The family-run business has closed its doors for good! After the coronavirus pandemic, quality unfortunately declined due to various factors. The 5 stars reflect the time before; it was a wonderful time with excellent staff and very friendly guests 💚✌️

Food not great, tacos were quite cold and chewy, burger patty was burnt...i saw the cook removing frozen fries in bulk from freezer and refrying...i thought they would preoare fresh...drinks are good though

Baba Burger is exactly right, I couldn't describe it better myself, absolutely delicious! Delivery was fast and it arrived hot. TOP! 👌

Not recommended!! Nothing seems fresh; much of it appears to come from the freezer. I've had several bad experiences with this place and am now finally done with them. One of the burgers I ordered wasn't delivered at all. Although Burgerme has its own drivers, customer service simply told me to contact the manager. However, he was uncooperative, showed no understanding whatsoever, and after that, there was no further communication – completely incomprehensible and extremely customer-unfriendly. The burger that was actually delivered was mediocre at best. The fries with onions are an absolute rip-off for the price: simple fries like at McDonald's, with a few fried onions and some cheese. For me, Burgerme in Mannheim is finished. I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
