The frozen products that come directly from the franchisor are at least consistently prepared correctly, but the burgers are purely a matter of luck, as is the availability of extra ingredients, ordered sauces, etc. Online complaints are useless, and these days I stop by the store after at least every other delivery order to pick up missing items. The franchisor is obviously sorry about all this, but in reality, nothing is happening except that for the third time, I've seen an almost completely new team, which seems increasingly static and less trained (of course, not every employee without exception!), standard phrases that I'm sure I'll see here too, and I was cheated out of extra ingredients again today. Well, that's it for me and Hans im Glück Pforzheim. 👋

Actually a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, for the past month, a lot of cars have been parked right in front of the lovely outdoor area, so we've preferred other restaurants in Pforzheim. We'll be back when the illegally parked cars are no longer right next to the tables.

The food was delicious. The waitress must have still had a cold and was sniffling while ordering. Otherwise, she was very friendly. There was a smell of sweat at the entrance, but it was unclear whether it was from guests or the staff. The seating was cramped and uncomfortable because the tables were low and there was nowhere to lean.

I was there with colleagues to eat and sat outside. We waited for almost 30 minutes, after which we saw the employees outside, chilling and chatting at the counter instead of serving customers. Of course, we didn't have the patience, because we weren't waiting for the food, but for the waiter to take our order. We went straight to the counter in the restaurant to complain, but they reacted arrogantly. Zero competence and friendliness, and the employees were annoyed, too. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Very tasty and a great atmosphere!

Better go for a high five! Yesterday evening at 8:00 p.m. we were at Hans im Glück and left the restaurant without eating or drinking. A staff member directed us to a very uncomfortable, cramped spot with dingy benches. We then waited >25 minutes to finally be served. Despite repeated attempts to make eye contact, no one came. The restaurant was moderately busy and there were enough employees who could have used their working hours to check on us guests. Instead, we watched as the waiters chilled at the bar with the bartenders, leaning against the counter with their arms crossed, in between hugging and chatting with a buddy who came in. Meanwhile, another group was seated at a table next to us. Here the service came after a while. We left the restaurant and instead visited High Five, which we would happily recommend at this point! Clean benches and tables, courteous service that keeps an eye on its guests and actively responds to them, including any special requests. As well as better music at a comfortable volume.

Unfortunately the place has become very dirty, the benches have hair and stains. The service is unfriendly and focused on the cell phone. Never again. Very unfortunate.

I know the chain, but I suffered a shock today. The benches were very dirty, hair, dirt, stains, there were some marks on the window as if food had been thrown at it. We left immediately without ordering. Because if the room already looks like that, I don't even want to imagine the kitchen.

Went there earlier and ordered the Smash Burger to take away. Very nice service, burgers came quickly. Now about the burger, absolutely not recommended. The size is laughable, the taste is okay and has absolutely nothing to do with a smash burger. Very disappointing for the price. The fries, however, are incredibly tasty.

After we ordered, we had to wait about 25-30 minutes. The waitress had to read our menu several times to find out exactly what we wanted and unfortunately communication was a bit poor. Drinks and food came at the same time. The waitress didn't even ask us if everything was okay and ignored us. When we wanted to pay we had to wait again until we finally went to the counter to pay. Not recommended...

I have known this trendy restaurant for a very long time, almost since it opened in our city. ☝️ Conceptually it is similar to the other branches of this chain. Personally, I like the interior design of the restaurant (with birch and wooden decor and cushions) and its very romantic location (terrace almost on the river bank and in the green). 👍🤩👍☘🌱🌿😇 It is very cozy and pleasant to sit in the light silence of a stylish restaurant and enjoy the attention and care of the staff. ♥️😇 Basically, like this time, I always order different variations of rolls and cutlets, with salad and typical fruit drink. 😋 It's very delicious 👍😁👍😋 and I also like the atmosphere and the crowd.✌😎✌ I highly recommend a visit and immerse yourself in another world and try a different restoration in the classic sense! 👍😁👍💫💫💫💫💫

So if you are vegan then this is the perfect place to eat. But even if you like meat, the food is TOP. All the sauces at the table are so delicious, but the sauce alone is really dirty. I don't know how many people are here in the evening but when I was here on a recent Sunday it was pretty empty. And you don't feel comfortable when you're alone there because the waiters look at you and these "trees" are strange. But well, the prices are really high, but it's partly worth it. Toilets are good, dogs not allowed and barrier-free.

Hipster shop with alternative topping options for burgers. The taste is okay but there is no justification for these prices. Preparation time of 20 minutes for 4 people (in an empty restaurant) is fine. The mounted decorative birch trees are rather irritating and are located uncomfortably close to benches and tables. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Well, that was on April 4th, really not a recommendation. We had reserved a table for six people, but there were actually five of us. The table we had was more like one for four adults. Interestingly, there was a larger table nearby that was free the entire time, with a reserved sign. The restaurant itself was about half full. It felt like it took forever before we could order drinks, and then what felt like 10-15 minutes until they were served. The food, on the other hand, came quite quickly, at least. The fact that the type of burger and fries were swapped in two dishes is something we could get over, or we noticed this when serving. I found the burger (as did the others) to be very tasty, the fries were also good, but they were served on a tray and not in a separate bowl, as I knew from previous visits. The biggest drawback was the service, which simply wasn't there. We ordered new drinks ourselves at the bar. There were often three of the service staff standing together, but not caring about the guests. We put the empty plates away ourselves - despite asking one of the waiters - to the table near us that was reserved according to the sign. Finally, the payment process also took a long time. It is unclear whether the people working there are not trained enough or are somehow shy and do not make eye contact with the guests. But this was definitely not a recommendation! Conclusion: I think we won't visit the restaurant again for the time being.

Music way too loud, sitting without a backrest and dirty. The tables were all smeared with grease and dirty. Even the seats were full of leftover food, the table decorations were full of leftover food. In the end, the music was so loud that you could hardly hold a conversation. And those weird table mats really itched my skin. This shop is not for people who want to eat comfortably and cleanly.

I gave this place a full five stars a few years ago. Now that I've gained some experience, including with the burger meat, that's unfortunately no longer possible. The mushrooms and onions weren't really my thing either. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but what could you possibly do wrong? Absolutely amazing; the whole place seems pretty worn and dingy these days. The seats are covered in hair and stains. If I hadn't made a reservation, I would have left. I was pretty disappointed and definitely my last time there. The service, however, was really nice and friendly.

I've rarely seen such a dirty place. The benches had stains I'd expect to find in a red-light district—but not in a restaurant. The burger patty tasted of burnt oil. The restrooms in this establishment were dirtier than at any festival I've ever been to. The staff smoke together, so no one is available to talk to during this time.

The food was tasty—although the prices aren't exactly bargains! The service was attentive. The restaurant feels a bit dated and a bit dingy. We didn't find it particularly inviting.

So I used to really enjoy going there. Food was great (although a little overpriced in my opinion) and came quite quickly. But since the shop was taken over by some new ones, I no longer set foot in it. The waiters are anything but competent. We walked in and were already being asked why we hadn't made a reservation (the place was almost empty). We weren't actually taken to a table. When we sat down and wanted to order after a while, we were ignored by both waiters (I think one was even the boss). Both were standing at the counter with their cell phones. We often tried to make eye contact and raise our hands (which was also seen), but this was completely ignored (about 10 minutes). In the end, even the table next to us noticed it. Whereupon we left (we didn't get a goodbye either).

Well, I ate a punch in Cologne. Mega. There you are in Pforzheim and you think to yourself, what a lucky Hans. I'll order the punch again. It tasted good. What a disappointment. Far far away from what I got in Cologne. Lettuce and well, let's say that's it.

After waiting here for over an hour, we found out that our order wasn't there. A single employee serving everyone's food is simply not enough with so many guests. No matter how good the food tastes, when you're in such a mood you just don't like it anymore. In addition, half of it doesn't come and you have to remind everything several times.

We ordered online for delivery because there was a good deal through a well-known delivery service. Our order included two vegetarian burgers with extra cheese and two fries. The delivery arrived on time, and the driver was friendly. However, the extra burger cheese for €4 (2 x €2) was missing; both burgers were lukewarm, and the fries were cold. Everything tasted okay, but nothing special. Additionally, I find the quantity offered quite expensive for the price. I won't order from here again and won't recommend the place to my friends.

We ate there on March 3rd. Food and service were okay. We then wanted to pay via Apple Pay. We were told the first payment was unsuccessful and our bill is still outstanding. It was also said that no debit will be made unless the payment process has been successfully completed. Which is why we, of course, repeated the payment process. 2 days later we discovered that the amount had been debited twice. Of course, no one can be reached now, neither by phone nor by email.

Always very tasty and really attentive and friendly staff. I always enjoy being there again. The food tastes great and the prices are high, but still okay. The restaurant is very lovingly decorated. I love it!

So I ate there today with my girlfriend and my mother, the food tasted very tasty, the burgers are very juicy and the non-alcoholic cocktails are also good, I recommend it to everyone, the staff is very friendly and nice, the food is within Ready in 10/15 minutes and is well prepared. Simply very good.

Was there for lunch. Food was standard and nothing special. Salad was carelessly dressed, burger was ok. Service was only busy on the cell phone and very inattentive. It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. Don't have to go there again.

Food was good and plentiful. Ambiance is nice, seating uncomfortable, no backrest. The staff's request to order food via the app was very strange. That only makes sense to me in a beer garden. But since it was January, we sat in the restaurant. We did not comply with this request, but an employee took the order personally. In total, our table was only occupied by a second one. Therefore, one cannot assume that the staff was overwhelmed. The payment process with a voucher worked smoothly. The conclusion from this visit is the following: perhaps we are "old-fashioned" when it comes to handling the ordering process, the restaurant will certainly not be our regular restaurant, but if we are very hungry again and nothing else is available, we will go there again . As I said, the food was good and plentiful.

My correct rating with three #stars will not be posted. That's why I gave it 5 stars. I've noticed over the last ten years that the restaurant industry no longer apologizes for mistakes. Is there a reason for this? I would be really interested. Hans actually has a nice concept, but why do they always have to be felt pads? They are always unclean and full of hair, apart from all the stains. That's easy unappetizing. Our peppermint drink had mint leaves in it. These had three lice on the leaves. The woman didn't apologize, but at least said "Thank you for the feedback." My iced tea should be 0.5 L. A smart restaurateur will even make a little more than the mark indicates, but at least it should go up to the mark and not be a whole centimeter below the mark. Unfortunately, all of my photos are not uploaded either. So please don't be surprised by my spelling. The burgers are delicious. The drinks too. A family of 4 (2 small children) always costs us around 67 euros. We've already had a visit here where we could easily count the portion of fries on two hands. Ordered the same burger with fries twice, but one plate had 5 fries on it, the other 9 Yes, I'm being petty if you can count the fries. I asked the woman why there were only 7 fries on it and the other portion was "normal", she said she couldn't do anything about it, that's how it was done and she said she'd pass it on. Many people know that siblings suffer from food envy. But regardless, I don't think it's good that it's portioned like that. A really nice man with white hair used to work here. He was so friendly. It's a shame he's no longer there. At least I haven't seen him for a long time.

Really really dirty and rude. Food cold. Ordered a lunch menu for two people and drinks were missing. I was there on Saturday January 18th at 1 p.m.

The Hans im Glück is a chain and therefore quite well known. You can expect some very good burgers here, but of course also fries and salads. The selection is relatively large and of course there is also something for vegetarians and vegans. Sauces, spices and cutlery are always ready to hand at the table, so everyone can help themselves. The drinks menu is also large enough and there are soft drinks as well as cocktails and coffee. The ambience is intended to be reminiscent of a forest, and thanks to the generous use of wood, this is definitely achieved. In winter it's nice and cozy inside, there are also blankets on the benches. And in the summer you can have a beer outside if you drink alcohol. Clear recommendation from my side.

Unfortunately there were hardly any employees there and we had to wait forever before we could pay. (over an hour). Since we had to go to an event, it was pretty bad. But the staff was overwhelmed because of course they couldn't help it that there were so few of them on site. We thought it was a shame to order the food using the QR code and thought it would at least have a little more restaurant feeling to order the food via the waiters. However, it was somehow just chaos and, as mentioned, really annoying that you had to ask the staff 5 times to finally be able to pay. :-(

Unfortunately we got the wrong food, dessert wasn't brought at all and the waitress didn't serve us for over an hour, even though she kept promising. The food is good, but unfortunately we will no longer eat in the restaurant due to the extremely poor service. Service was really bad and such an unprofessional waitress ruined the whole meal!

Never again with such service! The waitress was extremely unfriendly and refused to serve us, we ended up having to pay online because she didn't come to us after over an hour (despite repeated communication that she would come soon). I'm really disappointed. The place wasn't extremely busy, nor was the waitress busy. The behavior was just disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again!

It's all ok. But towards the end nothing came to the table.

We were really disappointed! We were assigned a table right on the street quite quickly, and a waiter came quickly to bring the cards (without a glance, without a greeting), but half an hour passed before we were allowed to order. We had the avocado burger, which came to the table cold at some point. When we looked for the avocado, there was a tiny little dollop of guacamole. As we were clearing up, we kindly pointed out to the waiter that we would like to complain about our food as soon as we tried it, as the fries (€8.90 as a side dish) were also cold and soggy. The bored answer was just a shrug of the shoulders, saying that a few colleagues didn't show up for their shift. Since we didn't want the girls' evening to end on such a disappointing note, we ordered the churros, which unfortunately came cold - even though they actually came from the deep fryer. When we wanted to pay, we were made to wait for half an hour again and the highlight was that the waiter argued with us because we wanted to pay separately and the tip was too small. When I tried to deliberately miscalculate by five euros, the visit was really just ridiculous.

Unfortunately no recommendation. All the salads were not washed properly and were half rotten. The service is unfriendly and even though there was nothing going on, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our cappuccino. In the women's toilet there was only one stall with toilet paper and no container for feminine hygiene. Overall, the store appears unclean (seats, tables, etc. have not been cleaned for a long time).

I like it here, you can always sit quietly and eat delicious food, even vegetarians

The toilets are also incredibly dirty... no one tells you that you have to order online, so we waited 30 minutes for nothing for service... the staff just looks at their cell phones, shouts at each other and walks around in dirty clothes... We registered the payment via the app and spoke to the waiter and still waited forever because he preferred to chill on his cell phone... the food was already cold so it wasn't edible... I'd rather go to Stuttgart there it's much better...

Ordered 5 months ago and currently for pickup. Last time, instead of the vegetarian bowl I ordered, the one with chicken was there, some of the sweet potato fries were black, the sauce I ordered wasn't there at all... and the price wasn't calculated correctly... Today a dish was completely missing, this time I went there again and the one I had already paid for wasn't there picked up the food received. As a vegetarian, meat dish, when you eat it until you finally have everything, everything is cold... All in all, not worth the money for the service you get, now we finally understand that.

Burger dry, no option for medium offered, nothing on the plate, extra side dishes, no decoration, lettuce leaf or anything extra, quite expensive for what was offered, there are XXX better alternatives, unfortunately good concept not pursued further,

The seating is designed for up to 50 people, everything is a bit dingy, the seat cushions haven't been cleaned for a while. Meal price for 2 people is around 40 euros, for that money there are better things than two small hamburgers...

We are actually regular visitors and have always been very satisfied. We were mostly served by Johannes, who was simply great and always attentive, no matter how busy it was. Now the staff has apparently changed. We hadn't made a reservation and were the second guests today shortly after 12. It took ages before one of the two gentlemen could tear themselves away from their cell phone to take the order. Once this was done, the drinking came quite quickly. We waited a very long time for the food (until shortly before 1). Unfortunately, the fries were all at most lukewarm and so were the burger patties. The arugula on my bread loaf burger wasn't really fresh anymore either. The two men were still busy with their cell phones and avoided looking into the restaurant. The table in front of us tried to draw attention to itself for about 5 minutes using hand signals. When he noticed it, he came to the table and explained that you could also order yourself using the QR code. We were really speechless. No dishes were cleared away, not once was anyone asked if everything was OK. We then skipped the hot drinks that are actually part of the lunch menu, paid via QR code so as not to bother the poor staff and then left the shop for the last time. It's a real shame, because Hans im Glück has really great things, especially in the vegetarian/vegan area.

We always think it's great that there are so many delicious, vegan alternatives. Everything was fresh and very tasty 😋 A big compliment also to the young lady who served us. She was very friendly 😊

Miserabler Service in fast leerem Restaurant, unbequeme Sitzbänke, lieblose kühle Atmosphäre, die auch durch die nett gemachte Deko leider nicht wettgemacht wird,

I was recently at Hans im Glück and unfortunately I have to say that the waiting time was a disaster. Although the restaurant is attractively decorated and the menu sounds promising, the long wait for food and drinks marred the experience enormously. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, indicating poor organization. It's a shame, because the ambience and the quality of the food could actually be convincing. Overall, unfortunately disappointing - something like that shouldn't happen if you're looking forward to a relaxed visit to a restaurant.

I always like it here... there are also new dishes

When you come into the restaurant you stand in front of all the tables that are reserved until the service comes then the sign disappears, you can't really see from the memory card what goes with the burger and when you ask there is no explanation. I won't go there anymore.

Delicious food, unfortunately all the women's toilets were dirty and clogged. Impossible!

Wir haben 4 verschiedene Gerichte bestellt. Zwei waren OK, eines war mehr lauwarm als warm, bei der Beilage (Pommes mit Käse und Knoblauch) war lobenswerter Weise sehr viel frischer Knobi drauf, den Käse musste man suchen, zudem total versalzen. Beim anderen Essen, kam zuerst der falsche Burger, den nahm sie wortlos wieder mit und lies die Pommes da. 15 Minuten später kam der richtige Burger, die Pommes waren mittlerweile kalt und auf dem Burger lag eine kalte, umgeschmolzene Scheibe Käse. Sie nahm wieder wortlos alles mit und brachte uns dann ca. 10 Minuten später alles wieder, diesmal auch heiß. Der Service von 2 Bedienungen, welche uns betreuten, war unterirdisch, wortlos, lieblos und nach dem Motto "hoffentlich sind die bald wieder weg". An den leeren Getränkegläser liefen die 2 regelmäßig vorbei. Zwei der Mitesser, kennen auch andere "Hans im Glück" und bestätigten, dass man sowas eigentlich noch nie erlebt hat. Für uns andere 2 war es das erste und eindeutig das letzte mal im Hans im Glück. Der Besuch kostete uns knapp 80 Euro. Dafür hätte ich in dieser Preiskategorie, wenigstens einen freundliche Mitarbeiter bekommen.

Burger joint with homemade citizens. There are different types of buns to choose from, the fries are also good. In my opinion, offers in conjunction with cocktails are recommended. The seats we had were a bit tight, even though we weren't the tallest or heaviest are. The house sauces on the tables are delicious. Reservation is recommended.

Große Auswahl an Burgern und Beilagen. Empfehlung ist der Pfeffersack mit Champignon-Trüffel-Fritten. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Bestellungen werden zügig bearbeitet, dadurch kurze Wartezeiten.

Delicious food. Poor waitress, she didn't even know where her head was, she had to run around alone.

Wir saßen draußen und wurden von den Kellner 15-20 Minuten nicht berücksichtigt. Auf Anfrage haben wir eine Speisekarte erhalten. Auf erneutes Nachfragen konnten wir bestellen. Nach der Bestellung haben wir ca. 25-30 Minuten auf Essen und Getränke warten müssen. Bei der Bezahlung mussten wir einen Kellner im Lokal aufsuchen, da Niemand mehr draußen war. Die männlichen Kellner wirkten gelangweilt und null motiviert. Sprachen teilweise lieber mit Freunden und rauchten am Auto neben den Tischen. Die Burger war trocken. Wenig Sauce und überhaupt hat das Essen sehr nachgelassen im Vergleich zu Besuchen im Hans im Glück in anderen Städten.

Hans im Glück was really good a few years ago. Today's experience no longer convinced me. The burgers are bland, dry, hardly any sauce. Fries carelessly topped with cheese. Cheese sauce was dried out. The price is completely overpriced for the portions that are much too small. Never come here again.

Kellner sehr nett, aber der Rest hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Gäste sind gekommen wurden nicht bedient und sind darauf wieder gegangen (Das ist mehrmals passiert) . Burger waren trocken und Qualitativ im Vergleich zum letztem Mal sehr schlecht. Finde ich sehr schade, dass in diesem Lokal immer irgendwas schief läuft. Als das Essen nach 45 Minuten da war, war auf allen Tischen noch nicht abgeräumt. Außerdem war kein Besteck da. Bis dieses da war war das Essen leider kalt. Ich finde es schade, dass man dieses Lokal nicht unter Kontrolle bekommt PS: In dem Durstlöscher waren alte vergammelte Minze

Ordered 4 burgers to take away. The friendly waitress offered us a table to sit at. After about 20 minutes the burgers were ready. They were all packed in a paper bag. Each burger was packed in a box. But since they were different burgers, you just had to guess which box contained which burger. For different burgers you could perhaps label the boxes so that you don't have to take each burger apart to see which burger is where. There was a spicy burger and it was important that the children didn't get it. If you have multiple burgers, please label the boxes. Otherwise everything is fine.

Nice place for a chain restaurant

Nothing to do with what it was a few months ago. If the friendly service took longer, it was because they were busy. Now orders are forgotten when the restaurant is empty and you sit at 6 p.m. with completely inappropriate music, the volume of which causes stress while eating (we left the restaurant in a hurry). An order for pickup that I canceled BEFORE PREPARATION due to massive delay (and sitting around without information for twenty minutes) has not been credited to date. Unfortunately over.

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately very cramped due to the benches and trees. Tables designed for 6 people are already a challenge with 5 people. The service is rather slow. You quickly get the feeling that the conditions are overwhelming. It takes patience if you want to draw attention to a condition. It's rare for someone from the service to come to the table on their own. Food tastes good, selection is good too. But you pay a decent amount...

Top burgers, ambience is modern and homely at the same time. The only thing I would skip is the dessert, as you don't get much for the price. Then prefer the coffee, which is included in the lunch menu. Otherwise highly recommended

I must have arrived on a good day, because my experience here was very positive. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and quickly seated. My waiter brought my menu and answered all my questions. The burger was good, not Shack Shack quality, but better than some I have had. I felt my meal and drink were reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to return.

The restaurant had better food in the past. Since they changed the menu, the food is not so good anymore. What I don't understand is that they no longer have bottled water. Not everyone tolerates the spa from the tap that they offer for a fee, nor the one from the dispenser. A big minus in terms of flat water!!!

Large outdoor area directly on the Enz. Nicely decorated inside too. Friendly waitresses who unfortunately only clear away empty drinks or plates when you ask them about it. But we had already had a much better experience at this location. Maybe again next time... Burgers taste good. There's just a little too much sauce on it to eat out of your hand. Several veggie and vegan burgers are also on offer. The drinks menu includes draft beer from Brauhaus Pforzheim and homemade drinks.

Am 08.03.24 um 22: 32 h Lokal betreten, 2 min an der Tür gewartet und dann freundlich begrüßt worden. Ca 20 Gäste und mindestens 6 Personal. Frage ob wir noch Essen bekämen, wurde mit "selbstverständlich" beantwortet und wir nahmen Platz. Dann gewartet bis 5 min vor Küchenschluss. Weder beachtet noch bedient. Leider kann ich über die Qualität der Speisen nicht urteilen, da der (offensichtliche) Kellner ja wichtigeres zu tun hatte, nämlich sich zu 3 Mädels die nach uns kamen, an den Tisch zu setzen und zu Plaudern. Ich bin noch nie, nicht mal in einer Raststätte.eines kommunistischen Landes in den 80ern so ignoriert worden..Es ist kein Wunder dass HiG in finanzielle Schieflage geraten ist, und ich wünsche der Geschäftsführung mehr Personal wie das in Pforzheim, dann hat sich das Problem von miesem Service bei Hans im Glück erledigt. Mich jedenfalls sieht Hans im Glück nie wieder. Und worauf man sich verlassen kann: ich erzähle diese Geschichte in Zukunft jedem den ich kenne und als schlechtes Beispiel auf jedem Seminar das ich halte. Interessant ist, dass man HiG Pforzheim auf Goo gle nicht rezensieren kann... wird schon Gründe haben

Due to my recent experiences with Hans at Glück Pforzheim, I feel compelled to adjust my previously positive rating. On January 17, 2024 we were craving burgers again. So I checked to see if Hans im Glück was open. According to Google, yes, according to the homepage too and according to Lucky Charm Delievery too. So ordered online for pickup. Drove over for the time and then found the discreet message that it was closed. That's what you call frustration for the first time, especially since there was no availability by phone and no call was possible even on the days when we were supposed to be open again. Also no response to the emails. When I reached someone a week later, they said it couldn't be right... So yesterday, March 3rd, 2024, I gave it another chance and ordered online. 2 breadless vegan burgers (see pictures for results), 2 coleslaw, 1 bird-free and sweet potato fries with 1 dip. How should I say, disappointing. The burgers for 12 and 15 euros are not worth the money, if I hadn't switched, I wouldn't have gotten the bird or the dip... Carelessly put together, I'm sorry, dear Hans im Glück Pforzheim team, you disappointed me 😞!!!! That's not how it works with customer loyalty! Do I have to put up with this? That was twice too much incompetence. It's not the first time that you've had orders completely packed into the bag for pickup! But on the one hand, having the door open and letting customers order cheerfully isn't possible, and then selling something like a burger is certainly not possible. Also work on your communication if you close and something goes wrong! You won't see me again any time soon.

Great atmosphere, nice staff. The best burger in a long time. We will be back.

Extremely small tables, there were 5 people there and there was hardly any space. Unfortunately, when the drinks are empty, you are sometimes ignored by the staff, luckily one gentleman was extremely attentive and saw that we were left dry. The food and drinks themselves were very good as always.

I didn't find it particularly special. Quickly and because it's in the city center. But like I said, I didn't find it particularly special.

I like how the inside of Hans im Glück is set up. But otherwise I'm really a bit shocked. Because if you pay 30 euros for a citizen and a handful of fries, that's really a huge rip-off. The menu was written in a slightly confusing way, so you thought the evening menu was an offer. The taste of the citizen was good. But at the price? Sorry. 10.50 just for side dishes? That was the handful of fries with the cocktail.

Hatte bisher immer freundliches Personal bei meinen Besuchen. Das Essen, vor allem die Burger finde ich sehr Lecker.
