Selten so schlecht gegessen. Verstehe diesen Hype überhaupt nicht. Das Fleisch war minderwertige Qualität was man in jedem fast food besser serviert bekommt. Die pommes waren kalt und abgestanden. Die Bowl die keine war sondern ein Salat, Aperol in einem Wasserglas..... Erster und letzter Besuch.

Ate delicious burgers, if desired they are also available without buns and onions. Different rolls to choose from. Good price-performance ratio. We would be happy to come back.

For longer stays I find the seating options (some without a backrest) a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

The food is as good as in every other restaurant from this chain. Yummy and done with love, however the restaurant was almost empty when we were there and they were not really paying attention to us when we called them to order. They were reacting quite slow.

Unique ambience made of wood 🪵 services and atmosphere were fantastic. Food quality can be improved a little to make this all time go-to place.

-10000000 | Ich kann die ganzen positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen? Absolut NICHT(!) zu empfehlen! Das Fleisch schmeckt schlechter als im Discounter. Sogar McDonalds schmeckt besser. Für den Preis maßlos unverschämt. Der angebliche „Betriebsleiter“ war noch obendrauf unverschämt, dermaßen unfreundlich und alles andere als Kompetent. Wir werden nie wieder dort rein gehen. Schade, um das verschwendete Geld (was der „Betriebsleiter“ im übrigen komplett verlangte, obwohl das Essen stehen gelassen wurde), sowie unsere Zeit.

As expected, the food was again very good and everyone in our group enjoyed it. No matter which city I'm in, Hans in Glück is always my first choice because I always get very good vegan food there! 😋

Food was good but staff was very stressed and inexperienced. First you forgot a meal, then you brought the wrong one. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the restaurant.

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich den Hype um Hans im Glück nicht nachvollziehen. Sowohl der Service als auch das Essen selbst waren unterer Durchschnitt. Die Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr eng, was besonders mit Kindern sich schwierig gestaltet… Zudem wurde einmal die Süßkartoffel Pommes vergessen als auch unser Getränk. Hier mussten wir mehrfach nachhaken. an sich ist die Location sehr schön, jedoch erinnert das Essen und der Service an einen besseren McDonald’s.

I spent the day at Hans im Glück as part of a business lunch. I made the choice because I already knew Hans im Glück from another city and you can't go wrong with the choice. The ambience was nice, the menu sounds nice and the food is good. The guests enjoyed it. The (cellar) beer in particular was praised as highly recommended. What we all didn't like was that it was very cramped. Our place was not for people who have a larger personality or who prefer to have a little distance from their companion. For these people, I recommend reserving a place for four and going in pairs. Unfortunately, even when we asked kindly, they didn't give us another seat, even though there were many tables available that weren't used the entire evening. There was certainly a planning reason for this, but it wasn't clear to us. That was too bad. I probably wouldn't go again for business purposes, but perhaps for personal reasons. In any case, it's a nice shop for people who like to be close to each other.

The food was delicious and the service was very nice. I'm really looking forward to the next visit.

Simply very, very good again. Years ago we were in Bochum and now here in Mannheim. It's always an experience.

The "Hans im Glück" in Mannheim has a modern, attractive interior, but the tables are very small and the seating is tight. The food was tasty, freshly prepared, but nothing extraordinary. The service was attentive and friendly 😊.

We were a group of nine people. The ambience was great, the service was great, the taste was great, but the hamburgers were a bit small. I have one criticism: we all ordered hamburgers with fries and sometimes the hamburgers came first and the fries much later, so that people finished the hamburgers and then the fries came 🙃 but not for everyone.

A little expensive for breakfast, but you know who drinks beer for breakfast))

The ambience is absolutely amazing! The food was excellent! I can only recommend it and will come again. Great! This time, as an exception, there is a 1 point deduction for service. It all took a relatively long time. If it was an exception, full points will be given again next time

A friend invited us to dinner and suggested we go here. We were surprised and were not disappointed. The interior is special. “Welcome to the Birch Forest” is written on the menu and it couldn’t have been worded better. The menu is modern and you can't find the food everywhere. Requests are welcome and will be taken into account. The drinks are very tasty. In terms of price it was absolutely reasonable. (Just under €50, two people). There are also menus with a burger, side dish and drink. The service was friendly, even if you always had to wait a bit. Both the drinks and the food arrived very quickly. The parking space is directly in the form of an underground car park. All in all it was a very nice evening with good food and we will definitely come back.

The food was good, even if the portions were a bit smaller. Basically a nice atmosphere and at the same time a bit cramped due to the tree trunks.

The only drawback was that I tripped and fell on a step because it wasn't clearly separated from the ground. Everything else is just great

The food was very tasty. Basically the drinks were too. Only one drink was delivered incorrectly 3 times in a row. We gave up then. However, the staff is very nice and we would like to come back. Our daughter was given art supplies and I was even offered a coffee at the end at the service's expense. I thought that was very nice. Thank you for the lovely visit.

Hello dear Hans in the Glück Team, Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with you today. I wanted to pay with my voucher and then got the answer from them: "It won't work because the device is defective, maybe again in mid-January"! Sorry, but I have no understanding of such things. If your voucher device doesn't work, then something like this cannot be carried out on the backs of the customers. You just have to come up with something like how the voucher can be booked manually or something else. I will now take a longer HIG break…. Very unfortunate

Gutes Gebäude, super Service und das Essen war klasse

Erster Besuch und Eindruck: Stylisch, Personal sehr freundlich (da können sich andere wirklich eine Scheibe von Abschneiden!), Essen auch lecker - Natürlich ist es nur Fast Food, aber es ist einfach stimmig. Nach weiterem Besuch muss ich leider etwas abwerten: Scheinbar war zu wenig Personal da, es hat insgesamt zu lang gedauert. Das Personal war aber durchweg sehr freundlich. Gewundert hat uns, dass die Corona 3G-Regel überhaupt nicht überprüft wurde.

Das Konzept ist ja inzwischen bekannt, aber hier wieder top umgesetzt. Freundliches, gut gelauntes Personal, flotter Service trotz vollem Haus. Leckere Burger mit richtig großer Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Versionen. Hat einfach rundum Spaß gemacht und war sehr lecker.

Sehr liebe und geduldige Bedienung! Klasse Beratung bei fünf Kindern. Familien willkommen! Sehr sehr lecker, viele vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Tolle selbstgemachte Limo und Cocktails. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Und kommen im neuen Jahr gerne wieder.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommen, denn das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Darüberhinaus kam unser Essen in windeseile, nachdem wir es bestellt hatten. Wirklich TOP!

Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war lecker. Der Service war ebenfalls top. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Burgern.

Ambiente und Service Top. Essen kam sehr schnell und vollständig. Die Knoblauch Pommes haben leider nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen.

Die Servicekraft top , Restaurant sehr angenehm. Getränke und Essen viel zu teuer und zu klein besonders die Pommes. Für 0.33 ml Alkoholfreies Bier(das teuerste Bier was je hatte)und für die sehr kleine Menge Pommes mit Chili ist der Preis auch übertrieben. Die Hamburger waren lecker. War mein erster Besuch und mein letzter bei den Preisen , war danach nochmal was essen .

Leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente.

Es war perfekt, habe meine verlobte eingeladen und werde es immer wieder tun. Masud hat uns super bedient, tollen Job gemacht und super Tag verbracht.

Durch die Menge an Kunden war die Stimmung teils etwas stressig, alles in allem war ich mehr als zufrieden👍🏼 gerne wieder!

Sitzplätze sind sehr eng und keine Sitzmöglichkeit für größere Gruppen, aber schönes Ambiente. Auf den Toiletten hat es durchgehend unangenehm gerochen. Musik war zu laut, dass man sich nicht gut unterhalten konnte. Essen war okay, Service war freundlich.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, die Tische sind klein und ungemütlich und auch die Atmosphäre könnte insgesamt gemütlicher sein.

Schönes Ambiente, tolles Essen und die Warte Zeiten auf Getränke und essen waren keine 10 Minuten wirklich top.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist auch mega nett. Generell ist das Restaurant sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Wir haben auch nicht mehr als fünf Minuten auf das Essen gewartet.

Speisen und Getränke weitestgehend gut. Die Pommes waren eher Durchschnitt. Beim Service lief nicht alles optimal, sowohl beim Bringen der Burger (Besteck wurde vergessen, mussten wir nachhaken), wie bei der Bezahlung. Mussten wir auch mehrmals nachhaken.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
