Schlemmertreff in Lahr/Schwarzwald

The schnitzel platter for €22 is a huge portion with 2 great schnitzels, a mountain of fries and a great salad. That Wiener Schnitzel also a great portion and very tasty. Great service and great prices. In general I can only recommend a 10/10.

I was there for the first time on a recommendation and wasn't satisfied! I had a cheeseburger with fries with ketchup and mayo as a drink and a large cola. The burger bun was certainly not fresh and was so tough to the bite that I couldn't eat it, the size of the meat was very manageable - the taste was rather mediocre and the burger had a weak topping overall. Fries ok ketchup/mayo in a bag 40 cents each. The burger costs a little over €12, the fries €4.80 and the coke €4.90, making a total bill of over €21, clearly too much for the dish.

Highly recommended for people who like large portions

I want to know if the chef? tried what he cooks himself. I had a day meal. The meat was completely dry. The dumplings, if you can even call them that, were hard like cement, you almost couldn't eat them, inedible. The vegetables were overcooked, not worth the money at all. I left everything. These are not professionals!!! The service was ok. Ambiance, well, everything thrown together a bit. Container character. If the food was good it wouldn't matter. That would be the main thing. The sauce comes out of the bucket. Industrial goods, deep fryers, breadcrumbs, all hard, no taste, no love. It tastes better at home! Better to spend €10 more! Ambiance and service wouldn't matter at all. The food is the lowest level!

I ordered a portion of fries and waited 45 minutes for my food…

We ordered food. French fries Holland also had better times. Should be changed. The cheese was simply slapped on top. Gyros was the size of a side salad for 13 euros without a side dish.

The last time there was hair in the food... okay, it can happen to anyone, but after today it was really crazy, hence the rating! There was a dead mosquito in the box of the children's menu... the burger was completely red inside and when we pointed it out to the waiter he said: no reason for a bad rating - you can eat beef raw! Excuse me?? What's that supposed to mean? Usually you get an apology or a coffee or something like that. But nothing came here. It was definitely the last time! No longer recommended!!

Bad cheeseburger for a lot of money

We hired Schlemmertreff as a catering partner for our wedding reception. Plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. were also rented. The communication was absolutely exemplary and pleasant, from the request, to the offer, to the composition of the buffet, to the provision of services and invoicing. The food delivered was great and was very well received by each of our wedding guests (and of course us too). The price/performance ratio is also right here and you don't have the feeling of paying a wedding surcharge. So if you're looking for a caterer who delivers what he promises and at an exemplary price, you've come to the right place. Absolute recommendation!

In my opinion the perfect restaurant. The menu is very large and the dishes taste very tasty. In terms of price, it is industry average. The ambience is 6/5 stars. It's crazy how the restaurant has developed over the last few decades. Service is always friendly, no matter how often new staff are hired. Also large parking lots and lots of space. I would like to complain about something, but as a loyal customer since at least 2008, that's not possible. Stay as you are #Schlemmerplatt

Four of us had dinner there yesterday. The place is nicely decorated. We had several waitresses, some friendly and some a bit grumpy. The 2 chicken burgers with fries were delicious, especially the burgers. The children's portion with nuggets and fries were quite good. The cordon bleu was okay but nothing special as was the spaetzle. As dessert we once had apple strudel with ice cream. We didn't like the dough or the filling. The apple fritters with vanilla sauce were quite good. The creme brulee was in a larger shallow bowl, but quite thin. The vanilla was completely missing in the cream and the taste was not convincing. The top layer was nicely flambéed and had crunch. Since the bowl was very large, it quickly became too sweet. On the whole, you can tell that there are a lot of people cooking there. The prices were correspondingly good for the food.

Take away with pre-order is precise. The ordering website needs to be made a little more customer-friendly. The schnitzels are very good and the prices are also okay. The side dishes have a nice selection. And the dessert was also quite good. The only thing that wasn't so good was the cream and gravy. They don't taste good at all. More environmentally friendly reusable packaging or the ability to bring your own packaging would also be real progress. A good alternative to not cooking yourself.

The food is excellent with large portions. I ate a T-bone steak there, seasoned really well and fried to perfection. You can't get better at a steakhouse.

I asked for a vegetarian burger. The waitress said she needed to see if they had any left. She came back and said that they did. After I was done eating a second waitress came and told me I ate a chicken burger and would only have to pay the price of the vegetarian burger 😔. There was no apology , I feel disgusting. She theb asked if it tasted good like it was funny.....I am a vegetarian, it's not funny.

Very cool restaurant and party service. You can sit outside in the summer and if it rains there is enough space inside. If you love eating at home, you can simply take your tasty platter with you from the drive in. The food is really good in terms of quality and taste. Both in the local restaurant or if you are celebrating your birthday and have the food delivered in larger quantities. I highly recommend it. The Schlemmenplatte comes in different versions and always tastes good.

The institution in Lahr! Always worth a visit. Friendly service and quick Unfortunately, it's been a flop a few times now. Have to wait forever. Two simple dishes, each recorded incorrectly. It took over 45 minutes for it to arrive. We were annoyed that we didn't order it quickly in the drive-thru. It was processed quickly. After complaining, they came to meet us. Really bad performance for the first time after all these years. Unfortunately, the time after that wasn't ideal either. The new Drive kitchen is great. Fast, good dispatch. Recommended if you don't want to wait a while.

The food and service was great, but it was very cold when sitting down

My review only refers to the burger in the restaurant. I wouldn't order the cheeseburger again because you can't eat the burger without a knife and fork. I don't understand why you can't make a burger that doesn't fall apart when you eat it. The ingredients were ok. But nothing more. I just expect more.

Ihr im Schlemmertreff ist es sehr gut und Kinder freundlich die Portionen sind sehr groß und echt super man wird richtig sad und der Preis ist in Ordnung.

Ich habe heute erneut beim Schlemmertreff Lahr zu Mittag bestellt, und ich muss sagen, ich bin enttäuscht. Das Mittagsangebot "Wirtshaus Currywurst / Doppelte Currywurst mit Pommes Frites" klang verlockend, aber die Realität war ernüchternd. Ich erhielt eine einfache Wurst, kein Besteck und kein Brötchen, obwohl dies bezahlt wurde. Es ist frustrierend, dass selbst einfache Dinge wie die Kontrolle der Bestellung nicht umgesetzt werden können.

Also im allgemeinen ist das Essen gut.Aber die halben Hähnchen am Sutoschalter sind katastrophal trocken zu lange in der Fritöse einfach ungenießbar.

Sehr großes Angebot. Sehr schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Schnellrestaurant. Ambiente lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Ist aber bestimmt nicht so gedacht. Parkplätze gibt es genügend.

Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss ist der Hammer. Qualität des Essens ist super und schmeckt richtig gut. Leider ist es meist übermässig laut und die Wartezeiten meist sehr lange.

Wir waren schon mindestens dreimal dort. Der Schlemmertreff hat viele Parkplätze, man biegt von der B 3 gegenüber von Lidl ab und ist schon da!! Extra Spielecke für Kleinkinder, sehr schön. Große Auswahl und große Portionen. Keine Mittagspause. Günstig ist essen ab etwa 14 Uhr, dann ist es nicht so voll. Große Terrasse.

Sie haben durchgehend warme Küche wir waren nach der Taufe zum Essen dort war lecker Bedienungen freundlich bis zum Essen war alles bestens nach dem Essen wurden wir ein bisschen vernachlässigt weil nochmal eine größere Festlichkeit dort war Was bestellen anging mussten immer rufen wenn man was zu trinken wollte hätte mir gewünscht dass ab und zu eine Bedienung mal nachfragt ob wir noch was möchten aber trotz allem wir kommen wieder

Früher war das Schlemmertreff ein sehr angenehmes Restaurant, in dem man sich wohlfühlte. Unser letzter Besuch war jedoch nicht so positiv. Als wir ankamen, stand auf unserem Tisch ein Glas, das dort bis zum Servieren des Essens stand. Mein Sohn stellte es dann auf den Tisch hinter ihm, wo es ebenfalls stand, bis wir gingen. Ich hatte mehrfach erwähnt, dass ich ein Sinalco Mix wollte. Aufgrund der zarten Stimme der Bedienung und ihrem fragenden Blick wiederholte ich meine Bestellung dreimal. Ich bat sie auch, etwas lauter zu sprechen, da es in den Räumlichkeiten sehr laut war. Als ich sie darauf hinwies, dass ich ein Sinalco Mix bestellt hatte, ging sie an die Theke, um meine Aussage zu überprüfen. Sie kam dann mit der Aussage zurück, ich hätte eine Sinalco Cola bestellt. Ich korrigierte sie erneut, dass ich ein Sinalco Mix bestellt hatte. Sie ging erneut an die Theke und kam dann mit einer Sinalco Mix zurück. Das Essen war insgesamt gut. Das Putenschnitzel war etwas kleiner als in meiner Erinnerung, aber lecker. Die Hausgemachten Kroketten waren ebenfalls ein positives kulinarisches Erlebnis. Das 400-Gramm-Rumpsteak war der kulinarische Höhepunkt. Meine Frau nahm es statt dem 180-Gramm-Steak, damit ich auch davon essen konnte. Es war so groß, dass ich nur einen Happen abbekommen habe. Die Kids hatten Schlemmerplatte und Pullet Pork Burger. Auf keinem der beiden Teller waren Reste übrig. Die Holland Pommes sind ein Muss, sofern der Hunger groß genug ist. Auf der Rechnung wurde eine Coca-Cola ausgewiesen, serviert wurde aber Sinalco. Die ausgewiesenen Cocktails waren Kukki Flaschen. Fazit: Ich bin persönlich vom Service etwas enttäuscht. Wenn ein Kunde sagt, er hat ein Sinalco Cola-Mix bestellt, dann wird das in 99 % der Fälle auch so sein. Eventuell könnte ein Schizophrener zwischenzeitlich seine Meinung ändern. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr laut, selbst wenn nicht alle Tische besetzt sind. Zum Service: Die Servicekräfte sollten richtig ausgewählt und richtig eingelernt werden. Vielleicht bin ich aber auch einfach zu anspruchsvoll. Man kann hingehen, man wird satt. Über all das, was ich hier erläutert habe, sollte sich jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden.
