Incredibly unfriendly employee at the checkout. When we were told that it said "Beef" on the screen instead of "Chicken" as ordered, she reacted extremely bitchy and assumed that we had ordered beef. Chicken was definitely ordered, but instead of simply apologizing and the matter was settled, we continued to argue and claim that we had said something else - the lady had never heard of customer friendliness. The sound is also terrible...
And even if we had ordered wrong (which we 100% didn't), then it's completely wrong to speak so disrespectfully to the customers. There is an urgent need to be trained in how to deal with paying customers! Never again!
I was at the drive-thru three days ago and wanted the King of the Month with chicken.
I'm really sorry, but I didn't understand the Asian employee at all. She did speak and the only thing that was clear was chicken and it wasn't clear to me whether it was sold out or what the problem was.
BUT the fact is that the King of the Month Long Chicken BKS is advertised at €6.99 everywhere - even in front of the Burger King. And I was charged €7.39.
I have to admit I didn't feel like discussing things with the employee... also because she barely understood!
Edit 2025. Sauce ordered sweet despite being spicy. Sausage totally mushy. Fries without salt. Staff communication problems. Rolls instead of bread.

Not recommended, it's cold in the place, yes today it's below zero.
No heating, the room looks very unkempt, more of a junk room, a lot of crap lying around.
There are cobwebs hanging around the counter.
By and large, once and never again!

An imposition – hygiene and service catastrophic!
My visit to McDonald's in Kehl was an absolute disappointment. The hygiene is a disaster: the toilets were incredibly dirty and in a condition that I have never experienced before. The tables were all sticky and had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. This is truly unacceptable, especially in such a busy restaurant.
The staff was unfriendly and seemed completely overwhelmed. There were significant language problems which made communication unnecessarily difficult. As a guest you feel neither welcome nor well looked after here.
In addition, the overall atmosphere was unpleasant, which is why I decided to visit another branch in the future, for example in Offenburg. Kehl is no longer an option for me.
