Super nice restaurant, great ambience and very attentive service.

A delicious burger, delivered quickly and a nice large outdoor area.

Went there last night and waited almost 25 minutes for the order to be accepted, even though the service staff walked past us four times. Burgers are definitely frozen patties, the portion of fries is a disgrace and the beer was quite good. Price for the quality and what is offered is a disgrace. Toilet was very dirty. It was definitely the last visit

We sat down to drink coffee, but the lady chased us away from the high tables that were the only ones in the sun, because they are only for eating, the restaurant was not crowded at all and there were five more tables free to eat, but we still had to leave the high tables after we left the restaurant, and we didn't want to leave our money there with some insolence

The food is good as always, the noise is a little higher than in the other branches of the chain.

This is a slightly different burger restaurant with good food, attentive staff without being intrusive and a nice ambience. The prices are justified for the quality. Since the restaurant is very busy, it is advisable to call in advance and make a reservation if there are larger numbers of guests. Like most people, we were there as a couple and had no problems getting a table - to be fair, we were there during the week. So, if we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.

Beautiful, modern restaurant right next to Milaneo. There's an extensive menu, and the burgers are especially recommended. There's plenty of seating inside, and outside when the weather's nice. The staff is very friendly. The food is very tasty, but a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. It's sometimes very cramped inside and in the restrooms.

Oh dear... today I ordered food online from Hans im Glück in Milaneo. I really liked that they included a pickup time. So far, so good. I arrived three minutes after the stated pickup time and asked an employee for my order. She went to the kitchen and came back with a message saying the order was being prepared and that I should be patient. I wasn't offered a seat or anything else. And so the time passed. I stood there stupidly, and no one felt responsible for me in any way. After a quarter of an hour (15 minutes), I was finally able to alert a server to my request. She then went to the kitchen and actually came back with my order. She told me that she had already completed the order 10 minutes ago. Yeah, great! 👍 Shaking my head, I then began the one-minute walk back to the hotel. In my room, I unpacked the food with great anticipation. The food was, of course, cold. Oh well. I was also very disappointed by the overly vinegary Caesar dressing. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of eating the best Caesar sauce ever at another burger joint in Stuttgart the day before. THAT tasted incredibly thick, like Parmesan. At HiG: just sour, and intensely sour. The burger was tasty, but the patty was unfortunately cold. Conclusion: I won't be getting anything from Hans im Glück again. That really wasn't great. It's a shame about the money, because it's not exactly cheap. 😔

Avoidable, sad action. We ordered and paid via Lieferando, ordering at 9:20 p.m. because the train on which we wanted to take the food and drinks with us on the journey lasting several hours left 20 minutes later. The company had 40 minutes to prepare the order, the store was not particularly full, a maximum of half of the seats were occupied. The app indicated that the order was ready for pickup about 20 seconds before entering the store. There was a different picture on site, neither food nor drink was ready, they searched for 10 minutes... I don't think the statement "that was given to someone else" is the truth. An immediate refund of the almost €80 already paid cannot be made either; the amount is supposed to be refunded. A quick solution suggestion when you know someone has to get on the train was not offered. No apologies were made either, except by a very nice young man who seated the guests that evening. Just a really sad and hungry experience…

After shopping you are hungry and tired. Hans im Glück offers delicious food and relaxation. There are citizens of many different types and non-alcoholic cocktails. The service is friendly and patient. The ambience looks cozy and inviting.

The taste of the food was great, and the large selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes was also great. However, the benches were very uncomfortable and in the end we ordered drinks again but they never came.

I came alone and I was looked after very much. The waiter who served me always knew when I wanted something. Very friendly and great service. The food was very tasty, I can only recommend the sweet potato fries here and the thirst quenchers are always very good.

Staying in Premier Inn I've choose because it was very near.I've tried chicken salad with Cesar dressing, chiross with vanilla sause and mojito.Everything was fresh and tasty.

I went for dinner with my family and our experience at this establishment was very disappointing. I ordered a burger without fig sauce because I am allergic to this ingredient, but when it arrived, I noticed that it had been served with the sauce. When informed, they took the burger away to correct it, but instead of making a new one, they simply removed the sauce. The result was that the burger remained stained, which posed a risk to my health. These types of mistakes are unacceptable, especially when it comes to food allergies. I hope they improve their attention and care with orders...

I was in both this and the other locations of this chain in Stuttgart and I enjoyed it very much, the food came quickly, the selection of drinks including self-mixed drinks is also good. I have no complaints about the plumbing either, nor about the general cleanliness. The staff was always super friendly and took special requests into account, gave good information and was really extremely enthusiastic. You can also leave some love for these great people who really do a tough job all day long, not just with a tip, but maybe also a smile and a personal warm thank you. When it comes to humor, the people I met are also really on point ;) Thanks also in this review for several pleasant stays!

A Burger essential! The Mayor-truffle sauce as well as the “orangen” sauce are incredible! The drinks are also very good. Tips: The sauces are sold by the restaurant.

I've actually been going to Hans im Glück for a long time. But the last few times are getting worse and worse. Now the hot drink is missing from the lunch menu, but it is still more expensive. Fries portions were getting smaller and this time the fries were kept warm for too long and weren't crispy. There are enough alternatives for the money.

Very good restaurant with nice service.

We were trying to go to the sushi restaurant and ended up here when sushi turned out to be closed. We had a very pleasant experience! They were quite busy but food came quickly after ordering, and the dinner deal was nice - main, side and adult drink for ~25 euro per person. Initial seating and ordering both took a bit longer than desirable, and their decor would benefit from some dusting, but overall very pleased with our dinner here!

The restaurant is located directly at the Milaneo in Stuttgart and has a very nice location. My colleague and I were served quickly and we got a table straight away. Ordering the drinks was also very quick. The menu is amazing, there are all kinds of burgers but also salads and side dishes. The food came quickly and I ate a cheese bacon burger and a side of chicken nuggets (get the nuggets, they are awesome). For dessert I got a churros and my colleague treated himself to an apple strudel. But the best thing is that when you order a dessert you get a hot drink for free. The conclusion can be said: If you are in Stuttgart and feel like shopping and burgers, then come to Hans im Glück right on the Milaneo, because you can have a bit of both.

The service was friendly but sometimes left quicker than you could see. The burgers are delicious and special requests are also taken into account. You are assigned a space so that it can sometimes be a bit tighter than your neighbors. You have to know how to take it.

I had the Alsatian burger, with cranberries and Camembert. The price at €12 would have been fine if the burger wasn't ice cold. Good quality. But at that price I expect a hot burger. I think the price for the sweet potato fries is completely excessive. The amount of fries does not correspond to a complete sweet potato. Unfortunately the price ratio is not right here. But I really liked the atmosphere. Nevertheless, I'm thinking about coming here again to eat a burger.

Burgers and fries with truffle mayo were very tasty and served super quickly. The ginger Manago iced tea was also very tasty and large enough. One star deducted for the meal because the rocket on the truffle fries was no longer completely fresh.

Food came about 15 minutes later which is absolutely good. Food was good. Unfortunately, the fries were cold. Complaint unfortunately unsuccessful - the employee just kept running past us with the words "same"

Hans im Glück war mit Abstand das schlechteste Restaurant, in dem wir je waren. 15 Minuten gewartet, bevor die junge Dame mit kurzen Hotpants beim Laufen kam. Man dachte, sie würden bald vermisst (Man muss sie sofort gehen lassen. Um 22 Uhr hat sie alle Gäste verscheucht, die etwas trinken wollten. Sehr schlechte Laune, unfreundlich, das ist HAMMER). Ja, dann war die Bestellstimmung, die Stimmung ok, die Getränke nach den nächsten 10 Minuten, und dann kam der Hammer. Der Teller mit Pommes war kalt und sah aus, als hätten sie alle alten Pommes von den Gästen eingesammelt. Die anderen scharfen Pommes warenhalb kalt mit kalte Käse Sauce gemischt, also super, wie kann man so etwas servieren; Burger Fleisch war fast kalt; Ja, du hast Angst, dich zu beschweren, weil ich nicht weiß, was sie mit deinem Essen machen. Ich mag die Stimmung dieser Mädchen und ich werde ihnen nie empfehlen, eine große Daunen zu geben. Es gibt's bessere Restaurants im Stuttgart

Salí a cenar tarde una hora antes del cierre del restaurante. El restaurante no estaba ocupado, solo unas 10 mesas tenían clientes. Varias personas se fueron porque no saludaron a ningún cliente. Después de sentarme vi a dos camareras tener una conversación de 10 minutos justo en frente de mí. Pedí un menú en inglés y no recibí uno. Pedí café y no lo entendí. Después de pedir mi comida diría que la comida era muy buena. Luego me senté durante 30 minutos en la camarera para volver. El negocio perdió clientes y yo me perdí comprando bebidas y postres. Pedí un postre para llevar, pero me dijeron que la cocina está cerrada después de esperar a que la camarera haga acto de presencia. Comida genial, el servicio era abismal. Lástima también que este podría ser un gran restaurante. Iba a volver por la comida, pero me siento igualmente desagradable aquí.

Hay una serie de restaurantes alrededor de esta área junto al centro comercial y cerca de ambos Premier Inns. El restaurante cuenta con comedor interior y patio durante los meses de verano. Las mesas son principalmente «compartidas», por lo que también hay mesas privadas. El personal aquí parecía estar en sus primeros - mediados de 20 años, y todos felices de ayudar y dar sugerencias de comida. Pedí una hamburguesa con champiñones y cebolla caramelizada junto con papas fritas. El tamaño de la porción es bueno para hamburguesas n chips. Aparte de la habitual mayonesa, ketchup, etc. tienen una salsa de naranja - que era exuberante! ¡Pruébalo! Tenía el strudel para el desierto - tamaño decepcionante para el costo. En general, una buena opción para una noche de domingo. ¡Tenga en cuenta el horario de apertura cuidadosamente!

Die Burger und die Pommes waren super lecker. Dazu gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken. Allesamt sehr kreativ und der Durstlöscher, welchen ich probiert habe, war sehr lecker. Unsere Bedienung war ausserdem sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch sehr schnell am Tisch.

Very nice restaurant and, above all, family friendly. We were welcomed outside. The choice is really wide for all tastes. There is no shortage of vegetarian and vegan alternatives (they are different!). Even for the little ones there are different alternatives and there is no shortage of vegan and vegetarian ones for them too. The waiters are warm and friendly. The variety of the menu and the honest prices are excellent reasons to stop in this restaurant! The relaxed and relaxed atmosphere will help give you a peaceful moment.

So Has im Glück is an address that you can remember. The food is delicious but not surprising. The ambience is more for teenagers and young people, definitely not for me but very appropriate for the target group

Very nice service and the food was great. Only the seating is terrible. I've had disc plema ever since, no joke.

After shopping we were lucky at Hans's, we got a place without a reservation. While we were waiting, the waiter gave our little son something to paint with, and then the food came. The burger selection isn't that much but sometimes less is more, the food was excellent and so was the service. Next time we go shopping we will eat at Hans im Glück again.

Many employees who act very slowly, long waits for food and drinks, toilet a disaster, and that at lunchtime...no receipt received...A look into the kitchen was enough. Management should take action on this...haha...
