Bottled beer that isn't really cold for €6.50 is overpriced. There's no draft beer available, even though it's listed on the menu.

The food looks good but tastes bad , very very dry meat and it falls from the burger and it tastes like some cheap meatball meat , it says its black angus but I don’t think it is, the meat tastes cheap , the bacon is house made thats what it says on the menu but it has a rubbery texture , the fries were almost cold and they felt re-heated and the coca cola was from a machine not a bottle , everything tasted and felt really cheap quality . The girl serving there was nice ! All in all kind of expensive and low quality !

The food was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly and impolite. The plastic plants do not fit the “city park” business concept. You can also make a restaurant nice and rustic without having to use plastic plants.

Very tasty smash burger, a bit too little sauce but the fries were really great, perfectly seasoned and really crispy. The staff was also very friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy but also quite chic at the same time. There is also relaxing background music, I would definitely come back if I was in Mannheim again. (8/10)

Das letzte mal war ich vor 6 Jahren (!) hier. Das Restaurant ist nicht billig, aber dafür stimmt die Qualität und der Geschmack! Die Bedienung ist freundlich und nett. Mittlerweile ist die Einrichtung auch gelungen. Ich hoffe, dass ich für den nächsten Besuch keine 6 Jahre mehr brauche…

I had dinner there with my husband this evening, it was simply brilliant. The service, first a young woman and then a man, was simply great. They were both very friendly and accommodating. Actually deserves 10 stars. The burgers, fries and salad were absolutely delicious. The homemade lemonade tasted delicious. For dessert there was cheesecake and apple pie, I can only recommend it to everyone, that was a great way to end it. I can only recommend everyone to go there to eat, you won't regret it.

I just had a drink outside during the day. Very nice service, delicious coffee and there was even a bowl of popcorn with it :). The toilets are in tip top condition.

Very fine cheeseburger 🍔 eaten on salad. The self-made lemonade is also great. The atmosphere is quite trendy, but the music was annoying. Otherwise definitely worth a visit.

We ordered our burgers and were served less than 5 minutes later. It was difficult to believe that the burger wasn't already waiting for me in the kitchen (not a big restaurant), but unfortunately that's how it tasted. The waitress and restaurant management were super nice and the prices for the product on offer were unfortunately exorbitantly expensive. Unfortunately the price is way ahead of the product.

The cheese sauce with a burger or the sour bacon fries are some of the best things I've ever had in a burger joint.

The burger was very tasty. Particularly noteworthy is the use of dry-aged beef, which gives the meat a more intense flavor. However, this may not be for everyone, and there is no non-dry-aged beef version, which is a shame. Unfortunately the dining room was a bit noisy. No starters are offered, and for guests who don't want a burger there is no alternative other than side dishes, which is a shame here too. For the special fries, I would have liked a version with jalapeños and cheese. Otherwise I was very satisfied, the service was friendly and usually very quick, and the food was incredibly tasty.

Good burger restaurant with reasonable prices. Menu is clear and offers different options to combine a burger! If you like alcoholic cocktails, you can combine different Aperol variants, among other things. Card payment possible.

Burgers were tasty, but the homemade sodas were particularly good. Food came quickly after we asked the waiter because we were pressed for time. The store is beautifully and modernly furnished. It was just very cool overall. Unfortunately a bit uncomfortable when the outside temperature is 0.

It was too slow. There wasn't much going on, but the food took around 45 minutes to be served. The food was fine, not remarkable enough to warrant 45 minutes of preparation.

I've been eating at Jamy's for almost 8 years now. They simply have the best burgers here by far. Jamy's is in a completely different league than all other burger restaurants. Since I first came here, I haven't been able to order burgers from other restaurants. Every time I do this I'm just disappointed. It's good, but never anywhere near as good as Jamy's. Over the years, Jamy's has had very different staff with very different levels of competence and willingness to work. (But even at times of poor service, I couldn't help but come here. The best burgers are simply the best burgers.) Fortunately, the current staff is again very good. In terms of price, Jamy's is noticeably higher than other burger restaurants. I think it's appropriate because of the much higher quality. However, I strongly advise against having Jamy's deliver to Lieferando or something like that. These burgers have to be eaten fresh.

Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Wir haben 30 Minuten auf einen Tische gewartet MIT RESERVIERUNG. Als uns endlich ein Tisch angeboten wurde, haben wir von einer schwangeren Frau mitbekommen, dass sie schon 1 Stunde wartet und kein Essen bekommen hat. Erst dann wurde uns von einem Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass wir mindestens 40 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssten.

The burgers were simply amazing. Fries also delicious. Service was good at the beginning. But then terrible. Dessert wasn't included at all because it wouldn't have been served anyway. Whoever did the planning, catastrophe.

There are really good burgers here and of course delicious fries. The shop also seems to be relatively environmentally friendly, only selling recycled paper, wooden cutlery and drinks by the glass. Unfortunately, something is more expensive and the waiting times are quite long. But I'm happy to pay a little more for good food. Service was really top.

I was “met” right at the door and escorted to a table. We immediately started the ordering process with a nice, short conversation. Burger also came surprisingly quickly, almost at the same time as the drink. Burger was basically good, but a tomato in the burger that was way too cold ruined the taste. I thought the normal fries were very good, especially with the “salt/herb” seasoning.

The food was, as always, super delicious 😋 The waitresses are super present and very helpful! Kind regards to Derrick from the combat swimmer 😂😉

Great burger experience! The burgers were incredibly tasty - juicy meat, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. You can tell that quality is important here (e.g. instead of meat there is Parasol mushroom) The service was simply great: friendly, attentive and quick. That's exactly how you want it. All in all, it wasn't necessarily cheap in terms of price, but let's be honest - where can you get quality snapper these days? For me the prices are absolutely justified. I'll definitely come back :)

We were here for the first time and had a very good meal. The store was relatively busy. We had to wait a bit for our drinks, but otherwise great service, the food was very tasty! Derek served us, he was super funny, always had a relaxed attitude and really enjoyed his job, you could tell.

Die Getränke wurden erst nach dem Essen serviert – der Eistee war warm und viel zu süß, und an meinem Aperitif-Strohhalm befanden sich Lippenstiftreste. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts zeigte das Personal kaum Interesse: Keiner erkundigte sich, ob alles in Ordnung sei, und die Teller wurden erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit abgeräumt, obwohl wenig los war. Diese Ignoranz der Kellner führte letztlich dazu, dass wir auf ein Dessert verzichteten, da es offensichtlich niemanden interessierte. Fazit: Schönes Ambiente, aber nichts dahinter. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig und der Service enttäuschend.

We chose this restaurant because of the attractive pictures on the internet. After a friendly greeting, it took a long time for our order to be taken. The food came quickly, but was only lukewarm and didn't seem freshly prepared. Drinks were served after dinner - the iced tea was warm and way too sweet, and there was lipstick residue on my aperitif straw. During the entire stay, the staff showed little interest: no one asked if everything was OK, and the plates only took what felt like an eternity to be cleared away, even though there was little going on. This ignorance on the part of the waiters ultimately led to us skipping dessert because obviously no one was interested. Conclusion: Nice atmosphere, but nothing behind it. The food is mediocre and the service disappointing.
