A rip-off: The app states that the restaurant is one of the participating locations offering a deal. However, this was refused at the checkout with the reason: “The boss said we wouldn’t do that.”

Very unfriendly employee (December 19th at 11:00 a.m.). In the morning the tables and chairs/benches were already dirty. But the sub was delicious.

Food was good as usual at Subway, although there was hardly any bread to choose from. The service was OK, could be a little friendlier and more motivated. The interior looks very dreary and has a bit of a train station hall feel to it, so it looks very inviting and cozy. But it's okay to pick something up quickly.

Very bad experience at the subway in Bad Cannstatt. A blonde employee (sorry I don't know her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I actually really like Subway and the quality of the food is good as usual. Unfortunately, it has happened several times at this branch that we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door during the stated opening hours. This is particularly annoying when you rely on a quick snack and then have to leave without having accomplished anything. I hope that there will be more reliability here, because it leaves a very unprofessional impression.
