Gaststätte am Kurpark in Mittenwald

We visited the place on New Year's Eve, where the friendly staff made us a table for two, despite the practically full house. Despite the full house, after 5 minutes we received the good Mittelwald lager made in the local brewery, our brown beer and an Obster schnapps. After drinking our beer, the main course came and we had a nice side dish. The taste and quality of the food was impeccable. We ended our meal with a teddy bear splash, for which we received an ice cube containing a raspberry in the shape of a flower. We will come back here..! In retrospect, we thank you for the kind service, the opportunity to get a table despite a reservation on New Year's Eve and an almost full house!!

Hello dear Benedetti family (does that sound Italian in origin?) UNFORTUNATELY I can ONLY give 5 stars.. I would like to give more.. this New Year's Eve 2024 was a complete success.. excellent food.. sat nicely.. excellent, friendly, attentive service. A sufficiently new menu is created here every day. I say: less is more... I don't like page-long menus... that end up being a chip shop meal Want to sell fine quality!!The pepper steak and rump steak Mutard was a DREAM..A GREAT SAUCE..the prices are very reasonable and the drinks too..reasonable...when it got to 11.40 p.m....there was a hectic departure from the other guests. .I asked..do we have to go now?.no..I was able to catch a glimpse of the fireworks from inside with our poodle mix..thank God it made sense..is For our Wau a fireworks display wasn't a hit...but not dramatic....We made our way home around 12:45 a.m....at the regulars' table...there were still guests...the boss was there too...the boss wasn't there...she was nice goodbye..your colleague...name...hm my Rosi..best regards to her...does the rest..hats off...boss says my colleague...and she was super nice too.it was always on ours humor entered....I I would like this restaurant here on the Lower Rhine.. we just can't find anything right here.. in Bavaria there are simply more comfortable restaurants.. There is almost no bread with caraway here either.. oh how I have the caraway salt sticks.. every day Brought Rewebaker... an older couple warmly greeted us... ALL 3 of us felt comfortable with a poodle mix.

Great team! Great service! Great value for money! Mega delicious food. A MUST if you are in Mittenwald. Thursday is knuckle day (the tastiest knuckles with a mega crispy crust) we always enjoy coming back and look forward to our next visit! 🤩

Best restaurant for us in Mittenwald (home-style). We book ourselves here every evening on holiday and have never been disappointed. The service is always quick and friendly, even when the house is full (which it always is) and the food is excellent and completely suits our taste. Thank you for everything!

We came here for New Year's Eve dinner, not hoping that we would still have a place... it wouldn't have happened if they didn't enthusiastically make us a nice little table for two in two minutes :) The food and drinks are all fantastic, but the atmosphere and kindness the most important feature of the restaurant, we loved it!

We ate here 4 times with our dog during our winter vacation. The request to sit separately was always met. No matter what my husband and I ordered, it was always absolutely delicious. Despite the restaurant being full, the service staff had everything in view. You didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Simply recommended. Little tip: it's better to reserve in advance 😊😊👍👍

An excellent restaurant, extremely friendly and quick service. The food was delicious, I ate different dishes over the course of my holiday week. Plus the food is still hot when it arrives at the table, which is another plus. EVERYTHING is perfect here, next time I'm in Mittenwald I'll come back here!

Wieder mal in Mittenwald und zum Glück auch einen Platz bekommen. Das Wirtshaus war wieder sehr gut besucht und durch die tolle Küche mit Regionalen Essen zu fairen Preisen kein Wunder. Bedienung sowie Küche wie immer sehr gut.

There were nine of us. All the food came in quick succession so we could all eat at the same time. All the food was very tasty. Whether scampi, ham omelette, baked Camembert, toast, everything is perfect. Chamois goulash and roast chamois were particularly excellent and all at reasonable prices.

Been here for the 5th time in 2 years... The food is absolutely great, it's quick, the people are friendly and accommodating and the prices are more than reasonable. Reservation is an advantage. Absolute recommendation!!! We had homemade gyros and sausages with sauerkraut... The toasts are also highly recommended. We'll be back. 😉

Dit is een echt Duits tentje, niet heel groot dus reserveren is een must. De bediening was super, wat een harde werkers! Eten is eenvoudig maar zeer goed, verse groente en lekker vlees! Persoonlijk vond ik dit een aanrader!

No more recommendation! We used to always be very satisfied, but now we won't go there anymore. The food was very below average, the service was extremely slow and disinterested despite the almost empty restaurant and friendliness also looks different. If the boss hasn't forgotten how to cook, someone completely different is cooking now. What a shame!

A rustic restaurant with excellent regional cuisine. Good beer, delicious wine. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is almost always full, so making a reservation in advance is strongly recommended. We like to go there again and again.

We've always enjoyed going here, but the last few times we've had the impression that the service didn't really care. Some of the guests left straight away. We weren't treated kindly either and everything took forever (ice cream for the children 15 minutes, bill 20 minutes).

Consistent, down-to-earth, traditional cuisine with very good quality for years. We love coming here and have never been disappointed. Always busy, so it's better to make a reservation.

We stopped here spontaneously with five people and two dogs as we drove home from Italy. The service was very friendly, the restaurant and the beer garden were full because it was Mother's Day. We were then allowed to sit at the regulars' table in the beer garden, which made us very happy because all the other seats were completely occupied. We received the food quickly and were very satisfied, everything was very good, the prices are completely reasonable for the quality of the food. We would definitely come again.

Is was a mixed experience actually. The atmosphere inside is super, the service is fast but so fast that you can‘t even feel that the waitress are listening to your requirements. This way they didn‘t even hear me that the glass of water I was ordering is for the baby and we need it not ice cold. The cordon bleu and the schnitzel we ordered were full of Mc‘Donalds quality fried potatoes - very salty and frozen ones, the meat inside was tough as well. The small mixed salads that goes together with the main dishes were super good with lots of mayonnaise sause. We were in a hurry to finish our dinner since our table was booked from 5:30 until 7:00pm and another guest were coming to replace us after 7pm. So, we felt like we are on a conveyor belt…. I wouldn‘t recommend it if you are looking for some healthy and pleasant experience.

Das haben wir schon sehr lange nicht mehr erlebt. Die Bedienungen sind nicht nur sehr freundlich und sehr schnell sonder machen dabei auch noch einen ruhigen und entspannten Eindruck. Die Speisekarte wird aufgeschlagen erst der Frau und dann dem Mann gereicht. Das Bier wird mit dem Etikett zum Gast gestellt. Nicht aus Zufall. Es gibt eine Grundkarte und dazu eine tolle Tageskarte. Donnerstag gibt es Haxe auf Vorbestellung ( die beste die ich in Mittenwald gegessen habe ) und zum Beispiel am Freitag mehr Fisch. Alles was wir probiert gaben war richtig gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir sind begeistert und freuen uns auch schon auf den nächsten Urlaub 2024 hier.

Beim Essen gab es im großen und ganzen nichts zu meckern. Sternabzug bei den Suppen. Zuviel mit Maggi gewürzt.

Sehr betriebsam und relativ laut. Die Speisekarte ist sehr fleischlastig. Es gibt genau ein fleischloses Angebot: Gemüseplatte... Bei Umbestellung von z.B. Pommes auf Bratkartoffeln muss man einen Euro mehr berappen! Ich habe schon schöner angerichtete Teller gesehen. Der Salat ist ein Rohkostteller. Naja..
