Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Wir haben 30 Minuten auf einen Tische gewartet MIT RESERVIERUNG. Als uns endlich ein Tisch angeboten wurde, haben wir von einer schwangeren Frau mitbekommen, dass sie schon 1 Stunde wartet und kein Essen bekommen hat. Erst dann wurde uns von einem Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass wir mindestens 40 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssten.

Immer wieder gerne. Preis etwas höher; dafür aber sehr gut. Wir kommen regelmäßig und es schmeckt immer gut. Auch die Getränke sind sehr zu empfehlen. Bedienungen alle freundlich.

Während des gesamten Aufenthalts zeigte das Personal kaum Interesse: Keiner erkundigte sich, ob alles in Ordnung sei, und die Teller wurden erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit abgeräumt, obwohl wenig los war. Diese Ignoranz der Kellner führte letztlich dazu, dass wir auf ein Dessert verzichteten, da es offensichtlich niemanden interessierte. Fazit: Schönes Ambiente, aber nichts dahinter. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig und der Service enttäuschend.

We chose this restaurant because of the attractive pictures on the internet. After a friendly greeting, it took a long time for our order to be taken. The food came quickly, but was only lukewarm and didn't seem freshly prepared. Drinks were served after dinner - the iced tea was warm and way too sweet, and there was lipstick residue on my aperitif straw. During the entire stay, the staff showed little interest: no one asked if everything was okay, and the plates only took what felt like an eternity to be cleared away, even though there was little going on. This ignorance on the part of the waiters ultimately led to us skipping dessert because obviously no one was interested. Conclusion: Nice atmosphere, but nothing behind it. The food is mediocre and the service disappointing.

Very good food and really nice staff

Very nice service, good burger, everything fresh

About 5 years ago I tried jamy's burger for the first time and was very impressed because the burgers were big and juicy... But today after 5 years a lot has changed. First it started with a warm Krombacher.... Then burgers were smaller, prices were more expensive, burgers were dry, fries were dry and rubbery... We were really disappointed and what finally broke the camel's back was the bill... For 2 people, asking 56 euros is really a disgrace... Unfortunately Jamys used to be my favorite burger shop but we'll never do that again! But there is one star for the nice service, which unfortunately didn't help much...

After a long time, I met a good friend at Jammy's Burger today for a great meeting, unfortunately the burger was to my liking In terms of meat and the price-performance ratio, it wasn't as good as hoped, the drinks were full of crash ice and the fries didn't taste good either. My friend didn't like it either. . Unfortunately not recommended. Too bad for the money.

I'm very satisfied :D The service and the ambience were great. Were here for the first time and were welcomed by the loving Derek and gave great advice. We will definitely come by often and can only recommend everyone to eat here.

Terrific! The burgers were simply fantastic – fresh, juicy and made with high quality ingredients. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more pleasant. We were a large group and ate at the same time. Everything was perfect – from the presentation to the taste. Definitely one of the best burger places I've ever visited. Absolutely recommended!

Really chic shop! That was it. The burger was carelessly thrown together, half fallen apart and already cold. 30 minutes waiting time between order and delivery even though there were only a few people in the store.

We went to Jamys today because we always like to go there to eat a burger. First of all there was no space and we should have waited outside for 20 minutes until a space was available, everything would be well and good until then Then we were called and were offered the place at the window which we accepted. We sat at the window for 40 minutes without eating or drinking until anyone came and finally one waiter took an order for the entire burger shop and that on a Saturday... impossible After 40 minutes we ordered and explicitly told the waiter Dennis that we wanted the smoke attack without onions. He took everything nice and good. After 1 hour of ordering, after we asked where our order was, the order finally came, but the smoke attack was wrong was with caramelized onion and we had explicitly said that we wanted the burger without then the waiter Dennis came and instead of apologizing and owning up to his mistake he wanted to blame us for the fact that all burgers had either fresh or caramelized onion on the menu only onion neither caramelized nor fresh!!! After we discussed all of this, he still didn't want to admit his mistake and wanted to blame us again instead of just saying. I'll make them a new burger as soon as possible. End of song I have never experienced anything as impossible as today

Based on previous reports, we thought the restaurant would be great. That was a complete misjudgment! The ambience is really nice, just like in the pictures, but unfortunately that doesn't help with bad service and not particularly good food. (2 people) First we waited for half an hour until the waiter came and took our order (food & drinks). The boss had previously explained the device to him again, which is why we assumed that it was new or that the store had perhaps just opened. Then he finally came and took the order. About three quarters of an hour later the boss came and asked what we had ordered because it was apparently taken incorrectly (4 fries and 2 burgers for 2 people). After that was corrected, it took another half hour for the food to arrive. For my partner it was the completely wrong burger. After the long wait, we thought it didn't matter. But after we noticed that the burger and fries were completely cold, we complained. The boss came and took our food back. On the train we asked about the drinking. He said it would come soon. After we had waited another 10 minutes, I asked again for a different condition - this was the only one in the whole store with a view. She then asked and got the answer: "Yes, I'll take care of it immediately" - yes, in the end we had to ask again and after more than 2 hours we had something to drink and something to eat. This time I had the wrong burger, but after a while we didn't feel like waiting anymore. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it either, the burger with chicken and avocado was more than poor. The bun tasted like a baked bun from Penny or Kaufland, the avocado was a small thin slice on the burger and the chicken was neither really seasoned nor large. By the way, a similar situation happened at the table next to us. The two of them had waited about 1 hour/1 1/2 hours for their food. We were then assured by the boss that it didn't always work that way, but we also heard from other sources that it was now happening more and more frequently. I've given maybe 2 reviews in my life so far, but with such a misrating with so many stars, it had to be made clear what the current situation is. So the bottom line for us is never again.

It's a shame, after 30 minutes of alerting us, no one wanted to take an order from us. The tables after us even had their drinks.

Positive: Ambiance was nice. Negative: Terrible! Were there as a couple. First of all we waited 25 minutes for service. Then ordered food and drink straight away. It took 1 hour for the food to be delivered to us. Took time. Drinking wasn't even an option until then. Food was completely cold and wrong burgers + wrong fries. So let it go back again. Waited another 30 minutes for the food. My friend's burger was delivered wrong again. But it was too stupid for us to go back, so we left it at that. In addition, the burgers were far too small for the price. Fries were good but not great. By the way, drinking came with the second meal. Waited all the time for a juice spritzer + beer... Conclusion: Can recommend the store 0%. Never experienced such bad service. Boss and kitchen horrible. (I protect the waiter and the waitress a bit. It was his first day and she was the only one with insight. However, something like that shouldn't happen.)

Ambiance is really nice. Unfortunately, preparing drinks (gin and tonic and a Mainhattan) took 40 minutes when the restaurant was half empty. A few colleagues ate a few hours earlier on the same day and were definitely able to enjoy a different quality of food. Our food also took forever. Only one service person felt that she had any insight and she apologized several times. Some of the rest were ignored. It's a shame about the beautiful atmosphere.

incredibly good staff and meals. such a friendly welcome that you immediately feel at home. The food came on time after 10 minutes. My wife had vegetarian and I had meat. both tasted excellent. We have decided to become regular guests in the future. Hopefully the friendly staff will stay for a long time - that's something that needs to be emphasized so much these days and has really impressed us here.

James Burger ist seit langem ein absoluter Favorit in Sachen Burger-Restaurants für mich. Finde die Qualität vom Essen immer noch so gut wie am Anfang. Die Bedienungen sind sehr nett, das Essen kommt sehr schnell und das Ambiente ist auf jeden Fall einladend. Das einzige, was ich kritisieren möchte, ist die Preisgestaltung. Obwohl ich das Essen nach wie vor überragend finde, bin ich dennoch der Meinung, dass der Preis ein Stück weit überzogen ist. Klar, die wirtschaftliche Lage lässt sich nicht verleugnen, aber irgendwo muss man auch die Kirche im Dorf lassen. War zu Anfangszeiten nicht so, schade solch eine Entwicklung wie auch bei vielen anderen Restaurants zu sehen, die mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis begonnen haben um dann das Preisgefüge Gewinn maximierend zu verändern.

The atmosphere was really nice, the staff was really friendly epecially a young guy with braids, he was so kind and made us feel super comfortable by also speaking english. There are multiple choices veggy and vegan friendly, i choose the Portobello cheese and wow, one of the best veggy burgers i’ve ever had. Definetly recommend trying this place u won’t be disappointed.

Hands down best burger shop in Mannheim. Service after 3 visits was highly professional and super friendly every time. The burgers themselves are also extremely tasty! A little more expensive, but definitely worth the money.

The decor is modern and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The menu offers an impressive selection of burgers, all made fresh. I chose the CheeseExplosion Burger with homemade sauces and fresh ingredients. The burger was juicy, flavorful and grilled to perfection. There is also a great selection of drinks, The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. The team really looked after each guest and made sure we felt comfortable. Overall, I can only warmly recommend Jamys – you are guaranteed to find what you are looking for here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!!

Unfortunately totally overrated and not worth the price. Unfortunately we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food.

Disaster. Having to wait 20 minutes for drinks and then being told that the wine we wanted was gone. Another 10 minutes pass and memories of the drinks, getting up and talking to the bartender. Small wine comes instead of large (as requested). Despite asking to serve the drinks first, the food came. Rearranged tables and inattention from the staff. Hot plates, but burgers cold. Pure disaster...

We went to Jamy's for dinner and the overall impression was mixed. The first waiter was great, unfortunately there was a shift change and the second waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed (which may be due to too few staff). The food was okay, but given the prices we would have expected a little more. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice.
