Food very tasty and very nice staff

For €35 you got a load of flabby cold rubbish. Once and never again. Pre-ordered for a specific time and then arrived an hour late. Everything cold and muddy. Then instead of lemon I had a peach iced tea which I hate. This was my worst experience ordering food so far and I would rather give it negative stars. Sauces were also wrong and I have no idea how you can squeeze a flatbread so flat that you think you're chewing a strand of cardboard. Stay away from the rubbish and save yourself the expensive money for a good meal.

Absolute catastrophe. Ordering is hardly possible due to the employee's lack of German language skills. The coupon will not be accepted when paying, even though the branch is explicitly listed as a participating branch. The employee just grins stupidly and tells me something about the old app, which has long since been abolished. How can he not know that? No apology, no offer of compensation. Subway's online complaint takes weeks to be responded to. But not from customer service, no, from the guy himself, who obviously doesn't speak written German, doesn't understand my problem at all and still claims that I should have just used the old, discontinued app. I have rarely experienced so much concentrated incompetence and impudence. The store should be closed.

If you would like to be yelled at by employees because you don't want to accept the voucher, this is absolutely the right place for you. Doesn't speak the language, talks about points and just starts shouting. Incredible. I've never experienced anything like that

Out of 3 subs the error rate was 100%, which is a strong achievement. Subs were delivered, opened at the office and there was something wrong or lacking on each one. This was immediately reported by phone. The “boss” himself took care of the matter and made us look like liars on the phone. But he then pulled himself together and brought the wrong subs back into the company. When he arrived, he claimed again that his employee had done everything right. I then showed him pictures of the wrong goods. He then insisted on taking the goods with him. Since it had already been disposed of in a WASTE PRESS, this was logically no longer possible. The gentleman didn't want to fully understand that. It was probably because of his very good German... whatever the case, he didn't want to hand over the money anymore, so he was now officially banned from the premises and lost a customer who had already ordered many times and very often something was wrong. That's how you can ruin your business. The complaint also goes to the headquarters of Subway and Lieferando. To the Indian “boss” of the pig pile who he calls an employee, as already mentioned on the railing, there is now a ban on entering the house here. Everything else will be reported to you by other companies. And it's also a good thing that you're hardly wasteful with your food, because the two subs you've now had made were probably thrown away too.

Went there twice, bought nothing twice. Turned it on the first time and turned it off again after 10 minutes. The employee was extremely slow at this point. He seemed sluggishly bored and not interested in his job. I then left because otherwise I would have missed my train. Today (02/27/2024) Second try. 2 customers in front of me (not yet served and the second had checked on the employee) no employee. After almost 5 minutes he was seen (the same as last time) relaxing while drying his hands. I then left because otherwise I wouldn't have been served and gotten my train on time. It feels like there is only one employee in this store and that's given the location. As sorry as I am and as much as I like eating Subway stuff, I'll avoid Subway Rastatt in the future.

Went to dinner yesterday so the employees were more busy talking to each other than serving the customers and the food wasn't great either The women's toilet wasn't exactly clean either - you'd think they weren't cleaning here We will never enter the store again

Der Sub war ok, auch wenn man kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Personal hatte. Zutaten sahen aus als würden sie schon einen Tag stehen Personal war sehr unhygienisch und unfreundlich. (nieste fasst auf den sub) (wurde ohne grund etwas lauter als ein Freund mir bei der Bestellung helfen wollte) An sich ist der Laden nicht schmutzig, aber auch nicht wirklich sauber gehalten. Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, werde kein zweites mal hingehen

Das Essen war okay. Der Angestellte der unseren Sub zubereitet hat war sehr unhöflich und hat über das ganze Essen genießt. Aufgrund der Hygiene dort wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer wieder gerne. Die Zutaten frisch und die Cookies perfekt.

Haben sich 0 Mühe gegeben, sehr miese Laune in dem Schuppen. Die sind nur genervt und lästern auf anderer Sprache. Sagen sie haben kein Brot obwohl noch weitere Sorten da waren.

Loja convenientemente localizada na estação. Pessoal com algumas dificuldades em falar inglês, mas o suficiente para conseguir realizar o pedido.

Aufenthalt nach langer Reise, wir kamen vom Flughafen zum Umsteigen an der Bahnhof in Rastatt. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter in dieser Filiale, ein sehr schönes Subway und lecker zubereitete Subs. Nur das Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Очень вкусно! Большой выбор ингредиентов из которых можно собрать свой уникальный бургер, так ещё и разных размеров. Очень напоминает Украинский Freshline.

Die Subs waren bisher immer in Ordnung. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Tische sind nicht gewischt und im Sommer war die Getränkestation total verklebt und da waren dann total viele Wespen. Und dass, obwohl nichts los war. Oft wartet man lange, bis man bestellen kann, obwohl eben nichts los ist. Der Mitarbeiter ist schwer zu verstehen und hat eine total komische Art, die nicht lustig, sondern unangenehm ist.

Pünktlich zum Mittagessen (12.30 Uhr) leider nur 2 Sorten Brot zur Auswahl. Das Gemüse sah teilweise sehr alt und trocken aus. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht gerade freundlich und sehr langsam und ineffizient. Die Kundentoilette roch wiederlich nach Kanalisation. Das nächste Mal gehen wir woanders hin.

Ja was soll ich sagen unfreundlich Solle mal ein wenig auf die Preise schauen nach zweimalige fragen ist das alles was sie drauf machen bekomme ich zu hören ja wenn sie mehr zahlen gibt's auch ein paar Zwiebeln mehr 😔ohne Worte bestimmt nie mehr ...

Die Suns sind lecker und gut zubereitet. Was garnicht geht sind die sehr vielen Fliegen 🪰🥖🪰🪰 in den Laden. Es sind große dicke grüne Fliegen. Auf dem Essen überall. 🤮 Die Bedienung darauf angesprochen, das sie Mal was dagegen machen sollen sie Fliegenfallen oder so, meinten die nur, das dies nunmal Natur sei. 🤯 Eigentlich ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt. Generall scheint die Sauberkeit da nicht so beachtet zu werden.

Nie wieder !!! Ich werde keine Fuß mehr in diesen Drecksladen setzen! Mein Freund wurde von diesem Inder aufs letzte Provoziert, und miserabel bedient. Mich hat er gemeint als „süße Maus“ ect. Neben ihm zu betiteln und lauter sexistische Andeutung zu machen! Schließt am besten den Laden, oder kickt den Inder!

Firstly, they had less menu options compare to other subway branches. Secondly, staff behavior was rude. Other than that food was good and moderate cost. Located at the entrance of the main station.

The crispy potatoes were like they were made yesterday. The bread was also not fresh! Regret going here

Sauberes Restaurant jedoch wird gespart wo es geht, Fast kein käse auf dem Sub, Salat schon bräundlich, Zwiebeln noch gefroren, usw... Geschmack leidet darunter...

Schmeckt wie jeder Subway. Die haben halt ihre Richtlinien wie jedes Franchise. Ich finde Subway super, nur wäre es cool wenn ihr euer Mindestbestellwert auf 10€ runterschraubt, damit ich mir nicht noch 20 Cookies zur Bestellung kaufen muss, bis ich den Mindestbestellwert hab. Würde euch sicher mehr Bestellungen über Lieferando bringen da bin ich mir sicher. Und die Lieferkosten dann auch umsonst lassen oder auf maximal 1€ hochdrücken. Nur als Tipp von mir, immerhin bin ich der Kunde und weiß was wir wollen 😂👍🏽

Slechte ongeïnteresseerde bediening

Wir waren gestern 20. Juli 2021 eine halbe Stunde vor Ladenschluss bei diesem Subway in Rastatt. - kompetenter Service mit guter Beratung, Information über Preisgestaltung und Angebote - typischer Subwaygeschmack - sehr sauber, ruhig und aufgeräumt

Es hat echt gut geschmeckt würd ich nur weiter empfehlen

Super. Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen. Eignet sich für mich echt gut, gehe dort gerne hin. Subway Qualität, preislich gut und direkt am Bahnhof. Geil.
