We really like this place, but it seems a bit dingy now. The (women's) toilets are in a dilapidated state, it is unhygienic and smells extremely. Forms a strong contrast to the delicious food.

After shopping you are hungry and tired. Hans im Glück offers delicious food and relaxation. There are citizens of many different types and non-alcoholic cocktails. The service is friendly and patient. The ambience looks cozy and inviting.

I was at lunch with you today on January 30, 2025. First the good: nice atmosphere and top staff. Unfortunately the burger was the worst I've eaten in years. It tasted like old fat. My companion had another burger that had exactly the same problem. The fries were also worse than any big burger joint.

Recently had dinner here on a Monday evening. Had the vegan and vegetarian options and were both very satisfied! There are a lot of different burgers so everyone can find something they like. Service was also great and accommodating. Gladly again at any time!

An absolutely good and tasty alternative to the chain with the capital M. It's a real shame that when you eat it in a restaurant you don't get the food on a tray and so more waste is produced.

I've had a burger here a few times and found it very tasty. Unfortunately, the opening times given here are not at all reliable. I haven't seen the store open lately.

2 of the 4 plates had chipped spots. Fries limp (but €8 for the small bowl). Price performance doesn't fit here at all!

Very good food even if the fries could have been hotter. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come back.
