The food was great. The service was okay as was the ambience. A normal, slightly overpriced shop that is solidly run. The biggest problem is the parking situation. It's so absurd to add a euro to the city treasury, just because I'm HUNGRY. This compulsory levy is an outrage. There is no longer a bread roll button. Therefore not to give full stars.

We ordered at around 9 a.m. and expressly emphasized that the delivery person wanted to sound because we have children in the house who sleep at that time. The supplier then took the liberty of sounding somewhere in the house where we were. They didn't even order, so a family was woken up because it's better to ignore them just because the store is about to close and you'd rather get off work... I just think it's cheeky... my order number K9V4GG

Not all dishes available, alternative then drowned with cheap ketchup so that you can't see the pitiful portion of meat, is really cheeky. If it had at least been warm, we might have been able to wait around 20 minutes. Unfortunately not like that and not again.

Food arrived quickly, unfortunately the burgers were a bit cold, but tasty and juicy. The veggie burger was also good, the falafel wasn't too dry. Fries (Twister) were tasty and crispy

Customer fraud! If you order a schnitzel which, according to app version 3.1.2 as of April 1, 2025, is ordered with fries and SALAD, you will NOT receive a SALAD. When you call you'll hear that salad hasn't been delivered for a long time. No subsequent delivery or partial refund will be made. I recommend paying in cash and reducing the price if there is insufficient delivery.

The fries are homemade and everything else is great too

I used to like to order there again and again. Ordered two Angus burgers and a fries for the first time in a year yesterday. Fries were ok, burgers were cold! Visually the burgers were fine. Not great in taste but ok. What's much worse is that my wife and I have had stomach problems since yesterday evening, and they're still going on today. This just can't be right... I don't know what's changed, but it's definitely slowed down a lot. I'll be honest, next time I'm in the mood for a burger I'd rather drive 20km to Dulfs or just make some myself. Too bad!

We ordered online and unfortunately the food arrived 45 minutes later than stated. Furthermore, the burgers were cold (not even lukewarm). When we called to inquire about the status of our order while waiting, the employee at headquarters was unable to provide us with any information and made no attempt to apologize for the inconvenience.

Ordered earlier via Lieferando, we don't know what it was, for us it had nothing to do with citizens. In addition, it was no longer warm and almost raw.

Apparently closed for a few weeks. No info, everything looks pretty orphaned. It's a shame.

It was a very very very tasty meal. The seats were very clean. Service was very nice and peaceful. I am very happy with it.

Super disappointing. We ordered via Lieferando and the order was accepted. Paid and waited over 2 hours. In the end they closed and didn't get in touch. We called the next day and the service just said, “just cancel the order”. But it's not possible because they stated that it was delivered. They didn't want to simply resupply either. This is the first time that I have to say that the service is terrible. I won't order there again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Price performance was quite ok... At least it was like that last year. This year you arrive and the thing is temporarily closed in the high season with no indication of reopening... Mind you, this is the only possibility to eat something here on the square... If you arrive here without a car, you might as well McDonald's diet every day... It's pretty poor what the place has become in the last three years... It's a shame... Even the newly built mobile homes don't make up for it... it was probably our last year here
