My family and I can only recommend the Restaurant zum Platzfisch 🐟, as the rich regional fish selection means it is something different from what you are probably used to. We ordered tapas, which was not only beautifully presented, but also tasted very good. I also ordered sushi 🍣, which is very special because it is made from local fish. As a passionate sushi eater, I can only recommend it, as it is something new to eat sushi with regional fish, which tasted excellent and looks beautiful. Finally there was homemade mango sorbet, which was also recommended. All in all, it was a very tasty and lovely evening at Platzfisch, which I personally can only recommend.

Even though everything was fully booked, the lovely host gave us a table for the next day. The ambience is rustic and totally cozy, the service is super nice and the food is really tasty. We can only recommend the hay schnapps at the end. Definitely a tip for Mittenwald!

Dürum is a bit more expensive than I was used to, but it's also one of the thickest Dürums I've ever had :-D So everything's great. Taste great too. I wasn't asked for sauce, but that wasn't a bad thing. It can happen sometimes too. Next time I'll say it straight away. The sauce was still great, but I don't know what it was. The whole shop also looks much more modern and better than most kebab shops. Staff also super nice. I'll be back and I'll be happy to do so! Bonus point: Finally saw “The Device” in action :-)

Amazing india food, very authentic. Better than any other indian i tried in europe. Mango lassi is amazing. We tried tawa panner and bindi masala with Garlic naan and omg we were amazed with the taste. Must try if you are in Mittenwald. Parking options available near by. Also a good area to walk around town and street shopping.

Fantastic food at fair prices and pleasant service. The pork fillet with port wine sauce was a poem - tender meat and intense sauce! The only downside is the location is a bit out of the way.

Were here today for the first time to eat, sooooo super tasty we had the menu first the pancake soup, then salad next pork loin with wild garlic, spaetzle with cream mushrooms and finally dessert with vanilla ice cream, cream waffle and cherries incredibly delicious. It wasn't the last time we were there. We were warmly welcomed and served very quickly. The ambience is simply great. Here the guest is still king. Highly recommended
