I have ordered beef double cheese burger and what I got is bacon cheese burger with extra bacon. The employee named (Raed) who took my order did this in purpose since bacon is forbidden for me. We ordered there for the first time because of a discount voucher. We also had to pick up the food ourselves as the delivery area is not very large. We had 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 finger foods together for 38€. The food was a terrible disappointment. The chicken wings were over-seasoned and only 1 of the 8 chili nuggets was filled. For the others, only the dough casing remained after frying. The burgers had hardly any taste and the fries were also very cheap. All in all, a huge failure. So stay away from Burgerme

Not all dishes available, alternative then drowned with cheap ketchup so that you can't see the pitiful portion of meat, is really cheeky. If it had at least been warm, we might have been able to wait around 20 minutes. Unfortunately not like that and not again.

Delivered within 20 minutes and on a holiday in the rain. Can't complain.

We ordered schnitzel. This was probably so hot that the Styrofoam melted into the breading of the schnitzel. After calling them, complaining and asking them to put aluminum foil in the Styrofoam box beforehand, we were told "We don't have aluminum foil" and we can't deliver a second time because the city center of Kassel is closed due to the construction on the A49 , you can only transfer the money back to us. In addition, the “Imbiss” employee asked whether the areas of the schnitzel that had been fused with Styrofoam could be scraped off and still eaten. Do they want to impersonate me? In addition, the Jägerschnitzel that was ordered has nothing remotely to do with a Jägerschnitzel. The sauce is made purely from thickener with a bag of onions and 1 champion. I've never experienced anything like that. The health department should take a look at the store. Just disgusting stuff like that!!!!!

Unfortunately, the last delivery on a Tuesday took an hour, the extra ingredient jalapenos on a burger was missing, the ciabatta burger bun wasn't cooked through, the burgers were lukewarm and the fries were soggy. The quality has deteriorated a lot.

For the third time, with a total of maybe six orders, the food was not received as ordered. The taste and quality are otherwise perfectly fine. But absolutely not recommended.

Poor quality of the burger patties (frozen, partly gristly). The burger really isn't worth the price.

We order from there regularly and we are super satisfied with the food quality, taste and delivery! They also regularly have discounts and gift coupons. Love it!

Ordered via Lieferando. Very nice call from the restaurant because an item was not available and I was offered a replacement. Driver very polite and nice, food was there after 40 minutes (as stated) and still hot. It tasted fantastic and we would order again *****

The food was very tasty, the service was very nice and friendly. You didn't have to pay extra for the salad, which you could put together yourself, and you also got a Quzo.

Apparently closed for a few weeks. No info, everything looks pretty orphaned. It's a shame.
