The ambience immediately stood out to me and I thought it was very cool. Very friendly service, good burgers, coffee and cocktails. I also thought it was okay for the price. Top!

Service was unfriendly! They forgot to bring the fries they had ordered and when asked in a friendly manner, which he saw as an attack, he claimed we hadn't ordered anything but it was on the order. We looked at the QR code at the table and he didn't expect that. [Magic] it's a shame that I have to rate it like that due to poor service... Mistakes happen but then getting cheeky?! It's just forgotten fries and he's making out so hard? When we wanted to pay, he made us wait an extra long time until I walked up myself. Unfortunately we got the most unmotivated colleague... This is also how much the tip is for a table of 6.

I actually like going to Hans im Glück and it always tastes good, but we probably won't be ordering food to pick up anymore. The rolls were swapped, the extra sauce was missing and the existing one was wrong, plus a cheese sauce for a completely vegan order, that's really not possible, it's a shame.

The small tables take a lot of getting used to. But the service is a disaster. We ordered dessert twice (delay) and both times we waited about 30 minutes. It took the citizens about 15 minutes. So we won't come anymore.

Hans im Glück is an excellent burger restaurant. The selection of burgers is impressive and creative. Fresh ingredients ensure an incomparable taste. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and justified. Every visit is a pleasure. I recommend Hans im Glück without a doubt!

Was ignored by the cellars and left after half an hour without being able to place an order. What a juice shop.

1. When ordering, the waiter first says there are no more brioche buns (at 5 p.m. already?) and next door in the kitchen, burgers are topped with brioche buns and served throughout the entire visit 2. Burgers were mixed up. Everyone got a different bun 3. It was totally cold in the restaurant, which made it uncomfortable 4. When I asked if we wanted to pay, no one came for 20 minutes until we finally decided to use the QR code. It's all well and good that you can pay using the code, but that's a hassle if the internet doesn't work there or is very slow The food itself is really good, but unfortunately the service and the other circumstances had a rather negative impact on the visit.

The food and ambience itself are really good, the staff is also very nice, but I imagine something different when it comes to cleanliness. Our table was completely wet and after I rested my arms on the table, the sleeves of my white sweater were completely brown and dirty. Whatever that was on the table, it couldn't be, you could have at least wiped the table in front of it.

I have to honestly admit, this was the best service I've experienced so far. The waiters were all very friendly and very welcoming. The boss Nino was also at our table and warmly welcomed us. The food was also great. I have to say that the atmosphere was perfect for December, as Christmas music was also playing. So thank you again for the great experience 👍🏽

Very nice restaurant and delicious burgers. I like that you can order and pay yourself using your cell phone, but of course you also have the very nice service at your disposal. I also think the outdoor area is very nice.

The food was very good and came very quickly. However, there weren't many tables occupied. It was quite cold, so you need to dress well if you are a bit cold. You can't really judge the service as a whole here. You can order directly from your cell phone using the QR code at the table. Unfortunately, the service staff do not point this out to you and even after a long wait and no order has been received, no employee comes to the table to take an order. You have to specifically ask the service staff to be able to order, which is a shame. In general everyone was very friendly.

Hans im Glück is definitely a great place to go for burger lovers! The burgers are always fresh, tasty and prepared with high-quality ingredients. I especially love the fries with truffle mayonnaise – simply delicious! The service is always friendly, attentive and quick, which makes the visit really pleasant. One small point of criticism: The cocktails and desserts could be improved a bit, as they lag behind the other dishes in terms of taste. I've noticed this on several visits. Still, I keep coming back for the burgers and the great atmosphere!

Unfortunately the patty didn't really taste fresh. That's why I wouldn't come back. Service was OK, but the fries were forgotten.

The food is expensive and the portions are small. Without a reservation you always have to sit at the bar, where it is very narrow and uncomfortable. You pay 60 euros and leave with a headache and in an hour you're hungry again.

The food was okay but definitely not worth the price...unfortunately. The service was nice and asked at the end if everything was okay. The ambience is nice at first impression, but if you take a closer look you realize that it is not designed to linger. The options for leaning on were almost non-existent... that means either sitting slouched the whole time or sitting upright during the entire stay! I was there on November 15th, 2024 (Friday) around 4 p.m.

We had vegan burgers, salad and sweet potato fries. Everything was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was attentive and the ambience is just great! You have to try the homemade lemonade!

The food at Hans im Glück in Mannheim was excellent - the burgers were very tasty and creative. The price is a bit high but the quality is good. I also liked the children's menu, everyone enjoys the great options for children. Another plus point: short waiting times, even when the restaurant is full. There is also a large selection of delicious vegetarian dishes.

Lots of space inside and out in the usual HIG flair. The associated parking garage is noteworthy.

It was incredibly hot there and there was way too little staff, which led to quite long waiting times. On top of that, you pay a hefty price for all the trendy dishes and the fancy birch forest they’ve put inside the building. There is a small minus for the not clearly stated special offers that were on the tables as cards.

The burgers are great: juicy, the beef not overcooked, with tasty ingredients (we had “Full-bodied” and “Peppersack”), and in a tasty and sturdy bread. The homemade lemonade is also very tasty. In the inner courtyard you can sit in the shade away from traffic and enjoy the fresh lift. The only drawback during our visit was that there weren't enough service staff to cope with the huge rush. Nevertheless, we quickly got tickets and were able to order, and the food arrived fairly quickly, even though we had been warned that it could take longer. We only had to wait a really long time when paying and I finally paid inside. Ordering additional drinks or desserts from neighboring tables also apparently took longer. On the other hand, it shows that the priority was to bring the main course to the table in a reasonable time despite the rush, even if additional drinks or desserts and paying might have taken longer. We'd love to come back.

The burgers and sides are okay. The meatballs appear to be frozen goods. If the burgers cost less than €10, the price/performance ratio would be ok. The draft beer is good. Nicely decorated inside, cozy outside. The service is quick and competent.

Just a few minutes from the back of the main trainstation. They weren't too busy so the food came quick and was freshly made. Burger was well cooked, fries where yummy. You can have it as a menu together with a drink which is a good deal. Service was nice too.

Fast food restaurant with the look of a Guourmet temple. Drink prices are at the upper limit of pain. The burger was very tasty, as were the fries. You had to make a relative effort to get the service staff. But the order came quite quickly.

Selten so schlecht gegessen. Verstehe diesen Hype überhaupt nicht. Das Fleisch war minderwertige Qualität was man in jedem fast food besser serviert bekommt. Die pommes waren kalt und abgestanden. Die Bowl die keine war sondern ein Salat, Aperol in einem Wasserglas..... Erster und letzter Besuch.

Ate delicious burgers, if desired they are also available without buns and onions. Different rolls to choose from. Good price-performance ratio. We would be happy to come back.

For longer stays I find the seating options (some without a backrest) a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

The food is as good as in every other restaurant from this chain. Yummy and done with love, however the restaurant was almost empty when we were there and they were not really paying attention to us when we called them to order. They were reacting quite slow.

-10000000 | Ich kann die ganzen positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen? Absolut NICHT(!) zu empfehlen! Das Fleisch schmeckt schlechter als im Discounter. Sogar McDonalds schmeckt besser. Für den Preis maßlos unverschämt. Der angebliche „Betriebsleiter“ war noch obendrauf unverschämt, dermaßen unfreundlich und alles andere als Kompetent. Wir werden nie wieder dort rein gehen. Schade, um das verschwendete Geld (was der „Betriebsleiter“ im übrigen komplett verlangte, obwohl das Essen stehen gelassen wurde), sowie unsere Zeit.

As expected, the food was again very good and everyone in our group enjoyed it. No matter which city I'm in, Hans in Glück is always my first choice because I always get very good vegan food there! 😋

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich den Hype um Hans im Glück nicht nachvollziehen. Sowohl der Service als auch das Essen selbst waren unterer Durchschnitt. Die Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr eng, was besonders mit Kindern sich schwierig gestaltet… Zudem wurde einmal die Süßkartoffel Pommes vergessen als auch unser Getränk. Hier mussten wir mehrfach nachhaken. an sich ist die Location sehr schön, jedoch erinnert das Essen und der Service an einen besseren McDonald’s.

I spent the day at Hans im Glück as part of a business lunch. I made the choice because I already knew Hans im Glück from another city and you can't go wrong with the choice. The ambience was nice, the menu sounds nice and the food is good. The guests enjoyed it. The (cellar) beer in particular was praised as highly recommended. What we all didn't like was that it was very cramped. Our place was not for people who have a larger personality or who prefer to have a little distance from their companion. For these people, I recommend reserving a place for four and going in pairs. Unfortunately, even when we asked kindly, they didn't give us another seat, even though there were many tables available that weren't used the entire evening. There was certainly a planning reason for this, but it wasn't clear to us. That was too bad. I probably wouldn't go again for business purposes, but perhaps for personal reasons. In any case, it's a nice shop for people who like to be close to each other.

The "Hans im Glück" in Mannheim has a modern, attractive interior, but the tables are very small and the seating is tight. The food was tasty, freshly prepared, but nothing extraordinary. The service was attentive and friendly 😊.

We were a group of nine people. The ambience was great, the service was great, the taste was great, but the hamburgers were a bit small. I have one criticism: we all ordered hamburgers with fries and sometimes the hamburgers came first and the fries much later, so that people finished the hamburgers and then the fries came 🙃 but not for everyone.

The ambience is absolutely amazing! The food was excellent! I can only recommend it and will come again. Great! This time, as an exception, there is a 1 point deduction for service. It all took a relatively long time. If it was an exception, full points will be given again next time

A friend invited us to dinner and suggested we go here. We were surprised and were not disappointed. The interior is special. “Welcome to the Birch Forest” is written on the menu and it couldn’t have been worded better. The menu is modern and you can't find the food everywhere. Requests are welcome and will be taken into account. The drinks are very tasty. In terms of price it was absolutely reasonable. (Just under €50, two people). There are also menus with a burger, side dish and drink. The service was friendly, even if you always had to wait a bit. Both the drinks and the food arrived very quickly. The parking space is directly in the form of an underground car park. All in all it was a very nice evening with good food and we will definitely come back.

The food was very tasty. Basically the drinks were too. Only one drink was delivered incorrectly 3 times in a row. We gave up then. However, the staff is very nice and we would like to come back. Our daughter was given art supplies and I was even offered a coffee at the end at the service's expense. I thought that was very nice. Thank you for the lovely visit.

Hello dear Hans in the Glück Team, Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with you today. I wanted to pay with my voucher and then got the answer from them: "It won't work because the device is defective, maybe again in mid-January"! Sorry, but I have no understanding of such things. If your voucher device doesn't work, then something like this cannot be carried out on the backs of the customers. You just have to come up with something like how the voucher can be booked manually or something else. I will now take a longer HIG break…. Very unfortunate

Erster Besuch und Eindruck: Stylisch, Personal sehr freundlich (da können sich andere wirklich eine Scheibe von Abschneiden!), Essen auch lecker - Natürlich ist es nur Fast Food, aber es ist einfach stimmig. Nach weiterem Besuch muss ich leider etwas abwerten: Scheinbar war zu wenig Personal da, es hat insgesamt zu lang gedauert. Das Personal war aber durchweg sehr freundlich. Gewundert hat uns, dass die Corona 3G-Regel überhaupt nicht überprüft wurde.
