Even though I ordered a sub of the day, I was charged the normal price. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told it was my mistake.

The young man behind the counter was constantly arguing with everyone else, crushing a sub and throwing it away. He is unfriendly, overwhelmed and obviously has no idea how to behave in front of customers. My friend's sub was lost in the 10 minutes they were there. The new one they made was badly used underground. There wasn't more than a teaspoon of salad on half the sub. When asked for a little more salad there was only grumbling. This wasn't the first, but definitely the last time here!!

Terrible staff, impatient service, underheated bread, perfunctory packaging - there is nothing attractive about this store. I'm very surprised that this store hasn't closed yet

Although it says online that coupons are accepted, they are rejected on site. All the tables were completely dirty even though there was nothing going on. The service also barely speaks German. The subs were very sparsely filled, we were still hungry even after a footlong! Since the ingredients in the container were slightly mixed, you shouldn't go if you have allergies!
