Extremely disappointing. We ordered through Lieferando, and the order was accepted. We paid and waited over two hours. Eventually, they closed and didn't get back to us. We called the next day, and the customer service just said, "Just cancel the order." But that's not possible, since they stated that the order had been delivered. They didn't want to simply resend it either. This is the first time I've had to say that the service is terrible. I won't order from them again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We suddenly got a craving for a burger at 10 p.m. and ordered from Burgerland for the first time via Lieferando. The doorbell rang within 15 minutes, which was incredibly fast. Everything was hot and delicious. The fries are way better than at McDonald's. We're very happy with our order and thank you for the quick delivery.

The delivery came more than quickly, but that's how it tasted. The food was cold and tasted inedible. I've never eaten anything worse. I expect burgers and no waste products from a shop that calls itself “Burgerland”!

Value for money for burgers/fries + nuggets top. Interior is ok, you can eat there. Takeaway packaging not made of plastic, therefore +. Food was prepared quickly, staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the map from Google Maps images with the citizen menus etc. was out of date. Big burger still enough to fill you up.

After ordering, it took an unbeatable 16 minutes for the food to arrive. We had 2 Burgenland boxes each with a burger, fries nuggets and 1 drink. Everything about it tasted simply excellent. The fries were very seasoned and the nuggets were the best I've ever had from a delivery service 👍 We couldn't complain about the burger either 🍔 😊

Directly at the main train station. Pleasant atmosphere. The high ceilings make the shop appear very spacious and open, plus there is particularly hospitable service and delicious vegetarian dinners. You feel welcome there. Gladly again.

I ordered with my girlfriend shortly before midnight, I wasn't expecting it to arrive but surprisingly the doorbell rang. The fries were great, not soggy. The delivery man was super friendly. Everything perfect!

I ordered a menu for €6, unfortunately the burger wasn't included. Now I can enjoy my €6 fries without a burger. As a burger joint, how can you forget a burger!? Gladly not again!

I ordered a delivery service and specified the delivery date as 12:15 p.m., the delivery still hasn't arrived after 3 hours and the only answer on the phone is the mailbox when it's available, even though I've called several times. Conclusion: I will never order there again, 1 star because that is the minimum award.

Cold food, burnt patty, absolutely unjustified price, absolutely inferior quality. It's a shame that a restaurant like this is allowed to exist. Then you call and no one even answers the phone because the customers are probably all calling to complain.

I ordered the Burgerland Box for delivery from this store. This box includes a burger of your choice, a drink, fries and chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, except for the drink, everything wasn't that good. The burger bun tasted rather average. The burger patty appeared to be pre-made and tasted slightly burnt, although it did not appear to be burnt. The cheese and burger sauce weren't exactly great either. The chicken nuggets were just cheap supermarket products (there are better products, even if they are only ready-made). Unfortunately, the fries weren't really good either and tasted rather weak. Other delivery services also do a better job with the fries. Personally, I wouldn't order here again.

Two burgers with fries were ordered, one burger with requests for changes, these changes were not taken into account. The delivery arrived after about 60 minutes and was unfortunately partly cold. The defects were immediately reported by telephone. When the replacement delivery was made another 60 minutes later, the first delivery was required to be handed over, which was extremely questionable in light of food law. Ordering cannot be recommended.

We ordered two Burgerland boxes. Both were very tasty and warm. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. Extra requests were met. Delivered 15 minutes faster than stated. Nuggets were great. There were a bit few fries, could have been more. Everything fine

Food unappetizing, tasteless and cold. The delivery man used his name, but we're not friends. Liferand couldn't give change because he had nothing with him except his hands in his pockets. Sour creme is not sou creme, but kethup mixed with mayonnaise. Price-performance ratio extremely outrageous.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The app says it takes 20-45 minutes. In the end the order came 90 minutes late. I could have picked up my order myself during that time. The driver didn't care about the problem. The food isn't the best either and definitely not worth the price. there was no apology. Delivered cold and then it turns out that the bread was in the oven for too long.
