McDonald's in Ravensburg

The order as specified was unfortunately not delivered correctly, arrived late, and was also cold.

The staff seemed a bit unmotivated; shirts were hanging over trousers, and white socks were worn with black trousers and shoes. The restrooms, however, were very clean. It's a shame there's no play area. That's usually the highlight for kids at McDonald's and similar places. I ordered extra cucumber, but there wasn't any on my food. When I asked, they made me a fresh one with all the right toppings. Despite everything, I would still recommend it.

Half the order is missing... Incredibly rude. Check your orders when you drive through the MC Drive!!!

The quality and furnishings of the rooms have deteriorated considerably. It used to be better. It's a shame.

Today, on September 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM, I got a strawberry milkshake, a triple chocolate cookie, and the double-pack meal with Royale cheese, McRib, and the mashed potatoes, along with a Coke Zero. I had to wait 10 minutes. Everything was cold, and I ate it right there in the car while driving. The mashed potatoes were soggy and not crispy. The milkshake was definitely spoiled. There's something wrong with your milkshake machine. The shake smelled musty, and after a quick taste, I had to throw it away. Thanks for the stomachache. You really should have the machine cleaned and inspected. It's disgusting...

Like any other McDonald's. Good service, but fast food.

"Open until 1:00 AM" Wednesday, 8:30 PM, store closed. Google says "open until 1:00 AM." Never again.

Never been served so unfriendly. We asked for a straw for our child (who's still quite small). They immediately replied that they only come with shakes. With a roll of their eyes, we got one. The fries were cold and half-raw.

Just when I thought I'd seen it all, a man and a woman with a dog entered the restaurant. My wife, I, and my children were inside eating, while the dog was next to us, which the staff didn't react to. A big minus from me.

Just ordered two classic Mc Chickens, WITHOUT sauce. Both came with sauce, so we couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, they're closed now, otherwise we would have gone back. They could have been a bit friendlier, by the way.

The food is usually cold, even if there aren't many customers, the meat is cold!

I think the building looks iconic, and it's cool that you can access a second floor. Not everyone has a Meccanica.

First of all, I have to say that this is one of the best McDonald's I've been to so far. The food corresponds to the standard of a fast food restaurant, you don't have to say much about it, it tasted good and was freshly prepared. The service here was great, the nice lady at the checkout always had a smile on her face and, despite her lack of language skills, she was able to help customers who didn't speak German very well. She knew how to help herself. A fries were forgotten in my order, which wasn't a problem at all because I got one straight away after I pointed it out. I was even able to exchange the toy from the Happy Meal without any discussion. Regarding the atmosphere, I have to say that the restaurant was really clean and modern. Unfortunately, the view of a main street isn't great, but I didn't expect that here either. One star deducted because the access road was really poorly signposted and I drove past it at first. Furthermore, there is no way to simply turn around and drive in from the other side. It felt like I had to drive back into town and turn around again to get to Mcdonald's via the entrance to the gas station.

We had ordered for 12:40 p.m. and expressly stated that we would not deliver earlier. Unfortunately we were completely ignored and the driver arrived 20 minutes early, initially deflecting all responsibility to the restaurant and saying "I'm just the driver". As a result the food was cold, especially the fries which were inedible. Disappointing.

The parking spaces are sometimes a bit difficult. Delivery vehicles and e-parkers take up additional space. Drive In is tight in size with high curbs and stones right on the curves. You can also see it in the many scratches and streaks. It's better to park with wide or long cars and go to the restaurant to pick up. The rest is completely fine for a McDonald’s restaurant. Unfortunately there is no McCafé here. The closest one is in the neighboring town.

Old branch, the one in Weingarten looks more modern. Otherwise everything was very tasty as usual at McDonalds

Today, February 10, 2025, the experience wasn't that great. Very cold no matter whether below or above. Heating defective?

Unfortunately bad service!!! We made everything extra without onions, without cucumber, but we would still do it normally... chicken wrap, everything stuck in paper, the fries and chicken nuggets without salt. Still a wait of over 20 minutes.

So... ★★☆☆☆ The visit was rather disappointing. The Big Mac had tiny patties and tasted like nothing. The fries were okay, but not salted enough. At least the chicken nuggets were good. The ambience was initially nice with the sunset until the bright lights came on. The service was slow, but there was a free drink to compensate. Overall, pretty mediocre.

What's the point of having opening hours if you don't stick to them? It's 02/06/25 00:10 and the store is closed. According to the network, open until 1:00 a.m We were in the drive with 2 cars and were turned away. Thank you for nothing!

Waited 20 minutes for an ice cream

I've never seen a McDonald's so dirty. There are old ketchup stains on all the tables, the floor is dirty and the tablet cart was completely full and wasn't emptied despite not being very busy.

The service was really nice and the food was pretty good too. I ordered my food to take away and it also included an iced coffee, which is a disgrace. I spent 4.20 euros for a cup with a little vanilla, lots of ice cream and a little coffee. It didn't look like much at first but I thought it was normal, it's also a drink. I then tried to drink something but there was only ice in it. It's a real shame that I paid 4.20 for it.

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The floor was sticky and every train station toilet is cleaner these days than the one in the restaurant. Just disgusting!!!

Very good food, nice staff and nice atmosphere

I ordered a chicken burger without sauce (literally: no sauce, mayo or anything similar) and then it still had this tartar sauce on it. Thanks to another colleague, I was able to return it and got a new one. Therefore 1 star less.

Ordered double BigMac menu without onion via the terminal. When I got home I noticed that the burgers were without cheese and with onions, both of them. At first I thought it was my mistake, but on the receipt it says no onions and on the sticker on the burger box too... Now everything at McDonalds is fully digitalized... actually the employee at the grill just has to assemble what is shown to him... the employees here don't seem to be able to do it, just wow... very disappointing. Unfortunately this isn't the first time here either.

Very dingy and dirty restaurant Dried cucumber slices stuck to the windows above. Certainly not just for 1 day but longer. Spiders on the wall lamps. And the tables were totally dirty and filthy. So we've been there for a long time and probably won't be back anytime soon. Service was ok because I think they bring the food to the first floor. Eating as usual at McDonalds. There were also enough parking spaces available.

Food took far too long, food was absolutely cold, I waited 60 minutes for mini pancakes and they weren't warm. In fact, I would have given one star less. This shop is not suitable for fast food. A Mac Donalds like everyone else

Just paid €4.69 for a 0.25l milkshake and it wasn't even filled to the mark! That's hard to beat in terms of cheekiness!!!!! Beverly Hills is cheaper...

In the absence of a KFC, we visited this restaurant today. The staff was friendly. The food was up to McDonald's standards BUT the burger was cold. A pity. A double hamburger with bacon tastes best hot. The fries were ok.

It takes the clerk three attempts to give out the change correctly. Prices are crazy. I won't go here again without vouchers. 20% more expensive than in Stuttgart! But there are enough people coming to be exempt! €11.49 for a Big Mac menu? If even Switzerland is cheaper, see photo

Women's and men's toilets dirty and partly empty or containers completely missing (women's toilet). It's a shame because otherwise the restaurant looks clean and well-kept.

Didn't deserve a star, fries totally soggy with fat, hardly any seasoning, burgers smell and taste like old fat, dry, hardly any sauce, fried to death! Simply not what it used to be, and the price is not justifiable for this poor quality and quantity!

My sprite tasted like ginger ale and fries were unsalted

What I ordered: 2 double cheeseburgers without cheese. What I got: 1 hamburger + 1 double cheeseburger with cheese. It can't be an accident that you choose EVERYTHING wrong.

We know that eating is unhealthy. However, it is not clean here!!

Anyone who goes here consciously doesn't eat healthy. The selection of burgers is large, fries are sometimes good, crispy and fresh but sometimes “mushy”, otherwise the quality is good for a fast food restaurant. Easily accessible by bus, bus stop very close by. Little parking space. The staff is friendly and I also feel more motivated compared to a few years ago before Corona. Ordering and paying on the screen is very pleasant, convenient and stress-free. I would welcome an option for the staff to leave tips, even if the food is relatively expensive. A positive thing to mention is that when I spilled my Coke on the table, I got it replaced because I reported it straight away and the place was then cleaned.

But she wasn't interested and just ran away. Luckily there is also a capable employee at the McDonald's. Food was otherwise quite okay. Unfortunately the terminals are not working properly. It was probably our last visit to the McDonald's.

Super fast delivery and everything fresh

The ice cream maker has been broken for at least 1/2 year. You get ice cream half melted.

Unfortunately, during our stopover, this branch wasn't as clean as usual from McDonald's. The return carts were all full and there were napkins on the floor. 2 order terminals were also broken. You could only order in advance at 1. Service and food good as usual.

Ordered 20 Chicken MC nuggets for the kids, returned to the hotel and found that the nuggets were completely dried out and inedible. Really inedible, ended up straight in the bin. If I hadn't been on vacation I would have reported you to the health department.

Wir waren Samstag um halb vier nachmittags da, das essen war in Ordnung, nur die Tische draußen waren nicht sauber obwohl es nicht viel los war , es war etwas ecklig beim essen

McDonalds geht immer. Lieber selbst das Essen im McDrive abholen, als bei Lieferando zu bestellen. Spart bei einer größeren Bestellung im Schnitt 10€!

Fällt für Kinder Spiele draußen.

Das Essen ist ähnlich wie bei McDonald's, aber im hinteren Bereich ist es stickig und die Lüftung und die Klimaanlage funktionieren nicht! Draußen stehen die Tische an einem sehr schlechten Platz. Das liegt daran, dass es in der Nähe der Tische einen Korridor für Autos gibt, die ständig vorfahren, um Essen zu bestellen. Infolgedessen stauen sich die Abgase, so dass es unmöglich ist, bequem zu atmen.

Also das ist meiner eigenen persönlichen Meinung nach einer der schlechteren McDonald's. Auch Sauberkeit auf Tischen, Stühlen und im Außenbereich gehen meiner Meinung nach gar nicht!

Leider musste ich beim abholen schon öfters feststellen, dass sachen gefehlt haben. Heute leider wieder ein mc chicken classic zu wenig. Letztes mal 6er chicken nuggets. Im groben und ganzen passt der MC Donalds aber schon.

ein vollkommen leerer, ausser uns noch eine Frau mit 2 Kindern. Daher schnelle Bedienung, freundlich und bemüht. Die Aussenterrasse ist unbrauchbar, um nicht zu sagen hässlich... Keine Spielgelegenheit. Und vorallem gab es trotz morgendlicher Öffnungszeit KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK!!! Das ist wirklich ein schlechter Service, wenn man dann auch noch darauf hingewiesen wird, in Weingarten gäbe es Frühstück im McDonalds....Wer will denn hungrig wieder los und zum nächsten Mäcces fahren?? Diesen werde ich nicht mehr ansteuern.
