The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and our server was very nice and friendly. The restrooms were all clean.

We were there about 3 months ago. The burger tasted great. However, the patty was cooked so well, I had ordered it medium! After dissecting the burger, I saw why; you could see through it. The grain size of the meat = the distance between the holes. Then came the next fiasco when paying. I had a voucher, but unfortunately, it couldn't be redeemed at first. I spent half an hour arguing with the waitress, then I paid for it myself and left. I think you should go back to grilling burgers on the banks of the Neckar.

We were spontaneously out and about in Mannheim and happened upon Jamy's Burger. The food was very good. Everything was clean and the service was very friendly. If we're in Mannheim again, we'll visit you again. Keep up the good work.

The burger was good, although a little expensive. The fries, unfortunately, weren't fresh despite the high price. €80 is too much for two. The cocktails weren't worth it; there wasn't enough alcohol and too much syrup; I preferred beer.

I've been to Jamy's Mannheim several times and always enjoy returning. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is always friendly and attentive. In the evenings, they sometimes even offer a small bowl of popcorn to start the meal—a nice touch. The food is always impressive: The burgers are simply amazing—juicy, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The fries are also really good. A loaded version with chili cheese would be a highlight for me, but everything is top-notch anyway. I definitely recommend it—we'll definitely be back!

Delicious burgers, great sodas, and the fries are crispy and well-seasoned! The only downside is that the prices are really high. But if you're not short on cash, you shouldn't miss out on the delicious burgers!

The service is incredibly slow and inattentive. At times, eye contact with guests is completely avoided.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. We wanted to go for a burger at Jamy's because the reviews and photos looked very promising. When we arrived at 8:50 p.m., we were simply told that the kitchen was already closed—but according to Maps, the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. It's a shame, as we were looking forward to it.

Difficult. The food was very tasty, but there were a few problems. Apparently they only served sweet potato fries, but we still got regular fries once. My friend got the wrong beer... We also waited 20 minutes to order on our own, even though it really wasn't busy. The table behind us wasn't cleared until very late. The entire place was veeery cold. The women's restroom was also broken. Bottom line: good food, but poor service.

I had the Classic Burger and one of their homemade lemonades. Both were truly delicious. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and the bun was nice and fluffy. The lemonade was also great. Not too sweet and nicely refreshing. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The ambiance is modern, urban, and fits the concept well. Of the six restaurants I've tried in Mannheim so far this year, this was definitely the best. The taste was top-notch, the value was right, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I'd gladly go back!

Today was my first visit to Jamie's Burger in Mannheim and I was pleasantly surprised. A super relaxed atmosphere and really good food. Rachel served us and was incredibly friendly and attentive; we immediately felt at home. The burgers were great, juicy, and the flavor was exactly my cup of tea. But the fries were the real standouts. Honestly, I've rarely had such good ones. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned. It definitely won't be my last visit.

This was our second time here. A reservation is highly recommended. During our visit, several people were turned away who had dropped in spontaneously because they didn't have a reservation and there was no room left. We found the ambiance appealing. We were told before ordering that it could take up to 40 minutes for the food to arrive. And the place wasn't even full. In the end, it only took 30 minutes. The service was a bit chaotic in some places, but in a friendly/funny way. The food was again very good. Price-wise, it's definitely not a cheap restaurant, but it's not overpriced either. We found the prices quite reasonable. The restaurant and bar seemed clean. We couldn't comment on the restrooms as we didn't use them. In short, we can recommend Jamys and will visit again sooner or later. P.S. What I didn't understand was why non-alcoholic Spritzers have different prices depending on the menu. However, I forgot to ask about it.

Das Essen kam auch mega schnell und es ist eine total schöne Atmosphäre in dem Restaurant, alles total schön eingerichtet und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Wir wurden von Derek bedient und sind einfach nur begeistert. Er hat seine Arbeit wirklich so toll gemacht und wir haben uns total gut beraten und aufgehoben gefühlt. Not recommended at all. We had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers. There was only salad in them and hardly any meat, and the bread was from Lidl, where 10 buns cost 80 cents.

I'd especially like to highlight the service: The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous, without being intrusive. From the very beginning, we felt welcome and well looked after. I rarely write reviews. Nevertheless, we feel the need to provide feedback here. The fries were ice cold. If you order a "runny burger" and get a fried egg, that has relatively little to do with the promised burger. The only thing that was warm was the meat, which was of decent quality. Regarding the truffle fries: they like to serve truffle fries, but they serve them without mushrooms. That's not an upgrade. The busque on the burger tasted like the run-of-the-mill BBQ sauce you'd find in any Lidl. In the end, the two of us ate there for €65, including tip, and we got cold food that was no better quality than a fast-food restaurant. However, I would like to emphasize that our server handled the criticism professionally and passed it on to the kitchen. For this reason, the restaurant doesn't receive a lower rating.
