Kunsthandwerk Pfeffer in Mittenwald

Fantastic food at fair prices and pleasant service. The pork fillet with port wine sauce was divine—tender meat and a rich sauce! The only downside is the somewhat out-of-the-way location.

We visited twice during our vacation and were absolutely thrilled. Great South Tyrolean cuisine and an authentic atmosphere. And very friendly hosts. Keep up the good work.

We highly recommend this restaurant. The portions are generous and the flavors are unique—not just Bavarian cuisine! The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. The ambiance is cozy, Bavarian-style, and the music is perfect. Next time we're in Mittenwald, this will definitely be our place to go.

Very nice ambiance, unfortunately very small, so make a reservation in advance. The owner serves directly and creates a good atmosphere. My husband's portion of spaghetti was a bit small for a hungry man. My pumpkin schnitzel was good, but it also only came with a handful of salad on the side.

An absolute must-have! The stew tastes like grandma's, and you just feel at home here! I'll be back!
