We went there with Knaller coupons because it says online on the website that this restaurant is participating, as well as discounts in the app and much more. This was not the case and the terms said the fault was with the website. Then you might want to stop it from being listed online!

Unfortunately one of the worst subways I've come across. The sub was left in when consumed on site and the toast oven was not finished toasting due to many people ordering. There was far too little lettuce on the sub. Pluxee vouchers may be accepted, but only if the store is not that busy. So not in my case. It is not possible to pay with Subcard, but you can collect points. The promotions that Subway gives via its card (in my case Free Upgrade Menu) are billed for but not carried out. For security reasons, an invoice will not be issued. I can't recommend it... unfortunately, although I enjoy eating at Subway.

There was no bread because the oven was broken or something. Ok, that can happen. Instead there were wraps. Brought wrap to take away. The thing was open from both sides, everything that was inside was now smeared on the paper. Potatoes rock hard. Maybe it's been in the oven too long? You don't know. Wasted over €10 and left hungry. I don't come here anymore.

Unfortunately it is by far the worst subway in the area. Cleanliness is a foreign word here, regardless of the time of day. (Been there at different times) This is only exceeded every time by the unfriendliness of the employees. I've never experienced anything like this in a subway. Sun-dried tomatoes, which I requested (for an additional charge), had exactly three small pieces on the 30cm sub. In fact, all the ingredients are saved too much here. (4 small slices of jalapenos, no more than 10 corn kernels and 2 mini strips of pepper) Apart from that, there isn't even a customer toilet, although food and drink can be consumed here.

I actually love Subway's food, but I have to say the quality has deteriorated extremely. The subs are topped so sparingly that when you eat them you wonder whether they actually have what you wanted on them. And people constantly mention the guaqamole, but don't point out that it costs extra. The staff is also not really friendly and very brisk. It was definitely my last time for a while.

The most sketchy thing in this restaurant is the cashier did not issue the bill when I paid by Cash. After receiving the change and the breads and ready to leave, I asked for the receipt, only then he typed on the monitor the whole order again and the cashbox opened. He told me they do not accept the offers in the app even though it is listed as „participated restaurant“ on the website. These breads were the thinnest, flattest and driest breads i ever bought from Subway. There were barely any sauce even though I ordered Yoghurt and BBQ sauce. Probably need a microscope to search for the Teriyaki chicken. Usually I would be full with 15cm sub but you can look at the picture, they are stingy even with vegetables…i was still hungry after a teriyaki footlong

“I recently visited this Subway location when it was not busy, being the only customer at the time. Unfortunately, the service was unexpectedly slow; it took about 10 minutes for the staff to prepare a single sandwich. Additionally, there seemed to be a mix-up with the order: I requested a chicken sandwich, but it was made with both chicken and tuna. This could pose a serious health risk for someone with fish allergies. The overall pace and attention to detail from the staff were disappointing.

I very rarely give 1 star, but the barrel is full. There is always a fuss because of the offers that Subway advertises to its customers. According to the website, the Subway at Freiburg Central Station often takes part in attractive offers, such as in today's case the LidlPlus partnership offer. As soon as you order, it's like, "No, this restaurant is not participating." Even after you show the employees in black and white that they are participating, they call their tyrannical boss (that's how I imagine him) and he finishes it the conversations strictly with “No, not us.” The employees are very nice. The food is clearly delicious. But the store is not run properly and the customers are being ripped off!

It's been a long time since I ordered food from Subway. Gluten free sub arrived almost frozen (you REALLY have to defrost them before you top them!!!!). Meat tasted very strange and parts of the order were missing. Afterwards I had an inflammation of the stomach lining, couldn't eat or drink anything for 2 weeks and was in the emergency room several times.

VIOLENT. An hour and a half after I ate the sandwich I ordered, my painful stomach prepared me for the next few hours of jet-like vomiting. Still weak after two days. The gases that escaped in the other direction due to the rest of the digestion made it even easier for me to vomit. Thanks subway, started poorly but steadily maintained the standard. A display and inspection of food processing would probably be appropriate here.

Ordered 3 subs from Lieferando, 2x30cm and 1x15cm. Unfortunately, the topping was swapped from a 30 cm sub to a 15 cm sub, and there were also wrong ingredients on the 15 cm sub. The chicken teriyaki sub tastes very good, unfortunately even 30cm doesn't fill you up. Since the whole thing already costs 9.99 euros, you'll lose your appetite if you add something else to fill you up. If you're lucky, the staff is nice, but unfortunately the rule is rather unfriendly and impatient. Do you hesitate after asking “sauce?” even for just one second, within the next 10 seconds the question “Sauce?” will be heard. at least twice more. In the past, you sometimes got a cookie as a gift, which was a really nice gesture and made the price acceptable, but that's been history for a little over a year and I've never experienced it again. A pity. Well, I'll still come back because there's really nothing wrong with the taste and I'm hoping for some improvement!

As a regular customer of Subway in the Netherlands and familiar with well-filled sandwiches, I ended up here today after a long journey with final destination Freiburg. The employees behind the counter were busy with each other (making jokes, etc.) so it took a long time before I could order. The employee had helped another customer while making my sandwich. Due to hygiene and religious beliefs, I kindly asked if he would change his gloves before continuing with my sandwich. The gentleman became visibly angry, spoke in a disrespectful tone during the order and put a random sauce that I had not asked for on the sandwich. Other customers also noticed this and reacted as shocked as I did. Unbelievable. Unfortunately a bad first experience in Freiburg + Subway.

If the problem is the price, your staff would have told me that. You charged me extra as stated by your staff. Nice how you completely ignored, as with the original review about it, how your staff treated a disabled person the first time I was here last year. ____________________________ I ordered a furious chicken footlong. The menu price is 11,99 Euro. I was charged 14,99 Euro. When I asked, the first story was they charge extra for the toppings (tomatoes, onions, etc). When I commented no Subway in the world has ever charged me for that - and Subway advertises them as free - they changed the story to say they charge extra for cutting the sandwich. Every Subway I've ever been in cuts the sandwich! There's no sign about this. I didn't request they cut the sandwich. I didn't order anything extra. Ridiculous!!! I stopped here once before more than a year ago. Even though they discriminated against me due to disability, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! They will not get a 3rd chance.

Ein Echt Miserabler Laden. Habe den Falschen Sub bekommen, worauf die mitarbeiterin anfing das zeug vom Sub runter zu kratzen was ich nicht bestellt hatte,statt einen neuen zu machen. Schien ihren Kollegen zu amüsieren und die beiden lachten darüber. Insgesamt sehr schmudliger Eindruck und lustlose arrogante Mitarbeiter. Ich empfehle den subway nicht nur nicht weiter... Über das Essen braucht man nichts sagen, das ist immer super Lecker! 5 von 5 Sternen! Der Service ist abhängig vom Personal, meistens sind viele junge Aushilfen da, denen man das Arbeiten wohl erst noch beibringen muss und leider sind die dann vor lauter Stress auch recht unhöflich... Das (neue)Stammpersonal ist aber fix und ausgesprochen höflich. Daher haben man die älteren Rezessionen zu diesem Thema beruhigt ignorieren. 4 von 5 Sternen. Der wirklich einzig negative Punkt ist leider das Ambiente. Aber eben ein Fastfood-Laden im Bahnhof und kein Sternelokal. Dass Kunden, die im Laden verzehren ihren Müll auf den Tischen liegen lassen, statt in die Behälter zu werfen, dafür kann das Personal nix. Aber trotzdem könnte man zwischendurch auch mal die Tische abwischen... 3 von 5 Sternen. Insgesamt gebe ich dem Restaurant in der Summe 4 von 5 Sternen!

Ich war hier oft und auch immer zufrieden, aber heute war ich sehr enttäuscht! Es wurde so heftig mit den Zutaten gegeizt, nur bisschen Fleisch und nur 5 mais Stücke, dann noch 2 dünne gurken Scheiben und dafür 9 Euro. Sonst ist der sub sehr gut gefüllt mit Inhalt, aber heute brutal mager. Schade. (Das Foto ist älter, als alles noch gut war)

It was pretty late in the evening. No one else was there..i picked up the sandwich. The guy who made my sandwich spoke decent English, friendly, and in good spirits overall. Had the spicy veggie pattie. Tasty sandwich overall.. Would go back again if needed..i doubt it though..just passing by the area.

Geschmacklich gut aber ich empfehle die Speisen nur mitzunehmen. Die Tische waren leider alle schmutzig, voll mit Verpackungen und Essensresten. Ich verstehe wenn mal ein Tisch wegen Zeitdruck nicht geschafft wurde sauber zu machen aber es waren alle dreckig und es sah nicht so aus als ob vor kurzem geputzt worden wäre.

Unhygienischer geht es kaum !!! Die selben Handschuhe werden zur Müllentsorgung und zur Zubereitung der Subs verwendet. Die Zutaten sind alles andere als frisch. Fliegen kreisen um die Zutaten, überall liegen Krümel und Dreck. Die Mitarbeiter tragen keinen Mundschutz, sehen sehr ungepflegt aus und sind sehr unfreundlich. Normalerweise sollte man den WKD informieren was hier abgeht. Ich habe meine Bestellung abgebrochen und werde nie wieder einen Fuß in diesen Laden setzten.

Das war ja Mal nichts heute. Hier gibt es weder das Sub mit Ei, keinen Kaffee und Cokkie zum Menü auch nicht. Die Bedienung versteht nichts. Sehr enttäuschend.

A huge flop!!! In any case, clear advice: no to go box!!! Bad quality, no vegetables at all in the tasteless food Stores like this should go bankrupt! Just collect and not give what would actually have been the minimum! Fiiiiiii

The food was inedible. 32 euros spent for free. Every pizza tasted like bad cheese and smelled really like onions. We didn't eat a single piece of it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not recommendable!!!

I only read the reviews while we were waiting for our order. Everything that has already been written here has been confirmed. It was quite loud behind the counter and people were talking energetically. They were very friendly to us, but that was the only positive thing. We ordered schnitzel. Quality is underground. Some frozen schnitzels from Kaufland, Lidl and Co taste better, tasted like old fat, the fries were okay but couldn't save the dish alone. Salad was well, some carrot, some cabbage and a few leaves of green lettuce. We ate it because I didn't want the meat to be thrown away, but in the evening everyone had a little grumbling in their stomachs. For this price you can pay a little attention to the quality. Was the first and last time we were there. The coffee we ordered was good, but you can't go wrong by pressing the button. Clearly NOT a recommendation
