Absolutely awful... we specifically asked for no bacon in the burger... and what did we get? A burger with bacon! Apparently, we were at the wrong table. Never again!!!

Even though they're "just" burgers, they're very innovative and delicious. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of receiving our burgers cold. That dampened the whole experience a bit.

The restaurant has two entrances. Unfortunately, service at both was mediocre. We stood at the entrance for five minutes, practically ignored. Staff walked right past us, and eventually someone came. Unfortunately, this was the worst Hansi's experience so far. We then had to wait a very long time for a server to take our order. Unfortunately, ordering online at the table didn't work due to a poor internet connection. We then waited another ten minutes just for our drinks. I've never experienced anything like this at a Hansi's before. The food took even longer. Then something was missing, which the server apparently hadn't understood when we ordered. We pointed this out, and it was rectified immediately. 😊 We decided to pay right away when the server came to another table, as we hadn't seen any service otherwise. Perhaps they were understaffed that evening... but it wasn't well organized.

A fantastic burger and cocktail experience in the heart of Konstanz! I visited HANS IM GLÜCK at the Marktstätte and was absolutely thrilled. The burgers are fresh, creative, and incredibly delicious – the vegetarian and vegan options are also outstanding. I especially enjoyed the tasty cocktails, which perfectly complement the food and made the visit even more relaxing. The ambiance is modern and cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. HANS IM GLÜCK in Konstanz is highly recommended for a relaxed lunch, an evening with friends, or a drink after work.

It was okay, but it could be better... it took a while before we were shown to a table, and we ordered online because that also took a very long time. What disappointed me most was the portion size of the fries. I ordered with avocado, etc., for €7.90, and it was only a little over half full. That's unacceptable. Next to us sat three women with small children who were crying and throwing a tantrum. It wasn't a very pleasant experience for us. We still enjoyed the food, though, especially the iced tea, which was very good.

We were completely satisfied with our Saturday lunch today: Our reservation worked, and we got a table right away. Delicious vegan food and fine drinks. Very friendly, attentive service, and no waiting time. Children's requests were also very well catered for. We also liked the ambiance with the "birch trunks" and several illuminated green plants. Thank you very much, we'll be back.

So far, all the dishes have been very good! The selection of meat and vegetarian dishes is very large and varied. The four of us eat there often and have never been disappointed. The wait time is very short, and the staff is always friendly and quick. It's always busy on weekends, but you don't have to wait long for a table. Burgers and bowls are my favorites.

Hans im Glück is simply fantastic. The moment you enter the restaurant, you feel immediately welcomed, and the ambiance invites you to a cozy evening with great burgers and a fantastic selection of drinks. The service is super friendly and patient with your choices, and they are happy to help. The quality of the food was excellent and the food was beautifully presented. Hans im Glück is always a pleasure to visit and is worth recommending.

This was our first time at this Hans im Glück branch, and the food was as good as any Hans im Glück restaurant we've been to. The revised menu, which has been available for a while, is really good. I think it's great that there are a few new dishes, but they're still my favorites. The special (Planted Pastrami Bagel) was super delicious, even though the bagel was like a burger bun, not quite meaty enough for a bagel. But the taste was top-notch. The same goes for the refried beans (I've never had them anywhere before, great!), the salad, and the sweet potato fries (they're always crispy, please tell me your secret). Service was okay, but it was quite cold in the restaurant. Otherwise, everything was good!

There were five of us here, we waited 15 minutes outside, and more than 45 inside, and no one came to take our order. We repeatedly told them we knew what we wanted. Unfortunately, no one came, so we left without ordering. The store wasn't even half full, so we didn't understand why we had to wait outside. We definitely won't be coming back.

The surroundings and atmosphere are pleasant, and you immediately feel at home. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend our waiter, Haza, as he was very friendly, personable, and approachable. In general, the service was excellent, as everyone was very attentive and frequently checked on our well-being. The restaurant is definitely recommended and worth a return visit.

Despite visiting on a weekend evening, we had no trouble finding a table for two people, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't very clean. They're not suitable for small children to use alone.

This afternoon at 3 p.m. we wanted a small snack. Waited 20 minutes for the server. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Fries arrived after a whopping 30 minutes, and such a small portion for €5. Ridiculous. Won't repeat in Konstanz.

Well, what can I say? When I order a colorful salad, I expect a selection of different types of lettuce, not 95% iceberg lettuce garnished with a few colorful leaves. It tasted really good. The service was also top-notch.

We're actually fans of Hans im Glück. Unfortunately, our visit here was really bad. The service took forever to take our order. The salad was wilted, the fries cold. My "avocado fries" were a HUGE disappointment: a meager portion with carelessly prepared guacamole. I wanted sour cream instead of garlic mayo. There was no mayo on it, but there was no sour cream either... The menu said it should have herbs... but they just put some iceberg lettuce on top. Really sad. We definitely won't be back.

The egg on my burger was still completely gooey, and the service was nonexistent. It was way too expensive for what it was. The quality of our food was definitely not there.

The staff is very helpful and friendly,...unfortunately also very disorganized and unstructured...yes, to some extent, I have to say "catastrophic"---the food came very quickly--the fries were cold, topped with already dried-on melted cheese, the burger was tasty but lukewarm----for a price of €25 for a burger and fries, the portion size was rather meager. We had to wait 30 minutes to pay until they agreed on which server would be responsible for us. The men's restroom was moderately dirty. Hans im Glück, that was probably nothing...too bad, your competition can do better.

My wife and I went to Hans im Glück and it was a great experience. I chose the Hochstapler, a double beef sandwich, which was truly delicious. The fries, chicken nuggets, and fried onions were also very good. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, and well-kept. The waitress was extremely kind, friendly, and approachable, making the evening even more enjoyable. The selection of sauces available at the table was also much appreciated. I found the price perfect, neither too high nor too low, just right for the quality offered. The draft wheat beer was fabulous: I drank almost a liter! Overall, everything was excellent: food quality, atmosphere, and service. Final rating: 5 out of 5, highly recommended. 🍔🍻

I was at Hans im Glück today, Friday, August 29, 2025. I had the Double Smash Burger and a non-alcoholic Summer Wind cocktail, and it was delicious.

I'm used to better things from Hans im Glück - Attention vegetarians! On the first evening of our long-awaited girls' weekend, we wanted to go back to the classic: Hans im Glück. You can always rely on it - or so we thought. The wait was very long. Whether it was being seated or until we could place our orders. I treated myself to a peach and passion fruit spritz to celebrate Friday night. I got a drink with dragon fruit. For dinner, I chose a cheeseburger with a vegan beef alternative. To my shock, the alternative was a bit too similar - meat on a vegetarian's burger. That's unacceptable! Unfortunately, the service is also nonexistent, so you can't complain about such mistakes. I find it morally reprehensible to serve meat when you've ordered vegetarian. In the end, we had to go looking for the staff ourselves to pay. The "vegan beef alternative" cost an extra €3.90 on the bill. This wasn't mentioned on the menu. After much complaining, we were given a 20% discount on the bill. I'll think twice about going to Hans im Glück again. It's a shame that after this meal, only Hans im Glück is there and not me. PS: I can't recommend the orange sauce.

The food was great, as always. But I find the seating there very cramped and uncomfortable. The benches are hard and the aisles are narrow. The tables are also quite small.

The side dish was classic fries, which were decent in quality. However, there could have been more. The iced tea ordered was a positive. The changing wait staff seemed listless and unprofessional. They never asked if everything was okay. Given the poor quality of the burgers and a total price of over €64 for three lunch menus, a visit to this Hans im Glück restaurant was disappointing and therefore not recommended. Unfortunately, this confirms a recent TikTok post about another branch.

Unfortunately, we can't rate the food because we weren't served any further. 5 minutes after arriving, we were asked if we wanted to order. Since we were only just getting our drinks, we asked for another 5 minutes. We waited for over half an hour, calling for our attention, but the waiter with dark curls and round glasses was nowhere to be seen. He preferred to flirt or stand with friends (or so it seemed from the outside). After another 15 minutes, we left, visibly annoyed, and also expressed our disappointment at the poor service. There was no apology either. It's a shame, but we definitely won't be back, as other guests also had to wait a long time and seemed more and more annoyed by the minute.

We had a very unfortunate experience at this Hans im Glück location. I ordered the "Lucky Find" burger. Unfortunately, the burger had a hair in it. We informed the staff, they promised me a new one, and the waitress apologized. After a few minutes, a young man with short, dark curls came over, placed the same burger on the table, and said it didn't have any hair at all. He had taken it apart and looked... After a discussion in which I had to emphasize again that it had a hair in it and describe where it was, and that I couldn't eat it, he went back inside with the burger. We were very shocked by the staff's behavior and will certainly never eat at this restaurant again. When paying, I was given a 30% discount on the meal.

Unfortunately, the staff were completely overwhelmed during our last visit. We therefore ordered drinks and food online. After waiting half an hour, we asked for our drinks. Until then, the staff had simply ignored us. After asking twice, they finally brought us the drinks. The food arrived after about an hour. Question: Why can you order directly at your table using a QR code, but there's no table listed for ordering at the checkout? The staff simply didn't know which table ordered which drinks and food. An ordering system would be great if it worked!

I really like the selection here! I think the sheer number of vegan options is fantastic. I highly recommend both the Zeitgeist and the fries with avocado.

I was at Hans im Glück in Konstanz last night and unfortunately have to share a negative experience. The wait to order was far too long. On the upside, the food arrived quickly, but that didn't make up for the other issues. The plates we were served had damaged edges, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff was very uncoordinated; they were running around hectically, which is simply not appropriate in a restaurant. To make matters worse, my order was taken incorrectly, and when I asked for the correct burger with the desired topping, I received the same dish back – but cold. Another issue was a glass with a crack and sharp edges. When we raised this, the server offered no apology. Only when we spoke to the manager did he show understanding and give us a discount on the bill. Nevertheless, the evening was disappointing overall. It wasn't just our table that had such a bad experience. Other guests also struggled with long waits and left in frustration before they could order. I think that better training of staff and greater oversight of the restaurant's operations are urgently needed.

An absolute disgrace... I've been to many Hans im Glück stores, but this one is the worst. The service is completely overwhelmed, and the food is disastrously presented with no enthusiasm! Sauces are expired on the table, and orders take over half an hour even when the store is empty. You get more out of a Burger King visit than that, despite the rat infestation. The store is a disgrace!!!!! Not recommended 🤷‍♂️

So today I was there, first of all we had to wait ages, the imposter burger was so bad, it smelled bad and the salad was fresh on top and so soggy underneath, fresh is more important than anything else, when we left I had a real stomach ache

I really like going to Hans in Glück, but this one has nothing to do with Hans im Glück and the taste is way below par.

We've been here often, also because of the vegan alternatives. But unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my last experience. The wait time was far too long, which was very frustrating. The service was inattentive, and it seemed as if the customers weren't really the focus. Overall, I was hoping for more customer-focused and better service. The food was presented carelessly and no longer lived up to the quality I've always appreciated. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Nevertheless, I would like to give the team a second chance, as I generally appreciate the restaurant very much and know that things can be done differently. I hope to experience the usual quality again on my next visit.
