Never again!!! Food arrived cold... Delivery time was 30-40 minutes at the beginning and in the end it came after 1 hour and 45 minutes Then something was forgotten when ordering but was paid for... The taste wasn't good either, the fries were almost raw and there was hardly any toppings on the burger and that for a very steep price...

Except for a bunch of crap that I got here for an abnormal amount of money. 2 burgers for 40€. Which only taste like BBQ sauce. pure rip off

Everything was perfect and very tasty

Food was okay and at least arrived warm. First I had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. The driver called because he couldn't find the place of residence. I wanted to help him and he was already annoyed, wouldn't let me speak and I had to be told that my place of residence doesn't exist. He has lived here for 60 years. After a short while he simply hung up. I then ran towards him and was arrested after almost 2 hours. wait, not treated fairly. He then said that he was on the wrong side of the house (I even gave Lieferando exact details) and then had to complain to me. Apparently the navigation system sent him to another street. I wanted to give this company another chance today because I wasn't treated fairly with the last delivery (almost the same situation). The boss (or someone more highly regarded?) stood behind the supplier (wasn't the same one) and defended his behavior. I can understand any stress in the catering industry or if you have a bad day, but that's no coincidence and seems to be normal behavior. Another thing I would like to say is that with delivery services or people who are new here, it has never happened that someone couldn't find where I live or was sent to a different street with the navigation system. Just disappointing.

We had dinner with you today and were completely satisfied. The food was very tasty and we asked politely if everything was ok. We can't understand the bad recessions. We'd love to come back.

We were there and wanted to order food. After consulting with us due to allergies, tomatoes and products containing tomatoes should not be used. Everything's okay up to this point, there wasn't much going on in the store either. After we got our food, my friend found tomato seeds in the burger, and then she got a stomach ache because the food came into contact with tomatoes. I would think twice about whether I would order there or there.

I was at Pitsburger recently and I have to say I was very disappointed. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the food ruined the experience. I ordered a burger that was way too dry and had hardly any flavor. The fries were soggy and didn't seem to be freshly made. The service wasn't particularly attentive either. It took forever to place our order and when the food finally came, the side dishes we had ordered were missing. Overall, it wasn't what I was hoping for from a burger restaurant. I probably won't come back and unfortunately I can't recommend Pitsburger. I hope this helps you! If you need anything else, let me know!

I had dinner there with three friends in the evening and placed my order and then waited what felt like more than half an hour for my burger and fries. I had to ask twice where my food was. The fries were okay, but I didn't like the burger. There was no sauce on it. So unfortunately I can't recommend the store. I won't go out to eat anymore either.

Absolutely not recommended. Over 2 hours waiting time instead of 30 minutes as stated. Fries were raw. They had just defrosted from the freezer. The burger wasn't much better than a BigMac from McDonald's. There definitely won't be a second time.

Ordered online. Eating took 1.5 hours instead of 20-30 minutes as promised. Some of the sweet potatoes were inedible. Bad value for money

The best thing I can recommend is Beer Burger

So today was the second time we ordered there. The first time was really great and I was so happy to finally have a decent supplier. But today the food came on time and everything was fine, the driver was super nice. However, the food was cold today. The fries tasted like old grease and there was something on my burger that I didn't like and left in the note. And what happened?! The burger was like it was original. So I was able to throw the cold thing straight into the bin!!! (The first time ordering it worked wonderfully. It's a shame, but that was the last time and I won't order there again.

It's a very nice place where you can eat. The price performance is top and you are welcomed with a lot of friendliness. Any time again :D

Ordered for the first time. A hand made cheeseburger (mushy) The patty... oversalted, 160 grams when raw? The side dishes probably just slapped on and the lid on. What kind of meat was that? More to throw away and not really cooked through. 2 bites and then the burger was done for me... The other 2 burgers were just the same. The food arrived lukewarm🙄 oh yes and the chicken nuggets... was more like 90% breading and 10% meat. Definitely won't be ordering there anymore.

Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes as well as the quality of the service has decreased significantly. The delivery took almost three hours and the employees were so unfriendly and dishonest that you can't believe it. The food looked as if it had been thawed and carelessly wrapped in paper. After having a good experience six months ago, we will never order there again after this experience.

The food itself tastes good, but the waiting times are a disgrace. Ordered and waited 2 hours, food was lukewarm, delivery was wrong and not even complete, which meant almost a 10 was wasted. I can't recommend ordering at all >:(

Good food but punctuality is not good at all. Last time I had to wait another 90 minutes. It always takes a long time, that's all I can say, good food but the punctuality is pretty bad.

I really like the food, but the waiting times are terrible. I'm waiting for the food for the third time for over 1 1/2 hours. I ordered via Lieferando and it says 20-45 minutes, but if the food takes twice as long, why don't you write that down? I wouldn't leave a bad review if the time period was at least "correct". I expect my food in the time frame mentioned above and am disappointed if it doesn't arrive in that time, you would say in 1-2 hours, then I would be prepared and wouldn't wait so much for my food. I don't expect priority delivery, but then at least be honest??

Delivery was careless and soggy. Cheese country potatoes were terrible and the sauce was very artificial. We couldn't eat. Beyond Burger tastes ok. A pity! It was actually always quite ok on site.

I've been happy with Pits Burger in Reutlingen so far. But my last order was subpar. The bacon on the BBQ burger was still raw and the patty was also partially raw. Have you ever heard of the minced meat regulations? Minced meat MUST be cooked through. I haven't ordered it again since then and I've forgotten it. Unfortunately

I took a delivery of Smokey BBQ 160g and Chilli Cheese Pommes small (Lieferando) and delivery was really quick and easy. But man, you have to be really crazy to enjoy this burger. I mean, I saw very good recent reviews but what I received here is a joke. Bread is poor quality, no beef flavour at all, no smoke nor BBQ flavour, just a blend of bacon and onion. Pommes was actually ok but I came for the burger cause i really like good beef burger. I suppose you’re safe if you dine-in tho. 👎

Actually, we go here regularly to eat and are always happy when the man waits, but today we were disappointed. (July 6, 1:30 p.m.) doesn't want to describe who worked the waiter, as you can see in the shift schedule. We had to wait 15 minutes until I went ahead to order because no one came (not even to order drinks) even though we were the only ones there with another table who had already eaten. Then she didn't react courteously when we had an extra request for a burger but asked confused why... (why not).. and the wrong burger was brought... and yes, that was actually it 😂 The food still tastes great

Instead of the many types of beer, there was only one, which wasn't on the menu. The waitress didn't know the name either. There was no non-alcoholic beer either. Instead of vegetarian nuggets, you were offered long ones, which later turned out to be chicken. We once wanted a different side dish instead of fries with a burger... that was also misunderstood. Burgers were good, fried too. Just not as ordered/seen on the menu.

If you're craving a burger, this is the best place to go and eat... Friendly and quality service. Their burgers are amazing.

Even on a cold rainy day the staff made us feel warm and welcoming. The burgers were great, and the chicken wings were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The place is kid friendly as well. Highly recommended and looking forward to going back again soon 🙂👍🏼

70 euros for bad fries, bad nuggets, bad mozzarella sticks, bad mud burgers, we were hungry so we ate it but the food is far from good value for money. When the last burger was opened we were shocked at how something like that could "accidentally" end up in the delivery. The patty was completely burnt. After a long discussion we got the money back for this burger. Nevertheless, it was the last time!

I already know Pits Burger branches from Stuttgart and am really happy to finally have one in Reutlingen. Ambiance is chic and clean. The food is great and the portion size fills even large stomachs 👍🏼 Gladly again 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

We've been to Pits Burger several times and never had anything to complain about. Super tasty burgers, great manager and nice atmosphere! But one thing clearly drags down the entire image of the store and that is the service. The woman at the cash register took our order and you had the feeling you were talking to a wall. We asked if there were smaller smashburgers, and we were looked at like this: 🤨. However, we didn't get an answer to that. Well, it's not that bad. While we were eating she cashed in on another couple at their table. When we were finished she cleared our table too and I asked her if we should pay at the front or here at the table. She then replied: “Yes, if you still want to spend the night here.” It’s just strange that she just kindly cashed in on the others at the table and not at the front, which is why I asked. I understand that you can have a bad day, but there have already been 3 bad days where we had to experience something like that. We're no longer coming under these circumstances, which is a real shame... luckily there's still a delivery service. :)

The food is good. Delivery does not work as expected

I just ordered around 6:30 p.m. and the food came at 8:10 p.m. I'm happy to wait but then the rest has to fall into place, which wasn't the case! Food was cold! We ordered for over €60 and it was just a disappointing experience. The burgers are okay but the rest (side dishes, finger food) are just not good. I can imagine that it tastes better fresh in a restaurant. But what was delivered here today was not justified for this price! I am disappointed and this is the second time, hence the negative rating from me.

OUTRAGEOUS We ordered via Lieferando and we first called and asked when we would come to pick it up. Then when I was there, the order was placed again in the kitchen and AFTER ANOTHER 20 minutes and asking, the order was prepared again. Reason: the kitchen forgot. Outrageous, I just waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and the place was empty. Snails would be faster than staff and I don't know whether it's that hygienic. Fries were put into the frying pan with their hands without gloves!

I had a handmade cheeseburger and sweet potato fries delivered to me today! The supplier was super friendly and the delivery time of 80 minutes could be improved. But ok, it was also in prime time! What's not possible is that the handmade burger patty was already burned to a black crust on both sides and was therefore far too dry! The sweet potato fries were good!

Waiting over 2 hours for 1 burger and a few nuggets, absolutely unfriendly delivery person who comes to the door angry because he has to walk 5 steps. The food was cold. Bad shop.

Burger is too dry, poorly put together, falls apart. There's a better place around the corner, wild burger.

Just for fun I ordered a vegan mac & cheese burger with jalapenos and what can I say what an insane burger one of the best burgers I have ever eaten please never change the recipe I will only order in the future ❤️

I ordered food today at 6:45 p.m. Now it's 8:30 p.m. and it's not here yet. They said it would take a maximum of 45 minutes. My children and I are hungry. This really sucks.

The food is very good not like other places the food come all wet and room temperature. They are very nice people there I saw them being amazing with kids. The menu are open to all (vegan,lactose intolerant, meat lovers..) I enjoy their burgers they make I love it. People that enjoy a good burger should come over ❤️❤️

Der laden sieht sehr gut aus. Der erste Eindruck ist auf jeden Fall cool. Der Burger ist Mega. Von der Größe bis zum Geschmack schon beeindruckend gut. Weiterempfehlung 100%

Preisleistung bei den Bürgern ist okay, 1,5 Stunden Lieferzeit jedoch inakzeptabel.

Service sieht anderst aus. Haben um 18:30 Uhr online bestellt. Um 18:36 Uhr telefoniert. Da Bestellung und Abbuchung doppelt gemacht wurden. Eine Bestellung wurde bereits von der Küche storniert weil sie festgestellt haben dass es eine doppel Bestellung war. Darum 2 Sterne. Um 19:45 Uhr erneut angerufen wie lange die Anlieferung noch dauert. Da kam die Aussage, die Bestellung geht dann als nächstes raus. Wir müssen noch weitere 20 min warten. Ich kann nicht sagen wie lang es dauert wenn mal direkt dort isst, noch einmal bestell ich da nicht.

Einfach top. Sehr lecker und sehr sehr Kinder freundlich. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren gestern Abend zum ersten Mal als Familie da. Tolles Ambiente und sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Mein Sohn hat sogar ein Malbuch mit Buntstiften bekommen, aber so lange ist die Wartezeit nicht gewesen 👍🏼 Ebenso wurden unsere Getränke wie besprochen nicht aus dem Kühlschrank genommen. Sehr aufmerksam Kindern gegenüber 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Die Pommes und alle Burger waren sehr lecker. Ich habe einen vegetarischen Burger gegessen und der war auch super. Eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Donut War besser als der Burger

Bei Lieferando hier bestellt, Essen kam deutlich nach der versprochenen Zeit. Und es haben alle 3 Burger mit Wert von über 35€ gefehlt. Nur Pommes, Chicken Teile und Saucen waren dabei. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen wurde uns gesagt die Küche sei zu und es wird am nächsten Tag geliefert. Nachdem ich meinte, dass wie die Burger am nächsten Tag nicht mehr brauchen, wurde uns eine Rückzahlung der Burger am nächsten Tag versprochen. Das ist am 07.01.24 passiert und seitdem kam noch kein Cent an. Update: Die volle Summe der Bestellung wurde kurz nach dieser Rezension am 18.01.24 erstattet.

Zu späte Lieferung und trotzdem ist der Burger kalt und schmeckt genauso wie der von Macdonald's! Brot sieht auch alt aus.

Essen sehr lecker. Service naja Kellnerin kaut Kaugummi beim bedienen, Schmatzgeräusche sind deutlich wahrzunehmen und Kaugummi-Blasen am Tisch platzen lassen geht garnicht.

Essenstechnisch kann man sich nicht beklagen. Kannte es vom Bestellen von Freunden her, da war alles relativ gut und lecker. Auch im Lokal selber war es so. Aber da merkt man auch den Fokus. Wir haben über 50 mins nach der Bestellung gewartet, trotz fast leerem Raums. Zusätzlich wurde etwas vergessen, was uns aber auch erst gegen Ende auffiel (wurde auch nicht berechnet). Das Personal an sich ist freundlich, da kann man nicht meckern. Die Wartezeit war eine Sache, aber dann konnte man nicht mit der Karte zahlen. Wäre ja okay, wenn es nicht explizit an der Tür stehen würde, dass es geht. Wir haben auch keinen Hinweis gefunden, dass es nicht gehen würde.

Essen dauert zu lange rotz laden

Katastrophe ! Wir haben heute hier bestellt und wir wohnen ca 7 min Fahrzeit entfernt trotzdem hat es 3 Stunden gedauert bis das Essen da war und haben nichtmal eine Entschädigung bekommen, werden hier wahrscheinlich eher nicht mehr bestellen was ich wirklich schade finde weil das Essen schmeckt echt gut

Essen bestellt und, Lieferung mit 1h und 15 min höchstens angegeben, essen kam nach 2 Stunden erst, hab den Fahrer samt essen wieder heim geschickt und dort angerufen warum es so lange gedauert hat, keine Entschuldigung und sehr arrogant sind die da in der lieferbude! Nie wieder bestelle ich dort!

Der tischservice war eine reine Katastrophe hat uns das Essen vom Tisch genommen ohne zu fragen

Habe vor jetzt 2 1/2 std bestellt das Essen ist immer noch nicht angekommen und telefonisch ist dort niemand zu erreichen auch nach dem 5 mal anrufen geht niemand ran. Es wurde angezeigt es würde 1 std 20 min dauern. Ist ne absolute Frechheit!

Hallo Freunde, heute haben ich und meine beiden Freunde Essen in diesem Restaurant bestellt. Wir machten diesen Schritt genau um 19:20 Uhr, als uns gesagt wurde, dass wir etwa eine Stunde auf Essen warten müssten. Hier schreibe ich, es ist jetzt 21:15, der Lieferbote hat uns vor 25 Minuten angerufen und gesagt, er wäre in 10 Minuten da, aber er ist immer noch nicht da. Ich empfehle es überhaupt nicht.

Bedienung war nett und das Essen einwandfrei. Wer gute Burger und knusprige Pommes mag, der ist hier richtig.

Der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe!!!! Ich hatte nach meiner online Bestellung im Laden angerufen und darum gebeten, dass noch zwei Getränke zur Bestellung hinzugefügt werden, daraufhin bekam ich die Antwort, dass der Fahrer schon losgefahren sei. Nach über 1 Stunde ! (Bei einem Fahrtweg von maximal 20 Minuten) hatte ich mehrmals angerufen um zu fragen wo die Bestellung bleibt. Keine Antwort. Nachdem ich den Geschäftsführer kontaktiert hatte, wurde ich einfach blockiert. Essen ist ganz okay aber Kunden anzulügen und so zu behandeln zeugt von massiver Unprofessionalität.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Ambiente ist auch sehr angenehm und nur zum wohlfühlen 👍🏻

Allein das man über 90 Minuten auf seine Bestellung wartet, ist schon hart, aber warum bietet man Country potatoes mit käse an, aber bekommt es NIE hin diese auch mit Käse zu liefern. Essen kommt auch selten heiß an eher lauwarm an. Obwohl ich dort echt gern bestell, fallen mir leider immer mehr negative Sachen auf.

Also, wir haben bestellt und es kam flott- Fahrer war super nett 👍🏽 die Burger und die Nuggets waren wie es sich gehört! Der Salat war quasi Zuviel… wir waren Papp voll! Klares JA für eine Empfehlung ❤️
