The food and service were okay. However, they're currently not accepting vouchers due to insolvency proceedings, and unfortunately, you find out about it too late. The information is on the menu, but it's easy to miss. It's a shame that they don't point this out or compensate you with some other kind gesture. So, our friends essentially lost their money.

We were in the beer garden with a group of 10 people and wanted some delicious food and drinks. The beer garden and the restaurant itself are very nice, cozy, and nice to sit outside on a hot summer day. The schnitzel on the menu was, unfortunately, the worst I've ever eaten. Colleagues who also chose it shared the same opinion. The staff was friendly and attentive, but an entire drink order went "lost," so we waited 45 minutes for the next round. It's a shame about the restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend it in good faith.

What stands out is the service: the (very slim, somewhat older) old-school waiter simply knows how to serve; he lives and breathes his job. That's extremely rare these days, please keep up the good work!

Simply outstanding – whether fish, meat, or fresh salads, everything is prepared with love. The homemade lemonades are a dream, and the limoncello is a must! Large portions, fair prices, and a breakfast selection that truly leaves nothing to be desired – colorful, fresh, and delicious. Particularly noteworthy: the super-friendly and attentive service. You feel completely at home. A clear recommendation!

Ist es fehlende Intelligenz, dass es einen Zusammenhang zwischen einem guten und netten Service und einem guten Lokal gibt? Ist es so schwierig zu verstehen, dass guter Service mit Wiederkehr und Trinkgeld belohnt wird? Man kann ja mal einen schlechten Tag haben, oder die Hormone drehen durch, oder es ist heiß, aber wenn es immer unfreundlich ist, dann passt was nicht

I was in a bit of a pickle today… I stayed in one of the neighboring towns and my hotel’s wifi was not on my side of destiny while having a really important interview. I went around the suburbs asking every cafe in the neighborhood if they could help me with a stable wifi connection and a quiet spot, none of them could. A customer in one of the cafes I asked for help, overheard me and recommended to go to Lindbergh. I’ve called them and they assured me that they will find a solution for me (so lovely). I went there and the staff was nothing less than incredible. They accommodated me every way, were helping beyond expectations (one of the waiters even brought me his headset so I could have a focused call). I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff. They really did me a solid one and I made it to the final rounds for a great opportunity. Thank you guys for being kind and real humans in the service industry!!!

We were there yesterday for dinner with eight people. First, the staff: we were served by a very nice and pretty lady who did everything to our satisfaction. The food! All the healthy dishes, salads, etc., were very tasty. Meat dishes like schnitzel, while not bad, were only semi-good. Some of the prices were too high. I would come again, though.

The food is delicious, but it's way overpriced and the portions are small. Charging €20 for a small portion of pasta is pretty outrageous. Then the waiters suddenly disappear, and we waited 30 minutes for new drinks. All of them! That's completely unacceptable. The beer prices are also higher than usual at €5.50 for a 0.5 liter. I'd rather go somewhere else. Never again!

The food is of good quality. However, I don't think the price-performance ratio is quite good. The food is very tasty. I find the portions very small, meaning you're still quite hungry even after a main course. And for the amount you get, I don't think the price is justified. Unfortunately, I've also had dishes brought to me in the wrong order, and the meat was cold. I think that shouldn't happen, especially given the prices.

Good restaurant near the B&B Hotel and the airport. We had the schnitzel and salad with steak. It was the best salad I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere is also good. The restaurant has modern decor. We'd be happy to come back.

Apparently, last time wasn't a slip-up; they just can't do any better. Was here for lunch yesterday. Supposedly, it was Münsterland pork schnitzel, but it was actually just two indefinable, thin pieces of meat, much too hard and flavorless. The fried potatoes weren't crispy, but completely soggy in oil. The cranberries were obviously a cheap discount store jam. And all for 19 euros. They're cutting corners here on both the cost of goods and the kitchen staff. I used to come here often and really enjoyed it, but yesterday was the last time. The waiter was good, so it deserves a star.

We visited Lindbergh on Saturday for the first and, unfortunately, last time. We had the schnitzel, which was unfortunately very dry and very thin, and not seasoned either. The fried potatoes were good. The drink prices are a negative, for example, a 0.4 litre Pepsi for 5.40. On the positive side: the service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Conclusion: Very expensive for food and drinks.

Unfortunately, customer service is very poor! As a family, we wanted to redeem a voucher, but as we had previously discussed with the Lindbergh staff over the phone, it had already expired. They said it wouldn't expire, that's what they said on the phone. No luck! We had to pay, and the voucher was no longer valid. What a pity...

A group of seven of us went to eat at the "Lindbergh" this evening. Great location, pleasant ambiance, super friendly service!!!! But...I wouldn't go back just for the food. Too bad, it could have become one of my favorites. Maybe I'll try the breakfast?!

The place is completely overpriced. 25 euros for a measly pumpkin curry with chicken?? The location is so-so...if you like smelling jet fuel from the neighboring airport on the terrace, this is the place for you. The Pfitzenmeier Fitness Club in the neighboring building makes finding a parking space significantly more difficult. I certainly won't be going here again. There are much better places in Mannheim.

We ate at the Lindbergh with our family on Saturday. Excellent, kudos to the kitchen!!! Even though a wedding was taking place in the next room, we received very attentive service, advice, and food. We had the appetizer plate with delicious bread and beef tartare and the quartet: with olives, hummus, feta cheese, and grilled pepperoni. For the main course, we had the truffle pasta, rump steak, and pike-perch fillet, and a veggie bowl. For dessert, we had cheesecake and crème brûlée. Everything was incredibly delicious; we'd love to come back!

We had brunch today for Mother's Day, catastrophic, long wait for drinks. The buffet was nothing and the warm food was inedible, the salmon had no taste and the roast beef was pink. And for the price???? My dear Scholli. Never again

Been here several times for lunch after the May market. The restaurant offers good daily specials for lunch at fair prices. The service is attentive and not intrusive. I think the decor of the restaurant is very successful, in keeping with the name Lindbergh. Overall, a good address for smaller private or business events.

We sat in the beer garden and had a delicious meal. Service was very friendly and also provided information about public transport. We would love to come back next time we visit Mannheim.

We were there for lunch to enjoy the ambience of the airport. There's a lot of "see and be seen", which unfortunately continues on the menu. Not only was the bouillabaisse properly salted, but unfortunately so were the prices. If I am €65 poorer for a fish soup (with extremely little addition), a starter plate to share and three drinks, then unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't match at all. The service was once again flawless and attentive. Overall, unfortunately not recommended for more than a sundowner, which is a shame.

I had dinner here with friends yesterday. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. I find the pricing policy outrageous. I had a bowl and asked for a slice of bread. I was informed that the bread basket would cost €3. Due to the small portion size, I ordered the bread - five small slices of baked baguette came. And I wasn't full yet. It wasn't anything special in terms of taste, but it was nicely presented. My friends' schnitzels looked good, although very greasy, but they both enjoyed them. Unfortunately I can't make a recommendation. It's a shame, I used to be here more often (a few years ago).

Wir waren seit Jahren mal wieder im Lindbergh, aber einen erneuten Besuch wird es sicherlich nicht mehr geben! Den Service kann man noch einigermaßen gut bewerten, der Rest war absolut enttäuschend! Die Atmosphäre ist ungemütlich und durch das sehr in die Jahre gekommen Inventar alles andere als einladend. Nahezu jeder Stuhl hat eine Beschädigung am Bezug, die Tische sind ebenso alt …… Das Essen war unterirdisch : - das Nudelgericht total verkocht, der Pancetta war nicht angebraten und somit „schwabbelig“ , zudem die Portion viel zu klein für den Preis! - das Schnitzel hat außer nach altem Öl nach nichts geschmeckt, die Konsistenz war minderwertig (Convenience) , die Bratkartoffeln waren alles andere als Bratkartoffeln ( ebenfalls Convenience ). - Die Salm ( Lachs ) , der uns als Lachsforelle verkauft wurde, war einigermaßen genießbar, allerdings für die „Qualität“ viel zu teuer!

We went to the restaurant on a Thursday evening. The waitress was super nice, very attentive and friendly. Your service was simply top. The menu is manageable, but the quality of the food is very good! First of all, there was some attention from the kitchen - really good, visually and taste-wise. When the weather is warm, the beer garden is very well attended. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available, although somewhat hidden (it's best to ask!).

Also on April 4th. we were there again. The food was excellent. The staff very nice and attentive. The restaurant is always a great address. Above all, there are enough parking spaces

The dishes were freshly prepared, and the flavors complemented each other well. The main course was particularly delicious—well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The appetizer and dessert were also a lovely way to round off the meal. The service was friendly and professional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and provided us with good recommendations. We felt well looked after. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening, and we will definitely return.

A little expensive but you can enjoy your food in peace.

I've been going there regularly for years (actually: decades) for smaller and larger celebrations and meetings. Everything usually goes well, even if it can take a little longer if it's particularly busy (summer, beer garden). Depending on the weather, both the interior and the terrace and beer garden are nice places for a nice dinner. The menu has recently become a little smaller, but is still more than sufficient and very varied. The quality is excellent, the prices are now at the industry standard and somewhat higher level. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it is worth it. The service is fast and friendly, I can't understand other reviews/opinions - maybe it's because of how you call into the forest :-) The parking situation varies, but there is usually still space at least in the airport parking garage at very reasonable prices. Accessibility for external guests is very good.

The food was really good. The steak was cooked to perfection, the jus and herb butter were delicious, and the side dishes were also good. The furniture was a bit dated and a bit mismatched in places.

Unfortunately, with the new management, the portions have become smaller and the prices have become significantly higher. So it's better to look for something else to fill up with food.

The chef or kitchen assistant (?) helps himself to the brunch buffet while it is in operation. You sit in the large hall like in a hospital canteen. no recommendation!

The four of us went to brunch at Lindhberg in Mannheim today. The price was €26.90 without coffee. Here the price for a latte is €5... that's pretty steep. With two drinks per person we paid over €150. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it at all. For breakfast there was very cheap sausage and cheese. No salmon or other delicacies. Dark bread wasn't fresh, the white bread was OK. There were enough and fresh types of fruit available. The highlight, however, was the warm lunch. Potatoes not cooked through, cabbage rolls inedible, cabbage undercooked. As an alternative variant, tried chili con carne. Also not edible because the meat was not properly seared. And there were only small breakfast plates for lunch... or rather luckily, nothing fit on them. Since the restaurant was busy, our expectations were probably too high for this high price. We simply won't visit again in the future. Praise to our waiter, who acted very carefully and competently.

If you find an open staple in your food and the waiter says: "It's not ours. We don't use that here." When you react to that, you're just at a loss for words. No apology, no compensation...nothing. Very unfortunate

Sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente, ausgefallene Fischkompositionen. Allerdings waren alle Hauptspeisen recht knapp portioniert und Brot zu meinem Lindbergh-Salat mit Rinderhüfte hätte extra gekostet. Sehr freundlicher Service, jedoch stimmte die Rechnung nicht (zum Glück bemerkt) und musste korrigiert werden. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.

We had dinner there today. Ambience quite nice. The food was good, but I've also eaten better. Price for the portions are already sporty. Not a criticism per se, but there are better restaurants. However, the waiter was very bold. I've NEVER experienced anything like that. He actually complains to my husband about the tip. I thought I wasn't hearing properly. I said he should be happy that there are people who tip at all. The young man started to complain that he would have to give part of the tip to the operator anyway and if we only give so little, nothing will stick with him. Sorry, boy. If you have problems trying to get more tips, it's not a good idea. Rather embarrassing and bad for the operator because he now receives a bad rating. I would NEVER have dared to talk to a guest like that and point out that we should tip more. In my opinion it was more than fair. After all, tipping is a voluntary service! Maybe re-educate this young man about customer service. Thank you very much for your attention

Recently, you can no longer get a single slice of bread with a Caesar salad, which in itself is not worth the money. If you want a slice of bread, you have to order a whole bread creation with butter for a whopping €6.50🙈 That's beyond shameful! I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Actually it was turned into a night club. Gregor Tresher was playing and the atmosphere was great. Lots of lovely, smiliypeople. Great music. The sound system was perfect but the avenue is not for techno parties. The acoustic and the sound proof (isolation) is not music friendly.

Limited recommendation. You can hardly get away with anything less than €40 here. These are prices for a higher class restaurant than is offered here. It's too loud and too bistro-like for that.

The food was fantastic. The portions are reasonable and really well prepared. Absolutely top taste. The service was courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive despite the capacity being at full capacity. I was thrilled and will definitely come here more often.

We were there for brunch, the food was very disastrous, there wasn't enough for all the people, when we pointed this out to the very friendly staff, they said there were no plans to refill, ok, the kitchen did refill after all, the prices on the website do not match the prices on site, the meat that was empty, pork cheeks, was not refilled 1 to 1, but a couple of schnitzels were quickly cut into small pieces and only briefly fried, so that they were brutally tough, the service, when they were there, was very friendly but that was it, that was a lesson for us and we won't be coming back to this restaurant.

We took part in the brunch buffet here for €26.90. Coffee costs extra. We are very disappointed with this buffet, a lot of metro on the plate, no salmon, no cooked ham, no white sausages, there are dry meatballs and dry chicken wings. The warm meal around 12 o'clock wasn't any better. When it came to the potato gratin, the potatoes were still hard and the pork cheeks were tough. There was still beef brisket, well, but no side dishes like noodles or sparrows, and no vegetables, which meant only rice with all the dishes. It was worse than a canteen. The Spezi 0.4 costs €5.40 and the milk coffee €4.50, really exorbitant. I'd rather go back to Speyer to the Wirtshaus am Dom, the price and quality are right and the coffee is included. I received the Lindbergh team 2 weeks later a snotty and insulting email telling me I should have breakfast somewhere else and be annoying there.

My group of girls had been looking forward to this brunch experience at Lindbergh after a good experience two years ago. Unfortunately we were more than disappointed: The atmosphere in the dance room was not at all comfortable - community hall atmosphere, no decorations, cold, so we kept our jackets on for longer. Very manageable selection of food (no fish - neither cold nor warm, just 2 similar meat dishes) little special and the food on offer was partly dry and quite bland. Eggs, white sausages and bacon were left unlabeled next to the empty warming containers that were filled around 12 p.m. No one has seen these unless they have opened every vessel. The service was friendly and reliable. The price is not justified: I paid just under €50 with a tip, water and tea. Unfortunately we will look for an alternative next time.

We went for brunch with family and friends. The brunch buffet didn't really convince us. In terms of taste, the warm food was very tasty, whereas the cold area left something to be desired. We were glad our daughter, who is a vegetarian, wasn't there because she wouldn't have gotten her money's worth. It would also have been nice to have signs to let you know what to put on your plate. I also found it a shame that at least one warm drink wasn't included. All in all, we expected more for the price. I wouldn't say we won't come back, but the brunch didn't leave us with a wow effect. It should also be noted that we were happy to have a table in the dining room, which was very nice and comfortable, whereas the background noise in the buffet area was very loud.

Das Restaurant wurde uns vom Hotel empfohlen, da wir früher vor Ort waren und noch nicht einchecken konnten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, denn das Restaurant machte einen sehr schönen Eindruck, was durch das leckere Essen bestätigt wurde. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und auch auf Sonderwünsche ging man ohne Probleme ein. Das Ambiente des Lokals ist wirklich besonders. Sollte ich wieder mal in der Nähe sein, werde ich auf jeden Fall etwas mehr Zeit hier verbringen.

I also found the waffle station very convincing and the dough was really very freshly prepared, everything tasted very tasty. The service was also very friendly. I would be happy to recommend the restaurant and would like to come back.

Prices are reasonable, and the bartenders are friendly. I've been four times (€13 entry), but the experience has been inconsistent. Once, it was nearly empty by 1 AM. While usually busy, the crowd is of the second and third age, and a few young ones aren't comfortable speaking English. The music (Latino DJs) could be improved, and the abundance of cameras and crowded bathrooms detract from the overall experience. Once you go out of the club, they dont let you back in. What is the stamp for? Asked the owner about this and no answer

I had spare ribs with coleslaw (very annoying with mayonnaise), which were unfortunately very greasy, lots of small pieces of bone probably from cutting, not recommended! Was very disappointed, but we also had a schnitzel with potato salad and cucumber salad, which was very tasty.
