Broken tooth! Bones in the flesh. I'm very disappointed so never again.

So the store has been around for two years now. Conditions have always been top, super friendly... even in the most stressful times... and always have an open ear❤️. The food... burgers, fries, always something new... cool... But I still prefer to bring my Schraffechilli and a real Kässe with me: Schmeltzkässe is not a Kässe. Ambiance: The worry chin: the boss! Boss! should walk through the aisles before the store opens, the broken brochures, clipped flyers... accumulated cover... and the dried plants replaced... the boss! should put more love into it... not his employees! They're jumping back and forth every day!

As always, the food was delicious, it would be nice to have an expanded selection for those who have to do without burger bread. Unfortunately the service this time wasn't very good, overwhelmed and forgetful. In general it is rather loud (a few acoustic panels would certainly be helpful given the height of the room), but the beautiful decoration makes up for that.-)

Unfortunately the burger was almost cold. Otherwise everything was fine. What I think is cool is the ability to order via a QR code and pay straight away.

The dishes are still damaged like six months ago (according to some reviews). You can also cut yourself pretty easily. I like to visit Hans im Glück at other locations, but the portions you get here are hardly comparable. The portions of fries are small. The multigrain roll is only about 20% covered in grains - the rest is without. We were told that the dishes we wanted were included in the lunch menu. But they were charged additionally on the bill. The urinals in the toilets are broken - the urine isn't flushed away, it was really disgusting. The table was simply too small for four people. The menus you get are very greasy and in poor condition. The waitress who brought the food didn't know what the dishes looked like and we had to figure out which burger was which ourselves. As you can see, the restaurant has exactly the same problems as in the reviews six months ago. Apparently the owners' official answers are just empty words. Well, Konstanz is a tourist town and obviously people are saving money here. I don't recommend anyone to eat here.

Ingredients that were canceled were still in the food. Fries were undercooked and unseasoned. Sauces tasted like nothing.

The food was basically good. But a bit lukewarm. I would have liked to have had my own WiFi in-house. If you come from abroad and don't have an internet package, this would be an advantage. The menu could also be a little clearer. However, the ambience is beautiful. The service was good as far as it was concerned. Because you have to order by cell phone.

From start to finish it was just great. Top service and the best veggie burger and coleslaw I've eaten so far. Even the last cappuccino was delicious. The branch manager was particularly patient and accommodating.

Burgers and fries tasted good. However, for the money we had somewhat small portions. However, both alcoholic cocktails were really bad. A sweet mixture of everything possible, but there was no taste of the alcoholic ingredients mentioned on the menu, such as rum or gin. Both cocktails seemed completely alcohol-free to us. And that at a price of €11.50 per cocktail. Ambience and cleanliness ok. Relatively narrow. Rather loud in the evening. It was relatively full (evening), but we still managed to get a table without a reservation. Precisely because of the cocktails, which were practically alcohol-free but ordered and paid for differently, we left the location with a rather ambivalent feeling.

Massive argument between the staff in front of the guests (entrance to the kitchen/counter). The EC machine slams onto the counter, startling all the guests in the area. Definitely a no-go! We were in this branch for the last time!

The food was delicious, as always. But we had to wait 40 minutes before ordering our food and other people who came in later were served first.

2 of the 4 plates had chipped spots. Fries limp (but €8 for the small bowl). Price performance doesn't fit here at all!

I often eat here with my wife. Always a very nice experience. The food is always perfect, as is the ambience, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. There is something for everyone, both meat eaters and vegans/vegetarians.

We were there for burgers during rush hour Saturday lunchtime. Everything worked great despite the crowds. Cedric handled the service extremely competently and the burgers were really good, although they could have been seasoned a little more. The truffle fries were very tasty!

Very nice staff, that's the be-all and end-all. The food can also be mediocre, but it wasn't here. Vegan or vegetarian great. And the dog was allowed to come along. Modern payment via QR. Thumbs up

I recommend NOT going with a large group. We could hardly sit... The food was really tasty, but the service was bad this time. The side dishes were all swapped. For sweet potato fries you had to pay an additional €1.90 but the portion was extremely small. So the bowl that came wasn't even half full. My colleague had ordered a peach iced tea, then didn't get anything at all and the waiter said "ah yes, they don't have anything" and moved on. After that he didn't come at all, then twice with another drink (then she was soon finished eating, so I shared my drink with her first) and then she was served a cup of hot water and a peppermint tea bag ? We are a family of 4 (1 autistic child) were there on December 31st. Very accommodating and understanding. We are very satisfied.

We were at Hans on December 30, 2024 at around 2 p.m. as we were guests at the Hotel Alte Post. We just wanted something to drink. We were greeted and greeted in a very nice and friendly manner by the young lady at the entrance. Since we didn't have a reservation and just wanted something to drink, she gave us a place at the counter. The location is really mega!!! It was really so crowded that day that every seat was taken. The staff was friendly and nice despite the stress. The employees behind the counter really did a great job, we were able to observe it well. Every move was perfect. Everything without stress and hectic. Truly commendable. All in all, 5 stars from us, unfortunately we've already eaten before, but the burgers looked really great. You can recommend Hans im Glück to everyone. Cocktails were delicious and could be ordered quickly and easily using the QR coder. Keep it up!!!

Having to wait 100 minutes with small children is exhausting. Waited 30 minutes for dessert alone. Various food and drinks came incorrectly. Staff extremely overloaded.

We have wanted to test the restaurant chain for a long time and were really looking forward to it. We waited about 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Then another 15 minutes to finally receive the drinks. Ordering the food also took a long time. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all. The fries were lukewarm and the burgers (1x beef, 1x vegetarian) were unfortunately very dry and unseasoned. We were charged for the lunch menu without asking, even though it was more expensive than the individually ordered dishes and drinks. The high table seating was incredibly uncomfortable and hard. The only positive thing was the 1a cleanliness at the table and with the sauces. For 36€ (2 burgers, 1x side order of fries, 1x Zero Cola, 1x cocktail) the wait was so long and the food was so bad. Unfortunately very disappointing. Only the service was really nice.

We were there for the first time and would love to come back because we all had excellent food, whether salad, bowl, various burgers or fries, everything tasted delicious and was very nicely prepared. There was an exceptional and large selection of drinks, perfect! The service was excellent, extremely friendly and attentive from start to finish, thank you very much! Hello. We've eaten at your place a few times. But this time it wasn't so great. The plate wasn't clean and what bothered me more was that the Burger Cheese Steak Supreme wasn't Supreme at all. In the picture pink fried meat lavishly garnished. For me, almost nothing on it was dried out and cooked to death. And that for 12.90 without any side dishes. The 3rd would be the price 4 drinks, 4 burgers, 2 side dishes and 1 desert over €100. Please, that doesn't work. So try harder and everything will be fine.

A pleasant experience with a delicious offer. Found the lunch menu to be a particularly good deal. It was also very good that there was the same thing for children. The cocktails, thirst quenchers and soft drinks are particularly delicious. It's cool that a children's cocktail is also offered. Ordering via the app was quick and payment was then made to the service staff as well. Small detail that could be improved: plates and coffee saucers should be sorted out a bit. They have the burgers it was really really delicious the fries needed little bit salt but it was good and have kids meal too! And there was 3 models of sauce but I waited 30min :( and it was really busy it was hard to find seats.and the decorations was really cool.

The food and location were really great, there was a very comfortable seating area. The waiter was rather disinterested, took the order and leaned on the table without distancing himself, didn't listen and constantly looked elsewhere than following the conversation. Otherwise he was friendly. When it came to paying, we had his full attention. It was a real shame, but luckily the surroundings and the food were good.

Top ! We visited this hidden gem today with a party of 6. Had special requests and all, no problem at all. Everyone LOVED their food, ambiance, service, and we couldn't believe the little price for what we ate. Clean, warm atmosphere, kind waitress, you can't wish for more!

From an allergy perspective, after a long wait and poor information about the kitchen infrastructure, the service staff advised us to have a side salad instead of French fries. Unfortunately, the service staff was unable to provide any information about what this salad was made of. The furnishings were quite nice, but everything else was below average, especially in relation to the above-average prices for this industry.

Long waiting time for reception. We were given a table at the bar even though I had mentioned it was a quiet place, we have 2 children, after I asked if another table was possible then we got it. Service lady Luna very friendly. Burger little sauce, bread dry, food arrived in 7 minutes, meat is fine.

We were warmly welcomed with our dog. Our desire to have a quiet corner, because our dog, was implemented immediately and in a very friendly manner. Service takes quite a long time and the wrong food was brought at the beginning. However, it was understandable, there were a lot of people - MA were very nice!

Maybe it was just too crowded that day, OK but my drink was served with brown wilted peppermint, then the waiting times and the side salad was very rough and carelessly made, hamburger was OK. I've seen it better in other branches.

Burger und Pommes sind topp. Frisch geraspelter Kohl als Kohlsalat zu verkaufen ist grenzwertig. Was am meisten störte ist das kaputte Geschirr. Bei einer Schüssel war so grob die Ecke raus, dass man Angst haben musste sich zu verletzen beim Essen. Geht gar nicht. Ich habe die Bedienung gebeten, die Schüssel zu entsorgen. Ich bezweifle allerdings, dass das passiert ist.

Basically everything was perfect. When we walked in we were showered with good service until we placed our order. We didn't see anyone for a long time after dinner. The payment attempt took a very long time. But we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Unfortunately, the tables are placed relatively close together in places and the benches have no backrest, which is why it's easy to end up with your back against the back of a neighbor at the other table. It took a good 15 minutes for a service person to come to the table to take the orders. But then everything happened quite quickly. The cocktails came quickly and as ordered. The burgers too. Both tasted excellent. Only the loaded fries still seemed a bit hard on the inside, as if they should have stayed in the deep fryer longer. All in all, the visit was positive; However, next time I wouldn't come here on a Saturday evening, but rather on a quieter day. The staff was very friendly, but also very stressed, but that was understandable.

Burger Pfeffersack: very good, with mushrooms and pepper flavor perfect for me! Sweet potato fries: served cold and another portion of fries had a hair in it, hence one point deducted from the overall rating. Staff very friendly despite the crowds. If you order and pay online at the table, it's a little quicker and you don't have to wait for service.

I've been to "Hans im Glück" with my family a few times. In summary, good things: + Very friendly service + Burger very customizable + Orders were always correct + Food is delivered relatively quickly (the meat is well cooked, fries are never half-soft or overly salty) + The menu offering is very good value for money + Good access with strollers + Painting for children as a pastime & no annoying screens + Sufficient number of high chairs and clean Disadvantages in this branch: - Very busy (space for strollers inside is sometimes very tight) I can only recommend it! Anything but fast food - but a good restaurant to go in spontaneously to eat.

Das Restaurant war am 31.08. um 18:30 Uhr gut besucht. Wartezeit bis zur Bestellung 20 min, bis zur Getränkelieferung insgesamt 40 min. Das Getränk, das zum Menu dazugehört, war nicht lieferbar (warum wird es dann angeboten??). Als Ersatz für einen alkoholfreien Cocktail wurde uns einfach ein Bier gebracht...dieses durfte ich dann kostenlos behalten. Das Ersatzgetränk kam dann nach 55 (!!!) Minuten, nachdem wir bereits mit Essen fertig waren. Zum Essen: der Burger war lecker, aber der Patty bei beiden nur lauwarm. Anrichtung total lieblos, ohne Deko auf dem Teller. Mein Beilagensalat wurde meiner Begleitung geliefert. Der Preis für den Minisalat ist mit 5,50 Euro viel zu teuer. Preis-Leistung passt aus meiner Sicht insgesamt überhaupt nicht!!! Servicepersonal ist total überfordert!!! Der Aufenthalt hat leider gar keinen Spaß gemacht...einmal und nie wieder!!!

The slowest and most inefficient service ever. You wait 20 minutes for your order, then the food and drinks arrive 15 minutes later. After that you can't really pay - they always say - "the colleague is coming soon" and so on for another 15 minutes. There are much better burger restaurants in Konstanz, it's just not worth it.

Extremely slow service, even if there weren't that many tables occupied. The dinner menu offer was not well explained to us and that's why we paid more than we thought. You also pay extra for some side dishes - that wasn't explained either. The service person said himself that there are often misunderstandings about the evening offerings. Isn't this a sign that if people often misunderstand this, then the "offer" needs to be adjusted?

Zuerst mal das Positive: die Burger 🍔 und der Cocktail 🍹 waren lecker und die Einrichtung/Ambiente toll. Das Lokal war zu 2/3 voll. Draussen waren 3 Bedienungen im Einsatz. 2 davon nahmen Bestellungen entgegen, welche deutlich überfordert schienen und ständig die Gäste vertrösteten. Viele Tische wurden längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt/gewischt. Wir wurden dann nach längerem Stehen an einen winzigen Tisch gesetzt, obschon noch grössere frei waren. Als wir nach einer halben Stunde den Tisch auf Anfrage bei einer Bedienung gewechselt hatten, wies uns die andere Bedienung deutlich darauf hin, dass sie den Platz zuweisen, damit die Gäste einen sauberen Tisch erhalten. Unser Tisch wurde längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt. Den Wischlappen hat er nie gesehen. Am neuen Platz verging eine weitere halbe Stunde, bis endlich nach mehrfachem Nachfragen und wiederholter Vertröstung jemand unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Am Nebentischchen (wo wir zuvor sassen) wurde ein Menu online bestellt&der Burger wurde kurz darauf serviert. Es war anscheinend wichtiger, leer hin und her zu gehen, leere Tische zu zählen, einzukassieren, und Gäste zu bedienen die deutlich nach uns das Lokal aufgesucht haben. Die Burger kamen nach ca. 10 Min aus der Küche serviert. Auf fehlendes Besteck und Getränke wurde hingewiesen und ein weiteres Mal versichert, dass es gleich erledigt werde. Besteck nahmen wir uns dann vom Nebentisch, die Getränke kamen eine viertel Stunde später-das Besteck wurde vergessen. Zudem wurde ein bestellter Cocktail mit dem des Nebentisches verwechselt. Die Entschuldigungen des Personals beim Bezahlen kam dahergeredet und machte keinen aufrichtigen Eindruck. Wir sahen auch keinen triftigen Anlass, wieso sich der Service so hinzog. Nicht nur an unserem Tisch. Leider eine so enttäuschende Erfahrung, dass uns dieses Lokal das letzte Mal gesehen hat.
