Very good burgers and friendly service

Small but nice! One of the best places in the Southwest for burgers. Meat is great, selection is great, drinks are also very good, the ladies provide brilliant service from the beginning to the end of the visit. I can't say whether we'll act quickly when problems arise, because even after 30-40 times there were never any problems. Even hygiene is taken very seriously here. The food is really good, the ambience is just amazing, even during the European Championships. Conclusion: always happy here, whether in the evening or at lunchtime, everything is always right and in every season. Here you get something good for your money in contrast to the Lenoks at the main station.

Received the wrong drink, the party was totally salty, the cheeseburger was tasteless, you couldn't taste the chedder or the meat, the other burger was identical and topped with unripe avocado

Very disappointing - never again! I ordered a burger without nuts and goat cheese from this burger joint. It was even expressly pointed out at the table that this was a burger without nuts. In retrospect it turned out that the burgers were swapped, even though the side dishes were different. In the end I still paid for the more expensive burger and my colleague found nuts on the actually nut-free burger on the swapped burger. I find this an absolute shame, especially considering that I specifically pointed it out. The handling of this situation was poor and I will definitely not visit this store again.

Super Service. Great outdoor area. Delicious burgers. The waitress came over often, which I thought was great. The portions are generous. Delicious. It wasn't the last time I was there :) They don't have a diabetes starter pack with 500 patties but my god. Just order 3 burgers if you're hungry :D

Five of us were there to watch a game. The food and drinks were very good... but one waitress (dark hair and thick eyelashes) was very rude and loud to me, so much so that she even tried to throw me out with the words "you leave now or I'll call the police". because I reacted accordingly to her behavior. Embarrassing and incompetent... I've never seen customers treated like that before, and then it was for no reason or due to a misunderstanding. This store will never be visited again, disgrace!

The vegetarian burger I chose was good but not very good. The sweet potato fries were great. Unfortunately there was no waitress there at first and no one at the checkout, so I had to order directly in the kitchen. The ambience is great. I'm going back to try another burger.

This burger restaurant will definitely be among the top 3 burger restaurants in Mannheim. First of all, let me state that all products are halal food certified. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the waiting time is short. The front gardens are very large, but on rainy or cold days, you may have to wait because the inside is small. Burger patties are very successful. We chose Medium and it was cooked very well and juicy. Their potatoes are also very delicious. Additionally, their shakes are also very famous and successful. In addition to their monthly updated shakes, the Brownie Shake, which is constantly on their menu, is also very good. A place to be recommended in every aspect.

Mega delicious burgers and very, very good fries. My son thought the milkshake was awesome and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Great team and great food, what more do you need :)

Lots of outdoor seating. Very friendly service. The milkshakes are delicious. We didn't have burgers, but they looked very good. We will be back.

Were there today on June 15, 2024 around 5:30 p.m. with the whole group (13 people). Unfortunately we never got to eat there. We were chased out of the store by the staff. The reason for this was that we wanted to sit together as a group (pushing two tables together) and the slightly stronger employee didn't allow that. Then another employee came over with very thick eyelashes and began to scare us away in a very unfriendly manner. She also insulted us. We will never enter this restaurant again and will never recommend it to others. It's a shame that this staff is so incompetent. The fact that you drive away a group of 13 people so brazenly and disrespectfully is simply cheeky. In addition, let sales go downhill.

Delicious food and fantastic service! Highly Recommended!

Employee very rude. We were a group and we all wanted to eat there, but when we wanted to move two tables together so that we could all sit together, an employee came out and shouted at us about what we were doing and that we weren't allowed to move any tables. We were supposed to sit on the benches but there was also a pregnant woman there and it would be very uncomfortable for her to sit on the bench. She wouldn't care about that, then we said fine, then we'll go eat somewhere else and she said so cheeky bye then the second employee came and of course she stood by her colleague straight away. I had the feeling that they just didn't feel like working, especially with such a large group, that's why they treated us like that. That's a disgrace and I'll never eat there again.

Well it worked... Staff were very friendly and quick, the drinks and food came very quickly too, but we weren't very impressed with it. The burgers were quite small and the buns were quite dry. The price was definitely too high for that, as there is Much better burgers in the area. But overall it was ok because the service was great, hence 3 stars.

Great burgers! Totally recommendable!!

Ambience was somewhat okay. Food = fries were lukewarm and dry, the hamburger didn't taste as patty as Turkish Köfte and the bread collapsed when cutting. The only thing that tasted good was the fritzcola. Service was slow

The burgers are good and the place is great but they only serve soft drinks or lemonade which seems too expensive to me, I give it 4 stars for not serving beer 🍺🍺

Service was really correct and helped us break our fast. The burger was really strong too. only the fries could have been crispier and spicier.

Ambiance: unfortunately you weren't allowed to push the tables together. Service: very friendly, although some drinks didn't come until later. Otherwise very tasty and good atmosphere.

The burgers here are really nice, but unfortunately a few drinks/buns weren't available. Only 2/5 drinks came at first, but the others also came as requested. Homemade lemonade was really solid and so were the fries. The staff is really nice, it's just a shame that the drinks didn't come until later.

Had a delicious 'Zundstoff' burger with Chips. Everything was very fresh, crispy, and tasty! I only in Mannheim for a few days, but may even come back for more! Friendly and very fast service.

Expensive and there won't be another visit

Unfortunately, the information on Google doesn't seem to be completely up to date. I called today and asked about gluten free burgers. The answer was that they don't offer any. A pity! the impression was very good. Would have liked to try the restaurant.

Have eaten here many times, always delicious. Shop is quite small, but in summer you can sit outside. Monthly specials are also great and well thought out.

Basically delicious burgers, BUT Things are always forgotten during delivery... Current. Example: Two burgers were ordered, one with an additional fried egg (+2.50!) and the other with a sesame bun. Both are on the order confirmation and the note attached to the. Delivery hangs, but unfortunately not implemented. And unfortunately this is not the first time with delivery. This is even more annoying now that prices have already risen again. Unfortunately, I now find over €13 for the monthly burger, €9 for chil cheese fries (sweet potato) or €2.50 extra for an additional fried egg to be totally excessive. I will either not come back as often or order less, even if the food itself is very tasty...

Quite OK, but nothing special. You can also get a euro or two cheaper in other stores. The prices on the online menu are currently (week 1/2024) not current: Cheeseburger costs over €10 (without side dish)

Unfortunately the vegan burger is a bit dry and not recommended for the price

Unfortunately we didn't feel the S for service yesterday. The ladies were rather annoyed that customers were disturbing their peace. We weren't asked which bun we wanted either. When we asked if we could have the sesame bun, the response was “that should have been included when ordering” when we were told that we weren't asked and that the customer had to take the initiative 🤡 We asked that the crispy chicken please be done. Then we got something that was more than done. So if no service and money pleases your taste buds - go for it. At least the sweet potato fries were good.

Jede Burgerbestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen! Eigentlich gehen wir gerne und oft hier essen - aber der Service in letzter Zeit ist unter aller Kanone. Wir hatten in einer Gruppe “Build your own Burger” Bestellt mit verschiedenen gewünschten “toppings”, die jeweils 1 - 1,50€ mehr kosten. An dem Tag war wirklich JEDER unserer bestellten Burger falsch belegt. Als wir dies angesprochen haben hieß es nur dass man es jetzt auch nicht mehr ändern kann. Als jemand der vegetarisch lebt einen Burger mit echten Fleisch und Bacon zu erhalten obwohl er ausschließlich vegetarische Beläge wählt und ihm dann noch verwehrt den Burger umzutauschen, obwohl man 14€ für einen Burger hingeblättert hat - schade, somit habt ihr vier Stammkunden verloren. Alle waren an dem Abend unzufrieden und wir sind woanders essen gegangen.

Leider der Burger zu trocken. War erneut unzufrieden mit dem Geschmack. Früher war es besser. Jetzt leider nicht mehr, schade.

Although in a nice part of the city, the place is small and almost all the tables available are outside the restaurant. It has a nice selection of burgers and shakes in the menu, but unfortunately the quality delivered is not that nice as it is promised… The bun was kind of dry and the burger was not as tasty as expected. The milk shake was more “milk” than ice cream, giving me the impression that it was a flavored milk and not a milk shake as i expected. The service is “ok”, with the waiters very much interested on their phones and not that much in the customers. Although it is not necessarily a problem of this restaurant (maybe more a problem of the city), there were many rats nearby, which is not the best contribution for a nice experience.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und dazu die leckeren Burger, Preise und Qualität. Einfach unschlagbar und ein Muss zu Probieren. Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

Das Essen war lecker und die Kellnerin sehr freundlich, aber leider gibt es kleine Portionen nur für Kinder bis 10 Jahre, sodass man dann eher nur eine Beilage bestellt

Ich komme ja ganz schön um die Welt rum und regelmäßiger, begeisterter Stammkunde der Burgerkunst von Lenoks! bin ein Gourmet, aber Lenoks Burger gehört mit Abstand zum besten was geschmackserlebnis und Qualität angeht! Die Shake sind ebenso superb:). Probiert unbedingt den MONATS-Burger! Suchtfaktor hoch 10! Pommes waren frisch und knackig! Komme diese Woche wieder :)

Das essen war lecker, allerdings waren die Süßkartoffeln sehr kalt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und konnte einen guten Burger empfehlen obwohl sie vegetarisch war. Die Toilette war sehr klein. Der Preis war für einen lokalen Laden günstig.

The burger that I had was just so-so. Not good enough for the price. The meat had no taste except for too much pepper.

Ich war vor einigen Tagen mit meinem Sohn bei Lenok's und wir haben einen absolut positiven Eindruck gewonnen. Da wir zuvor sehr sättigend gefrühstückt haben, können wir die Burger leider nicht beurteilen, aber sowohl der Snickers-Shake als auch die hausgemachte Granatapfel-Limonade waren grandios. Die junge Dame vor Ort hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Das "Burger-Tasting" holen wir sicher mit unserem nächsten Besuch in Mannheim nach ;)

Die Burger schmecken durchschnittlich, fallen teilweise auseinander, die Pommes ungesalzen, die Majo und der Ketchup stehen auf den Tischen (ungekühlt) ! Für diese Geschmackslosigkeit habe ich 37 Euro gezahlt, Preis Leistung ist nicht ok

The service was excellent and despite a language barrier we were able to place our order easily. The restaurant was spotless as were the restrooms. Would highly recommend for a great, homemade burger experience!

Lenoks Burger war wirklich gut, Getränkeauswahl beschränkt sich leider auf Fritz Sortiment und es gibt keine Gläser und keine Bierdeckel um Getränke vor Wespen zu schützen, Service war ausgezeichnet, Toiletten Herren sehr klein und baulich bedingt keine Privatsphäre.

Keine glutenfreien Burgerbuns mehr!

Der vegetarische Burger ist wirklich sehr gut. Die anderen habe ich hier nicht probiert. Ansonsten ist vor allem die Bedienung positiv aufgefallen. Ich empfehle es weiter, auch wenn es nicht sonderlich günstig ist.

The burgers we not bad, but not good either. They were very salty and the amount of onion was ridiculous, covering everything. Shakes are fine.

Die Burger haben an Qualität und Geschmack deutlich nachgelassen. Service, sehr freundlich. Hat zwar nicht das bestellte Getränk gebracht gehabt, war aber nicht so schlimm. Hatten draußen gegessen und da ist ständig vom Baum die Knospen und Blüten ins Getränk und in den Teller gefallen.

Meine Lieblingsburger in Mannheim! Am liebsten mag ich den Burger Fürstlich, es gibt auch vegetarische und vegane Optionen

ich bin sprachlos, könnt ihr euch sparen den laden zu besuchen, es war einfach sehr schlecht, Burger hat nicht geschmeckt. unterirdisch einfach.

Personal und Küche sollten ihren Job. Ich habe schon lange keinen schlechteren Service mehr erlebt. Langsam und offen desinteressiert daran, ihren Job zu tun. Die Burger waren nicht richtig warm und machten keinen wirklich frisch gemachten Eindruck.

Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und ließ uns 15 Minuten warten bis sie die Bestellung aufnahm, obwohl wenige Kunden da waren. Ich und meine Freundin haben jeweils einen Cheeseburger bestellt. Wir bekamen beide einen kalten, trockenen Burger ohne Käse Und einen warmen Eistee... Bei Ansprache unsereres Anliegen wurde von der Bedienung um den heißen brei geredet und uns gesagt das dieses Problem schon des öfteren vorkam und das sich Käse auf dem Burger befindet und sah es nicht ein uns eine Scheibe Käse extra zu geben obwohl offensichtlich kein Käse im Burger war und das Gericht nichts mit einem Cheeseburger gemeinsam hat.. Ihre Aussage war Sonst könnte sich ja jeder beschweren... Anstatt zu versuchen den Kunde zufrieden zu stellen und zu verhindern das ein Kunde die Absicht bekommt zu zu beschweren und zufrieden nachhause geht... Nach weiterer diskussion bot sie uns eine Scheibe Käse für jeweils einen Euro preisaufschlag auf den kalten Burger zu legen. Es gab selbstverständlich keine Eiswürfel nachträglich im eistee Wäre schließlich zu teuer gewesen.
