We ate here for the first time. The burgers are freshly prepared and are incredibly tasty. Price-performance is top. This is a 10/10. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is quite unpleasant: At the next table there was a mother and her son who were constantly being spit on from above while they were eating. Nobody intervened in this regard. The snack bar operator didn't seem to care either. She then wanted to intervene herself and confront the children... She was then mocked: Catch me, you f*ck. Even if the burgers are very good, not recommended, go somewhere else. This is where the social abyss is revealed! We actually just wanted to go to the cinema today and have something to eat beforehand. Bright middle: never again!

Gebt euren drecks Fahren Wechselgeld mit sonst geht er das nächste mal komplett ohne Geld wieder zurück…. Die letzen 3 Male hieß es kein Wechsel Geld dabei…. Machen die um extra Trinkgeld zu kriegen oder schickt ihr eure Fahrer ohne Geld los ? Beides traurig…

Unfortunately, since you can't give 0 stars, I unfortunately have to give one star, you don't even deserve this star ..............Disaster.....Waiting time....Quality of the Food...."Friendliness" on the phone.......There is only one thing to say: "Grade 6 and put". Do something different. Gastronomy is definitely not your thing!!!!!!

Never experienced anything so cheeky. During delivery, the sweet potato fries were forgotten and instead of the Big Angus Steakhouse, a cheeseburger was delivered. The driver wanted to bring the fries over, but he never came back. And we gave him a tip... This store is just embarrassing.

Have been there several times. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, even without ordering a table. Would love to come back.

Every time I order from Burgerme, no matter whether it's from Lieferlando or from the Burgerme website/app. It always will. Always delivered very quickly (within 20! to 35 minutes) the burgers are great in terms of delivery ratio! Fries and finger foods also delicious! Sauces are rarely weak, sometimes there was a little chili packet missing or sometimes 2 mayo packets, but sometimes I get 1 extra?!? :) I'm slowly leaning towards more Burgerme... maybe because the service is very satisfactory, maybe also because Burgers was 2+, every now and then a straight 1 So I don't know why the rating here is so underrated. Thanks burgerme!

I used to like to order there, the burgers were very tasty for the price and the fries were very crispy, the delivery times were also okay. Ordered today and waited almost 2 hours for the order to come, the burger was almost cold, the fries were soggy, but at the same time the prices were significantly increased. In between, I called about 30 minutes in advance and was told on the phone that the order would be there in 5-10 minutes. When this was not done, subsequent calls were simply ignored. Never again.

Food took almost 2 hours, was cold and didn't taste good at all. Absolutely not worth recommending, every frozen pizza tastes better, not worth the money.

The Chicky Chick Patty felt black and the iceberg was very old and brown. the tomatoes were banana. Fries were broken and cold some were even black. The only good thing was that the driver was there quickly. Quality has nothing to do with this

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double waiting time for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.
