Kleine Probleme mim liefern gehabt aber der Chef hat es dann selbst geliefert gehabt mit Verzögerung aber egal warten hatte sich gelohnt gehabt die Burger richtig gut

We ate here for the first time. The burgers are freshly prepared and are incredibly tasty. Price-performance is top. This is a 10/10. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is quite unpleasant: At the next table there was a mother and her son who were constantly being spit on from above while they were eating. Nobody intervened in this regard. The snack bar operator didn't seem to care either. She then wanted to intervene herself and confront the children... She was then mocked: Catch me, you f*ck. Even if the burgers are very good, not recommended, go somewhere else. This is where the social abyss is revealed! We actually just wanted to go to the cinema today and have something to eat beforehand. Bright middle: never again!

Give your dirty driver some change, otherwise next time he'll go back completely without any money... The last 3 times it said there was no change of money…. Are they doing this to get extra tips or do you send your drivers off without any money? Both sad...

Too many things go wrong here. Everyone has a bad day, but here I felt ripped off and not taken seriously. Anyone who sells themselves as a premium citizen (at least according to the price list) should make sure their processes are working. But things get hectic after three customers: I got a Sprite I didn't order. When I complained, I was told, "Yes, that's yours." I didn't want a Sprite, and I didn't order one either. What's that all about? But my fries were the wrong ones... (regular instead of sweet potato) And then the ultimate disappointment: The cheesesteak tasted exactly like a jbminicheese... It was appalling. When I asked if "everything was okay," I expressed the criticism described above. I got an annoyed eye roll and some kind of mumbled response. Later, she came back with the correct items and apologized half-sincerely. Thank you for the experience... What a shame.

Today, on [03/19/2025] at 12:40 p.m., I was in your “Burger My” branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I politely asked for an email address to apply to you. However, the employee in question, who was wearing glasses, reacted extremely unfriendly. He told me in an inappropriate tone that he was the "owner" and would not give me an email address. He also said that your company has no sales, does not need any staff and has already laid off employees. His behavior towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this information is true, it is unacceptable to speak this way to a potential candidate or client. I ask you to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Treating customers and interested parties with respect should be a given.

Remarkably clean rooms. Added to this is exceptionally friendly, considerate and courteous service. Although we weren't there at a stressful time, it was still remarkable. Thanks.

Delicious burgers that can be put together individually. Mega fries. Today also a little more than ordered. Unfortunately very expensive, but the atmosphere is rather economical.

I just ordered and otherwise really enjoyed it, but today it was a bitter disappointment, far too much sauce, all parts of the citizen were delivered as if they had been packed together and then the package was shaken. You can really enjoy burgers, Indian food is also delicious. The rest unfortunately not recommended! Salad without a lot of dressing and the schnitzels are a disgrace. Small portions and very poor quality.

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double wait for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.
