs. Toilets ok.

Today around 6:50 p.m. I ordered something to eat at McDrive with my mother and brother. I took a McMenu with a CocaCola glass, unfortunately they forgot to give me a glass!

The food was of Mc’s usual shoddy quality. However, after ordering, it took 30(!) minutes for my friend to receive his food! I thought it was fast food and I'll never go to that McDonald's again. Edit: 2* for ambience because you can sit upstairs...

Pleasant restaurant business. The only thing to complain about was that the fries weren't quite cooked through (taste of raw potatoes) and the drinks were brought with ice, even though they were ordered without ice.

Absolute disaster, I ordered through Lieferando at 7 p.m. Delivery should be 8 p.m. When there was still no delivery at 8:30 p.m., I called the store and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. It is now 9:48 p.m. and no delivery has arrived. Complaints to Lieferando are out. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The burgers here have deteriorated... almost no sauce left on them 🤑 The McDonalds Weil am Rhein or Bad Säckingen is better 😉

Staff barely understands German!! Order placed again 5 times and in the end it was wrong. Absolutely ridiculous what goes on in these Sieberer branches

The whole restaurant is just unhygienic. I have never seen black buttons like the ones on the card payment machine on the self-order screens. Tables and walls were also smeared, even though at 10 a.m. there were only 4 guests in the entire restaurant, including us.

I would only like to rate a nice employee who Yahya as very good. He is very helpful, kind, hospitable and respectful employee of MC Rheinfelden. I wish him much success

I go there often and have received a fresh, warm citizen etc. and it's always very clean

If you want to spend your money on cold food and have the patience to wait longer than in the restaurant for freshly cooked food at your favorite Italian, this is the place for you! Waited 90 minutes and got cold burgers with soggy fries. In addition, I got the wrong burger from a supplier who looked at you like a Chihuahua because he already knows that the customer is annoyed but doesn't speak German himself. I called the branch and said I wanted my money back and they said he wouldn't give me anything back because Lieferando had to give it to me. Those at the branch blame the driver and put the responsibility on Lieferando! Money-hungry shops where quality doesn't matter.

Fries are usually only lukewarm, I complain and always get new hot ones in a friendly manner!

Sometimes you just crave fast food ;-)

This branch is quite ok. The employees are usually approachable, understand you and the quality of the food is usually fresh. Otherwise, nothing special, classic McDonald's.

Leider schon das Dritte mal die Burger Soße oder Ketchup auf dem Burger Verteilt. Ich frage mich ob das absichtlich gemacht wird. Sowas im Auto essen ist echt eine Frechheit. War heute das letzte Mal da.

Der Laden ist schmutzig und nicht organisiert so wie das der Boden rutschig ist weil man die Filiale nicht sauber halten kann und die mit Arbeiter kein Deutsch sprechen können. Ich hatte mir was bestellt und die Punkte wurden mir nicht gut geschrieben und wollte mir r dann noch was von meiner bereiz erworbenen Punkten holen aber meine Bestellung wurde nicht angenommen und meine Punkte drotzdem abgebucht ich bin einfach nur enteuscht von dem Saftladen und werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. Keine Empfehlung.......

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr schnelle Zubereitung. Der McRib schmecke uns nicht so, den muss man echt mögen, alles andere Bestellte war tadellos.

Schön umgebaut. Trotzdem werden noch Jugenderinnerungen wach. Sauber, freundliches Personal. Zahlung mit GPay und Amex per NFC möglich. McFlurry und White Chocolate aber seit 2019 deutlich geschrumpft, nur nicht der Preis. Bestellung über App hakte heute. Betrag 2 x abgebucht, obwohl nur 1 x bestellt. Über die App zu bestellen funktioniert auch toll.

Die Tische sind oft dreckig. Da könnte mehr geputzt werden. Ansonsten bin ich im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Die ältere Dame an der Kasse ist die freundlichste Mitarbeiterin in diesem Mc Donalds

Eines der wenigen MC Donals die zufrieden stellend sind. Der einzige MC wo man bestellt und wirklich alles richtig kommt. Essen war noch warm was eine Seltenheit ist bei ganz vielen Mces. Oben war es sehr schmutzig sonst Top

Wird immer schlimmer in dem Laden. Bei jeder zweiten Bestellung fehlt was. Oder ist falsch. Oder gefühlt aufgewärmt. Dann ist die Bude total dreckig. Die Tische sind nie Sauber.

Schnelle und höfliche Bedienung und mann muss nicht lange aufs essen warten.

Der Café ist gut, dass essen auch, sofern es frisch ist und die Bestellung passt.

Hatte 2 Chilicheesburger bestellt.Wurde 2 mal danach gefragt.Die Dame am Drive In konnte fast kein Deutsch. Ich bekam : 2 Cheesburger - unmöglich zu essen. Man konnte das Brötchen nicht mal halten. Die Sosse ( Ketchup) lief an den Seiten raus. Vom Käse war nichts zu sehen. E s w a r n u r g l i t s c h i g !! Ich würde es begrüßen,wenn man Leute einstellen würde,die Deutsch sprechen.

Mit der App vorbestellt, als wir ankamen wurde das Essen zubereitet (Rückmeldung der App). Hat gut funktioniert. Viel gibt es zu einem McDonald's nicht zu sagen- standardisierte Abläufe, Essen immer ok.

Every time I eat there it's acceptable crowded, therefore more polite employees, clean bathroom, chilled atmosphere. And the food is as good as always.

Ist halt ein McDonald's und da kann man McDonald's Kram essen... Was nicht so toll war, was dass der eine Bestellbildschirm keine Karte genommen hat und man dann an der Kasse zahlen musste. Was dahingehend cool war, war die Ghettorollergang die auf dem Parkplatz Donuts gefahren haben. Daraufhin ist dann auch die Polizei gekommen. Hat also gute Crimfelden Feelings gegeben. Gerne wieder.

Also.. wir haben auf der app bestellt und gaben an das es um 8 da sein sollte. Es kam erstens schonmal gleich 20 Minuten zu spät. Wir bezahlten den Lieferanten der kaum verstanden hatte. Es fehlte dann wie immer eine Cola. Getränke waren warm und essen war kalt (wie immer also). Pommes haben sehr trocken geschmeckt.

Alles ist wie bei McDonald's, aber als wir nach Tuben mit Deckel für coca cola fragten, wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine gäbe.

McDonald's halt. Essen okay, für Burger gibt es bessere Alternativen. Aber es macht satt.

Schrecklicher Lärm. Personal nicht gerade angenehm, hektisch. Gott sei Dank nur ganz selten dort um gelegentlich eine Junior Tüte zu kaufen. Aber ich will gerecht sein, vielleicht bin ich auch nur zu alt für solch eine Esskultur und geb halt dann doch 3 Sterne .Update 2.7.22. Ich habe mich überreden lassen und bin doch wieder ins Rheinfelder MD. Erstmals eine freundliche ältere Dame Pluspunkt. Aber bei Lieferung am Tisch etwas verwechselt. Kaum Gäste und trotzdem halbe Stunde aufs Essen gewartet, dauert wie 5 Sterne Restaurant 😀. Was ätzend ist, auf der Kreditkartenabrechnung steht Thomas Sieberer Familie, was für ein Quatsch wenn man nicht erkennt das die Abbuchung von MD ist. Runter auf 2 Sterne.

Freundliches Personal und das Essen ist immer lecker. Einziges Manko ist der McRib, ich weiss nicht, ob die den in Rheinfelden falsch zubereiten, auf jeden Fall ist er immer furztrocken und hat keine bis fast keine Sauce.. kann man so trocken leider nicht essen.. das Patty sollte normalerweise in der Sauce schwimmen - sehr schade und ist mir leider bis jetzt jedes Mal aufgefallen! Sonst top.

Unser lieblings mäc ennet der grenze.. Preise sind günstig, das personal freundlich und es gibt den Mc Rib! 😍👍🏻

Ganz nett aber halt auch nur ein MC Donald.... Aber ein Vorteil zu anderen es ist auf zwei Stockwerke und sehr gut Klimatisiert

Hoffnungslos überlaufen, aber das liegt einfach an der Lage und dem geringen Angebot in der Umgebung. Der Essbereich im Obergeschoss ist schrecklich trist, während unten immer die Hölle los ist. Essen könnte besser sein, teilweise ein riesen Matsch.

Super Service. Gutes Essen. Alles schön sauber. Toiletten auch sauber, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Super McDonald’s. Einer der besten McDonald’s in dem ich war.

Eine typische MCDonalds Filiale in Deutschland. Mieser Service, lieblose zubereitetes Essen und kaum verständliches Personal. Für alle Schweizer: meidest es, ihr werdet enttäuscht sein!

Im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz in Bad Säckingen muss man euch wirklich loben. Freundlichkeit, extreme Schnelligkeit und die Qualität stimmt auch immer. Komme immer wieder gern vorbei.

Modern McDonalds on two levels in Rheinfelden. Service was relatively efficient and there seemed to be enough staff on. Table service worked efficiently and order was correctly brought. Hygiene could have been better. There were visible debris on a number of the tables.
